Hotel molto bello, Letto comodo, camere molto silenziose. Personale molto professionale e preparato. Franco ( è il suo cognome) è stato un'ottimo supporto, professionale e cordiale. Molto Bravo. Comodo il parcheggio e la colazione con ottimi prodotti freschi e una scelta molto ampia tra Dolce e Salato. Tornerò sicuramente.

La Gestione dell'aria in camera è un pò limitata, e le finestre con il blocco di apertura vincolano il fatto che non si possa cambiare aria alla stanza volutamente. Ma sono veramente dettagli che si possono accettare.

La camera bella, bagno molto meno, la doccia oscena brutta sembrava sporca, la pietra tutta inerita non ti invitava fare la doccia. La colazione abbastanza varia.

Sono rimasta negativamente sorpresa , che al mio ritorno in camera al pomeriggio alle 16.30, la camera non è stata pulita. Ho dovuto chiamare operatore e aspettare. Negativo! Poi Room service con tempi biblici, 1 ora solo per ordinare, poi 20 minuti per una semplice tagliata di frutta? Alla fine pagamento, da bocciare, perche al inizio non mi volevano mettere in fattura costo della camera che ho pagato al Booking alla prenotazione! Mai successo. al momento del check in ho già saldato costo della camera, ma mi è stato fatto un altro prelevo 50€ per garanzia, che 2 giorni doppo il mio soggiorno ancora non mi hanno tolto. Tutto assurdo.............................

We loved this hotel. We stayed for one night before a cruise in building 2 and could not fault it. Everything was very clean, comfortable and the staff were so welcoming. We had a fabulous BBQ dinner on the outside terrace. The staff were so attentive and the breakfast offered so many delicious options too. Would not hesitate to book again. Many thanks to all the staff.

Una Deluxe mansardata Senza affaccio un balcone chiuso dove potevi vedere solo il cielo... parliamo di una Deluxe....di notte l'aria condizionata non ci ha fatto chiudere occhio un rumore assurdo....e poi alla reception un ragazzo molto sbadato ....la colazione mi aspettavo qualcosa di più, bacon immangiabile non riuscivi a masticarlo ,le sformatine di patate molto secche ... Dovrebbero cambiare le sedute molto alte rispetto al tavolo, c'erano persone che dovevano mettersi di traverso per mangiare assurdo

Onestamente per me è stata la prima volta. Sono rimasto particolarmente colpito dalla location e dalla disponibilità del personale!!

I prezzi già il pagamento della stanza ti dovresti ripagare non solo lo stipendio dei dipendenti, il resto fuori da ogni logica, almeno la piscina era graduita, gin tonic medio fuori prezzo ed è la bevanda più consumata

Super clean and excellent quality! That was consistent throughout the hotel. Lots of staff available for everything. More than happy to assist. Restaurant was also open until 11. Great selection and the food was excellent!

La struttura è TOP in tutti i sensi è stato rifatto il building 2 poi questo inverno rifaranno il 3 e poi l'1. Personale gentile e sempre pronto per ogni evenienza. Da rimarcare la professionalità del responsabile ristoranti Lorenzo Frosi una persona fantastica.

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Not a 4-Star Standard Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing, and I genuinely do not believe it meets the standards expected from a 4-star property. I booked through Booking.com, and it was not made sufficiently clear during the booking process that my room was located in a separate building (Building 2 – Nami Golf), rather than the main hotel building. After a long and exhausting journey, I arrived at the main reception expecting to check in. I was told that I could not check in there and had to wait for a shuttle to take me to the second building. What made the situation particularly frustrating was that another guest arrived after me, was initially given similar information, but was then allowed to complete his check-in at the main reception, while I was still refused the same service. This inconsistent treatment made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unfairly treated. I then had to wait approximately 10 minutes for the shuttle while already exhausted from travelling. When I finally reached my room, I was even more disappointed. The room did not feel properly clean, and some of the towels had visible yellow stains, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming a 4-star rating. The service throughout my experience felt slow and unwelcoming. Even when I checked out, no one asked how my stay had been or whether everything was satisfactory. There seemed to be very little concern for the guest experience. Based on my experience, the level of cleanliness, service, hospitality, and professionalism was far below what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The inconsistent way I was treated compared with another guest also left me with a very negative impression. I strongly believe the hotel’s 4-star classification and overall service standards should be reviewed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Quality of the property, the personal, staff very profesional, we enjoyed our staying. Ah! The breakfast options are exceptional. My husband and I were able to even have fresh juice made out of fruits & vegetables. Just like home:)

