Avani Frankfurt City Hotel

La chambre était très grande et confortable. Le personnel était très accueillant et aimable.

Rien

No invoice sent or given despite repeated requests. Unresponsive customer service team online.

Rooms are clean and nice. Hotel staff is very helpful. Great location. Awesome value.

Breakfast was of very good quality, but little variance. We stayed for 5 days and there was no change in the menu. This is the only thing that I can bring that could be better.

Very clean. Front desk were very attentive and accommodating. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very nice.

The bar was limited in their pours of wine and alcohol. Very disappointing for such a nice hotel. We skipped room service each day. The hotel gave a coupon for a drink. We didn’t notice it limited the drink to a house wine or limited selection of beer. Kind of cheap to do this.

La posizione,la colazione,la struttura,lo staff e i servizi in generale.

Nulla

Quite, nice place. Staff were really friendly & helpful. Good location. Hot shower was really good.

Just the light in the room wasn’t enough.

It was bright and high energy. Pretty clean and good facilities.

The showers could have been cleaner. Breakfast was very expensive for what you got.

Instalaciones modernas. Buen desayuno. Limpieza. Ubicación y excelente el personal. Siempre dispuestos a ayudarte y cuidar tus pertenencias

Location, room size and quality. Very high level

Nothing

The breakfast is extraordinary, this is a perfect choice for my business trip. I'll definitely choose Avani again next time.

The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of food and everything was really delicious. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

I also noticed that the hotel appeared to charge my credit card twice for the same amount. Fortunately, I checked my pending credit card transactions and spotted the duplicate charge. I subsequently raised a dispute with my card issuer, after which the duplicate pending transaction disappeared.

The location

No much breakfast options

Struttura nuova e pulitissima. Camere dotate di ogni comfort. A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, colazione ottima e abbondante.

Nulla

Nada a reclamar

Letto comodissimo. Camera ampia e bagno molto confortevole, soprattutto la doccia.

The location is really great. My room was clean, and I had a delicious breakfast. The staff were very good, especially Agnes at check-in, who was very welcoming and ready to help. The value for money was excellent.

Facilities, location

The air conditioning wasnt cooling. It was hot at night

Mr. Haron Mohammadi was extremely helpful and accommodating with our late check-out request. The breakfast was rich and had a great variety of options, and the room was very clean. We had a very pleasant experience overall!

Nada

The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful. It was a short walk to a train station. A short walk to the altstadt. We really enjoyed staying here.

I did not like the shower in a bath which was difficult. Perhaps you can better identify this on the room description. This was difficult because a person needs to step up high to get into the bath. Third is one thing but you need to step up high to get out and the bath can become slippery after use. I strongly recommend the installation of hand holds to make it easier to safely enter and exit the bath. My wife did slip and fall on one occasion. Having a shower in a bath may be a positive feature for some people. If I had a choice between that and just a shower. I would have preferred to just have a shower. That would be a much safer and easier option for older people.

Lovely hotel in a great location, staff very helpful and friendly

Tutto

Ansonsten super!

Location near to city center , clean and good size room

There main entrance is blocked axis due to hotel facade cleaning since 2weeks, taxis and luggage could not not be near for drop off , no Ice in the hotel , air conditioning is weak.

Bardzo ciekawe śniadanie, trochę spóźniony personel. Aloe miło i smacznie. Lokalizacja doskonała.

The location is very nice The room was very clean and comfortable The receptionist on arrival on12/8/2026 at about 0:20 am was very helpful and kind, unfortunately I forgot his name

The main lobby needs better arrangement

Struttura vicina al centro. Colazione molto buona.Staff disponibilissimo.

Good location and very comfortable room. Great facilities in the room, lovely coffee machine, great bathroom and good shower gel/shampoo provided. Excellent sauna and steam room to use also downstairs of the hotel.

Sehr zentral gelegen.

Everything was perfect. Very clean, spacious room, in the city center.

The hotel was modern and beautiful

The room allocated to us was directly above a nightclub and we could hear the loud noise and music way after 1:00am.

I enjoy the good location,, the confortável bed and the temperatura in the room..

I don't have anything to complain

The hotel was very nice, clean, and modern. The room was extremely cozy and well-appointed, and I felt like I'm home. I could really feel that they cared about my comfort and wanted me to have a pleasant and enjoyable trip.

Was no air conditioner

Frühstück war außergewöhnlich.

Das ganze Hotel

Alles bestens!

Gute Ausstattung, Personal freundlich.

Umgebung

War schon das 2. Mal dort. Alles sehr schön und prima. Nichts auszusetzen.

Good location with ease of access to metro and train, spacious room with almost all essential items provided. Friendly staff, check in-process was good with complimentary upgrade provided. Seamless checkout process

Modern hotel located near Konstablerwache and Zeil shopping area. Extraordinary and fresh breakfast selection. Helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent hotel . The location is perfect and the staff and breakfast are magnificent . Lovely bathroom amenities clean hot shower and very comfortable bed . Excellent air conditioning and a lovely bar area as well . Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nothing

The location was great. The staffs are good.

It was hard to connect our youtube account on the TV.

Good service, central location, clean and like always a great stay. I particularly like that Soap/Moisturizer/Toothbrush/Waterkettel/Coffeemaker etc. are available in the rooms.

Erityinen kiitos avuliaalle vastaanotto virkailija Azizille loistavasta palvelusta. Aamiainen myös erinomainen.

Kuntosali oli lähinnä vitsi, olematon varustus.

Zeer aangenaam hotel, vriendelijk personeel

Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sauber und bequem.

The room was a great size. The shower was fantastic after a long flight. Nice and hot guest pressure. The breakfast was great

On the Sunday there was a guy working in the bar, I went to claim my feee drink and he was extremely rude and half yelled at me. The rest of the staff were great. I work in customer service sorry mate that’s not ok

The Avani Hotel was great. A few mins walk from Konstablerwache station, with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants all close by. The room itself was clean, quiet and comfortable and the staff were excellent. The hotel is also just a few minutes walk from the beautiful old town and river.

Nothing, it's a great hotel

Ambiente moderno, calmo, com boas comodidades. Recepcionistas super atenciosos e gentis.

The room was beautiful and clean, I loved that they gave a complimentary drink on arrival, and it was a very good location. Staff were very friendly!

If I had to nitpick, it would’ve been nice if there was air conditioning in the lobby and the lift, but not a deal breaker for me.

Clean, great location

Little bit smelly towels

Todo perfecto nos gusto mucho este hotel

Didnt have got water in shower

Didnt have hot water in shower
