Chalet Schmittenbach - Pinzgau Holidays

De woonkamer van de accomodatie was zeer ruim en er stond een wasmachine in de badkamer en er zijn 2 volledige badkamers met 2 douches en 2 toiletten. Parkeren rondom het appartement was prima en gratis.

De accomodatie in zn geheel was echt niet heel schoon (alles plakte, de oven was vies, onder de bedden lag heel veel stof en in de hoeken van de kamers ook en overal hing spinrag, de handdoeken en beddengoed roken heel zuur) er was ook eigenlijk overal achterstallig onderhoud / beschadigingen. De accomodatie heeft naast een betere schoonmaak echt structureel een grote opknapbeurt nodig om weer een kwalitatief goede en mooie accomodatie te worden. Daarnaast waren de bedden niet heel comfortabel en leken best wel oud en de slaapkamers klein en ook de keuken was erg krap. Er was een klein balkonnetje met 2 stoeltjes terwijl het een 4 - 6 persoons (2 slaapkamers en een slaapbank). Tenslotte was het zeer gehorig tov onze bovenburen die nogal veel door de kamer liepen de hele avond.

Normalūs, švarūs apartamentai. Pakankamai tylu, tik atidarius balkono duris girdisi upės šniokštimas. Visa virtuvės įranga. Yra lygintuvas, džiovykla, net lyginimo lenta.

Nelabai koks vaizdas iš balkono (galima sakyti jo visai nėra: krūmais apaugusi upė ir kaimynų apleistas kiemas). Vonios kambaryje nėra kur pasikabinti rankšluosčių. Teko pasirūpinti, kad atneštų 3-čią patalynės komplektą, nes pas juos įvyko kažkokia sistemos klaida.

Es war super schön in der Thun Klamm und hoch zu wandern zur Alm und an den Stauseen zurück. Genauso auf einigen Bergbahnen hoch zu fahren und es hat geschneit oder es lag noch Schnee und Temperatur 12 Grad. Es war nicht kalt auf über 2000 Meter Höhe. Auch um den See laufen war sehr schön. Obwohl eine Seite an Straße entlang nicht so dolle war.

Das Mitte Mai fast alle Bergbahnen dort geschlossen haben und man das Auto benutzen musste um 1-2 oder 3 Bergbahnen in einer anderen Region nutzen zu können. Vor allem wo man stand oder sich rum drehte und sich bewegte nur Araber. Das war nicht mehr so schön. Das war ein bisschen zuviel ☹️

It is an economy appartment and in general it was ok, but with some notes stated below. There is a parking place. Good enough ski room with a dryer. Heating system is powerful (used it on a minimum level) It's possible to walk to the center and to the lake but it takes quite time and effort to walk back uphill. required a deposit of 300 but it was unblocked fast after end of the stay.

In this challet I would recommend to choose bigger appartments than we had, but check of ther price would be still good.... The appartement we had is a compromise for the price - The ceiling is too low (you're touching the ceiling with your head when just sitting at the dining table) and the sleeping room is too small. We asked for an upgrade to a bigger apparments but the price was absolutely unreasonable (dispite all other rooms were free). Not everything is clean. Not enough sockets. No enough light (no lamp) above the table. No socket near the table for a lamp or a laptop, Located in the middle between ski bus stops, meaning you need to walk in ski boots either up or down the hill.... No washing machine in this specific apparment.

Ľahko dostupná lokalita s pohodlným parkovaním a príjemným okolím (až na ten stavebný sklad oproti cez ulicu). Veľmi dobre vybavený apartmán s modernými kúpeľňami a komplet zariadenou kuchyňou.

Prístup do kúpeľní nie je z izieb ale z chodby, čo z popisu nie je jasné. Čistota na ťažšie prístupných miestach (napr. popod postele) nebola práve najlepšia. V kúpeľni chýbajú háčiky na zavesenie uterákov.

Vriendelijk ontvangst en keurig schoon allemaal. Woonde een meneer beneden die je alles kon vragen. Bij sneeuwval werd ook snel gehandeld dat alles toegankelijk was met de auto. Wij hadden alle appartementen met een grote groep. Was prima te doen allemaal.