One of the 3 nights we stayed, there was not enough hot water running. My husband noticed that the grab bar in the shower was too low, especially for seniors. One more thing, he was missing face rugs:) Finally, adjusting the AC/ thermostat in the room was challenging, It was freezing 🥶 unless you kept your head under the covers:)

The overall stay was very pleasant, though we stayed for just one night. Wished we could stay a bit longer.

The location (i.e. distance to city center) was a bit of a turn off because you spent a lot of money on taxis to and from the hotel. Also, sometimes the shuttle is not available at your convenient time.

La mia stanza si trovava nell’edificio più vecchio, il secondo giorno l’aria condizionata non funzionava e la stanza segnava una temperatura di 28 gradi, il Tecnico prova a cambiare dei pezzi ( con me in camera) ma mi dice che più di quello non può fare. Il giorno dopo il problema persiste e viene nuovamente il tecnico il quale mi dice che il moto dei condizionatori è vecchio e mi dice di richiedere un cambio stanza ( e che avrebbe insistito anche lui). Così l’ultima sera di soggiorno mi viene cambiata la stanza ( con tanto di disagio per rifare le valigie ) r la mattina dopo nella stanza in bagno trovo una blatta. Soggiorno da dimenticare

PROs: Kind personnel; Fresh rooms with nice furniture and very good bathrooms; Nice grounds and pool, adjacent to a golf course; very nice restaurant. CONs: There's a one-way only shuttle to, not from the airport. It may take 30-90 EUR to get there by Taxi or UBER. It's only 10min drive away by car. The building itself looks like a US middle range hotel property, but the interiors position this Sheraton way above that.

J'ai eu une chambre avec vue sur l'entrée et le parking qui était très bruyant avec des bruits d'autobus à partir de 7 heueures du matin (alors que j'avais demandé expressément une chambre calme avec jolies vue).

La struttura è elegantissima, il vero valore aggiunto è l’estrema preparazione, simpatia, cordialità, gentilezza e attenzione del personale: raramente nel mondo ho trovato uno staff così eccellente, pronto a soddisfare ogni mia richiesta (sembra un 5 Stelle). La stanza era bellissima e silenziosissima - requisito per me fondamentale - e letto comodissimo. Arredi di altissimo livello. Sicuramente sarà il mio hotel di rifermento a Roma, finora il migliore su tutti quelli provati nella Capitale. Il contesto è molto curato in ogni dettaglio.

Un po’ più di attenzione alla profumazione della camera; molti canali tv non erano visibili; nella doccia c’era qualche capello (può succedere, ma non deve succedere). I prezzi del ristorante interno sono eccessivi rispetto ai prodotti forniti.

