A nice hotel, very centrally located, a stone’s throw from the main square of Trabzon and just a 10 minute walk from the sea front. The room was of good size, a bit old-fashioned, but very clean and so was the bathroom. The breakfast had everything someone can possibly ask for. Fantastic variety and great quality. Excellent staff, always there to offer assistance. A very good choice in Trabzon, would definitely visit again.

طلبنا سرير أضافي و تم الموافقه عليه حسب Booking.com لا يوجد مبلغ أضافي لكن عند وصولي طلبوا مني مبلغ 200 دولار أمريكي 4 أيام لسرير إضافية و قالوا سوف نغير من الغرفه ضيقه ألى غرفه واسعه لكن لم يكن كذلك

The hotel is clean, well located, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the room had a serious humidity and air-conditioning problem. We immediately informed reception that my mother and I are sensitive to humidity, but initially only the sheets and covers were changed, without addressing the source of the problem. We spent two nights sleeping in damp conditions, and both of us became ill. Although a technician eventually fixed the issue the following day, I am still experiencing significant symptoms almost a week later. This was very disappointing and, in my opinion, not acceptable for a five-star hotel.

The AC in the room is set to 12C, but the room never went below the 24.5C. It was very hot to sleep. Other than this, all good.

غرفتي كان المكيف سيء ريحته رطوبه ومجاري الاثاث قديم جدا وغير راقي كأنه شقق مفروشه بدون ولانجمه البوفيه للافطار قليل جدا جدا وصالة البوفيه صالون بيتي اكبر منه جدا ضيق ولايوجد تنوع بالبوفيه ولا تحضيري فوري من الشيف للطلبات المحليه ك وافل بان كيك فرنش توست اومليت حنى البيض المسلوق لم يستوي فتحت 2 وغير مستويه وجميع الويتر لايقدمون خدمه فقط يزعجونك بالحديث بينهم واصوات الصحون والملاعق والساكين وهم يكدسونها ع جنب امامنا جنب الطاولات

The Spa and Gym was closed on our check in day (Sunday) no one told us although I was communicating with the hotel throughout! Also there is smoke smell, carpets are old!

Maybe the only 5-stats or 4-stars hotel in Trabzon. Lovely lobby with beautiful painted glass ceiling. Delicious restaurant on property. Clean and comfortable rooms.. facilities, laundry, and room service available as well as a coffee shop, salon, and shops on location. Excellent location at the heart of Trabzon Meydan

The spa facilities are for males only. No women masseuses or staff for hammam.

We are a family of 5 and booked a family room, which was very comfortable and spacious. The location was great right in the center of the city, close to everything.

Breakfast was a bit of a letdown and could use some improvement an omelette station would be a great addition, along with more traditional Turkish options. Also, the hotel strictly doesn't allow outside food or takeaway to be brought in, which felt a bit restrictive

Room is super clean, staff are nice and helpful, in Trabzon Medan close to everything. The hotel is quite and rooms have sound isolation which made it perfect for us after along travel day. Their breakfast is so good.

The best thing of this hotel is the staff and location . The staff were very friendly and can speak English very well and Very helpful. . Excellent location near Maydan center of Trabzon . All shops and restaurants around you No need for the car in this area.

دخول عامل النظافة من غير اذن أثناء عدم تواجدي رغم ان ما كان في اي طلب سابق ولا في اي اشعار وكان جدا مزعج حسيت بعدم الأمان والشي الثاني كان صعب دخول السيارة لعند باب الفندق

Hotel De officiële inchecktijd was 14:00 uur. Na een lange reis kwam ik erg moe aan, maar ik kreeg mijn kamersleutel pas drie kwartier later. Ik heb in mijn leven al heel veel gereisd, maar dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt. Twee medewerkers bij de balie waren oké, maar de rest van het personeel was erg onvriendelijk. In het restaurant wordt je erg raar aangekeken. Het personeel kijkt boos en niemand spreekt Engels. Ze praten in het Turks over je waar je bij staat, wat ik als zeer onprettig ervaar. Ook begroeten ze je niet en zeggen ze geen dankjewel of alstublieft, wat ik erg vreemd vind voor een hotel. Daarnaast was de thee en koffie in de ochtend niet heet genoeg. Als je zelf je thee of koffie wilt inschenken, pakt het personeel de pot van je af om het voor je te doen. Maar als je vervolgens wacht tot zij het komen inschenken, reageren ze alsof ze je niet hebben gezien. Als je hen erom vraagt, zeggen ze 'oké', lopen ze weg van je tafel en komen vervolgens niet meer terug. Ik heb tijdens mijn verblijf in het Zorlu Hotel nog meer vervelende dingen meegemaakt. Ik wil hierover graag met de leidinggevende in gesprek, want dit heeft mijn reis echt verpest. We waren met per mensen en paar kamer in mijn kamer had geen stopcontact bij de bed.

The location was great and the staff are nice.

The cleanness is not that much, they don’t clean the room deep cleaning. Second, the AC system has to be installed in order to be able to change the temperature. The room was so cold and I got sick. when I called the reception they told me they can’t do anything, just turn it off.

