Tout était parfait.. le meilleur hôtel pour nous pour le moment

Дуже сподобався готель! Привітний та уважний персонал, у номері регулярно прибирали, завжди було чисто й комфортно. Окремо хочу відзначити харчування — великий вибір, усе дуже смачно та різноманітно. Загалом залишилася дуже задоволена відпочинком і атмосферою готелю.

Особливих недоліків не помітила, були лише незначні моменти, які не вплинули на загальне враження.

La ubicación del hotel. Cerca de la playa, con sitio para aparcar gratis alrededor y en una zona tranquila. Tamaño de la habitación muy buena, cama cómoda, igual el baño se queda pequeño porque al ser la puerta abatible, ocupa mucho. Comida rica en el bufet. A veces de hacen colas, pero luego no te echan del comedor si te pasas de la hora.

Piscina pequeña, porque la gente entra con colchonetas y juega con el balón. Creo que si lo prohibieran, sería suficientemente grande para que se bañaran todos. Está prohibido reservar hamacas, pero nadie lo vigila y es una faena. Ya que por culpa de esa gente, no todo el mundo tiene hamaca. Estábamos en el último piso, justo al lado del solarium, por donde se sube y baja a la azotea. Siempre a las 7 de la mañana nos despertaba el ruido de la gente que subía y saltaba por esas escaleras, aunque estuviese prohibido.

Todo en general estaba bien.

La gente que juega con pelota en la piscina. Esto no es problema del alojamiento pero incordian bastante. Más de u pelotazo me he llevado.

A szobát tisztán vettük át. Naponta takarították, minden nap új törölközőket kaptunk. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Az ételek nagyon finomak és változatosak voltak. A szállodához két medence tartozik, egy a kicsiknek és egy a nagyobbaknak. A tenger 5 perc sétára van. Esténként különböző programok vannak, ahol felnőtt és gyerek is nagyon jól tudja érezni magát. Összességében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, köszönjük.

Me gusto todo

El hotel se encuentra a 300 metros de la playa Fenals y a 10-15 minutos del pueblo. Situado en una zona tranquila. Diría familiar, alejada de la zona de ocio nocturno. La habitación era confortable y disponía de terraza que daba a la piscina. En cuanto al bufet cumplió nuestras expectativas. Estamos encantados con el hecho de que se preparase comida (carne y pescado) a la plancha insitu. El personal es agradable y atento a las indicaciones. El bar-cafetería dispone de animación nocturna. Hay 2 piscinas: el público infantil y la otra para adultos. Recomiendo hacer al camino de Ronda.

Nos hemos encontrado en los desayunos que las máquinas de zumos no se revisaban ya que algunos de ellos estaban vacíos. La animación infantil muchas veces pasa desapercibida, porque no se busca a los/as niños/as.

V Lloret de Mar jsme byli už potřetí, pokaždé v jiném hotelu a tento pobyt byl asi nejlepší. Byli jsme vlastním vozem, takže bylo fajn, že se dá zaparkovat před hotelem a vyndat věci bez stresu, že člověk blokuje silnici. Bohužel hotel nemá vlastní parkoviště. Asi pět minut od hotelu je velká parkovací plocha. Ale parkoviště není hlídané. Cena za více dnů je výhodnější, ale když budete každý den jezdit na výlety, budete platit 25 EUR za každý den. Ale to je cena podobná i dalším parkovacím místům v okolí. My jsme měli štěstí, že jsme na začátku pobytu našli parkovací místo zdarma, takže jsme za parkování výrazně ušetřili. Ale je nutné si dát pozor, v okolí hotelu jsou rezidenční zóny, placená parkování u chodníku, i zóny zdarma. Hotel jako takový je starší, ale nejspíš v nedávné době prošel rekonstrukcí. Je to poznat hlavně na koupelně. Naopak vstupní dveře do pokojů jsou původní. Připlatili jsme si za větší pokoj s 2 ložnicemi, který má i velkou terasu. Koupelna má vanu i sprchový kout. Často můžete při pobytu narazit na to, že trvá delší dobu, než začne téci teplá voda. Tady to bylo naopak, z kohoutku, když jste chtěli studenou vodu, tekla nejdříve vařící voda a po děsně dlouhé době jste se dočkali studené vody. Zvláštní. Samostatnou kapitolou je jídlo. Časová okna byla celkem OK, jen večeře od 19 hodin nám přišla už moc pozdě. V jiných recenzích si hosté stěžovali na fronty před vstupem. Ale dalo se na to zvyknout. Horší byly fronty u jídel, kde se všichni automaticky řadili do fronty na maso nebo rybu. Příjemně překvapilo, že spousta pokrmů byla čerstvě dělaná přímo před vámi. Čerstvé maso, ryby, paella, ... To jsme ještě nikde neviděli. Standardně se jídlo připravuje někde v kuchyni. Ale s tím pak souvisí ty fronty. Má to své výhody i nevýhody. Pláž je kousek, stačí přejít silnici a jste tam asi za méně jak pět minut včetně cesty výtahem a přes recepci. Ale voda je dost přecpaná, protože rychle klesá a lidi se koncentruji blízko břehu. Jeden den byly vlny.

