Room was very small The hotel requires a uphill walk on cobblestone about 500 meters from main road The restaurant Gattopardo is now longer there but the hotel advertised the restaurant and I wouldn’t booked is this was known

Hotel Rossli provided a spacious, clean accommodation. Four friends booked the 2 bedroom penthouse which included the rooftop patio. Fantastic location

The only negative was that the elevator only went to the 3rd floor.

El cuarto y baño eran bastante amplios.

No tiene AC y estaba bastante caluroso.

Perfect location

Estaba muy limpio y en el centro de la ciudad . La cama comodísima y el desayuno correcto. La persona de la recepción correcta.

La recepción solo abre de 11 a 20h. En caso de tener algún problema hay que llamar y en suiza no hay roaming y las llamadas salen extremadamente caras… eso me dio inseguridad. Aunque no pasó nada afortunadamente.

O hotel tinha elevador, mas não chega no andar do quarto em que fiquei hospedada (como subir e descer com as malas?). A recepção não funciona 24h.

Localização. Os funcionários eram simpáticos, mas quase não havia contato.

A limpeza diária estava bem, o problema era limpeza mais profunda. Por exemplo: uma prateleira alta no closet tinha tanto pó que a mochila preta la colocada ficou preta.

Habitación grande y cómoda , he estado en muchos hoteles en Zúrich y este sin duda es de los mejores calidad precio , ubicación perfecta en el centro y buen precio teniendo en cuenta los precios elevados de los hoteles en Zúrich. Desayuno básico pero suficiente , con huevos revueltos fruta y bollería . El personal es encantador .

The location is perfect when you manage to find it. The hotel is very clean.

Go with an open mind as the website makes it seem a lot more spacious than it is. Also there is no welcome pack explaining how things work so we had trouble with the lights, didn’t know when we had to check out by etc. Reception is manned 11am-8pm and our arrival & departure were outside of these times but luckily a man from the restaurant next door helped us get in and find our room. The breakfast is a bit sparse, and had no milk for my lactose-intolerant granddaughter and very little for me as I cannot have foods with gluten.

We like the situation in the city and the kindness of the staff. A good place to be

The hotel's location is it's strongest characteristic. It was neat and clean, with a mini-fridge.

The room was fairly small but biggest negative was no air conditioning (in warm/humid weather) and small fans were inadequate to feel comfortable until the outside temperature cooled by about midnight. Leaving windows open to cool off only worked until about 7am when outside noise became too loud.

It is a hot hotel with no air con, particularly floor 2 and above. We were on the third floor and had to open our windows as soon as we entered the room each time. This was fine except for during weekday working hours as there was noisy road construction occurring right near the hotel. We also had 2x single beds, one which was sinking on one side. Pillows were also very flat and uncomfortable.

We had an incredible private rooftop with entry from our room with gorgeous views that made our stay unforgettable! Front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They were able to get me into my room early upon request and were extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is within walking distance to all the main attractions. Highly recommend!

Beautiful rooms and the perfect location to explore Zürich! The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful!!! They also provide adapters!

They provide fans but the top floor but it was still quite warm, we stayed during hottest time of the year though so it was okay :)

Suuuper Lage

Location was excellent. The room and bathroom were clean and modern. The breakfast was good. Service and staff were polite.

It was very hot, perhaps because it was August, still the fans the fans were not very effective.

Das Hotel Rössli liegt phantastisch gelegen im Zentrum von Zürich und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Es ist ein schönes kleines Boutique Hotel mit komfortabel ausgestatteten Zimmern. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück lecker und insbesondere die Frühstücksdame möchten wir loben. Wir würden immer gerne wieder kommen und können es nur empfehlen, außer nach einer Hitzeperiode.

Wir logierten Mitte August im Rössli für zwei Übernachtungen und nach den langen heißen Wochen, hatten wir weit über 30 Grad im Zimmer, trotz der zwei Ventilatoren.

La camera era dotata unicamente da ventilatore come da indicazioni della prenotazione. Tuttavia tale era insufficiente per mantenere una temperatura vivibile in camera. Reception poco presente (orari assai ridotti)

L'hôtel est très bien situé, confortable et très cosy. Au plein cœur du centre ville, les transports, magasins et restaurants sont à portée de main. Le personnel est très attentionné et amical. La cambre était confortable avec une grande salle de bain. La chambre donnait sur la rue mais est très bien isolée du bruit, un sommeil paisible.

Malheureusement pas de climatisation dans la chambre, mais un ventilateur était mis à disposition. Le petit déjeuner est bon, mais il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix.

Não gostamos de absolutamente nada. Quem avaliou esse hotel como “fabuloso”, deve estar doido.

Ficamos num quarto que parecia uma sauna. Mais quente que a própria rua. Suávamos a noite toda. De dia, fugíamos do hotel tanto quanto possível, porque não dava pra ficar no quarto de tanto calor. Tinha pernilongos, a cama não era de casal, eram duas de solteiro coladas e ficava um buraco no meio. Meu marido e eu odiamos. Barulho na rua embaixo, que tem bares. O chuveiro péssimo. Não tem recepção a noite e não há suporte. Parece mais um air bnb. E por fim, passamos por uma situação quem não cabe aqui comentar, porque está sendo investigada pela polícia local. Um verdadeiro show de horror foi nossa experiência nesse lugar. Nunca mais voltaremos a Zurich!

