Excelente localização na principal rua de comércio de Málaga (Calle Marqués de Larios), fácil acesso à todos os principais pontos turísticos. Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já provei em hoteis! Grande variedade de pães, doces e salgados. Coma o Hommus que estava incrível! O hotel disponibiliza uma garrafa de vidro para encher com água e, cada andar, há um filtro disponível com água normal ou gelada. Quarto extremamente amplo para 3 pessoas, ar condicionado funcionando muito bem. Staff muito receptivo.

Este Petit Palace está muito bem localizado, no centro histórico de Málaga. Fica uma distância de 1 a 2 minutos da Calle Larios. O pequeno almoço é muito bom! O nosso quarto tinha uma boa área, as camas eram confortáveis, a casa de banho também com boa área e estava muito limpo. O Hotel disponibiliza dispensadores de água nos andares e garrafa de vidro no quarto, o que dá muito jeito. A receção funciona 24 horas e como chegamos após as 00:00, deu-nos muito jeito. Também guardam a bagagem após o check-out.

Die Lage ist absolut top - mitten im Zentrum und dennoch extrem ruhig.

Die Zimmer war hier und da sehr staubig und das Geschirr am Frühstücksbuffet war teilweise sehr dreckig.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Everything was excellent, and I would definitely come back again!

Excellent location, comfortable and spacious room, cleaning every day and fabulous breakfast.

If you are an early sleeper and sensitive to noise, the central location comes with the downside that it is quite noisy with cafes and bars down the street. We were on the 1st floor so this was perhaps more noticeable than it may have been from higher up the building.

La Habitación era tan pequeña. No merecía ser una habitación. Tenía una columna en medio que ni dejaba ver una TV minúscula. El desagüe no funcionaba. El colchón era más grande que el canapé, lo que hacía que si te sentabas o te ibas a los lados te hundías.

Excesivamente caro para una familia, reservamos con mucho tiempo de antelación y aún así fue precio muy elevado.

The biggest selling point of Petit Palace Málaga is undoubtedly its location. Right in the heart of the old town, it is perfectly placed for exploring Málaga's main attractions, restaurants, shops and bars. We couldn't have asked for a better base for our stay. However, overall the hotel felt more like a 3-star property than a 4-star one. The room was quite basic and lacked some of the comfort and finish that we would normally expect from a hotel in this category. While we appreciate that we visited during peak season, which inevitably pushed the price up, the accommodation itself didn't quite justify the premium cost. On the positive side, both the hotel and our room were generally clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, there was a significant amount of black mould on the bathroom ceiling, which was disappointing to see and detracted from an otherwise clean environment. In summary, Petit Palace Málaga is an excellent choice if location is your priority, and we enjoyed being so close to everything the city has to offer. However, the basic rooms and maintenance issues meant it fell short of the 4-star experience we were expecting.

Hotel situato in una buona posizione per la Feria de Dia e per il bus per la feria de noche. Colazione molto varia e buona. Ottimo il distributore d’acqua.

La stanza, pur essendo spaziosa, era asettica e impersonale. Mancava di alcuni confort, ad esempio ferro da stiro e cucchiaini per il tè messo a disposizione. Anche il bagno al limite del 4 stelle: senza kit di cortesia, senza portaspazzolino e senza conditioner tra i prodotti per la doccia.

Perfect location to explore the city. All shops , restaurants, tasty ice cream places only few steps away. We had a family room which was big enough, excellent shower. Very nice and helpful staff .We had an early flight the next morning so we were offered a packed breakfast to take with us which I thought was very nice! This was a small part of our trip but will definitely go back for a longer stay.

Expect to drag your suitcase as the hotel is in a pedestrian area so taxis dont drop you at the door

Het hotel viel helaas erg tegen. Van een 4-sterrenhotel hadden wij echt veel meer verwacht. Naar onze mening is dit hotel de vier sterren absoluut niet waard. De kamer was stoffig en niet goed schoongemaakt. Ook het toilet was duidelijk aan vervanging toe en zat vol met vlekken, wat een onverzorgde indruk gaf. Ook het ontbijt stelde teleur. Het meest schokkende was dat we zelfs een kakkerlak zagen rondlopen in de buurt van het ontbijtbuffet. Dat vinden wij zeker in een 4-sterrenhotel onacceptabel en gaf ons een erg onhygiënisch gevoel. Al met al een zeer teleurstellend verblijf en helaas niet wat je van een hotel in deze categorie mag verwachten.

