Nothing about this stay was acceptable.

I booked four rooms: one with a city view and three other rooms. However, we received the following: 1. A room overlooking a neighbouring window and balcony, where the neighbour could see directly into our room and they did once. The shower drain was broken, and the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell. 2. A room with a broken refrigerator and a non-functioning safe. 3. A room with only a partial window. 4. A room infested with mosquitoes which they did nothing about it. The staff were generally unhelpful, rude, and disrespectful. When I asked for the room I had paid for, I was told that a view of the neighbouring window counted as a city view. They offered to move us to another floor, but said the view would be the same. We felt unsafe and contacted Booking.com’s priority support several times, but they were unable to help. I also found mold on the breakfast bread, and my wife suffered food poisoning after breakfast on the first day. We had to take her to the hospital next to the hotel. Only a few members of staff were respectful and helpful. In addition, all the hotel brochures and information were printed in Arabic, with no English or Turkish translations. The replacement room we received had a shower covered in black mould, as shown in the photos.

Das Hotel ist sehr nahegelegen am Flughafen.

Musten eine Stunde warten bis ein Zimmer fertig war. Und das zweite Zimmer wurde erst nach nachfrage von uns einenhalb Stunden zur Verfügüng gestellt.Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich keine Entschuldigung durch verspätüng von den Zimmer und nach dem Auschecken wurde nicht mal nachgefragt ob alles gepasst hat und nicht mal auf wiedersehen wurde gesagt.Sehr entäüschend daher nie wieder werden wir dieses Hotel Buchen.

The location I would like to thank Nisa Nur and Sarp from the reception, Kubra from the coffee shop, and Tayfun and Ahmet for their support and great service. They were all polite, helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

the room is missing some basic items, such as ceramic coffee cups, water glasses, and ceramic tea cups. Room cleanliness also needs improvement. The rooms were not properly clean when we arrived, and this is an important basic service that should be provided to every guest. There is a coffee machine in the room, but there are no coffee capsules. When we asked for them, we were told that there were no capsules available. I believe this should be provided, especially when there is a coffee machine in the room. Also, there is no luggage storage room where guests can safely leave their bags. However, I would also like to mention that we had an unpleasant experience with Ebrar in reception when we arrived. Her attitude was not welcoming, and she did not explain the check-in and check-out rules to us in nice way I believe her behavior and customer service skills should be improved, especially because the front office team is the first point of contact with guests. Her English communication skills also need improvement.

Персонал нам не объяснили что поздний чек аут стоит денег, они взяли с нас деньги за хранения чемоданов. Сами заказали нам тур а потом сказали что, мы оставили им чемоданы. Надо было узнать их имена и девушка и парень те которые работали 5.08.26 года, вы даже не думали о гостей, есть у них денег или нет, не вошли в наши положения... НЕ рекомендую этот отель, полотенца рванные, завтраки ужасно не вкусные!

The hotel is so clean and comfortable. It ia in the heart of Trabzon and just a few minutes walking from the Meydan and the city center.

I couldn't find anything to eat in their breakfast since I don't eat dairy and eggs... the only option was tahini. And they only have regular milk...

Everything. Excellent customer service. Helpful and polite. The room view is simply beautiful. Walking distance to the Meydan/square. Quiet and peaceful.

Its winter and the room is super cold. Would be nice to have a heater provided. We didn't even turn on the aircon throughout our stay.

The hotel is in a great location and has parking. Ebrar, the girl at the reception, was very kind and helpful. Overall, it was a nice experience.

The only downside is that a late check-out is not allowed.

The place is clean and tidy which was a really good thing. The location is also decent for the area.

The room was too small, the bathroom was cold. Plus the curtains were not closable fully which is bad because we were facing a building. We booked a city view and the room was facing a wall, when we asked about it we were told this is city view. Plus the breakfast was not the best although the staff there were helpful.

The view is amaaaaazing . Sea view rooms are the best . Room service stuff are very clever . The food was tasty . All the stuff is very helpful, except the receptionist girl "morning shift " Rooms are comfortable. Toilets are very clean . Very near to the center . You will enjooooy your stay . It worth every single dollar. Recommended 👌🏼👌🏼

Receptionist girl should be more helpful and stop faking her smiles . There were a lamp didn't work and I asked for fixing it with no response in return.

Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer jedoch zeitgleich durch die Nah gelegene Autobahn sehr laut Zentral gelegen zu Fuß erreichbare Einkaufsmeile bergauf.