موقع الفندق مميز جدا في وسط الميدان اخذنا غرفتين متصلات ممتازه ونظيفه و موظفة التنظيف بشوشه و تنظف بذمه وكل يوم تتغير الفوط والسليبرات بس مومتوفر فرش اسنان اما بالنسبه للموظفين الآخرين فحدث اني احضرت معي اكل من برا الفندق و رفضو دخوله بتاتا و كلمنا الاستقبال ورفض رفض قاطع دخول اي اكل من برا و ثاني يوم طلبت من مطعم الفندق و الطلب وصل فيه اغلاط الباستا طلبت مع دجاج جتني مع لحم مقدد و بروكلي واشياء ماطلبتها والشوربه طلبتها عدس جتني شوربة دجاج يعني للامانه تحدث مثل هذي الاخطاء بس اتمنى يكون في شوي مرونه مع العميل مو كل شي يتم رفضه وشكرا

ياخي بتحس حالك بالسجن مو بالفندق رجال الامن اكثر من النزلاء وبتدخلو بكل شي وكل شي عندهم ممنوع موظفين سيئين معامله مقرفه فش ابتسامه وخدمات سيئه بتحس انك شخص غريب وغير مرغوب فيه ادارة الفندق كلاب مال كل شي عندهم لازم تدفع ثمنه حتى زجاجة الماء مقابل دفع وبحطو بالغرفه شوكالاته ومشروبات وماء مقابل دفع والسعر اضعاف وحتى اذا بدك تدخل بركة السباحه بلزموك تشتري طقيه للراس مقابل 350 ليره وهي برا الفندق ما بتتجاوز 100 ليره

Ik verbleef op 19 juni in het Zorlu Grand Hotel. Helaas ben ik niet tevreden over mijn verblijf en daarom geef ik geen hoge beoordeling. Ik heb veel betaald voor dit hotel. Ik wist vooraf dat het verblijf niet all-inclusive was, maar ik vond het teleurstellend dat er elke dag maar twee gratis flessen water per kamer beschikbaar waren. Voor extra water moest worden betaald. Daarnaast was mijn ervaring bij het zwembad, de sauna en de hamam niet prettig. Een medewerker was niet vriendelijk en bleef mij voortdurend volgen. Daardoor voelde ik mij niet op mijn gemak en kon ik niet rustig gebruikmaken van de faciliteiten. Op basis van mijn ervaring vind ik de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding niet goed.

De bedden en locatie

Ik ben teleurgesteld in mijn verblijf in dit 5-sterrenhotel. Voor een verblijf van 8 dagen heb ik €1.600 betaald en ik had daarom veel meer verwacht. Het restaurantpersoneel, met name de ober, was niet vriendelijk en de service liet te wensen over. Daarnaast krijg je slechts één flesje water van 500 ml per persoon per kamer per dag. Als je extra water wilt, moet je daarvoor betalen. Het is zelfs niet toegestaan om zelf water buiten het hotel te kopen, omdat tassen bij de ingang worden gecontroleerd. Ik wist vooraf dat het hotel niet all-inclusive was, maar ik had niet verwacht dat je zelfs voor een extra flesje water moet betalen. Dat vind ik niet passen bij een 5-sterrenhotel. Ook bij het serveren van thee werd er niet gevraagd hoe ik mijn thee wilde hebben. Ik wilde liever een lichte thee, maar daar werd niet naar geluisterd. Al met al vind ik dat de service niet overeenkomt met wat je van een 5-sterrenhotel mag verwachten. Voor de prijs die ik heb betaald, had ik een veel betere ervaring verwacht. Zwembad was klein Ze hebben koekjes en klien zakjes noten in de kamer en maar moet je tijden uit checken

This was my first stay at Zorlu Grand Hotel, and although it was only for one night, I had a pleasant experience overall. We booked one suite and one family room, both of which were clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. While I would not describe the rooms as exceptional, they were certainly very good and met our expectations. One of the hotel's greatest advantages is its location. It is right in the heart of downtown Trabzon, surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants, making everything easily accessible on foot. I truly enjoyed being in the middle of the shopping area and found the location to be perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I arrived quite late, just as they were about to close the breakfast service. The staff had already started clearing some items, but they kindly stopped removing the food and encouraged me to enjoy my breakfast at my own pace. They continued their cleaning quietly while allowing me to finish comfortably, which I genuinely appreciated. It was a thoughtful gesture that reflected their hospitality and care for guests. Since our flight was scheduled for 10:00 PM, we hoped to extend our stay for half a day, even at an additional charge. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked and could not accommodate our request. The staff kindly offered to store our luggage and allowed us to continue using the lobby and reception facilities until our departure, which we appreciated. Although I wish we could have kept one room for a few more hours, I understand that this can happen, especially during busy periods. Overall, the experience was enjoyable. Zorlu Grand Hotel offers comfortable accommodations, an excellent breakfast, attentive service, and an unbeatable location in the center of Trabzon. I would gladly stay here again on a future visit.

All the things were exceptional.

A hair dryer should be available in the washroom.

Location was excellent, right in the city center and very convenient for walking around. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, the hotel is good and we enjoyed our stay.

However, for a 5-star hotel, we expected some services to be better. Complimentary water was limited, and when we requested extra water there was an additional charge. Also, basic coffee was available at breakfast, but drinks like latte or cappuccino required an extra payment, which was a little disappointing for a hotel of this category. The breakfast was good, but we expected a more luxurious experience from a 5-star hotel. Overall, it is a clean hotel with an amazing location and friendly atmosphere, but some small improvements in service would make the experience match the 5-star rating.

the air conditioning was bad, and the bathroom lacked basic amenities found in all hotels. This 5-star hotel completely lacked essential items like toothbrushes and shaving supplies.

Everything except one

The staff are not allowing food from outside even if it is a small pide or sandwich.. they treat me in very rude way from the resturant manager during our discussion in the loopy while the receptionist are great and supportive
