Well appointed rooms, very friendly and caring staff. Quiet and peaceful . Nice homely food options available catering to your taste. Limited breakfast just 1 option plus eggs on order or paratha on order . Add to that the usual Cereals and bread toast jam et all. It’s a strictly budget stay which provides perfect value for money

We stayed for 2 nights after arriving at the airport. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The standard room was comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water for the shower. The bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was fine. The hotel has a roof terrace where you can sit out.

The location to the airport. Prior Communication. Wonderful dinner served to us and attended (only ones there). quiet room. No bugs. Fair price. We checked in (lots of paperwork we were advised of), were escorted to our rooms and were given some explanations by really nice young men (better english). It was a different kind of experience but not bad. Small Terrace was nice but was being used by a big group. Bed was fine. Shower, but I ran out of hot water both times. Space them out. I didn't mind the 'all in one' shower room. Taxi to hotel at 6pm was 400 rupees set price at airport. He didn't know where hotel was and took a very long route even with gps. Going back at 3am was 700 set by hotel- he also took a much shorter route.. AC was fine. Dining area was nice but we never saw any food but what we ordered.

I chose this hotel based on what seemed to be legit reviews and photos (as compared to most others I researched) and the communication that was very clear. Upon arrival communication was impossible. Where was the person who spoke English? We couldn't communicate about meals which I understood to be 24-7. We were told dinner could be 7:30 and needed to order over the phone but we didn't know if they understood. There was confusion if it was brought to our room or we go down to dining area. (we split up to wait at both areas). Dinner was served in dining area as we wanted. We left twice very early (for Taj tour and our flight) and thought we could get something to go but the front didn't know anything about the early food or breakfast so we went without both days. Definitely needed some maintenance or work and linens that weren't old. We never saw the place in daylight even with 2 night stay. no body wash. had to ask 2x for another roll of TP after our first tiny roll was out. I don't know where the washing machine and dryer were. We had a small table and 2 chairs, the other had a tiny sofa...Deluxe room? Site won't let me add the pictures I want to add.

This is not just a hotel—it truly felt like a home for me. From the moment I landed in Delhi at 2 AM, I was enveloped in kindness. Mr. Virender Singh, the soul of this hotel, personally came to pick me up from the airport along with Shukla ji. Despite the hour, they welcomed me with a warm smile and a beautiful bouquet, making me feel instantly special and cared for. For the entire three days I spent in Delhi, Mr. Virender Singh took care of every single detail—my stay, my comfort, my peace of mind. He was not just a hotelier, but a guardian angel who made sure I lacked nothing. Each moment I spent inside Hotel Gracious was filled with a sense of serenity and belonging. The hotel itself is immaculate—neat, clean, fresh, and radiating a positive aura. Walking into the property felt less like entering a hotel and more like stepping into a temple of peace and warmth. A special mention to the Buddha statue in the hotel—the story behind it is nothing short of a miracle and adds a deep spiritual energy to the place. I feel blessed to have known that story and experienced the hotel’s unique vibe. The staff, under Mr. Virender’s leadership, are truly courteous, respectful, and always smiling. Under the blazing Delhi sun, sweating yet determined, he accompanied me to the market, walking tirelessly until we found what I was searching for. That level of care and selflessness is rare and deeply touching. The breakfast prepared by Raju was simply delicious, served with love and care. I even got the chance to enjoy a homely breakfast with Mr. Virender Singh at his own residence—a gesture that cemented the feeling that this was not just business, but family. I feel incredibly blessed and honoured to know Mr. Virender Singh, not just as a community member, but as a friend and brother. His hospitality is not merely professional—it comes from a place of genuine affection and humanity. I can wholeheartedly recommend Gracious by Vishesh for a stay in Delhi. I arrived in Delhi (from the UK) in early May and was due to spend my stopover night on the way to Rishikesh, here at Gracious..... But I got scammed by a 'taxi driver' at the airport and told that my hotel was closed. I ended up being dumped in an awful 'hotel' in the middle of nowhere and felt quite uneasy. I managed to call the owner of Gracious by Vishesh and he immediately offered to pick me up and bring me to his, (my proper pre- booked hotel). He was very kind and when I said I didn't want to ask him to do that (because it was late at night) he very kindly offered to transfer my booking to the end of the month, when I would be coming back to Delhi for my return stopover (which I hadn't booked yet). When I arrived in Delhi at the end of my trip I was looking forward to knowing I was staying somewhere safe, as a solo female traveller. And I wasn't disappointed. The streets of Delhi are chaotic, crazy, busy and wild, but as soon as you open the door to the reception it feels safe, calm and welcoming. The check in was efficient and I was escorted to my room and shown around. The room was nice, everything worked fine and was pleasant, there was a mini fridge with some cold drinks if required, TV, air con nice lighting and the bed and furnishings were all clean and comfortable. I met the owner Viren, his very lovely wife and his youngest son and had a lovely chat and felt very welcomed and looked after during my very short stay. I unfortunately didn't get to try the breakfast (which looked nice and I'm sorry I missed out), but I woke up a little late and had to rush to get ready to go to the airport. The receptionist booked a car for me the night before and if was there on the dot of 8am. I was very happy with my stay and I would recommend this gem of a hotel to anyone, especially lone travellers who are a bit nervous or experiencing Delhi/India for the first time. Have stayed at this property multiple times. Rooms are consistently clean and servers are always more than willing to accommodate. Close to Delhi airport, so great for a stopover or before traveling elsewhere. Area is always buzzing with activity. Nice that the hotel has a gym, though it charges for such.

