Cituated in the center of the town and the shopping area not far away of the marina. An impressive building. The reception is on the first floor and reflects cleanliness and luxury. Our room a junior suite overlooked the shopping center. It had all the amenities and very comfortable bed. A reason to come back to Malaga.

The location is amazing. You are in the heart of it all. Shower and bed very comfortable. The apartment had everything and was a nice size.

Very loud including that you could hear everything in the apartment next door. Outside is also loud but I expected that. Bring earplugs !!!

The location of this hotel is exceptional. The taxi driver managed to get us to the front of the hotel where I had envisaged a walk from the nearest non pedestrian area. The reception staff were most helpful advising us where to eat after our late arival due to a delay at the outgoing flights. They were very helpful on departure storing our luggage and arranging an onward transfer to our destination. The rooftop bar is stylish and has superb views of the city.

The Hotel Staff are fabulous, Hotel is spotless clean, the location is fantastic, right in the middle of the city, walking distance to everything, even though the Hotel in situated on the main thoroughfare, once the windows/balcony doors are closed you cannot hear a thing outside so noise is not an issue at night. The beds & pillows are fabulous, really comfortable for a great nights sleep. There's a mini fridge in the room with a mini bar but enough room in it if you need to use for anything like Medication etc. The shower is great also. For me, the location of the mirror in our room with a socket near it was brilliant as I need to be beside the mirror for hair & make-up 🤓 We've stayed here twice now, will most definitely stay again, we don't even consider looking at any other Hotel while visiting Malaga.

The central location is perfect for exploring the city and shopping. It’s also a 15 minute walk to the beach around the port so a very good place to stay

Our room was very noisy due to it overlooking the shopping street and we weren’t able to sleep until the early hours of the morning.

We love this hotel and try to stay here every time we visit, if we can. The location is ideal, the staff are so very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is in excellent condition. For us everything is just perfect. We always get a wonderful welcome back and just love everything about the staff and the hotel.

Very disappointing experience and unfortunately we could not stay. The apartment felt very dated, dark, damp and dingy, and generally looked far less inviting than we had expected. The beds were also very small, and the air-conditioning unit was leaking water down the wallpaper, which added to the feeling that the apartment needed attention and updating. The biggest issue for us was the layout. Both bedrooms were downstairs, while the only bathroom was upstairs on a completely different floor. Although the Booking.com description lists which rooms are on each floor, it does not clearly highlight the practical reality that there is no bathroom or toilet at all on the bedroom level. We were travelling with our youngest daughter, who regularly gets up during the night to use the toilet. She became extremely anxious at the thought of having to leave the bedrooms and go upstairs alone during the night. Had the bathroom situation been made much clearer when booking, we would never have chosen this apartment for our family. We also did not feel particularly comfortable with the entrance to the property. Access was down a dark alleyway where people were sitting around on the ground, which did not feel welcoming or reassuring when arriving with children. We explained the situation to reception immediately after arriving. Unfortunately, we found the response extremely unhelpful. Nothing was offered to try to resolve the situation, no alternative accommodation was suggested and no refund or even partial refund was offered. As a result, we had no realistic option other than to leave almost immediately and pay again for alternative accommodation that was suitable for our family. What disappointed us most was not simply that the apartment did not suit us, but the complete lack of willingness to help once we explained the genuine issue we were having with our child. I would strongly recommend families with younger children check the layout very carefully before booking thi

I was upgraded to a room with a view of the Plaza- It was a cool and quiet room with a very big bed and good white linen. The air conditioning and double glazing were superb. Unlike many hotels I have stayed in the air con did not go off when you remove the card that connects the other electrics. In a very hot city this is a big bonus. The roof terrace bar was delightful, especially at night. I slept very well indeed.

Only two things. No International TV apart from news and share prices. I am not a business traveller and a couple of programmes in English would have made it a perfect stay. None in other European languages either. As an international city I think this would not be beyond the means of the hotel to provide this. The other thing was there was no safety rail in the bath/shower. It was a low bath but still difficult for the elderly to enter without something to hang on to.

