Für eine Nacht in Flughafennähe ganz gut. Das Zimmer entspricht dem lokalen Standard, und soweit hat alles funktioniert, die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist sehr gut: Von der Metrostation ist man in etwa 12–15 Minuten zu Fuß beim Hotel. Alternativ bietet das Hotel auch einen Taxiservice für 500 Rupien an. Ansonsten gehört das Hotel zu den wenigen Unterkünften in der Gegend, die man meiner Meinung nach mit gutem Gewissen buchen kann.

Kommunikation war zwischenzeitlich so naja, gerade auch bei der Bezahlung des Taxis zum Flughafen. Ich würde die Metro präferieren, aber mein Abflug war mitten in der Nacht, als keine Metro fuhr. Man hört außerdem alles vom Flur, stört mich nicht, aber für Leute, die sowas stört, könnte das ein Problem werden.

Room was fine and shower and AC worked well.

We got significantly overcharged for a taxi and the staff member we interacted with was quite pushy with supposedly booking us a taxi despite us wanting to use uber as a cheaper option. I can appreciate that it isn’t expensive relative to what we would pay in the UK but it was frustrating being treated like we were clueless and being blatantly ripped off. The location was also not in aerocity but it was close to the airport.

The location near Delhi Airport was convenient. However, these positives were overshadowed by the overall experience.

We were downgraded from the Triple Executive Room we booked to a Deluxe Room. Breakfast was included in our Booking.com reservation, but the hotel denied the included breakfast and charged us separately, including for our child. Staff and room-service behaviour was rude and unhelpful, especially when we requested assistance with preparing food for our infant. The Delhi sightseeing cab and driver were also very disappointing, and the driver shouted at our children. Food was overpriced, and additional 5% service charges were applied even to basic requests. The room quality also did not match the Booking.com photographs.

the photos are of another Hotel. this hotel is inside the street but the photos shared on booking.com are of another hotel with similar name starts with La S.... so completely i would say fraud. Room were bad, no basic facilities in the room. Towels were not there. Bed was very bad not cleaned properly.

The design of the hotel itself is perfect, the staff are professional and helpful. The mattresses and pillows are some of the best I've compare to other hotels.

Customer care is not a preference, only money making is. 1. Before booking I asked if they have facility for driver to sleep. They said yes, but when we came, he didn’t give driver any facility, my bad I have not crossed checked, driver from Uttarakhand and I felt very bad that he didn’t got any rest over night. And hotel staff has no concern. 2. I asked for cab and how soon I can get it, the person said 2 min sir, ready hai. Took money and then cab come after 20 min, Uber was half the price and 6 min away, I ask him since I was getting late for flight. The person knowingly delayed me 20 min. And no shame even to return over charged amount.

This was a nice place to stay. staff were polite, the room was tidy, and the surroundings were quiet, it was a good experience.

When I booked the property it said there was an airport shuttle and that the airport was walking distance from hotel. This was infact not true.

It’s actually a 10 min drive from the airport Due to be being a female alone traveller the only reason I booked it was because on booking.com this was the info provided which turned out be false. When I checked in and asked if the Shuttle could take me to the airport at around 12am they said that was fine and would be arranged. When I eventually checked out in the middle of the night I was told that the shuttle would cost 800 rupees and that they only accept cash. I told them I didn’t have cash due to flying out. They allowed me to pay with card for the hotel but wouldn’t accept card for shuttle. I then asked why they didn’t tell me this when I checked in so I could have gone to get cash during the day The gentlemen then said there’s an atm down the road that I can draw out money - in the middle of night!! Being a female alone traveller I wasn’t comfortable with this. I then told him I will rather call an uber. As I was busy calling an uber he then said I could pay by card! So the card option was always available they were just trying to get a cash payment! It was also difficult ordering room service as the guy taking orders couldn’t understand English, The pictures of the hotel on booking.com is not a true representation of the actual hotel and rooms.

It was surely a value for money I was traveling with my daughter and family and wanted to have a stay for a night. Really appreciated the cleanliness, hygine and basic facilities in the room . It was good size room with sofa. for sure can be considered with family trips in budget price. Also they have restarturent which is in budget for all food items.

The behavior of the receptionist (night duty) was not great. He needs to learn to talk with respect. Is he a bit moody ? Though I would say the other staff as well as shuttle driver were bit more understanding. The breakfast is a bit underwhelming and there were not many choices to pick from.

Yes, the desk staff insulted me in Hindi. When I left as a result, they kept the money I’d paid at check-in, while telling Booking I was a no-show. I had booked this hotel for one night because I had a connecting flight the next morning. When I got there, the room did not resemble the photos. Initially I thought I could deal with a dirty, shabby room because I was so tired. But then things went significantly downhill. There were no towels, only an apparently unwashed bath mat lying on the floor from the previous guest. When I asked the desk to bring me a towel, the guy who’d checked me in came up and wandered around my room, looking to see if there was a towel or not. As he did this, he muttered or stage whispered insults at me, calling me “mleccha” and so on. This was surreal and extremely uncomfortable. I assume he thought I didn’t understand Hindi, but it’s also possible he didn’t care. I didn’t say anything to him at this point, and when he handed me two towels, he offered them with performative solicitousness that felt just as passive aggressive. It was impossible to stay in such circumstances. Because my phone wasn’t working, I walked around the neighborhood to find another hotel. I found several that were very much nicer for the same price (about 2800 rupees or USD30), and I took a good room elsewhere. Then I went back to La Sapphire for my bags and to speak to the manager, who took my complaints with 0 seriousness. The guy who’d insulted me hovered in the background and grinned. No acknowledgment or apology from anyone. I asked if they would refund me, maybe half of it. Simply impossible, he said. I’d been checked in 3 or 4 hours already, he said. Finally, they reported me as a “no show” to Booking, which prevented me from writing a review. Thankfully, Booking reversed this when I explained what happened, but I’m still out of the money, as I paid cash. I have serious questions about the 8.3 rating of this hotel.

Very old furnitures all over. Was very hot and no A/C in the halls etc,only in room. The room was very smelly. Be careful as they might overcharge you and then when they're supposed to return the money they will deduct more money to pay tax etc. Even when booking taxi with them they will tell you one price and when you reach the price will be double.When I asked why,they said its bigger taxi. They did not know 3 people will come with 3 suitcases!

Every request was handled within minutes. Easily the warmest hospitality we have had in years.”

The staff was arrogant and unfriendly, they tried to charge us more than the price listed on Booking. Some of the rooms don't have windows, and this is not described anywhere. The toilet cistern didn't work. We talked about including breakfast and in the morning we were greeted with slices of bread with mayonnaise and juice... we said that this was unacceptable and they gave us scrambled eggs from the kitchen. We wanted to use their transportation services, we had agreed on a certain amount, but in the end they wanted to charge us much more and there was a huge scandal at the hotel reception... better choose another hotel