We booked this hotel to be close to the airport, and this was a good choice for this purpose. Quiet rooms.

The rooms were small, with no windows. But for us this was Ok, as we arrived for a short stay.

Really nice hotel: clean, nice amenities, good price, great food, close to the airport and easy access to everywhere in Delhi. The staff is friendly and the owner is very helpful. They also offer good suggestions for activities and educate you on what to pay attention when visiting India. Overall my wife and I had a wonderful experience and intend to come back.

Als kurzes Stoppoverhotel föllig okay für den Preis kann man nicht ein 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten. Würden es jederzeit für einen kurzen Stopp wieder buchen. Jedoch würden wir kein Frühstück dazu buchen. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Uns war es wichtig das keine Krabbelviecher im Zimmer sind und die Betten sauber und das war der Fall.

A really clean and comfortable stay with easy access to the airport. The staff member that showed me the room was very helpful and nice, the following morning at check out was easy and fine although there was a mix up with the taxi timing.

I didn't get a warm welcome at check in . The guy at the reception was in a bad mood and was shouting at his colleague. Not a good first impression.

Location in a dirty and crowded street. Entry to rooms is via a steep ramp to the parking lot. I did not like the food quality at their restaurant. The room was very small.

The staff was immediately friendly. The location was great right near the airport. All the room facilities, restaurant and even hallways very clean. The food we had was absolutely delicious. Chicken Tikka, Palak Paneer and Briyani. They were considerate of our western palate and not too spicy but full of delicious flavor. There was also a really nice little garden n the roof and you could observe the rooftop bustling life of Delhi to get a glimpse into local life. Very cool. The bed was VERY comfortable and sheets soft. The room was also very quiet compared to surrounding city. Peaceful for a deep sleep. All the things you would want for a decent price. Can’t recommend enough. Hari Om!

Wonderful stay at Gracious! Friendly, helpful staff (especially Manoj, who picked us up at the airport, showed us around the hotel, and made us feel welcome, cared for and at home with his gentle, cheerful and gracious :) manner), delicious authentic food that isn't too spicy for foreigners, comfy beds, and clean, cozy, quiet rooms all make Gracious a wonderful place to stay. The rooftop garden is a fantastic addition to a lovely hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for a few days in December 2024. The stay was clean and relaxing. The hotel is close to the airport for easy access. The hotel is roughly 15 minutes from the airport. We would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a place to stay near the airport for a reasonable price.

Most friendliest and kindest Staff. Good location. Near market, bus stations and of course the airport. Terrace has a nice view to the city. Front Desk is always available and ready to support your needs. Room is very comfortable. Very generous Supplements and delicious breakfast.

Looking back on my trip reminds me of how nice this top hotel for stay actually was! As soon as I stepped inside, every detail spoke ‘welcome’. The workers here are awesome—they treated everyone like family yet kept everything classy and sharp too which is often hard to find together nowadays believe it or not... oh well—and conveniently located close enough that getting back home never felt rushed—such joy experienced overall from arrival till departure folks

Was simple, clean, close to terminal 3. Food was made in their own kitchen. Buffet breakfast was available. Highlight was the terrace with a garden with variety of plants. Good to visit or to have dinner in the evening.

Room was spacious and clean with all the essentials for a good night stay. Comfy bed. Great choice to catch a flight without having to worry for traffic, just 15 mins away from airport. Owner is very helpful in sharing all the relevant information before you reach the hotel.

The hotel is near the airport, convenient if you have a plan to go other states in india. The staff are friendly and kind. The shower and the toilet are close and the floor is flat, so drain the water yourself after using it. Except that, we were comfortable when we stayed there.

