Die Unterkunft hat meine Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ebenso möchte ich noch das Frühstück positiv hervorheben.

Die Lage ist sensationell, das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist sauber, die Ausstattung teilweise schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Der Kühlschrank war nicht benutzbar, wirkte defekt.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bett, Dusche,WC und Waschbecken war sauber, jedoch hätte man den Staub von Beistell-Tischen und in den Zimmer- Ecken entfernen können.

Es war sauber und die Lage war super.

Der Griff eines Fensters war kaputt, es war also die ganze leicht offen und der Lärm war sehr lästig. Das Frühstück war grottenschlecht. Niemand kam, um sich darum zu kümmern. Das Rührei stand seit Stunden ungerührt da und war schon angetrocknet und es gab nicht mal Milch für die Cornflakes. Sehr enttäuschend und viel zu teuer.

Materasso e cuscini scomodi . Stanza non insonorizzata ogni tot si sentiva un rumore proveniente da fuori ma non siamo riusciti a capire cosa fosse. Nella doccia non c’è nulla per appoggiare sapone ecc.Stanza pulita ma non pulitissima.

Gegenüber vom Gare de l‘Est. Da ich nur einen Tag in Paris war, super praktisch. Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und komfortabel ausgestattet. Ich konnte ohne Problem mein Gepäck deponieren.

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Paris ist die Lage vielleicht nicht so einladend.

Super convenient from the Gare du Nord, and really lovely breakfast room

L'emplacement était très bien, à deux pas de la gare de l'Est, et le personnel était sympathique. La chambre et les parties communes étaient propres.

Malheureusement, je n'ai quasiment pas pu fermer l'oeil de la nuit : les murs entre les chambres sont fins comme du papier à cigarette (en tous cas, au 5e étage) ! Mes voisins ne m'avaient pas l'air d'hurler et pourtant j'ai entendu toutes les conversations, la porte de leur salle de bain qui s'ouvrait et se fermait... et comme ils ont discuté jusqu'à 3h du matin, puis dès 6h, ma nuit en a largement pâti !

Lokalizacja hotelu jest świetną bazą wypadową do zwiedzania Paryża (przy samym hotelu stacja metra oraz dworzec), miła obsługa, która jest cały dzień i całą noc „na posterunku”

Strome schody i bardzo mała winda, za oknem słychać gwar uliczny ale gdy zamknie się okna hałas jest znacznie mniejszy

Very easy to find the hotel. Very good value for money. The rooms and general premises were very clean and the staff were very happy to help with any of our needs. Our party of 4 all slept very well! We were on the road right so I had to close the window at night but there was a fan. We had an 11am Eurostar departure for London from the Gare du Nord which was only a short 10 min walk with bags. Perfect location!

Hemos estado unos días en este hotel y la verdad es que nos ha sorprendido para bien. No nos esperábamos que estuviera tan bien por el precio. Lo mejor para nosotras ha sido la ubicación. Está literalmente a unos segundos del metro y desde ahí se puede conectar muy fácilmente con varias de las líneas principales. Además, alrededor hay bastantes restaurantes y sitios donde desayunar o comer si algún día no quieres desplazarte mucho. El hotel está muy limpio y se nota que ha sido renovado recientemente, porque las instalaciones se ven nuevas y cuidadas. Para nosotras eso le dio muchos puntos extra. La habitación tiene muy buen tamaño. El personal fue siempre muy amable y también pudimos dejar las maletas sin ningún problema. Tiene ascensor, aunque es bastante pequeño, pero se agradece. hemos estado muy a gusto. Sin duda volveríamos.

Como puntos menos positivos, no tiene aire acondicionado, aunque había un ventilador en la habitación que nos funcionó fenomenal y no tuvimos ningún problema con el calor. Al estar al lado de una estación bastante grande hay ruido en la calle, sobre todo por la noche si dejas las ventanas abiertas, pero cerrándolas no se escuchaba prácticamente nada. Está muy bien aislado. Lo único que sí mejoraría es la ducha, porque en nuestra habitación no había cortina ni mampara y se salía bastante agua al suelo.

За стеной жили очень шумные и пьяные соседи, слышимость большая. Не спали всю ночь перед вылетом , потому что шумели соседи. Обратились к администратору , чтобы он с ними поговорил-не помогло, соседи продолжили шуметь и выпивать

Petit-hotel, ordenado, limpio, ubicación única, atendido por sus dueños. IMPECABLE! Café free y recepcionista 24/7, a metros de todas las líneas de subte micro y tren, la mejor experiencia para vivir París. (Tienen ascensor!)

