Convenient location near the river

Some rooms overlook a bus station that runs almost all night. We heard buses coming and going and people yelling. It’s also next to a police station which is both good and bad. Our second night we moved to a quiet room on the other side of the building but had only lukewarm water.

Location amazing right between city and 3arena only few stops either direction, hotel is lovely, reception was friendly, room was lovely booked twin but requested double if possible they we think put the twin beds together was lovely and big mattress was unreal along with the pillows second stay here first time we had a bath second was a shower (was hoping bath).

Room 231 by a railroad very loud when trains pass, cleaning staff very loud slamming doors, talking early morning etc, shower would have been better been able to pull down, bigger towels, should have water bottles in the room taps gave cold water only for few seconds and turned to hot both taps couldn't get a glass water. Obviously costly rooms

De ligging en het extreem vriendelijke personeel

Wij kregen een kamer in de kelder die er heel anders uitzag als de andere kamers. Claustrofobisch gevoel. ‘S Oxhtends zagen we de gewone kamers (toen de deur openstond tijdens het poetsen); we hebben pech gehad.

It was clean and comfortable

The location is convenient to public transport but area is a bit sketchy. Not the safest location for female travellers in the evening especially. The property is quite old and tired.

Saved us from a lot of trouble when we decided NOT to stay in a very bad so called BnB in Belfast. Absolute helpful staff and at like 2 minutes from Connoly Station.

Very warm on the top floor. Lift didn’t go to top floor Looked a little seedy, immediately outside of hotel with various drunks & possible drug addicts outside (although there was also a police station)

Die Lage und das Frühstücksbuffet.

Wir wollten ein etwas ruhigeres Zimmer, aber eigentlich kein Downsizing. Entsprach überhaupt nicht dem, was wir gebucht hatten!

La posizione è fantastica, comodo per raggiungere a piedi tutto e vicina a fermate bus comodissime anche per aeroporto. La prima colazione è veramente eccezionale, fresca varia con opzioni vegane e davvero buonissima. Anche il ristorante dell'hotel è molto carino e abbiamo mangiato una sera che avevamo fatto tardi.

La nostra camera dava su un binario della stazione per cui alle volte si sentiva di notte il treno (meno nel weekend) e sotto c'era un pub dove il vociare ci ha alle volte svegliato. Forse basterebbe mettere un vetro doppio per limitare il fastidio. Inoltre avevamo un faro sulla finestra e anche con le tende tirate si vedeva luce entrare di notte ma nel complesso siamo stati benissimo e questi sono punti di miglioramento per un soggiorno davvero ottimale

Our room was next train line so very noisy and next to an alley way where alot of homeless people used and couldn't keep window open due to smell of the stuff they smoked was really strong and made our room smell

Staff across the hotel were lovely, friendly and helpful. Hotel extremely clean and beds very comfortable.

Hotel was exceptionally load, I think the room above 551 was being cleaned bit the noise was extremely loud to us from 8am. Guests shouting in halls. 11am check out too early.

The location . The Station Pub was good nice staff in there. Food 3/5.

It felt very old and dirty. They need to get rid of all that old carpeting . Very hard to roll your luggage. The furniture in the lobby looked old and dirty. The staff were not very friendly . Having to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs for rooms on the 4th floor is unacceptable.

On booking I was told breakfast was included and a free airport ride was. Neither were. The hotel is old and dirty. The rooms were clean but there is no mention of a loud railway opposite. Another guest was complaining, asking to be moved, and for a refund when we arrived. As well as a train track, the hotel room looked over an alleyway where a fight was happening with threats of stabbing. It’s not a cheap hotel either, claims to be 3 stars and costs £350 for one night, for two of us! Staff were far from friendly. No value for money. Wouldn’t stay ever again or recommend.

Дуже гарний та чистий готель. Дуже привітний персонал на ресепшені та в зоні сніданку. Сніданок просто ідеальний , яка смачна випічка !Дякую Вам. Я заселялась дуже піздно після важкого перельоту і як же було приємно що готель виявився настільки приємним , я навіть встигла поїсти бо кухня ще працювала . Дуже рекомендую. Із мінусів трохи шумно зранку бо їздить потяг під вікном але це зовсім не засмутило мене. Дякую обов’язково рекомендую ❤️

After a nightmare trip home to Ireland and stranded in Dublin airport at 01:30 in the morning courtesy of a well known budget airline with no way home to Kilkenny, The Beresford drew my attention - located right in the International Financial Services Centre hub and great value for money. On arrival, the Night Manager could not do enough to make me comfortable - Asif was warm, welcoming, personable and efficient. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Hotelul foarte curat, personalul foarte amabil, micul dejun - nu foarte bogat, dar ai ce sa mananci. Pozitia este foarte bună , 10 minute de mers lejer de centru

Our room looked out on Busaras & the Luas line. It didn't bother me but if you struggle to sleep due to noise, maybe ask for a hotel at the back.