Un disastro ! situata nel centro storico , ma orribile fatiscente. Stanze spartane . Arrivati alle 16 la stanza non era pronta . 38 gradi a Basilea e 30 gradi nella stanza , che a nostra sorpresa era sprovvista di climatizzatore. Abbiamo contattato la struttura per un altro ventilatore e ci hanno risposto che nessuno poteva portarcelo , Ci siamo accorti che mancava un guanciale lo abbiamo richiesto e non ce l’hanno Portato ! Di seguito le foto anche della chat senza nessuna risposta . Il bagno disastroso, senza ventola senza finestra senza aria rimasto bagnato tutta notte . Posizione ottima . Struttura SCONSIGLIATA

Wahnsinns Unterkunft, alles sauber und sehr gepflegt, top Ausstattung, in einer top Lage, es ist alles da was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Klimaanlage und die Dachterrasse waren Gold wert, wir hatten eine super Aussicht auf den Zürichsee :-) Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich, spricht mehrere Sprachen und kümmert sich um das Wohl der Gäste

The room is absurdly hot.

Salle de bain trop petite, serrée, et manque de crochets et de place pour poser trousses de toilette. Fond de la douche très glissante.

La montée vers l'entrée de l'hotel a été un peu difficile pour quelqu'un à mobilité réduite marchant avec une canne.

Elevator worked, beds were comfortable and girl at check in was super nice and helpful.

The fans in the room were not the best.

No tiene aire acondicionado, solo ventiladores. Como hacía bastante calor, era necesario mantener encendidos los ventiladores todo el tiempo que estabas en la habitación

Height of the ceilings tricky for tall People.

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu, kilka przystanków tramwajem od dworca głównego, w okolicy dużo restauracji i kawiarni, bardzo blisko do przystani statków. Bardzo miły personel, przyjechaliśmy około 12.00 w południe, pokój był już dostępny i mogliśmy od razu skorzystać. Śniadania niezbyt urozmaicone, ale to standard w Szwajcarii. To świetny hotel, ale na miesiące jesienno-zimowe, gdyż niestety nie ma klimatyzacji i to jest bardzo duży problem, bo akurat trafiliśmy na ogromne upały. Hotel robi co może, były dwa wentylatory przenośne w pokoju, ale to nic nie dawało przy ponad 35 stopniach w cieniu. Polecam hotel, bo jest bardzo czysto, ma dużą, przestronną łazienkę, ale przy wysokich temperaturach nie da się wypocząć.

Zbyt płaskie poduszki, na szczęście było tak gorąco, że mogłam spać na dodatkowo złożonej kołdrze

Inaccessible en voiture, prévoir de porter vos valises plusieurs centaines de mètres. Les chambres ne sont pas climatisées sauf la junior suite au 6e qui est très sympa.

NADA, NÃO RECOMENDO! MAL EDUCADOS E MENTEM

Péssimo atendimento. Passei mal assim que cheguei ao hotel (15 minutos eu já tinha desmaiado e precisei de medicação) e solicitei o cancelamento, pois não tinha condições de permanecer naquele ambiente. Ainda assim, fomos tratados com total descaso. A recepcionista informou que seria cobrada apenas a primeira diária e que as demais seriam reembolsadas. Diante dessa informação, nos sentimos seguros para buscar outra hospedagem. No entanto, a partir daí, começou uma verdadeira humilhação. Mesmo apresentando receita médica, atestados que comprovam meu estado de saúde e documentos demonstrando que permanecer naquele local poderia colocar minha vida em risco, não houve qualquer empatia ou consideração. O quarto parecia um forno, de tão quente, e não havia sequer ventilação adequada. Uma situação completamente insalubre e incompatível com o mínimo esperado de uma hospedagem. Não recomendo de forma alguma. Já estou tomando todas as medidas cabíveis para que meus direitos sejam respeitados.

Localização, limpeza, chuveiro, tamanho quarto e banheiro.

Informação sobre uso de aplicativo para acesso ao hotel fora do horário de recepção aberta é confuso. Funcionou bem, mas a explicação poderia estar mais clara.

Nice place, nice area

The room should have been opened and ventilated and fans blowing hot air out. Room was closed up and very hot and not enough fans and windows closed during a heat wave in Switzerland.

Location was great! Room was perfect! Big windows that opened.

Shower head was broken but they were quick to fix when brought to their attention.

It was a Sauna, you have to add AC the fans are just not cutting it. Super uncomfortable

O aquecedor é MUITO forte. Algumas vezes tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta, pois nos informaram que não tinha como regular a temperatura.

The location is great, close to all sightseeings. The stuff is kind and welcome. The bathroom is big, clean and staffed with all necessary toiletary

The only one thing is absence of AC, it was difficult to sleep as the temperature in July was extremely high and fan didn’t help.

Location was fab

We enjoyed the location of this hotel near to the Grossmunster Church and close to the Limmat River. It worked out well for us since it was centrally located to all that we wanted to see. The hotel seemed a bit cramped but was very interesting and historical ... and the room was comfortable.

The outside alley was maybe a little noisy at times, but there was really not much traffic on it at all. We did enjoy hearing the church bells through the night, though. Also, the website seemed to indicate that there was a rooftop area open to guests, but we found that was not the case.