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Bardzo komfortowy apartament dla 3-osobowej grupy narciarskiej. Bardzo sprawna komunikacja, mocno "zautomatyzowana".

Trochę większy telewizor byłby dobrym udogodnieniem dla wieczornych seansów filmowych i sportowych.

Sehr tolle Wohnung und die Hochalmen haben sehr gutes Essen . Tip , mit dem Auto zum Gletscher hoch fahren , unvergesslich .

Leider ist der Ort Zell am See nicht sehr schön , etwas schäbig und alles voller kleiner Kioske ?

Lekkere rustige omgeving niet aan de weg, ski liftjes dichtbij ect. Redelijk dicht bij het centrum.

Douche liep niet door maar simpel op te lossen en der lag geen bezem en stoffer en blik in het huis voor de rest prima

In der Küche fehlen ein paar Sachen wie z. B. Sieb, Küche ist ziemlich klein, 2 Baustellen in der Nähe, direkt vom Balkon schaut man auf einen betrieb. Dadurch hat man zwar den Blick auf den Berg frei , aber es ist nicht so malerisch wie auf dem Bild. Zell am See ist an sich sehr überlaufen. Die Bilder von der Wohnung vermitteln den Eindruck der Abgeschiedenheit, aber leider ist es fast an der Hauptstraße.

En fin fungerende lejlighed ikke langt fra centrum. Der var en altan, som solen sjældent ramte og bruset fra vandløbet ved huset var voldsom højt. Der var pænt og rent med håndklæder og sengetøj. Der kunne dog godt trænge til ny seng i soveværelset. Med opholdet var der gæstekort, der gav adgang til gratis bus + tog. Det benyttede vi meget - også til Salzburg. Det er nemt at tage bus og tog. Skal ikke forveksles med Kaprun sommerkortet, som også har sine fordele. Men der var 10% på de fleste oplevelser.

Der er ikke så meget - ferielejligheden var efter prisens standard.

Long walk to center of Zell.

An excellent choice of location for traveling in the fall, next to the ski lift, which is convenient for hiking. Clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay in the mountains, a ski -room for parking bicycles was great!

Very clean, modern apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Handy location.

There was no microwave

Location is good not very far from lake.

The room 2 has short ceiling height due which my son got hurt in the night when he suddenly woke up in the sleep he hit his head and got hurt. Better to inform customers if they are tall to avoid this room.

Spacious, clean, and well equipped. Comfortable beds, spacious terrace. The location was nice, walking distance to both the lake or the Schmittenhöhe Bahn.

Despite advertising as mountain views, the main view is the junk yard next door. Poor communication over the mobility card which was not left in the apartment. After some to and fro on WhatsApp I gave up and sorted it with the tourist information office in town.

Small things we can neglect it

The apartment was fantastic, very clean and great location. The staff were so helpful and promptly dealt with the booking arrangements, very efficient. We would love to go back in the future.

The studio was very nice and cozy. It was equipped with everything we needed. It is not far from the centre of the town and it is close to Schmittenhöhe bahn. We really enjoyed our stay.

Service is very good, location 👌 is perfect, and the apartment is so clean.

I can't recommend enough this apartment. We find this apartment very comfy and fully equipped kitchen , bathroom's and bedrooms ( every room was having a smart TV). Very worm and familiar, I was feeling like home here !

Nothing wrong with the place.

Spacious apartment with good facilities. Cleanliness was good and parking space was available.

The reason why I have given a low rating is the for the EUR300 which was charged to my card for deposit. Even though it was refunded, I ended up losing SGD40 for the exchange rate which was used for making the charge versus the exchange rate used for the refund. I don't understand why the deposit amount couldn't be just kept as an authorisation hold and then released once the guest check outs (like most hotels do), instead of actually charging the card and then refunding it. I basically ended up paying an additional amount for absolutely no reason. Please correct this process of yours.

Price: For the amount I paid, this is what I got. Flexibility in terms of cancellation, since I booked well in advance. Parking availability.

Apartment very dim, windows extremely tiny, feels like a basement although a balcony is available. Kitchen furnished, yet no electric kettle. Not an easy walk up the hill with a baby stroller.
