All the documents in the room were in chiness, couldn't read or understand any of the manuals nor notes. To resolve this: Should provide also a translated manual or documents in atleast English for foreigners. I loved that each of the lamp switches had a translation, in order for me to know what each one did. Should do the same with each document or staff note.

Our room was clean, well-maintained, and we were especially impressed by the size of the family room - it was huge! The hotel is extremely kid-friendly, with a small kids’ club that’s perfect for guests traveling with children. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a great variety to start the day. The location is ideal if you’re visiting the Wuzhen Scenic Area.

Reviewed Sep 23, 2023An elegant property in a perfect location to reach the East Gate entrance of the water town (10 mins walk) and very close (3 Mins walk) to the inter-city and local area bus station. The hotel is modern and well-maintained, with very clean rooms and very helpful front desk staff. Food in the Chinese restaurant was of a high standard and the buffet breakfast offered a huge variety of choices.
This hotel did not disappoint.