Le petit déjeuner était très varié et très bon. La gentillesse du personnel à la réception et pour le petit déjeuner. Il y a un arrêt tout près pour le Luas ligne rouge et un autre pour le Dublin bus express pour se rendre à l’aéroport (bus 782)

Il faisait chaud dans la chambre et pas d’air climatisée. Nous avons ouvert les fenêtres mais la cambre était située du côté d’une rue très passante.

The room had very poor air flow very stuffy which was very uncomfortable. The extra pillows were absolutely filthy. The shower wasn't draining properly.

Rude staff, piss stains on bed sheets. Hairs on another bed sheet. Emailed property as i got no help from staff and was also ignored.. paid almost 340 for 1 night for this

Excellent hotel, poor location

El desayuno me gustó, aunque desayunar todos los días el irish full terminó saturándome un poco. El alojamiento estaba realmente muy bien ubicado, cerca de paradas de tranvía, con muchas zonas de interés a pocos minutos de allí.

Hay una linea de tranvía que pasaba por delante de mi habitación, era muy ruidoso, y pasaba durante gran parte de la noche. ¡Deberían dar tapones para los oídos a los clientes, junto con las toallas y el jabón!

Si, muy cómodo. Estaba todo muy limpio y con plancha y secador. Sitio para guardar la ropa y cama cómoda.

El personal. No me hicieron el servicio de limpieza. Cuando lo comenté a un recepcionista llamado David, me contestó muy mal y muy rudo. Alegando que la culpa era nuestra por no avisar a recepción de que queríamos la habitación limpia y las toallas. Deja mucho que desear la actitud tan poco profesional. El jefe solo se disculpó pero yo esperaba una compensación, ya que no se puede tratar así a los clientes.

Tout Chambre semi enterrée, vieille, sans clim, plus de 30 degrés mi septembre. Fenêtres occultées, cassées, bruit installation cour. Salle de bain d' un autre âge ou plutôt d'une autre ère. 35 degrés, pas d'eau froide. Lits pourris. Bref fuiez la chambre 117 mais surtout jamais ici dans cet hôtel à 311 euros un samedi de septembre. L'argent est mis sur le hall et dans leurs poches, pas dans les chambres. Nous sommes des pigeons !

Forholdsvis rimelig, god frokost, gode senger og fint bad. De I resepsjonen var veldig hyggelige. Beliggenheten er både super og ikke bra, alt ettersom. Veldig sentralt.

Det er lytt mellom etasjene og bærer preg av å være et gammelt bygg. Bråk fra tog og buss.

La posizione.

Tutto il resto: 1) Ho prenotato una camera che non corrispondeva alla camera che mi è stata assegnata al momento dell'arrivo. Era totalmente diversa, avevo prenotato una camera moderna almeno dalle foto di booking, nella realtà era una camera con mobili datati e antichi stile 800. 2) Pulizia: tele ovunque, moquette per la mia allergia sicuramente non il massimo, la spazzatura è stata buttata solo quella presente nel cestino "ufficiale" una busta creata da noi messa vicino al cestino, no. 3) Letto e cuscini entrambi scomodissimi. Il letto matrimoniale erano due singoli attaccati e nella parte centrale c'era un qualcosa di duro. 4) Asciugamani pochi e minuscoli, soprattutto per la doccia, che venivano cambiati solo se buttati a terra.

in unserem Zimmer gab es keinerlei Schränke oder Ablagen für Bekleidung. Lediglich 6 Kleiderbügel. Etwas wenig für 3 Nächte.

It is a lovely hotel in DUblin, everything is close by. It is perfect for a short stay visiting Dublin. Manager Robert, Matthew, David, Mathias and Nithin are just the best personel ever at the reception! Very friendly and helpful.

Prijs/kwaliteit kwam niet overeen. Gedateerd hotel. Voor het hotel kwamen s avonds daklozen en verslaafden bijelkaar die daar dealden en voor veel geluidsoverlast in de avond en nacht zorgden.

I had to change rooms due to the noise level as the train is pretty close to it unfortunately. I had no idea! The room looked nicer in the pictures (!!) I especially asked for a quiet room but the staff doesn’t know which rooms actually are apparently. The bed was comfortable; I was able to check-out a little later

The noise/train The shower was tiny & quite weak Right in front of the hotel there were many homeless people & shady people; they approached me for money & cigarettes & I felt very uncomfortable. As a woman I didn’t feel safe after 8/9pm No help with my luggage at all! No water was provided & the one in the hotel disgusting; had to get one from the bar The single lift was very slow & not enough for all the guests.. (!) I spontaneously decided to have breakfast dor like 19€ & thought the choice was poor; the eggs weren’t fresh & hardly any choice of bread or pastries; never again!

My room was on third floor it was right beside train station it was very noisy 😞😞
