Reviewed Sep 12, 2026El departamento es muy confortable y amplio. Bien equipado. La piscina linda, no tiene sol durante la mañana. Está frente a casas de alquiler de autos y muchos otros comercios. A 400 mts del Dadeland Mall. Muy buena la cochera. Nelly muy atenta y dispuesta.
El televisor del cuarto principal nunca funcionó ni vinieron a reparar en los 6 días que estuvimos, si bien avisamos cuando ingresamos.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026It was close to my medical clinic as well as having convenient shopping across the street. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit as well.
Tried checking out early due to succumbing to unknown bites after having slept in the bed. Staff tried to brush it off that they were mosquito bites. Staff came twice to inspect but never came in; having given reasons that they were uncomfortable, and then that they weren’t allowed in by the person who got bit. Then over the phone I was told that “they had staff go and check and that they took everything out”, whatever that means. I was told there’d be no refunds for early departures, even if I had a good reason with evidence. Nowhere in the policy does it state you can’t depart early without receiving a refund for the prepaid days. Bed wasn’t that comfortable, and too low for my liking. Especially after having surgery, so I had to sleep on the couch.

Carpet needs changing, the mattress needs improving and do not like that my unit number is boldly displayed on the parking card in the parking garage , that is a security risk.

Nelly Lashman made our stay even a little more special . she made us feel right at home . we come every year because of her. We appreciate everything. we stayed 22 days and very happy to stay again.

Late check in instructions are not correct! My flight was delayed and I was not able to check in until about 11 PM. I followed the late chief in instructions on the email to go to the turnabout and find the lockbox. Unfortunately, the lockbox was empty and my keys were not there! Luckily- I was able to find a very helpful security officer and he informed me that the lockbox is now in front of the building. A suggestion to management: Please update your after 6 PM check-in instructions.

This didn't impact our stay negatively, it's more a suggestion to have a 2nd full size mirror since there was only 1 in the master room.

No me gusta que tiene alfombra, no se siente limpio. Las cortinas están dañadas, le faltan piezas. La tina de baño no estaba completamente limpia. Me preocupa mucho la organización, otra familia entró con la misma llave a nuestro departamento.

Matresses are thin and uncomfortable, but not unbearable. Locks were changed during my stay without warning. Luckily the main office was still open and Nelly was very helpful with getting me the new keys.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Location and the security of the location, using key fobs to gain entrance and to exit. I also enjoyed the free parking for guests, as we stayed for two weeks, and having security in the building each night.
I did not like that the dryer was broken; I had to tape it shut in order for the door to stay closed. If I am staying more than 13 days, I expect enough tissue and paper towels, along with trash bags, to last me. It took them 5 days to bring me a vacuum cleaner for my room. The carpet could have been a little cleaner, and the chair on the balcony had black stuff in it.

If you want to sleep in bright light this is your place! The window shades are old broken plastic that don’t keep out any light. The bathroom window does not shut so the plastic blows in the wind all night, it’s loud, and out the master window is a parking structure with bright lights shining into the window all night long. There was no sleep to be had. If you are renting out your space, updates need to be made. Carpet is old as well. The air “fresheners” in the hallways at elevators are beyond toxic , can’t breathe and smell terrible!

It is convenient and close to shopping , clean and such as wonderful staff Nelly from Miami vacations is fantastic always goes above and beyond . My stay is always peaceful and comfortable . The parking spot in the garage is so easy go right up to your apt . The pool and gym are fantastic . Only thing I could say is would be nice to have a few coffee in the kitchen for the morning . Always happy with my my stay !