The staff were absolutely excellent. So helpful. Manoj in the breakfast restaurant cooks a great omelette to order. Uttapam was good too with mint chutney. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms well appointed with toiletries, good towels, hot shower, kettle and cups, green tea bags and instant coffee, fridge. Very clean. Distressed decor ( mostly by design). Easy check in. Easy to get to in Uber. About $8-10 AUD. Noise from busy street below dies down overnight so sleeping is good. The professional photos are of course dolled up but don’t be disappointed by first impressions because this really is a great value and authentic place to stay. While basic, it had everything you need for a layover near the airport and the staff are just so lovely. Oh yes and the filtered water is much appreciated (near the restaurant) to add to the small bottle provided. Will definitely use again.

Most everything was okay - nothing to brag about. There are many nicer places in the same area at better prices. What did discouraged me most was be charged over $5 for a room heater. It was a very cold night in January and the room did not have heating. This, by itself, is reason alone not to stay here. And I never will again.

This is the secnd time I have stayed at Gracious, and both times were great. For the very reasonable price of the room, the whole place is very clean and well-kept. The staff is well trained and kind. The only thing is that everything is "chargeable." Go into it with a mindset of anything slightly extra will be possible but you'll need to pay for it. Usually the rate is reasonable - but nothing is free. Example: heat.

I recently stayed at a hotel that is located just a 10-minute drive away from the airport, making it a convenient option for a layover stay. The reception staff were very polite and provided all the necessary information regarding the stay, which was appreciated. However, I was a bit disappointed with the hotel's location, as it seemed quite rural and not recommended for walking around. Despite the reception's assurance that the area was safe, I still felt a bit uneasy.

The biggest issue for me was the room itself. It was old and didn't seem very clean, especially the bedsheets which appeared dirty. As a result, I didn't get much rest during my overnight stay as I didn't feel comfortable. Overall, while the hotel's location and reception staff were positives, the state of the room left much to be desired. I would recommend this hotel only as a last resort for a short layover stay, but not for a longer stay or for those who prioritize cleanliness and comfort.

We had a hotel reservation denied and were in need of a hotel. We picked this place at random and it looked like a bad area from the outside but it was clean and comfortable in our rooms and the staff was really great.

By far the worst hotel experience I've ever had traveling over 50 countries. Here's a list: - Hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures, do not be fooled. - The shower does not work. You need to fill water in a bucket and pour it over your head. - The 'complimentary' shampoo and body wash were PREOPENED and used by someone else before me. They didn't bother replacing these tiny bottles. - The neighbourhood was HORRIBLE. I grew up in a shady part of Istanbul and was still scared by the surroundings here. Do not recommend for solo travelers. - There is an incredible amount of street noise. Zero sound isolation - hell some of the windows arent even fully sealed. I'm a deep sleeper and I still woke up to the honking and screaming. - The walls are dirty and have paint coming off. - Hotel staff don't really know what they're doing. They were rude to me in check in and knocked on my door to give me water even though I didnt answer the first time and it was 1AM. I would recommend some training on hospitality. Unless you are desperate or tight on cash, I do not recommend putting yourself through this.

The food is awful. Don't even think about eating there. The hotel is not same as posted. At least the entry. You need to go through some sketchy areas to get into the hotel. I don't think I would ever want to stay there because of the location and the food

På trods af corona-krise blev vi taget imod med åbne arme. ejeren Viren redegjorde kort for situationen i Indien og lovede at tage sig af os indtil vi havde fly hjem uanset om vi løb tør for penge. “Vi må jo stå sammen” sagde han. Han er et kærligt menneske og en engel i en forfærdelig tid. Vi ankom 3 timer før Indiens lockdown 24/3-20 og han informerede os hvad mr. Modi meldte ud. Han er en engel og hans personale supersøde. Vi fik serveret mad i opholdsstuen fra deres restaurant - husk at sige, maden skal være spicy!! Værelserne var fine-godt badeværelse-dog var el-installation mærkelig og ikke adskilt. Man slukkede for alt, når man skulle sove. Omgivelserne ved vi intet om, da vi ikke måtte gå ud😔

I have visited Delhi couple of times and Hotel Gracious is the best place I have stayed in Delhi. Prior to the trip you receive detailed information about the location and how to get there. The rooms are modern and well equipped. Staffs and room services are excellent. Most importantly the owner, Virender is always reachable and at your service. Just do not forget to check the messages from him. Virender happens to throw free family lunch invitation to guests! Unfortunately I missed it. All in all my stay was great and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Delhi.

The staff and owner were extremely welcoming and accommodating. They arranged a driver for our Delhi sight seeing and cabs to the airport. Rooms were clean, comfortable and the food was great. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Pros - Polite staff, A Grade service, 15 mins from Delhi Airport terminal 3, In house kitchen is mind blowing, Cab drop service, wakeup call. 1km to Metro station Cons - Area doesn't have good option to dine in. You will be depending on inhouse kitchen. Rates are little bit on higher side. Apart from this i didn't think of anything.
