Reviewed Sep 17, 2026It's a budget hotel, the room smelt weird when we first arrived. The saving grace was a window and a fan the hotel folks very thoughtfully put in the room! The distance was much from central London, so we cabbed it back to the hotel every night given the online reports we read on the crime in the area. Can rides cost ten euros from central paris to the hotel so all good!
The area, though conveniently located to the train station, was a bit far from the centre, and very weird, like the underbelly of Paris or something!

Очень , Очень шумно на улице и это очень мешало отдыху в ночное время . Шумный квартал я бы в следующий раз не выбирала этот отель . В летнее время жарко нет кондиционеров а окна открыть не реально из за шума и криков с улицы .

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. An der Rezeption wurden alle ortskundigen Fragen beantwortet. Für uns wurden eigene Lebensmittel und Getränke im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt. Das Frühstück war einfach und lecker.
Bei geöffnetem Fenster die Lautstärke auf der Straße nachts vor dem Hotel. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war alles leise.

Aunque la ubicación es buena, el barrio no se sentía tan dinámico, más bien lo contrario. El ascensor muy estrecho, pero al menos lo había.

Buffet petit dejeuner inadmissible : Pain et fromage industriel, personnelle plus préoccupé a discuter entre elles qu'à s'intéresser aux clients. Cette Hôtel est une honte. Je n'aborde même le quartier.... a fuit absolument

The lock on my door did not seem very secure but I felt safe enough in the hotel because the main door would be locked after hours and the only way to get in would be to ring the front desk.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Schönes kleines Zimmer unter dem Dach mit Blick übers Viertel bis hin zu Sacre-Coeur. Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Bequemes Bett, angenehme Beleuchtung. Verkehrsgünstig zwischen zwei Metrostationen der Metro 4.
Die Ausstattung ist nüchtern, ohne jedes Bild an der Wand. Aber als Schlafplatz wunderbar.

J’ai oublié une petite trousse d’hygiène dans la chambre. Dès le lendemain, j’ai téléphoné à l’hôtel pour demander si quelque avait été retrouvé. Le personnel m’a dit que non et que si cela avait été le cas il était à la poubelle. La moindre des choses serait de garder et appeler le client. Ce point m’a déçu du fonctionnement de votre hôtel.

Un machine à café ou un petit frigo dans la chambre serait un plus.

Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet und mit Ventilator um Kühlung bemüht. Das Bad ansprechend, sauber und gute Dusche. Frühstück hatte ich nicht. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption.
Es wurde etwas warm.

The place I stayed at didn’t make me feel like I was in France at all. It felt more like I was staying in Pakistan or Africa. You can’t help but feel a little uncomfortable, but this is not what France is supposed to feel like. Sometimes we would see Ratatouille and his friends around. 😄 The rooms were very stuffy and humid, and I won’t even mention the smell coming from the bathroom. I understand that the hotel was cheap, so I didn’t expect luxury, but these conditions were still too much. Honestly, I would have preferred sleeping in a tent in the city center.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Το πρωινό, τα άνετα κρεβάτια, το ευγενικό προσωπικό όλο το 24ωρο, ήταν πολυ κοντά σε όλες τις δραστηριότηρες στο κέντρο του Παρισίου.
Δεν είχε κλιματισμό(μόνο μικρούς ανεμιστήρες),πήγαμε τέλος Ιουλίου που είχε καύσωνα. Ήταν σε πολύ θορυβώδης, βρώμικη,γειτονιά και μιλούσαν συνέχεια κάτω από το παράθυρό μας. Δυσκολευόμασταν να κοιμηθούμε με το παιδί. Μικρό δωμάτιο για 3 άτομα. Δεν χωρούσαν καλά καλά οι βαλίτσες μας!!!

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Un réceptionniste des deux a été accueillant. L’isolation sonore vers l’extérieur a été bonne. Nous avons eu une plus grande chambre que prévu. Mis à disposition de deux ventilateurs pour la chaleur. Le lieu était propre.
Nous sommes 3 et nous n’avons eu que 3 pauvres échantillons qui faisaient shampooing et gel douche… L’environnement était très mauvais, malgré le fait que l’hôtel soit proche de la gare. Nous avons eu 2 verres ainsi que 2 serviettes alors que nous étions 3. L’isolation sonore dans le bâtiment n’était pas au point. Nous avions eu deux réceptionnistes, l’un a été accueillant et l’autre pas du tout, il nous fusillait du regard. Il était malpoli également, pas de bonjour, pas de au revoir, il ne souriait pas, amabilité zéro pointé.

Le personnel du petit-déjeuner n'était pas très accueillant (nous attendons toujours le bonjour), nous étions surveillés tout le temps du petit déjeuner qui pour 10€ n'est pas très garni et peu de choix (croissant ou pain ) , pas de laitages ni de fruit.

