She was so nice with our daughter, espcecially with the little one. This place is excellent thanks to the owner, we will repeat for sure! ❤️

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026The staff at the hotel were super lovely! Very welcoming and accomodating when we asked for extra bath towels or conditioner. We forgot a charger in our room and the owner very kindly drove her moped around to look for us and hand it back to us. We would definitely stay again!

Best part is the services provided by the lady owner, who is so helpful and welcoming. She even took my little girl out for a motorcycle ride. And she is a petite lady and she helps carry our 4 luggage with her. Very thankful for the lady owner who makes our trip so much pleasant.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026The location is great, near Wuzhen Dongzha which is very quiet in the morning. The host lady swapped a room with a window for me, looking over on the river, which was nice. And the mattress was firm, which was great for my back after a long day haha. The host was also very friendly to give me a ride to Xizha and back. Communication was fine because i can speak some basic Chinese.

Reviewed May 21, 2026The room was clean and the view was good - beside the river. The lady owner was very friendly and warm. I didn't do any research before heading to Wuzhen. She explained to me patiently the attractions in Wuzhen and how to best arrange my itinerary. As I arrived at noon and had only half day left, she was very kind to have guided me to the Dongzha ticket counter to save me some time despite the drizzling rain. The bed was very comfy and I had a good sleep after a long day of visiting Dongzha and Xizha.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026We stayed only 1 night to experience Wuzhen. The room has a nice riverside view. The lady owner was super nice, gave us mandarines and helped us to book hanfu at 10pm. She was always smiling. We would stay here again next time we visit Wuzhen

She makes sure you have everything you need to have a successful stay. The location is very convenient. Close to everything, and you can easily go to rhe west side with bus or didi (less than 10rmb). The noise cancellation works very well and Have air conditioners.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026The lady that manages the inn is super nice and helpful, the inn is nice and the room had everything I needed, the position is handy and wuzhen is really beautiful. The east part is smaller and it's open during the day only, the west part is the best, it's bigger and it feels like a maze (in a good way, it's wonderful to lose yourself in the narrow old streets), it's also open till 22:00 and I really recommend to stay at least 1 night to have all the time to see the west part from sundown till closure.
As a foreigner a lot of people in the streets stared at me like I was an alien but I've got used to it. Wuzhen unfortunately is really crowded so the experience can be a bit stressful sometimes but I can understand as it's really a wonderful place.

I arrived at night and it was raining. It was difficult to find the hotel but they answered quickly and came to look for me. Everything else was fine.

Their attentive service really made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The location is another highlight; it’s very convenient, close to key attractions and transportation, making it easy to explore the area.
While the facility is a bit old, it’s well maintained and offers great value for money. You really can't ask for more for the price you pay.

She gave us a biscuit gift and banana upon our check-in. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Upon check-out, she even helped us to send our big luggage by motor to the main road where we wait for our vehicle.

She is also super responsive on WeChat, if you have any requests or questions she will help you to the best of her abilities.
There was a poisonous centipede that crawled out of our wall, could be because the inn is on the waterfront.

Reviewed May 19, 2025The owner of the hotel was on standby whenever we needed help as she lives nearby. She greeted us warmly and catered to our needs throughout the stay. She gave us a lot of free snacks and was very very very humble and kind. The price is definitely worth it as some of the rooms could have views of the river.
The hotel is located quite deep into the alley. If you bring a lot of luggage, it will be difficult to drag it along the stone road. We left early in the morning so we made a lot of noise which definitely woke up some of the people living there.