Arrivi con 40 gradi e trovi il frigo vuoto senza nemmeno una misera bottiglietta d acqua. La mattina della partenza alle ore 10 mentre ero in stanza a gestire una call ripetutamente sento il campanello squillare Costretto a mollare la riunione per aprire la porta ad un inserviente che voleva avere lumi sul rifare la camera! Erano le 10 non le 12 meno 10. Dopo aver già subito inpropriamente al check in una lamentela , per il fatto che non si trovasse la mia prenotazione a causa Vs (testuali parole) che invertite il nome con il cognome, per chiudere in bellezza al check out ho atteso 10 mn esatti in piedi, valigia alla mano , in quanto il 3 addetti presenti erano tutti rivolti su un cliente , 1 lo serviva e gli altri 2 discorrevano tranquillamente con lo stesso ( sicuramente più importante di altri ) incuranti del fatto che un secondo cliente aspettasse lì a 2 metri che qualcuno si degnasse di attenzionarlo per evitare anche l'imbarazzo di sentirsi come un ospite di serie B. !!! Ho 62 anni ho soggiornato in centinaia di hotel nel mondo , compreso Sheraton ma quanto teste' raccontato neanche nel più modesto albergo Mai ho visto succedere.

Don't stay here, the property is old, un-kept, no elite lounge and the limited 5 item food menu sucks. What should have been an enjoyable stay at the Sheraton Rome Parco de' Medici became one of the most upsetting hotel experiences I have ever had. After breakfast, I walked through the hallway where complimentary tea and coffee is displayed for hotel guests to take. I stopped briefly to look at the selection of teas that were available. As I stood there, I noticed an employee who was talking to other people, leave them to watch me very closely. She continued to stand over me, staring at me, and appeared to be following my every move but never said hi or anything. Her behavior made me so uncomfortable that I finally asked why she was standing over me and staring at me. She responded by saying she was there to help me read the tea selections. I told her I did not need any help. She then told me there was tea in my room that I could drink instead. I explained that I had already had the tea in my room and simply asked if there was a problem with me looking at the tea that was available for guests. She replied, "No, but it's very expensive tea." The tea was TWININGS Tea which is not expensive. Regardless of its cost, it was complimentary and displayed specifically for hotel guests. Whether the tea was inexpensive or premium should have been irrelevant. I found her comment offensive and inappropriate. I couldn't help but ask myself why I was being watched so closely over complimentary tea. I believe I was singled out because of the color of my skin, and the entire interaction left me feeling racially profiled, embarrassed, and unwelcome. I was so disturbed by what had just happened that I immediately went to the front desk and asked to speak with the General Manager. Instead, I was introduced to the Assistant General Manager, Marta, who assured me she would help. I took the time to explain everything that had happened in detail and how the employee's behavior made me feel. I also showed Marta that I have been a Marriott Bonvoy Lifetime Platinum Elite member and a loyal Marriott guest for approximately 30 years. I told her that no guest should ever have to ask to speak with a General Manager over free tea, and that the issue was never about the tea—it was about how I was treated. I asked Marta for the General Manager's name and contact information, as well as the name of the employee involved in the incident. She refused to provide either. Instead, she told me she would personally take care of the situation and promised to get back to me later that same day. She never did. After returning home, I sent multiple follow-up emails asking for a response because I considered this to be a very serious matter. Those emails also went unanswered for several days. When Marta finally responded, I was shocked by her explanation. Rather than acknowledging my concerns or addressing why I felt I had been racially profiled, she simply stated that the employee who had identified herself as the manager was "just doing her job" by providing customer service. That explanation completely ignored the issue. Standing over a guest, watching them, making them feel suspected of wrongdoing, and commenting on the cost of complimentary tea is not the type of customer service any guest should experience. It certainly is not the level of hospitality I have come to expect from Marriott. As someone who has remained loyal to Marriott for decades, this experience was deeply disappointing. What hurt almost as much as the incident itself was the way it was handled afterward. My concerns were minimized, promises to follow up were not kept, and I was left feeling that my experience simply did not matter. I sincerely hope Marriott and the Sheraton Rome Parco de' Medici use this as an opportunity to improve how they respond to guests who raise concerns about discrimination. Every guest deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and fairness. Unfortunately, that was not my experience and they never emailed me a receipt for my stay like I asked.

I chose this location because it was close to the airport, and I had a very late flight. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was very good.

This property has three buildings that are not really within walking distance of each other. I thought I was supposed to be staying at building 2, but when I got there, they said I was supposed to be at building 1. They quickly called me a shuttle to take me to the correct building for free. Just be aware that you need to know which building you are staying in there.