We waren daar tijdens een hittegolf en er was geen airco (had ik vooraf moeten checken; geen fout van het hotel, maar aandachtspunt voor mezelf bij een volgende boeking); wel waren er ventilatoren aanwezig maar het was erg warm. Vanwege de drukte buiten konden 's nachts de ramen niet open. Hotel ligt vlak bij een metrostation, dus alles was prima bereikbaar.
Prijs/kwaliteit was prima: geen aanvullingen.

El desayuno es lo que menos nos gustó. Horario limitado y poca variedad.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Los recepcionistas eran agradables, personas diferentes en tunos distintos, sabían diferentes idiomas eso ayudó. Tres estaciones de metro cerca del hotel, muy accesible para llegar a distintos puntos de Paris.
El alojamiento estaba en un barrio un tanto malo, a determinadas horas muy masificado por la gente que vivía allí los cuales socializaban en la misma calle del hotel, ruido y ambiente raro. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, el primer día solo estiraron un poco el edredón y cambiaron la basura, se lo comunicamos al recepcionista pero nada cambio en el transcurso de los días, limpieza 0. Por otro lado el desayuno es escaso, 0 fruta, 0 alimentos más allá que tres bollerías, pan, cereales y zumo, no recomendado.

Hard to get into the room due to the door only opening halfway due to a wall. There was an unfolded towel on the back of the bathroom door so no idea if clean. The toilet was stained so unsure how clean it was. The bathroom was small and cramped - ok for us but if you were a bigger build you might struggle. One of the fans provided had a loose wire. There was nowhere to sit in the room. Only 2 drinking glasses provided for 4 people. Unsure about the fire safety as the stairs and corridors were very narrow and the lift was very small. There was no obvious secondary means of escape.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026It was a small hotel and was pretty basic, but is was great value for money and the location was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.
The beds were not great and with the heat, the lack of airconditioning was a bit disappointing.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026The hotel location was ideal since it was close to the train station I needed to use to get to my next destination. The room was spacious and clean, the staff, for the most part, were very friendly and helpful.
No air conditioning. There was a fan in the room which helped making the temperature in the room bearable.

Det jag inte gillade var att det var väldigt varmt och att sovrummet inte hade någon bra fläkt.

Ascenseur étroit et porte qui se referme vite pas très pratique avec les enfants de devoir tenir et s’occuper des bagages en plus

L accueil à notre arrivé, monsieur pas sympathique du tout La chambre pas très propre, surtout le sol, équipement salle de bain cassé Des ventilateurs sales pour survivre à la chaleur, nuit d enfer🥵 Du temps à comprendre que les serviettes pour la salle de bain étaient dans le meuble de la chambre , mais disons que pour une nuit (quelques heures)c était passable 😆

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Excellent location especially if you travelling to/from Gare du Nord or Gare de l’Est. Not very far to walk to museums etc. Lots of interesting restaurants nearby and a decent supermarket too just around the corner. 24-hour reception with friendly staff. The room was quite small but it had two French balconies so it was ok even without air-conditioning or a functioning fan. The lift was a definite plus and there was a good luggage room too. We didn’t try the breakfast. The bathroom was good too, and even had a bathtub, but could do with a bit of renovation.
The third bed would be quite uncomfortable for an adult, it was ok for a child.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Posizione vicino alla metro e alla stazione centrale. Un po’ di caos la sera dato dalla gente che popola il quartiere. Reception aperta tutto il giorno con possibilità di deposito bagagli gratuito.
Staff della colazione un po’ scorbutico. Colazione un po’ misera con poca possibilità di scelta. Pulizia delle stanze non proprio delle migliori.

La chambre était minuscule En sous toit Dans la douche il y avait de la moisissure et une odeur désagréable. La douche est tellement petite qu’il faut se faxer pour prendre une douche

Le ménage n’est pas fait. Nous sommes restés trois nuits, pas de serviettes de rechange, pas de produits douche, pas de papier toilette, pas de nettoyage dans la salle de bain, toilette et chambre… Salle de bain présentant de la moisissure, la robinetterie n’est pas entretenue, traces sanitaires et douche marrons , les murs sont tachés, à l’intérieur de l’armoire, nous avons trouvé une charnière cassée et des papiers d’autres clients. La personne du lundi soir au mardi matin est très désagréable, aucun contact, aucun sourire, on a l’impression de le déranger. Quartier sale et très bruyant !

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Hotel bien placé proche de la gare de l Est. Chambre double très spacieuse. Elle avait été aérée donc fraîche en rentrant. Lits confortables.
Chambre de mon amie sous les toits au 5ème étage non aérée en rentrant donc très chaude. Pas de climatisation. Petits déjeuners peu copieux et chers.

Le principal problème est qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation. Nous sommes arrivés en pleine canicule, c'était intenable.

Konumu hiç iyi değil. Özellikle gece otele dönüş çok tedirgin edici. Konakladığımız son gece otelde kalan bir kişinin duvarları yumruklamasını dinledik ve görevliler müdahale etmedi.

Inget AC i det oerhörda värmen. Mycket stökigt och höga ljud utanför. Inget litet kyl på rummet men vi fick ha en liten påse i kylen hos personalen. En vattenkokare vore också uppskattat.