Sauberkeit ist mangelhaft das Zimmer überall staub und Fenster bei einer solch schönen Aussicht von innen von Gästen zuvor beschmutzt , flecken auf der Bettwäsche , im Bad war schimmel an den Ecken und die Tapette abgetragen teilweise. Kaffemaschine und Wasserkocher waren unrein hygienisch nicht nutzbar und im ersten Zimmer war der Safe auch kaputt und wir mussten am AnreiseTag das Zimmer wechseln. Bettwäsche hatte flecken nach frischem wechsel!!!. Im Zimmer war im Mülleimer Müll bevor wir eingezogen sind vom vorgänger!!!. Das zeigt die Ungewissenhaftigkeit des Hotels bei der Sauberkeit. Das Früchstück ist unzureichend für ein 4☆ und für eine solche Region. Das Personal war Anfangs Nett und mit den Beschwerden Tag für Tag abweisend und ignorant an der Reception.

Das Invite-Hotel hat uns im Großen und Ganzen sehr gut gefallen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die hervorragende Lage, die gute Verkehrsanbindung sowie der schöne Blick Richtung Meer. Auch die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und das angenehme Ambiente haben zu einem sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen.

Verbesserungspotenzial gibt es jedoch beim Personal. Es war zwar nicht unfreundlich, machte aber einen überarbeiteten Eindruck. Fragen wurden eher kurz und knapp beantwortet, sodass man manches im Nachhinein selbst klären musste. Das Frühstück empfanden wir als recht eintönig. Hier hätten wir uns eine größere und gesündere Auswahl gewünscht – zum Beispiel mehrere Brotsorten, frisches Gemüse wie Tomaten oder Gurken sowie ein paar Obstsorten (Äpfel, Birnen, Bananen oder Trauben). Auch Müsli, Joghurt oder Milch fehlten leider völlig.

Leaving early the following morning, being on the main road, this was relatively easy, though traffic in the area is horrendous 24/7.

Breakfast didn't start early enough for us to try it and there was no option to order a small takeaway coffee and cake for example, we tried and were told no. The hotel is on a main road and parking is in an unsafe area in the middle of a dual carriageway. Of how whole trip this was the worst night / place we stayed in 6 weeks of travelling.

تعامل الاستقبال واخص الموظفه التركيه وعدم انجاز اجراءات الدخول وعدم توفر المناشف عند تنظيف الغرفه لليوم الثاني اخبرت الرسبشن ان ياتو لي بالمناشف قالو ان العامل انتهى عمله ومعه مفتاح الاشياء التي نريدها استغربت من مستوى الفندق وتعاملهم وعدم احترامهم لنزلاء واخذو علي رسوم عشان بطاقه الغرفه لأني ضيعتها ونشبو في الفلوس واهم شي عندهم المال اما رضا العميل لا يهم جداً جداً جداً سيئ اتمنى ان تصل الى صاحب الاوتيل !!

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of excellent. It boasts a prime location near the main square, all the vibrant attractions, and the offices for tour departures, making getting around incredibly easy. The hotel is also situated along the main Trabzon coastal road, offering a beautiful view of the Black Sea. The reception was warm and professional from the very first moment. Mr. Furkan kindly upgraded my room to match my preferences, which I truly appreciated. The hotel’s cleanliness is remarkable and clearly reflects great attention to detail. Breakfast is served in the ground-floor lounge overlooking the Black Sea, with a good and varied menu that makes for a perfect start to the day. This is my third time booking the same hotel, and every visit maintains the same high standards of service. During this stay, the courteous Engen helped me extend my reservation with a wonderful discount. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the entire hotel staff, with special appreciation to Mr. Ahmet from customer service for his attentive care to all guests’ needs, and to the lady in charge of housekeeping for her excellent work.

Price is a bit high

Close to Trabzon medan (restaurant and gift market and mini grocery stores) , near to walking park good for excersis and night shows in near to black sea. Its 6 minutes from Airport. You can use Taxis to get to airport, close to travel agency if you plan to have tours by groups or private. The breakfast hall are well organised. Street view

معي طفل كسر فازه صغيره على الطاوله وقلت لهم ابي ادفع المبلغ حق الفازه وكان مكتوب عليها سعرها 250 ليره فقط ولكن تفاجاة من الموظفه لما قالت لي سعر الفازه 3000 ليره اخبرتها انه مكتوب عليها 250 ليره فقط وقالت ان الفازه سعرها قبل 10 سنوات كذا والان تغير نصب ولعب وكذب على الزبائن والافطار للاسف كان جدآ سيئ الطعم وقليل الغرف حجمها صغير والتكييف يتم فصله وانت نايم بأختصار تجربه لا يمكن ان تتكرر معهم ابدا ( حطيت لكم صورة الفازه )