Staff elegantissimo e gentilissimo, ci hanno accolto in maniera impeccabile e aiutato in momento di crisi (in quanto avevamo prenotato all'ultimo minuto per urgenza). Letti comodissimi e ottima cena. 10/10 anche per i servizi di trasporto dalla stazione all'hotel

The property is very old and looks like it has been well used. The pool looked very old and not clean with an algae ring around it. There were stains all over the carpets. This property looks and feels very old and in need of a makeover!!!

The breakfast was disgusting. The eggs looked like they were made from a powder, the sausages were cold and tasteless and the bacon was not good!!

The staff was welcoming and very friendly. The space was so nice and not too crowded. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom with the shower and tub. The price was a little steep, but I can understand why. We were also able to use the pool and outdoor tables. The staff working the bar area were also very friendly.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was in terrible condition. Everything was dirty, and there were huge mosquitoes flying everywhere. There were also blood stains from smashed mosquitoes on the walls, which made the room look disgusting. The bathroom was in awful condition as well – old, poorly maintained, and very dirty. Nothing looked like it had been properly cleaned. The biggest disappointment was that the hotel looked nothing like the photos online. The pictures and the reality were completely different. We felt misled by the advertisement. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable to stay in this hotel. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend it to anyone.

The staff were fantastic, our lugguage was delayed by 24 hours and the staff were incredibly helpful in finding us a place where we could buy some essential items. They also arranged us toothbrush kits and a shaving kit. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a very pleasant stay :)

Il personale e la gestione dei pagamenti. Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura per una convention aziendale su Booking e nelle prenotazioni fatte avevamo inserito online le carte di credito come garanzia con pagamento in struttura. All’arrivo per il check-in ci informano che le suite non erano state prenotare per 3 persone ciascuna ma per una singola persona ciascuna, cosa che dalla email di conferma di prenotazione non risultava così è fatta leggere alla reception. Volevano aggiungerci un supplemento di 80€ per ogni letto in più, inaccettabile. Situazione risolta, ma hanno voluto bloccare ulteriormente l’importo delle camere sulle carte aziendali comportandoci il raggiungimento dei massimali mensili ed eravamo lì per lavoro quindi le avremo usate anche per altre spese. Abbiamo chiesto di parlare con la direzione che inizialmente pareva non essere disponibile: “è una nostra prassi aziendale bloccare l’importo delle camere sulle carte” (cit. receptionist) ..che politica è? Almeno la professionalità di indicarlo in sede di prenotazione quando oltretutto erano già state inserite le carte su Booking. Insistiamo nel parlare con la direzione per trovare un’altra soluzione e per fortuna che è intervenuta Alessia al suo collega che con professionalità e gentilezza ha soddisfatto la nostra richiesta. Una volta parlato con la direzione abbiamo trovato una quadra. Maleducazione anche nel personale di sala. Altra nota di demerito al nostro arrivo non sono state date notizie sugli orari della colazione e del check out, abbiamo dovuto chiederlo noi ospiti. Hotel che si spaccia per 4 stelle, ma per l’aspetto umano ne merita 2.

Pulita. Buona colazione. Ho anche cenato abbastanza bene al ristorante della struttura. Il personale è stato molto disponibile per risolvere dei problemi con il parcheggio.

Avevo già soggiornato l’anno scorso presso la struttura (n.2), quest’anno sono stata spostata al n.1. Le stanze dell’edificio 1 sono vecchiotte. La doccia allagava tutto il bagno (era una vasca con tenda).

L'hotel è molto pulito e esteticamente apprezzabile. Il cibo del ristorante è buono e anche la colazione.