Pokoje jsou nekuřácké, ale lidi bohužel mohou kouřit na terasách. Takže když jste na terase, cítíte smrad z okolních pokojů. A co je vůbec nejhorší, je dovoleno kouřit u bazénů. Pláž v Lloret je nekuřácká, ale v hotelu venku můžete kouřit, pár metrů od dětí. To bych v dnešní době neočekával. Ať si kuřáci jdou stoupnout padesát metrů od vstupu do hotelu, pokud se bez této závislosti nedokáží obejít. Ale asi to patří k mentalitě Španělů, kde často potkáte rodiče, kteří mají na klíně dítě a kouří. O to více potěší a překvapí nekuřácká pláž.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, que está muy cerca de la playa. El hotel era bastante amplio y recién reformado las zonas comunes. La comida estaba buena, había variedad. Desde pasta y pizza, hasta bowls para hacerse ensalada variada. La habitación era amplia y luminosa. La cama y almohadas bastante cómodas. Las personas de recepción y del bar son muy agradables.

Las puertas de las habitaciones son bastante viejas y las paredes, tanto de los pasillos como de la habitación les haría falta un mantenimiento. Se escucha todo de los pasillos y de una habitación a otra. Las personas de recepción eran agradables pero las del comedor dejan mucho que desear. Preguntabas cualquier duda y la respuesta, casi siempre, era poco agradable. De hecho, una señora con gafas y gorro, que se encargaba de sacar la comida empezó a gritar y a hablar mal a mi pareja, solamente por hacerse una ensalada y coger cosas de los bowls que había allí. Mi pareja le dijo que no estaba haciendo nada malo y que por favor no le hablase mal y ella continuó, haciéndonos pasar un mal rato. De hecho, no fuimos los únicos en recibir unas malas palabras de esa señora. En el hotel había muchísima gente y las instalaciones no están hechas para tantos, por lo que se formaban grandes colas a la entrada del comedor con cada comida.

Me gustó el buffet la comida es espectacular, la gente del bar y la del recinto en si muy bien, lo que no me gustó es que pagues un todo incluido gold, y tengas que pagar diferencias, me parece un robo y reírse de la gente.

To short time for breakfast. It starts at 8:00 with queue, fortunately fast service, but after 9:00 there was queue till the end of breakfast time (9:40). Frankly speaking it wasn't comfortable to wait in queues. I was on holidays, like to sleep a little bit longer, but to avoid queues I had to wake up earlier. Maybe you should have more eating place if you have as many quests.

Posen un spray per fer olor a les habitacions que és massa fort, s’hauria de preguntar si el client vol això perque hi ha bebes o be gent amb alergia com el nostre cas i ens va anar molt malament. Es permet fumar a la piscina tot i que esta amb zona infantil, et quedes ofegat amb tant fum. Hi ha hidromassatge per adults a la planta 7 però es freda molt freda. Les cadires de la piscina estan un mica vellotes ja.

Everything was great overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The only downside was that there was no air conditioning in the room. There was a ventilation system blowing air, but it was not actual air conditioning, so the room could get quite warm.

Estuve muy bien, todo perfecto. El trato fue excelente, el alojamiento muy cómodo y la experiencia en general fue muy agradable. Sin duda, repetiría y lo recomiendo totalmente.

Las normas en la piscina no se aplican en cuanto a los flotadores: si llega la gente con flotadores gigantes, se malgasta el espacio, y no es una piscina muy grande precisamente. El sofá cama tenía el colchón muy fino y a veces se clavaba algún travesaño mientras dormías.

