Sehr liebevoll geführte Unterkunft! Babsy ist super hilfsbereit und nimmt sich aller Bedürfnisse an. Das Frühstück ist top, die Lage und der Zustand des B&Bs ebenso. Wir haben den Aufenthalt zu 1000% genossen!

Bardzo miła i przyjacielska gospodyni. Bardzo korzystna cena względem jakości. Zaskakująco duże pokoje z ogromną ilością miejsca na rzeczy. Czysto i przytulnie. Mimo położenia przy drodze, wieczorem jest cicho i spokojnie. Śniadania smaczne, serwowane od 7:30, co jest ważne jeżeli chcę się ruszyć od rana w góry. Dodatkowo w cenie Summer Card, dająca sporo gratisów, m.in. darmowe kolejki górskie. Podkreślić należy że jest to nieduży rodzinny pensjonat, nie jest to zatem oferta dla osób oczekujących luksusów pięciogwiazdkowego hotelu. Wszystkim innym gorąco polecam ten obiekt.

Zeer nette en schone kamer. Gastvrouw Babsy was erg vriendelijk. Lekker ontbijt. Ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum (terug de berg op 15 minuten). Parkeren naast de accommodatie. De Sommerkarte voor Zell am See en Kaprun die Babsy ons gaf en waarmee wij gratis van skiliften, bus en rondvaartboot gebruik konden maken, was een prettige bijkomstigheid.

Świetne śniadania, super lokalizacja. Bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie. Bardzo miła, pomocna właścicielka. Obiekt tuż obok trasy narciarskiej, dosłownie kilkadziesiąt metrów, zapinamy narty i zjeżdżamy do wyciągu. Narciarnia w budynku.

Mała lodóweczka, więc jak ktoś przebywa latem to niestety nie schłodzi za dużo napoi.

Prima ligging, schoon, uitgebreid ontbijt, skibus op 1 minuut. Heerlijke douche. Goede schoenen- en ski-berging. Zeer aardige en behulpzame gastvrouw.

Het skigebied van Zell am See zelf viel een beetje tegen. Het was té warm en de sneeuw was nep en pap. De aansluiting naar Saalbach was dicht. Kaprun was dan weer geweldig en ligt op 30 minuten rijden met de gratis skibus.

Fabulous accommodation, spacious and immaculately clean. Breakfast buffet plentiful, fresh and delicious. Would definitely stay again.

The property is conveniently located and for skiers it has access to the slopes within 150 ft for both ski in and out. Parking is important and available as walking to the village takes 10 min. The bus stop next to property is also important to reach the village or ski base. Breakfast is great and the host is very welcoming and helpful.

WiFi needs some upgrade. This would also be helpful for Smart Tv installed in the room.

Location, access to public transport, cleanliness, and breakfast were all great!

Prima verzorgd. Heerlijk ontbijt, lekkere bedden en een fijne douche. Babsy zelf is een zeer lieve zorgzame vrouw die zorgt dat je je erg welkom voelt. Zeker een plek om te onthouden en nog een keer terug te gaan

Wat een fijne plek om te overnachten tijdens onze wintersport. Fijne bedden, heel schoon , super verzorgd ontbijt. Maar 2 minuten lopen naar de skibus en 10 minuutjes naar het dorp. Kortom de perfecte plek om te genieten van de wintersport. Wij gaan er zeker naar terug.

Heel misschien maakt een koffiezetapparaatje op de kamer het helemaal af.

De locatie is prachtig en zeer geschikt voor wintersport. De bushalte is tegenover de accommodatie (waar je gratis mee kunt), dus je hoeft niet de heuvel op te lopen met de ski outfit op weg naar de skilift. Het centrum is een kwartiertje lopen (heuvel af), ook prima te doen! Het verblijf was voortreffelijk, zeer schoon en een ruime keuze bij het ontbijt. De gastvrouw was ook super gastvrij en lief. We komen graag een keer terug!

It is a bit of a walk up the hill when coming home from the town at night. The bus runs during the day.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Zell am See und in der Pension Babsy. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Sonderwünsche wurden von Frau Hüttner sofort erledigt. Sie war jederzeit für die Gäste ansprechbar. Mit der Sommercard konnten wir alle Ausflugsziele kostenlos mit dem ÖPNV erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße an Frau Hüttner

We enjoyed our stay in Babsy s accomodation. The room was clean and warm. The balcony allowed us to sit outside and admire the mountain view. The breakfast was always served with care and a big choice. The host Barbara was warm, friendly and welcoming. Our felt sense was that we were looked after . We highly recommend it.

The location is perfectly when you like skiing, bus stop is next the house. To the town centre on foot about 15 minutes. Breakfast is delicious and plenty (boiled eggs, ham, bread, yogurt).

