I stood there for 10 minutes to check in not because they were busy because I was the only person there, they wouldn’t even look at me and make eye contact. And finally we got a room when we took a shower the water was going everywhere. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anybody.

Tot i que nosaltres el vam agafar perquè no estaríem només a Roma i sabent que aniríem amb metro al centre, està lluny del centre.

Tappeti agli ingressi raccoglitori di polvere che puzzavano , struttura complessivamente non pulita, non profumava, non avevo il set dentifricio e spazzolino l’ho dovuto chiedere. Top del negativo bocchetta dell’aria condizionata centralizzata rumorosa affianco a letto diretta sulla parte alta del corpo. Quindi ho dormito sotto le coperte Menu’ per niente Italo Romano tutto congelato e passato

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Die Betten war groß und bequem. Anbindung zum Flughafen und zur Innenstadt waren gut. Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend.
Das schlechteste Frühstück was ich in einem Hotel je gesehen habe. Der Kaffee aus der Maschine war einfach widerlich. Die Croissants waren trocken, die Pancakes kamen aus dem Kühlschrank. Außerdem ist das gesamte Hotel stark renovierungsbedürftig.

O ar condicionado não funciona de forma adequada. Pedimos para trocar e as camas ofertadas eram péssimas, sem conforto, camas antigas e sem pillow top., fora do padrão da marca. Café da manhã péssimo e sem opções, sempre as mesmas frutas no pote até acabar, dia após dia, os pães horríveis. Enfim, difícil aceitar um café tão horrível. Porta do box do banheiro caindo. Kkk Localização distante de tudo.

They were nice to make the change; we would have know before about the size of the room and if the baby crib could fit when we booked.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Room was clean and beds were comfy - Air conditioning was good too. Shower was very powerful. Location was quiet and only a short walk to the centre of EUR. Check in was quick and easy. Quality of bar drinks was good. Lots of parking spaces available.
On the day booking therefore cost of room was quite high but am sure if booked in advance it would be better value. Only faclities available were gym and bar. No food options available on the day due to a public holiday. TV was quite small by modern standards.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Hotel di buona qualità generale, letto confortevole, colazione con varie opzioni dolci e salate. Ottima vista dalle camere. L'EUR è una buona scelta per i collegamenti veloci con il centro di Roma (metropolitana a ca. 800 metri) e per la presenza di pub e ristoranti.
La reception è di design ma è posta sotto il piano strada dal quale si accede da uno scivolo carrabile o da un cancelletto pedonale un po' misero. Le vetrate delle camere non sono termiche e il sole si "sente" come il ventilatore dell'aria condizionata, un po' rumoroso (ma si può spegnere). Le brioche della colazione sono varie ma non particolarmente friabili.

I miei cellulari non trovavano la rete del Wi-Fi. La stanza non era a mio avviso una superior, erano due letti uniti per fare un letto matrimoniale, il bagno non pulitissimo, asciugamani non di qualità alta ma usurati, bagno non arieggiato bene, cuscini troppi morbidi e aria condizionata troppo rumorosa. La colazione non era abbastanza fornita in frutta, consiglierei di cambiare la qualità del caffè delle macchinette self-service e migliorare pulizia.

Personale gentile, disponibile e ben organizzato: durante il soggiorno la struttura era "full" ma nonostante questo non ci sono stati disagi e tutti i servizi sono stati erogati senza attese. Colazione di livello sia per varietà che per qualità.
La posizione non è delle più felici, nei dintorni non ci sono servizi (in particolare ristoranti) raggiungibili a piedi. La stazione della metropolitana non è vicinissima, soluzione personale è stata utilizzare un taxi.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026My wife and I stayed at ibis Styles Roma Eur for one night, arriving on 9 May and checking out on 10 May 2026. We have deliberately taken some time before writing this review. We wanted to ensure that our comments were not influenced by the disappointment and shock we felt at the time of our stay. Nearly a month has now passed, yet our feelings about this experience remain exactly the same. That alone should indicate how negatively this stay affected us. As I explained to the concierge upon check-out, we were genuinely shocked by the condition of the room assigned to us. Let me be clear: our complaint is not about the size of the room. We knew we had booked a compact room and fully accepted that. Our complaint concerns the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition of the accommodation. Our criticism is therefore not directed at the staff, but at the standards being applied to the property. Rome is the capital of Italy. ibis is an internationally recognised brand and part of the Accor group. Guests should not be accommodated in rooms that present this level of deterioration, lack of cleanliness, and lack of maintenance. As someone who travels extensively around the world and regularly stays in Accor properties, this experience has genuinely made me question whether I should continue choosing Accor hotels in the future. That is not something I say lightly. I sincerely hope that Ms. Monica Redi, General Manager, will take this feedback seriously and escalate it to the appropriate levels within the organization. The issues we encountered go beyond a single room; they point to deficiencies in housekeeping standards, room maintenance, and inspection procedures that require immediate attention. You requested our feedback, and we are providing it honestly, factually, and constructively. We have also provided the photographs taken during our stay, which clearly document the conditions described above. Based on this experience, we will not return to ibis Styles Roma Eur, nor would we feel comfortable recommending this property to others. Rating: 1/10