Great location less than 100m from beach. Minimalist and fresh approach with nice bar area in particular. Rooms are decent though minimalist approach again with little furniture other than beds. Consistently 60+ mb throughout hotel including in bedrooms which is a necessity for a family. Went all inclusive and queuing was limited with excellent bar staff. Wristband with magnetic card used in bar and restraint which meant children can not get alcohol Stayed in suite on first floor which have lots of room and extended balcony with 2 sun loungers. Food was excellent with lots of small touches and small plates were varied and tasty. Adults only rooftop bar areas with jacuzzis is huge and under utilised, with nice Mediterranean breeze to relax on! Hotel fully booked with constant flow of in and outs! All round good hotel with great staff

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant, souriant. Les femmes de chambre sont efficaces et ont des petites attentions particulières comme remettre les doudous bien placés sur le lits des enfants. Animation, repas... Nous conseillons cet hôtel. Le seul inconvénient c’est qu’il n’y a pas de parking et autour de l'hôtel pas beaucoup d'emplacement gratuit.

Дуже хороший готель для відпочинку. Перше шо хочу відзначити - кухня, вона дуже класна. Ми брали повний пансіон, рекомендую всім брати те ж саме, бо воно вартує своїх коштів. Різноманітність їжі велика, також асортимент, кожен обід/вечерю: мінімум два вида мʼяса, риби, WOK, національні страви, холодні закуски, овочі свіжі, десерти, є морозиво для дітей, 3 види піци (завжди різні) і дійсно більшість страв смачні і кожен знайде те, що йому по смаку. Персонал і сервіс теж класний, готель завжди йшов на зустріч, дав лишню годину на чекаут, дали безкоштовно пляжну парасольку, дали можливість пообідати в останній день після чекауту, через те що ми один обід пропустили бо гуляли по Барселоні. Також ніколи не виникало проблем щоб принести свої напої (у нас не були включені напої) до басейну, жодних зауважень. Розташування відмінне, якщо ви хочете тишини - всі тусовки віддалено, на іншій стороні міста, пляж в 3 хвилинах ходьби - водичка там чиста і все окультурено для проведення часу. Також близько супермаркет з величезним асортиментом, зупинка автобусна прямо на виході з готелю, локальних магазинчиків теж хватає. Також хочу окремо відмітити WiFi - він тут просто чудовий і ловить по всьому периметру готелю. В номерах чудові кондиціонери - працюють дуже класно і, при постійній роботі, жодного разу не простигли.

З мінусів хочеться відмітити простоту і чистоту в номерах. Хоч і прибирали кожен день, рушники були міняні, постіль застелена, але не хватало банального: щоб помили підлогу і пропилисосили, якщо це робили - то робили неякісно зовсім. Номери самі по собі простенькі, на жаль - немає холодильника, також телевізор не Smart TV, тільки кабельне іспанське телебачення, включали його 1 раз на 10 хв щоб ознайомитись. Але так в цілому це не прямо суттєвий мінус, тому що в номері проводиш мінімум часу - просто недолік. Також, вже більш суттєво - величина басейну. Готель дуже великий, заселений майже повністю, а басейн ну зовсім маленький. В години пік було важко знайти собі місце. Також лежаки - їх в більшості до 9:00 вже всі розбирають, і знайти собі місце не зайнявши наперед - дуже складно.

Les chambres ne sont pas forcément refaites le matin , ce qui est pas tres pratique pour ceux qui veulent faire une sieste, j ai demandé et ils ont accepté ma demande- le lit c est pas un double mais deux units .

On était dans une suite au 1er étage, On a fait le check out et j ai oublié sur le lit une trousse noir en forme de coeur avec 2 bracelets en or et une bague et je me suis rendue compte 3h plus tard. J ai signalé à la reception le fait, ils ont prévenu la cheffe des femme de ménage et la femme de menage qui a fait la chambre mais ils ont qu ils n ont rien trouvés. La femme de menage a volé mes bijoux sans scrupule elle s est dit ils ont fait le check out et ils ne reviendront pas c est tout bénef pour elle mais elle est vraiment de mauvaise foi. Suite à mon signalement la direction ou la cheffe des femme de menage devait fouiller la femme de ménage à la fin de son service juste avant sa sortie de l hôtel mais ils n ont pas fait leur travail ils ont pris ça à la légère et ils pnt dis désolée la femme de ménage n a rien trouvé. Malheuresement il faut faire attention dans cet hôtel car il n y a pas de sécurité. Le personnel peut voler sans que les supérieurs y prête attention et sans qu ils soient jugés. Première et dernière fois dans cet établissement.

The snack bar is microwave burgers and hotdogs with a couple of sandwiches. No ice cream or ice lollies for the kids outside of lunch or dinner.

Je trouve dommage qu'il n'y ait que quelques cocktails pré définis en all inclusive et qu'il n'y ait aucun snack ouvert durant la journée pour grignoter quelque chose, (notamment lorsqu'on revient de l'une excursion)

The room was quite small for 3 people, the walls were thin, you could hear the neighbor taking a shower. I had many problems with the room.