We spent a week here and found it to be perfect, thank you Babsy! Location is excellent, quiet and next to the bus stop. It's two bus stops to town centre but very easy to walk too. The rooms were spacious with lots of storage for all the gear and everything exceptionally clean. There's a mini fridge in the room. I guess the only improvement could be to have a kettle to make tea in the evening but to be fair we went out most evenings.

For someone going on a skiing trip, this is one of the best locations in Zell am see. We had all the amenities we needed, a place for our skiis, ski depo with dryers for our skiboots. The bus station was right in front of the house, the bus was free for skiers, and it went around every 15 minutes. Parking space was right in front of the door. We had a wonderful time here and are hoping to come back soon.

Babsy was very pleasant and helpful and accommodating. Fantastic breakfast, large room, easy to get into Zell and other places . The Zell-Kaprum summer card you get from the B&B saved us a fortune on buses and cable cars and boat trips...etc

The smell of other guests smoking in their room or balcony was wafting into our room (don't think they should have been smoking at all in the property) The automatic light in the bathroom went off too soon / when in the shower.

Host was brilliant could not do enough for you.. extremely clean, warm and cosy. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking.

Steep walk back up the hill but bus stop opposite and taxi from town either 10 or 15 euros. If more snow could have skied back to hotel but went later in the season.

Great breakfast in the morning, Babsy was kind and helpful in our first stay at Zell am See, the room was cozy and had a hot shower with good water pressure. Felt like coming home after a long day on the slopes.

Location is excellent, from the first moment you feel you like at home. The rooms are cosy perfect clean big bathroom and good shower. breakfast was also very nice. we would stay there one more time, for sure.

Everything was fine

Our host, Babsy, was welcoming and kind. We arrived late after a snowstorm and she made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent and the room was very clean. This is everything you want in a B&B.

Nothing to complain about. The only thing we never figured out was how to buy a ticket for the bus. Instructions for how to do it would be helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at B&B Babsy and Zell Am See. The summer card is excellent for travelling around the area and using all the different mountain lifts. Lots of cable cars, buses and trains included free of charge. Other attractions included. Fabulous walking in the area. The summer card is the reason we chose to stay at Zell am See. B&B Babsy is situated midway between the town centre and the Schmittenhöhebahn cable car. The room was big and comfortable. Very clean. Very nice bathroom and shower. Nice balcony overlooking the mountains. Good breakfast with cereals, rolls, meat, cheese, eggs and jams. Babsy is very helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would recommend B&B Babsy for your summer holiday in Zell am See. I think it would be good in the winter as well. We liked Zell am See and enjoyed walking by the lake. Nice town with lots of shops and restaurants. We did not hire a car and used the train to get from Salzburg Airport.

We enjoyed everything about B&B Babsy. Something to note is the B&B is approx 10 - 15 minute walk up a fairly steep hill from the town centre. It is approx another 15 - 20 minutes walk up to the cable car. During the day in summer the bus runs about every 30 minutes. Please note after 1815 hrs the service changes to 1 every 1 1/2 hours. So if you are going into town in the evenings to eat you either time your visit to the bus schedule or like us walk down and catch the last bus back at 2115 hrs. Its no big deal once you know the bus schedule and arrange your plans accordingly. You might also be fine walking both ways. The bus stop is very close to the B&B.

Very nice sized and clean room with booth type table. Very nice ski storage area and heated boot rack. Convenient parking, super close to bus stop.

Pillows were lumpy and bedding was all synthetic material. The refrigerator didn't cool. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Babsy the host was so sweet she helped us with everything, she even went and reserved us a day at the Kaprun spa when we asked her how can we visit the spa, and if she could call to let us know. The breakfast was amazing, best thing in the morning. It exceeded out expectations. The location was amazing, really close to the bus station that takes you to the ski lift which takes you to the top. The room and the whole house was really clean. You won't miss if you choose this house. It really added value to our whole trip!

Nothing everything was great!

Host was super friendly and kept the rooms very clean. Breakfast was delicious and the place overall felt very cosy and homely. There was also a bus stop nearby (2 min walk). We also had a balcony which gave lovely views and the room was very comfortable and spacious.

The location was a lot further from town than expected. More a 15 min downhill and 20 min up. The rooms were also very warm with no way of controlling the temperature.

The place is very comfortable and super clean (spotless clean). We stayed in the bigger room since we were skiing for 10 days. Very nice space and view. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and fresh bread in the morning. Babsy was very kind and helpful. If you are skiing the ski bus is just outside so it is a great quiet location with access. you can walk to town if you like the walk and there are restaurants and shops to check out.. You can also take the bus if you prefer. We will come back again

It is a great place to stay in Zell am See. The host is really friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, really clean and cosy with a great view. Conveniently placed, just a 10 min walk to downtown or you could take the bus from the bus top 10 meters away from the front of the house. Highly recommended.

It's a little bit far from city center But it's ok the bus stop near
