The hotel was very beautiful, as well as the room. Staff at the front desk very good and one of the housekeeper on the sixth floor was very helpful when I asked for a couple extra towels. I'm sorry I didn't have the time to use the pool, but looking out the window from above it looked very clean. Florida thunderstorms d9h't revolve around you schedule. I would give the hotel an A+++ rating.

Surprise room upgrade! Gorgeous room. And I felt very safe. Especially with the elevator service. Restaurant and front desk employees were very friendly and polite.

The Hotel is just all around really nice - the lobby is really beautiful and inviting… the rooms are nicely appointed and an overall cozy feeling. It’s cheerful and just nicely done and I always look forward to Going there. Most hotels give me an “ick” feeling and this property is just all around nice. Love the Starbucks in the lobby. Had dinner there twice and I’m vegetarian, found several options.

Honestly there is nothing negative that I have to say.

I was staying due to a surgery at the hospital right next door. When I checked in I was upgraded and the staff were so accommodating and a pleasure too. They made me feel welcome and I know I have more surgeries coming up and want to stay longer to enjoy the hotel and pool.

The staff was friendly

I don’t think they have put new beds in the hotel since they opened. It was like sleeping on bricks with cotton balls glued on top of them. My entire body ached when I woke up in the morning. You also have to pay $27 for parking per night, which is buried at the bottom of the website, so that was a surprise fee. This hotel is not in the downtown area, so paying for parking was definitely not necessary. It is self parking, as well. And you had to walk as much as a football field away to get in the hotel. I was glad it wasn’t raining. After reading a lot of the reviews (which I wish I had done before I booked), 95 percent of the people complained about having to pay for parking. The responses are just scripts that they write. It's so obvious that the hotel should not charge for parking. It's terrible that they exploit people in this manner, especially since they are catering to people who probably have patients in the nearby hospital. So very sad.

The accommodations were overall excellent. The view from our room was spectacular! The staff were pleasant, courteous and professional. The breakfast at Table 55 was exquisite, the waitress was attentive to our requests.

Due to my difficulty walking, I would have liked to have a shorter distance to our room. It was not requested at the time the registration was made, but I am aware to do so on our next visit.

I was very disappointed with my stay. First, the room I reserved more than two months in advance, specifically with a balcony, was not available upon arrival. This was especially frustrating because I had called the hotel two days before check-in to confirm the balcony. I was traveling for surgery and wanted access to fresh air during my recovery, so this feature was important to me. Second, this was by far the dirtiest Hilton property room I have ever stayed in. When we arrived, there was an earring on the carpet, suggesting the room had not been properly vacuumed. There was visible dust throughout the room, along with stains and an overall lack of cleanliness. Fortunately, I had brought disinfecting wipes and cleaned the room myself before my procedure. Given that this hotel is located next to a hospital and likely hosts many patients and families dealing with medical procedures, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. Basic housekeeping measures such as vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, and ensuring rooms are properly cleaned should be the minimum standard. Unfortunately, this experience was so disappointing that if I ever need to return to the area for another procedure, I would rather stay 20–30 minutes farther away than stay here again.

Great location if you need to be near the hospital. I walked to hospital several times. The hotel property is clean. The customer service is amazing 👏 front desk staff were wonderful every morning and night. The breakfast was good. The restuarant servers were friendly. I highly recommend this place! 👌

Flop Feature: In the hotel shop where you can buy snacks, some products wouldn't scan. You had to take them to the front desk to pay. Conclusion: A great hotel. The in-room fitness equipment is a standout feature. I highly recommend this property.

The size of the room.

I loved my name displayed on the tv on my arrival. The texts from staff sent throughout my stay ensuring my stay was going as planned and asking if I needed anything was a nice touch. I love the convenience of it all. Facility was neat and clean with multiples resources and conveniences located on site.

We were extremely disappointed in our experience at this hotel. It’s doesn’t feel like a Hilton Hotel. Our room had dirty carpet, fridge had a foul odor,, the handicapped bars were loose, crooked, non-working lamps. It felt old with the paint, caulking, etc. We were moved to a suite, which was slightly better. Still had non working lights. Still felt old, but roomier. The elevators were difficult to operate. Keys are needed and you literally can get stuck without being able to go the direction you want. The restaurant was awful. Since you have a choice of one restaurant and a Starbucks, you are very limited in choices to eat. We had a raw hamburger in the middle, rubbery chicken, hard Brussel sprouts and undone French fries. Need to incorporate staff that speak better English. Had difficulty communicating. We also had small bugs flying around our food. The salmon was good and their flatbreads weren’t bad. Otherwise, this was a very disappointing restaurant. You really are stuck in the confines of this hotel. It’s in the middle of the medical facilities with nothing else around. We did appreciate the transportation from hotel to the hospital and back. Enjoyed the drivers. Very expensive with the resort fees. Not worth the high price tag.

כשהגענו בשעת ערב מאוחרת, נאלצנו להעביר את כל המזוודות שלנו לבד עד לחדר. בנוסף את מיטת התינוק היינו צריכים אנחנו להציע. המיקום נחמד אבל הרבה תנועה בין מיאמי למלון.

Location was great for what I needed as I came for a funeral and was only going to be there for 24 hours. Staff was accomodating, room was clean, shower gave great water pressure.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was soft, and the pillows provided good support. The temperature was easy to adjust, and the air conditioning worked well. There was enough space to move around, and the lighting was warm and relaxing. Overall, it was a quiet and cozy place to rest. I felt very comfortable during my stay. The location was perfect for my purpose.

I didn’t like the bathroom sink. It wasn’t completely clean, and that made me feel uncomfortable. Also, parking is not included in the reservation price.

We realized at the end that the room we stayed in had bed bugs. We did not have a chance to alert the staff as they were all busy at the front desk and we needed to get to our flight.

Cuando nosotros llegamos al hotel y queriamos hacer el check in, nos avisa el recepcionista que no tienen nuestras habitaciones no estaban completas porque ya se lo habían dado a otra personas, y pusieron de excusa que pensaron que no íbamos a llegar por eso se lo dieron a otros y nosotros esperando en el lobby más de 3 horas y eran a las 11 pm. Recientemente envié un correo electrónico sobre lo sucedido a la manager y no me a respondido. Necesito que responda por el dinero porque realmente nos sentimos que fuimos discriminados y humillados y también defraudados. When we arrived at the hotel and wanted to check in, the receptionist told us that they didn't have our rooms were not complete because they had already given it to other people, and they gave it as an excuse that they thought we weren't going to arrive that's why they gave it to others and we waited in the lobby for more than 3 hours and it was at 11 pm. I recently sent an email about what happened to the manager and she didn't answer me. I need you to answer for the money because we really feel that we were discriminated against and humiliated and also defrauded.