In generale, ho trovato tutto molto costoso sia i servizi extra che la camera. Rapporto qualità prezzo non ottimale. C'era troppa aria condizionata e lo staff ci ha dato informazioni non sempre chiare sugli sconti dei servizi extra offerti dall'hotel. Da ultimo, non posso non segnalare una davvero eccessiva lentezza nel servizio al ristorante. Abbiamo aspettato un'ora prima di mangiare quattro piatti di pasta. Davvero non all'altezza di una struttura a quattro stelle.

Un disastro totale. Mi scrivono una mail un paio di giorni prima del mio arrivo segnalandomi che avevano spostato la mia stanza all'edificio 2; rispondo chiedendo l'indirizzo e mi viene indicato; arrivato all'edificio 2, dopo aver parcheggiato lontano e trascinato 2 valigie pesanti fino alla reception, mi dicono che la mia prenotazione era all'edificio 1, quello inizialmente prenotato e nessuno ha avuto la decenza di avvisarmi nonostante nella mail c'erano almeno 4 persone in cc. L'aria condizionata della stanza era troppo forte e ho chiesto l'intervento dei tecnici in quanto continuava a funzionare nonostante fosse in Off, nessun tecnico è mai venuto e nessun guasto è stato aggiustato. Il letto e il bagno erano puliti ma il resto della stanza era molto sporco in quanto era una stanza bordo siepe con vista siepe (non piscina essendo l'ultima della fila) e vi erano le travi da qui sarà caduto dello sporco sulla scrivania (mai pulito in 5 giorni di soggiorno). Complessivamente da ristrutturare tutta la struttura. Il frigo della stanza era vuoto. Dal tetto della stanza vicino l'ingresso gocciolava acqua sul parquet. Ma lascio il meglio per il finale: alle 4.47 della prima notte un camioncino simile a quelli della pulizia strade è passato in giardino illuminando a giorno la mia stanza e facendo un rumore assordante, sono stato svegliato bruscamente per questo so l'orario preciso. Mai più.

As a long-time Marriott Bonvoy member, I rarely leave negative reviews. Unfortunately, my recent stay at the Sheraton Rome Parco de' Medici was disappointing. The issue was not a single problem, but a succession of them: technical defects in the room, unreliable hot water, malfunctioning equipment and other inconveniences that significantly affected the quality of the stay. In addition, parts of the property were impacted by ongoing renovation works that were not communicated transparently enough in advance. To be fair, the staff were polite and generally acknowledged the issues when they were reported. However, acknowledgement alone is not a solution. The most disappointing aspect was leaving the hotel with the clear impression that management considered a simple apology an adequate response to a long list of acknowledged shortcomings. Occasional problems can happen in any hotel. What distinguishes a good hotel from a disappointing one is how those problems are handled. Unfortunately, this is where the hotel fell short. I hope the ongoing renovation will improve not only the property itself, but also the way guest concerns are addressed in the future

After our plane was broken, about 100 of us were put up overnight here. Our flight was a 12:15 flight and we finally were checked in at 5:50, so the entire flight had not eaten. The food they served us was inedible (although apparently people who came later got meatballs and cold pasta salad). It seemed they emptied out their freezer contents and reheated it. There was a nice breakfast spread, but we were given bags of random jelly, an apple, and a meat and cheese sandwich (so too bad if you were vegetarian or kept Kosher). Communication was poor, with the hotel telling guests the airport shuttles were at 7, but then changing that to 5:30 and 6:20 without notifying anyone.

We stayed in building 2. Very nice large room. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is not very good. Cold eggs on all three mornings we were there. We did learn you can order omelettes, those came from the kitchen hot. Dinner in the main restaurant was very confusing. They offer two menus, one fine dining and the other all day menu. They only give you the all day menu if you ask. Most Uber and taxi drivers have difficulty finding building two. Best to request a taxi from the front desk. When we ordered thru the uber app the drivers couldn’t find the building.

The breakfast was terrible, flies came out of the salad, pastries were stale and in general this was the worst breakfast we have experienced for a long time. The interior looked dated and tired and the property was not good value for money.