It was not easy to find the hotel entrance because it is narrow and not well advertised. Takeaway breakfast could have been better. It gets noisy if you leave the window open at night due to the central pedestrian street nearby.

Very centrally located. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooftop bar was very nice. Extra large comfy bed. Balcony overlooking street.

Shower was over bath. Prefer separate shower. Bottled water available in mini bar, but I think water should be complimentary given price point of hotel.

El trato del personal de la recepción del hotel fue excelente. Nos encontramos con un problema durante la primera noche de estancia en el hotel, y al día siguiente lo resolvieron de forma inmediata. Además, la ubicación del hotel es insuperable.

La habitación debería ser reformada, presenta desperfectos leves que han sido reparados, (pintura, mobiliario, alicatado del baño y sanitarios).

The location

The location is excellent. Right on the main drag into el centro with its marbeled street and many shoppes, its like Navidad in August. Our room looked over Constitution Plaza They have a lovely rooftop bar/lounge where you can see a good part of el Centro Malaga.the staff is friendly up there as well.

Better details about how to actually get to the hotel from the airport, with the various options. That should be very fleshed out for travelers coming. For instance knowing only the taxi, not an uber, can drop you off at the door, when you have 2 large suitcases, is a nice to know item. However Oscar and Carmen were the best at customer service and put us at ease. You only arrive once. Lastly, our room overlooked Plaza Constitution. In Malaga they party until dawn. There was whooping and hollering until 6 30am on a Friday night. Best advice is stay there but choose a room away from the Plaza.

We were offered an upgrade to suite for a minimal amount. Really nice

The bathtub/ shower seems a bit dangerous as you had to stand in tube with no non- skid mat for safety. Really needs a suction cup type of removable mat to provide safety or even a wall mounted grab bar would help as well, thank you!

it was over the top!! hah pride catered flags all over the entrance l had to wIt for the lift as we arrived while a large gay fist poster was put up over the lift ! so stood with my case 20 min ! music then was blaring on the roof terrace last time it was a lively relaxing place with music on the terrace gay pride punk haired dj and ridiculously loud blaring music . lm not gay and l don't see why they must be celebrated ?? ! ruined our visit wont be back

Location was excellent. Exactly it is in the city center. You can reach every market, stores and a little bit walk to soho sea side. Room was really clean and many thanks to Eva for kind and helpful approach about parking issue.

Breakfast was enough but everyday same. Breakfast menu can change each by day and there is no coffee machine in the room.

El hotel está en una situación inmejorable. El trato me gustó. Estuve en el apartamento del hotel.

Las dos noches que estuve hubieron muchos gritos en la plaza. Al estar en el centro, me dicen que es algo habitual. quizás si hubiera estado en el hotel no se hubiera notado tanto.

En cuanto llegué los recepcionistas fueron muy atentos y estuvieron más que dispuestos para resolver cualquier cosa que necesité. La ubicación fue excelente.

Breakfast superb! Every member of staff very helpful. Cannot fault it in anyway! I was advised on good tapas bars and restaurants which were excellent. The roof terrace bar was great with fantastic service. I will definitely be back.

Nevyužívali sme hotelové raňajky, radšej sme chodili do mesta na brunch a tak sme "ochutnali" aj atmosféru pešej zóny. Ocenili sme príjemnú atmosféru v rooftop bare.

Ik had een ander hotel geboekt en kreeg dan tegen mijn zin en zonder parking ( ellende) dit en te betalen en altijd volzet. Geen info vooraf en ontbijt trok op niks heel pover en beperkt en alles warm yougourt bijvoorbeeld en de smeltende kaas en Zure sinaasappelsap.... nooit meer.

Die Lage des Hotels war Topp. Im Zentrum. Alles in kurzer Zeit zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben nicht im Hotel Gefrühstückt.

Keine Bemängelung. Wir müssten etwas Erfinden.
