The Ac is too noisy and the hotel is way far from the pictures in their website

Location,free breakfast and free parking

Property run down and not well maintained inside or outside.Breakfast adequate but eggs and sausages barely warm.Cleanliness was sketchy but bed and bathroom appeared clean.Just not an inviting place.

The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable

I feel it’s more like motel, not 3 star hotel. The air was not pleasant at all, the building is too old and looks awful. The pool was not clean and even I asked it to be cleaned, still has to clean myself as it was crazy hot outside.

Every part of our stay was excellent. We were greeted with a friendly smile on our arrival and were checked in with no problems. We have stayed at Super 8 Gananoque many times previously and is our go-to-Motel. Debbie is a wonderful masseuse and my wife and I were pleasantly relaxed. We are scheduled to return to Gananoque in August so we will be staying at the Super 8 again. Thank you Super 8 for your hospitality.

I like the greenery area surrounding.

Patio was not clean and room has bad odors

We left a bag in the room and staff were very good about contacting us to get it back.

The breakfast was awful, and the curtains in our room literally fell off the wall when being closed.

Room was good, Clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool but it looked great. Shops were very handy. We also enjoyed the Island cruise in the afternoon of our arrival. Les & Denise

Nothing to dislike unless you are a hard to please type of person!

Room was clean and breakfast was fine

We asked if we can get a room on the first floor because one of the family members has mobility disability and cannot use the staircase. The guy at the desk told us all the rooms on the first floor were booked and we needed to upgrade the room at an extra $30/day rate. We only stayed for one day and we were literally one of the only two cars in the parking lot, so he was very obviously lying. Also the smart door lock was broken so we had to get in from another door.

Location in tact for all amenities Large field for my pup to run across the street Very respectful front desk .. excellent at explaining and covered all things pertaining to Our stay

Very helpful staff.

At check in, requested room with no stairs, (requested 7months ago) not available. Another room was allocated but that had obviously been slept in. Finally allocated a pool view room which was much appreciated. No criticism of the staff member at reception, quite the opposite. He resolved all of our problems with a helpful and apologetic manner.

I rated everything great as the room was clean but may need a bit of updating but price was great and breakfast was good, it was the first time for the staff member doing breakfast so he was a bit uncomfortable it seemed doing everything. But we were most happy with the fact the we were able to charge our electric car for free . you might want to have more that one charger on site.

Extra charger for electirc car.

The room was an upgrade from what we booked because we were told the AC was a problem in that room.

Lack of front desk staff. We had to wait on check in, they had a sign that they were out helping other guests at 2:50p.m. On check out we had to wait for the manager and there was no one maning the front desk.

Backyard for bbq

big rooms

deposit required

Make sure to PreCheck the room before continuing with the check-in as we didn't get a chance. .. The washrooms were not clean and the room was dusty. Breakfast was a mess and all guests were fighting over for food being insufficient. The breakfast room was not at all hygienic and was smelling. The staff must have been prepared in advance for the long weekend with the number of bookings received and must have maintained more staff.

Food service was under staffed, room had water issue and have to wait for 30 minutes for change of room due to under staffed

location

Breakfast, instead of boiled eggs in shell should have had scrambled eggs No staff at Breakfast

Charming set up. Porch.

Busted toilet at front of motel, trash and broken things lying around. Expensive; $180 night.

Really quiet Big and comfy room

They don't have cable anymore so expect to watch couple series only with the same season going on and on Breakfast was very disappointing... no fruits or juice, hard eggs were not cook enough and you have to remove the shell yourself...

Bien en général

Rien pour moi

They nickle dime yu 20 for cat a nite 20 for gf per nite the place is noisy.the parking lot needs a paving bad was done last 60s 70s

Room was a great price. Clean and quiet. Very smooth and friendly check in and out. We requested extra towels and they were in the room. It was noted upon arrival if I needed more just to reach out. Very accommodating. We will return.

Good location, clean.

Bad wifi couldn't even use jad to Hotspot off my phone all weekend. Plus in tub did not work

The room itself was perfect. Breakfast was good.

TV...the tv setup and remote are a disaster to figure out. Could not get just regular TV and the tv was secured in a position that prevented us from hooking up to my laptop to watch the Blue Jays game! Had to watch it on the small lap top screen.

Horrible conditions. Hazards and safety issues.

Don't stay here

This hotel was excellent for the low price level of accommodation. The hotel is more like a motel. Two floors. Access from outside. We just required a room for sleeping on our travel from place to place. The room was big enough and clean. The bed was comfortable and showed no signs of bed bugs. The bathroom facilities were complete for towels, soap and shampoo.

We did not like the fact that patrons were able to smoke just outside their room. This obviously travelled and entered our room. Also we wanted to check out earlier, however the front desk was not open until after 0800hrs. Therefore we had to leave our keys with the breakfast staff (who were likely the front desk staff anyways). However I would have preferred to have my room deposit cancelled right then.

Good location

Nothing

Yo be honest nothing

The place is not accessible at all the the jacuzzi tub most jets didn't work and also couldn't even go in for check-in or checkout my daughter had to

Cute and clean room

Appliances are not working

So cozy and private! A quiet, cottage feel. Loved the fireplace and screened in porch. Really clean, comfy beds, friendly staff.

Heavy smell of mildew throughout. It is and older property, but theres got to be a way to freshen up the smell!

Close to amenities

Having to climb stairs and lug up my luggage to get to my room. Didn’t know there were stairs. If I did, I would have requested a ground level room.

Breakfast was very good. The dining area was well well organized in a comfortable setting.

Some areas on the outside property starting to look a little bit run down but all in all everything else made the experience enjoyable.

Une grande chambre. Établissement calme

Établissement un peu vieillissant mais assez confortable

Gut gelegen, ruhig. Kann nicht meckern, war alles ok

Kann nicht meckern, alles angemessen.

Location great .

Rooms were ok. But I think it’s terrible that you have to pay an extra $250 per room for damages We only stayed one night I paid more for damages then I did for the room.

Excellent service. Clean room. Convenient location.

Very clean, the staff very friendly, breakfast good, altogether a nice place to stay!

With time and patience this property will be renovated into a budget family friendly location for sports team, seniors and family with young children to run around. The owners and staff care. My suggestion is to stay on top of details, especially in the recently renovated rooms. Lifting wallpaper, properly chalked shower-tub and secured toilets to the floor. We wish you all the best as the renovation continues.

breakfast was great. perfect location.

nothing really.

I loved the kitchenette

All the staff were very kind. The motel itself is dated, which is fine. Our room felt clean, but a little drab, but for the price, it was a perfect pit stop for us. Breakfast was fine, too. Bagels, cereal, fruits and yogurt.

Très bien pour tout

Emplacement pratique

Personnel accueillant

Chambre désuète mais propre

Have you ever visited a hotel and immediately missed the comfort of your home? I felt this way checking into this establishment. It needs major renovations. The paint on the walls are pealing and the carpets look like they haven't been replaced since 1962.

Dingy, windows terrible with broken locks, noisy, gardens not kept up, painting needed in and out, garbage cans up of floor and noot in bathroom, location of toilet paper, hit elbow trying to get, small tv, not enough light when curtains drawn, bed skirts old and fraying, only real good thing, staff friendly even though they talked to fast dometimes and a little hard to understand. Breakfast need a bit more upgrade.

One thing that I didn't like was the fact that the mattress had no cover, so…

Shower curtain pipe was broken, toilet seat moves.