This place is wonderful, very clean, and in the best location. The staff are amazing, especially Veira. I forgot my phone in the taxi when we arrived, and Veira went above and beyond to help us find the driver. She also helped us communicate despite the language barrier. I can't fully explain how stressful the situation was, but she handled everything calmly and solved the problem quickly. Thanks to her help, I was able to get my phone back.

La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro de málaga, cerca de todo, los desayunos era lo mejor con mucha variedad y muy ricos y las habitaciones son súper espaciosas, sobre todo el baño que el de nosotros tenía hasta balcón y muy bonitas. Sin duda voy a volver.

Ubicación inmejorable y el.trato del personal todos en el general muy amables , mi marido cumplió años durante la estancia y en el desayuno le trajeron un brownie con una velita y le.cantaron el feliz cumpleaños.

Las instalaciones no van acordé a un 4estrellas y el precio, a mí cama le sonaba todo cuando me giraba. Por lo demás todo correcto.

We had two rooms, rooftop and standard double. The standard double stank of urine after being cleaned and even though doors kept open it wouldn’t go away! Bathroom was fine.

The room was dreadful the bed was 2 mattresses sitting on plywood board base as a result during the night the mattress moved and fell off the board base resulting in my arm being badly bruised from the ledge at top of bed again another plywood shelf my hip and side were also bruised and to top things off the same thing nearly happened a second time only I put my hand out to stop it at the price they charge you'd think they'd have a solid bed base and mattresses or did the design team not realise that mattresses as light as theirs would slide along timber!! The mind boggles breakfast room looked like something from a workmans canteen never seen anything like it in my life! Never again

Hemos pasado unos días de vacaciones en este hotel y la experiencia ha sido excelente. Queremos agradecer el trato recibido por todo el personal, que en todo momento fue amable, cercano y muy profesional. Nos gustaría hacer una mención especial a las chicas de recepción y, especialmente, a Lourdes, por su atención, su amabilidad y la disposición que tuvo siempre para ayudarnos con una sonrisa. También queremos destacar a Charo, del comedor, que tuvo un detallazo con mi mujer cuando pasó por un problema de salud durante nuestra estancia. Su empatía, cariño y preocupación hicieron que nos sintiéramos muy arropados en un momento complicado. Ese tipo de gestos marcan la diferencia y demuestran la calidad humana del equipo. Gracias a todos por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera tan agradable. Sin duda, volveremos y recomendaremos este hotel.

Cannot recommend this enough! Check in was super easy, we arrived at 10am and asked to leave our luggage, but they said our room was ready anyways which was a bonus! Room clean and suitable for what we needed, good hairdryer which was a bonus too! They have refillable glass water bottles in the room which I thought was a nice touch, and water machine throughout the hotel! It was my birthday whilst we were staying and they clearly noticed this on check in, but the next day I went down and they greeted me with a little brownie and a candle and card saying happy birthday - I thought this was a really nice touch! Breakfast exceeded expectations, bacon eggs etc, pastries and yogurts, allot better than most city break hotels! Perfect location literally in the centre, but we couldn’t hear any noise! I would defiantly recommend and return if we visit Malaga again!✨

Hotel jest świetnie położony, lokalizacja jest fantastyczna, a przy tym dobrze wyciszony bo nie słychać hałasu ze starego miasta. Pyszny świeżo wyciskany sok z pomarańczy i pyszna kawa. Fajne rozwiązanie z wodą w pokojach- dolewki na korytarzu do szklanego bidonu.

Generalnie wszystko ok, ale pokój miał takie głupie usterki, które można by szybko naprawić- u nas zepsuty wieszak na ręczniki, odklejona do połowy listwa podłogowa w łazience, o którą ciągle ktoś z nas się potykał, niedokręcona klamka w drzwiach łazienkowych. No i brak szczotki do toalety🙈

Excellent location, friendly and tentative front desk service and very food air conditioning. Breakfast just what we excepted in Spain; e.g. fresh squeezed orange juice, local charcuteries and cheeses and fresh fruits. Only miss was lack of cleaning in our room. Only bins was emptied and beds made. All in all good experience, would return.

Would have been 5 stars however it was very noisy particularly at night when revellers were still making a disturbance after 2am. Breakfasts were OK but could have had more variety. Reception staff were excellent.
