Bord de la toilette sali d'excrément que l'employé est venu nettoyer avec une moppe à plancher en plus de faire le plancher complet de la salle de bain avec cette merde. Robinetterie et accessoires ternes, redevenus comme neuf après que j'ai utilisé des lingettes lysol. Déjeuner inclus pour lequel il y avait 1 seule sorte de pain, du mauvais café, jus d'oranges, des yogourt, une petite quantité de céréales et rien d'autres. À ce compte ils seraient bien mieux de ne rien offrir. Piscine laissée à l'abandon.

El anuncio era un poco confuso en cuanto al número de camas de la reserva y tuvimos que cambiar de habitación. Hay que cuidar el texto de los anuncios para evitar estas confusiones.

Nonostante le camere ampie e potenzialmente molto belle, la struttura sembra poco mantenuta. Alcune parti sarebbero sicuramente da ristrutturare perché sembrano potersi rompere appena toccate, inoltre la pulizia non era eccezionale. Anche la colazione forse un po' misera, con possibilità di avere altro cibo, ma a pagamento.

Miroir sale la porte d'entrée plein de coulisse , plein de trasse de doigts sur les murs et la salle de bain. Des poiles sur la toilette , poussière accumulé, trasse sur les mûre planche pas propre et le miroir ???!!!

I saw 5 rooms before I finally agreed to one. They first 4 were either visibly dirty (toilet, peanuts on floor, bugs on bed from filthy air conditioning unit right next to it) or had broken items (fridge, air conditioner). Pool area was full of garbage, pool was filthy. Little to no housekeeping available, I had to argue to have clean towels and toilet paper brought to me and garbage removed. Staff was unapologetic and argumentative about conditions of room and grounds, lack of housekeeping.

On m'a donné un bon de 10 $cad pour 2 chambres reservées ( 3 personnes dejeunaient) soit 20 dollars cad de reduction. J ai donc payé 35 dollars cad pour 3 tit dej. Booking doit se mettre à jour, je pense, pour eviter ce genre de mauvaise surprise.

Reviewed May 23, 2026The way they handle the security deposit is very inconvenient. At check‑in they charge a $200 guarantee. When you leave, hours later they send you an email asking you to come back to the hotel if you’re still in the area. If not, you have to reply to the email so they can refund the deposit to your card. And even then, the refund takes a full week. In total, you get your deposit back about 14 days after check‑out. On top of that, you have to manage every step yourself; if you don’t, it really feels like they’re trying to keep your money.

Our room had animal fur on the mat inside the room and nomatter how i shook it it never cleaned off. The room needed a deep clean. As soon as we entered the room, we were hit with a horrible smell. The bed and bedding were disgusting and dirty (see photos). Yellow stains, red stains, you name a colour it was stained. Electrics hanging out the wall. Dirty muddy floors. Dirty bath/shower facilities. Only clean part of the room was the actual toilet. Room clearly hadn't been cleaned for a long long time, and the bedding hadn't been changed in a long time. We left after one night and only stayed that one night because it was so late when we arrived we couldn't book another hotel. Avoid at all costs!

Very outdated and run down rooms. Overall the room was clean. However there were marks on the bedding and hairs. Hairdryer didn’t look safe to use. Bath looked stained and dirty, but probably down to being run down.

Room was tidy but not the cleanest, my wife bought cleaners and washed bathroom doors and shower, and fireplace didn’t work, they offered another room where it might have worked but we were settled already but other than that we rested well and was very quiet, breakfast was only continental expected more for what we paid for three nights but food was near by.

Reviewed Dec 19, 2025The owner was is very professional, he has taken an aging building and spruced it. It is very close to everything in Gananoque and walking is a reality. Rooms are large, I had 2 King beds, bathroom is updated and large and he does a small breakie at a great price point.

The breakfast was terrible. Rubber eggs, tasteless sausages. The hot water was cold. There was no fresh milk. There was no cereal.

Breakffast ends too late for a weekend. Should be extended to at least 10 am. Breafast area very small, only 2 tables.

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025This place is cheap with an adequate hot breakfast. The staff are very friendly and I'm sure trying their best to make your stay comfortable.
Rooms are a little old and tired and not terribly clean. We are not likely to stay here again. There are better options in this price bracket in Gananoque.

Salle de bain aurait besoin d'être rénovée, ventilateur non fonctionnel, donc beaucoup de traces d'humidité... Petit divan taché. Endroit qui aurait besoin d'amour!