Todo fue genial! Hicieron todo lo que estuvo a su alcance y más para que nos sintiéramos cómodas, seguras y animadas ❤️ Vayan a comer al restaurant que está justo al lado, el Boullion. Chartier, se come increíble y super barato!

Good location for Gare de l’Est or Gare du Nord. Served its purpose well and we were able to check in early and leave our bags there the next day before getting the Eurostar home.

In a busy location so quite noisy outside at night if your room is at the front of the hotel.

Realmente lo que no me gustó no tiene que ver con el hotel en si, pero el ambiente del barrio por la noche (aunque no nos pasó nada) es un poco intimidante.

Stayed the night before catching an early train at Gare du Nord and it was incredibly close to both Gare Du Lyon and du Nord.

Street was a tiny bit noisy but nothing crazy, as expected for a city hotel

Hotel is located very near to mainline stations. Rooms are basic but have TV and toiletries, towels, etc. No usb points but I would not expect this in a budget hotel. I found my room compact, spotlessly clean and the reception staff amiable and helpful. The checkout time of 11:30am is much appreciated and just right.

Despite being very near to the Gare du Nord, hotel is surprisingly fiddly to get to. No need to take a taxi but good directions and a little map with arrows would be great. Area of hotel can be quite rough at night but I am sure this is a hazard for all central hotels in Capital cities.

Location 5 minutes to train. Quiet despite rumble of trains under hotel. The price you pay to stay near a train station! Was not disruptive. Just an observation.

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was—it was much bigger than I expected. It also came with a small but fully functional kitchen, although we didn't end up using it since we only stayed for one night. The hotel is just a short walk from the station, which was a lifesaver since we had a lot of luggage. As for cleanliness, there were no issues at all.

Areas for Improvement This isn't an issue with the hotel itself, but because it's so close to the station, the surrounding area felt a bit intimidating at times. Naturally, nothing actually happened, though.

Pas de climatisation par canicule sévère. Nous logions sous les toits et les deux ventilateurs n ont pas suffi . Il devait faire plus de 30 dans la chambre. Nous avons passé une nuit blanche.

I appreciated that a fan was provided in the room, which made the heat much more manageable. Thank you for that thoughtful touch.

The mattress was not particularly comfortable, but it was passable.

When I arrived there were no sheets on the bed, only pillows. The porter had no spare bedding and no spare room, so he had to book me into a neighbouring hotel. It was probably an unfortunate mistake by housekeeping. The porter did his best.

Top location, close to eateries and train station. Room was modern and fresh with a lovely little balcony and brilliant view. Loved the cute elevator and decor in breakfast area

The chair was broken on balcony If there was a shower curtain it would prevent water spraying on bathroom floor and water didn't drain to well in both bath and basin. The evening receptionist didn't seem very welcoming.

Много стар и очукан хотел, тесни стаи, прекалено малки а за капак на всичко няма климатик а вентилатор. На 40 градуса навън представете си вътре какво е. Престоя ни беше кошмарен, наложи се да го прекратим веднага след първата нощувка. Не е нормално чак не мога да опиша с думи. В кой век живеем а такива условия на хотел и то в Париж!

It was hot when we were in Paris - it would have been nice to have air conditioning. There was quite a lot of noise from the street during the night.

Die Lage unmittelbar am gare l'est ist super. Man kann zu Fuß z.b. Richtung Notre-Dame laufen oder mit Metro/ Bus alle Hotspots erreichen.

Unsere Zimmer mit Blick auf die Hauptstraße (Bd. de Strasbourg) waren eine Katastrophe, da es ohne Klimaanlage und offenem Fenster bei Tagestemperaturen über 30 Grad kaum auszuhalten war. Die Fenster konnte man aber nicht offen lassen, da der Lärm von Menschen, die sich jede Nacht bis weit nach Mitternacht unterhalb der Fenster lautstark unterhielten, unglaublich war.

Location and service

I liked that we had a little kitchen so we could make our own breakfast and I like the location. Lots of food places and grocery stores as well as good transportation links.

I didn’t like the sofa to sleep on it was not very comfortable and it didn’t fold out like a bed. I also didn’t like we didn’t have covers on the bed and for the sofa I slept on.