11 nights at Amatista in Lloret was a good experience. Yes there were a few slightly negative points but overall I'd give 8/10. Location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and shops etc. A good positive attitude from the staff gave a very good, chilled atmosphere. Rooms were ok, a little tired in places. I'd say the hotel was good value for money. Rooms and the other areas were kept very clean. We found the walls to be very thin so this caused us to have a few disturbed nights, a group of Dutch young lads returning back night after night in the early hours caused us to report this to reception on more than one occasion, the staff did manage to quieten them eventually. The food was very good, having been to many resorts over the years, We'd say this was one of the best dining halls and food standard was very high. We didn't feel the need to eat out at all. Bar area was very well managed, always plenty of staff, no big queues. Jose was top barman.

El hotel en general está bastante bien en cuanto a instalaciones, hemos estado a Mediados de julio, es posible que en agosto la piscina se quede pequeña, ya que suele estar bastante concurrida. La comida es variada y está buena, cama cómoda, personal amable y eficiente.

Que hay un montón de grupos de gente muy joven que viene a desfasar, hay ruido en los pasillos por la noche, portazos de madrugada deberían separar en plantas diferentes las habitaciones familiares y con niños, de este otro tipo de turismo.

La verdad que estuvo todo genial, la ubicación, la Comida, la habitación, todo....el personal...y las chicas de la limpieza geniales, todo el día sin parar

La verdad q por poner un pero, la hora del desayuno se podía alargar un poco, porque al final estás de vacaciones y tienes que madrugar para desayunar, ya se que los horarios están diseñados para el turismo Europeo, no Nacional. Otra cosa, no deberían permitir que en la piscina dejen los clientes toallas para guardar las hamacas, desde las 9.00 de la mañana y algunas están con las toallas todo el día sin ser utilizadas...

El personal es muy amable, las instalaciones están muy bien , la cercanía a la playa .

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, aber das wussten wir schon vorher. Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis passt. Das Essen war sehr gut, viel Auswahl, jedes Mal mittags Fleisch, Gemüse, Fisch und Meeresfrüchte wie Muscheln oder Garnelen frisch zubereitet, Salate, Pommes und Pizza immer genauso wie Pasta. große Nachtischauswahl von Eis, Joghurt, Törtchen, frisches Obst wie Banane, Nektarine, Melonen aufgeschnitten in Stücke..... Frühstück top, Croissants, frisches Baguette, Brötchen und Toast, Müsli, Salat, oft Rührei oder Spiegelei, Bratwurst baked Beans, Baron, Churros, Aufschnitt super über Wurst und Käse, Camembert, Marmeladen und Nougatcreme.....uns hat nichts gefehlt, ganz im Gegenteil, die Erwartungen aus den Bewertungen wurden übertroffen. Unser Zimmer war renoviert, neue Matratze auf dem Bett, es war alles da was man braucht. Personal ist nett und freundlich, uns wurde immer schnell geholfen.

We had a wonderful stay at Htop Amatista in Lloret de Mar. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. They truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special thank you goes to the bar staff – they were absolutely the best! Not only were they professional and attentive, but they were also so much fun and always kept the atmosphere lively. Their positive energy and sense of humor made every evening even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so memorable!

L’accueil chaleureux du personnel à la réception. La qualité de la nourriture.

J’aurais aimé avoir un plus grand choix d’en-cas à grignoter au bord de la piscine (glaces, chips, etc.). Les produits proposés au snack ne sont pas de très bonne qualité. L’hôtel pourrait les proposer directement au bar, comme le font d’autres établissements. En revanche, le personnel du bar n’est pas aussi accueillant que celui de la réception. Je n’ai pas consommé beaucoup de boissons, mais à chaque fois que je me suis rendu au bar, j’ai trouvé l’accueil assez froid. C’est vraiment dommage, surtout au regard de la qualité de l’accueil à la réception.

Мені сподобалося все. Наступного року я би дуже хотіла повернутися саме туди. Недалеко від моря дуже гарні краєвиди. Є дитячий басейн. Діти цілий день гралися, а їм по 9 років. На сьомому поверсі є джакузі для дорослих. Пиво смачне, їжа смачна на будь-який смак. Прибирання в номерах кожного дня

Персонал просто найкращий. Дуже ввічливі, приємні і завжди раді допомогти, наші проблеми вирішувалися швидко і з посмішкою на обличчі. Під час обіду була черга, але персонал обслуговував швидко. Їжа була дуже смачна, свіжа і різноманітна, риба, мʼясо, морепродукти, різного виду ковбаси та сири, фрукти, піца на тонкому тісті, панкейки на сніданок і багато чого іншого.

Номер бідний, в ньому нічого немає, ані чайника, ані холодильника, душ бажає кращого, поганий стік води, сушилки немає. Сам номер не сподобався. Один маленький смітник в ванній на все мешкання. Викинути бутилки просто було нікуди. Часами прибирали не дуже добре. Напої після сніданку - платні. Кава - не кава, не добра. Якщо не all inclusive, а просто вечеря, то води набрати ви просто не можете, треба просити персонал принести вам води, але вона тільки на вечерю.

We had all-inclusive and the food was really delicious with a great variety. We spend 6 days and there was always something new delicately arranged on individual platters. Some of the best we have ever tried! The location is super. It is very close (2 minutes walk max) to a beautiful beach (Fenals) and there are shops and restaurants right outside the hotel with kind vendors who are not too aggressive. A 15 minutes walk will take you to the more busy part of Lloret de Mar - just prepare for steep hills. I also recommend the walking path to an old ruin in the left side of the beach - it has beautiful views of the water and free stairmaster exercise :-).

Snack between meals was limited and expect to stand in line for drinks. The restaurant is busy and noisy and only offers inside seating. The coffee for breakfast was a joke and tasted more like hot water. We drank coffee after breakfast from the bar which was much better. The room is quite noisy and you can hear your neighbours and people running in the hallways until very late at night - around 2:00 AM. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. There were a lot of young people in the hotel which also contributed to the noisy atmosphere.

La terraza de la habitacion que al ser plata baja nos tiraban colillas de cigarros y bebidas y se volvió imposible ir a la terraza. El desayuno rico pero nadie nos "podía" dar agua caliente para el termo. A veces hay que ser un poco mas empaticos.

I wouldn't recommend large groups of young lads party all night in the rooms and corridors food service to early and short please believe the bad reviews under age drinking football team bookings with no one looking after them pool not accessible in the afternoon as taken over by large groups of lads that are clearly drunk staff not interested in complaints I had to go out and have words with lads outside my room with speakers having a party in the corridor not acceptable. Only good part and best part is the cleaners I feel sorry for the team as they do a wonderful job and try there best

Приветливый персонал, разнообразный набор еды на завтраки и ужины. Номер был в тени весь день, что несомненно улучшило качество пребывания. Шоу программы по вечерам, иногда живая музыка! Приятная атмосфера отдыха.

В номере не регулируется температура кондиционера, панель есть, но по сути регулировка не работает. При бронировании на букинг указывается тип питания, а при заселении выясняется, что в питание не входят напитки. Информации об этом нет нигде. В отеле шумно, пьяные постояльцы ходят по коридору ночью, громко разговаривают и кричат, бегают дети. Это бы не было проблемой, если бы не тонкие стены, двери, слышимость хорошая, поэтому каждый шум воспринимается громко даже при закрытой двери и окнах. В номере нет холодильника, в таком жарком месте негде положить скоропортящиеся товары или не охладить себе напиток, учитывая что они могут не входить в ваше бронирование.

Considero que no es un hotel de 4 estrellas por varias cosas: en las habitaciones vasos de plástico, puertas y demás se notan desgastadas por el tiempo, en general las instalaciones corresponden a una categoría inferior.

Отель очень разочаровал. До этого я не встречала, что за холодильник в номере надо платить и видимо за мусорник тоже, так как ни холодильника, ни мусорника в номере не было, только на а отдельную плату в размере 4 евро в сутки. Много путешествую, но такое встречаю впервые! Ну что сказать, отелю удалось меня удивить!

Багато разів в цьому готелі відпочивала, мені все подобається. Персонал ввічливий, чисто, близько море, магазини…

Стосовно мене, немає мінусів.

Everything in htop Amatista hotel was excellent: the food, the room, cleaning, the restaurant and the pool. Just a few steps from very good sandy beach.

Hotel vicino al mare, ma abbastanza distante dal centro città. E' una struttura molto grande e quindi ci sono assemblamenti nelle zone comuni specialmente alla piscina e al ristorante. Comunque questa è una situazione piuttosto normale in una città così affollata come Lloret de Mar.

La ristorazione come logistica lascia a desiderare: essendo un hotel molto grande sarebbe opportuno dividere in fasce almeno la cena dato che arrivando tutti assieme è molto caotico e ci sono lunghe attese, soprattutto per i cibi che vengono cotti al momento. Il cibo è buono e di qualità, anche se un po' ripetitivo soprattutto verdure e dolci.
