Great location in the Altstadt with lovely staff

No air conditioning and room far too hot

Patricia at the front desk was extremely helpful and gave us many great recommendations! She was always a lovely face to see after a long day of adventuring.

Central location and friendly staff

No AC. There was construction on the street which they didn't notify us about. Overall it's an okay hotel if you're staying one night before taking a flight.

The location is good but don’t expect much from the hotel.

It’s 3 stars so you have to manage your luggage by yourself. There’s construction work so some taxis refuse to go inside though it’s possible. There’s no Ac. It’s very hot though it’s September and can’t open windows because of work outside. I don’t find the price we paid worth the value!

We did not have breakfast on premise. Did not apply to us. There were plenty of eateries around but not open for breakfast though. Restaurants tend to open in the evening but not in the morning.

The room did not have air conditioning. There was only a fan and the days we were there were really hot so it was terribly uncomfortable in the room. The hallway was cooler but not our room.

Location was great! Convenient to train station, old town, restaurants etc. Hit a heat wave but they had decent air conditioning. Our room was quiet and had a decent view. Nice bathroom. Fantastic staff.

It was 6 or 7 Swiss franks for a cup of coffee from the machine.

We had a great stay at Hotel Felix! It was a great location, very clean and modern, and very quiet! The staff was also very friendly and helpful!

Falta ar condicionado, quarto abafado, janela muito pequena, ventiladores pouco potentes. Tinha que dormi emir de janela aberta. Sino da igreja, de 30 em 3O minutos acordava. Quase não dii por 3 noites.

Great location, on a quiet street in old town, 8min walk to station. Very clean.

Small, but prices are so high in Switzerland that's just what you get for your money.

Comfortable small boutique hotel in a great location.

The room did not have airconditioning, which meant it aas very warm with outside temperatures exceeding 30 Celcius. Roadworks in front of the hotel do cause noise between 7am and 4pm. Should be finished in November 2026 however.

Peu de parties communes mais surtout l’absence de climatisation dans un hôtel récemment refait rend les nuits insupportables en temps de canicule

・物音 夜に外で音楽フェスがあったため、やや騒がしかったです。 ・他の部屋の足音やコンセントを指すような音も聞こえましたが、話し声は聞こえなかったので気になりませんでした。

Lage ist super, nahe am Bahnhof und zentral.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer gegen die Strasse und aus der Bar unten war es ein wenig laut, da es heiss war und wir mit offenem Fenster schlafen mussten.

we had one of the largest rooms it was very comfortable and met all of our needs.

El personal muy amable, nos sorprendió que hablaran español. La habitación muy limpia y moderna, pocas perchas pero no fue problema, la habitaciónsin ruido por la noche. La ubicación perfecta, en el casco antiguo medieval, era bajar la calle y ver el lago. Si vuelvo a Zurich repetiré la estancia sin lugar a dudas.

Walking distance to all the sites. Conveniently close to restaurants. Comfortable room and helpful staff. Breakfast was good.

We were there during a heat wave and this hotel does not have a/c. Along with the bars and restaurants in close proximity therewas noise until early morning and we go to bead early.

There was no real issue. The only thing I can think of is that the bed was much firmer than I like - and there was no air conditioning (but the fans in the room were sufficient, since it wasn’t too hot when we visited.

Rooms are a little small (which is completely expected), but very comfortable. There is no AC in the rooms, but they have fans. Did not even have to turn them on

I loved the hotel location and the general facilities. The room size was good as well. The staff was super kind and attentive.

Otelin ve odaların iç tasarımını, temizliğini ve konumunu beğendim. Oldukça temiz bir oteldi. Personel ilgili ve misafirlerini memnuniyetini, ihtiyaçlarını önemsiyordu.

Gece geç saatlere kadar sokakta konuşan insanlar rahatsızlık vericiydi. Ses yalıtımı olsa iyi olur. Kahve makinası olabilir.

A localização é excelente, muito perto do centro,sendo possível fazer tudo pedonalmente sem ser necessário recorrer a transportes. A rua paralela é uma das ruas mais movimentadas de Zurique com muita oferta de locais para comer. Hotel pequeno mas com o necessário para uma estadia agradável.

A única crítica é o pequeno almoço pois não é reposto em tempo útil o que vai acabando mas de qualquer forma estava bem servido

the location is amazing, i didn't check the location when booking but apparently it was right behind a shopping street with a lot of restaurants and shops. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very modern and clean, airconditioning available in the room and the bathroom was clean and modern as well. Overall amazing experience :)

Qué es muy ruidoso por la noche, se oye mucho toda la gente hablando, gritando y la música de algunos bares. …. Ademas de las obras de la calle que están justo delante del hotel.

Breakfast was ok, location was good for train station which is about 7 minutes away. We liked the nice, clean look of this hotel.

Our room was very hot and the three fans in there were a warning sign. Before our arrival, we were sent an email to check online and were told in that one passport was required for each room. When we got there, we had to check in again at the front desk with both of our passports. The process was quite lengthy and, to start with, we had to wait a while as there was no one available. That was a waste of our time checking in online. There was no welcome at all, no greetings upon our arrival. Customer service could have been better if they expect return business.

Такого не было Единственное включила утюг ( утюга был наш) и в результате выбило весь свет в номере, пришлось спускаться на рецепшн

Great location for everywhere. Close to the old town near Niederdorf and the river. Just a few minutes walk to the main train station. Extensive breakfast selection of fresh bread, cheese, meats and fruit. Although variety of hot food very limited. Room comfortable enough and the shower was excellent and really powerful.

Outside road works were going on during the week and at times could be very noisy particularly one morning during breakfast. Although I accept this is not the fault of the hotel. Room was a bit on the compact size, which I expected to be bigger. Other than CNN a lot of the english speaking TV channels didn't work even though they were an option on the guide.

Comfortable, clean and relaxing. Really well located.

The rooms are small so it's perfect if you are just looking for a night or two but not longer than that. Great walking location within minutes of the train station and all shops and restaurants. Can get a little noisy at night and there are currently roadworks going on directly outside the hotel but it did not disturb us as we stayed on a Saturday night.

Small things that got in the way like, the drinking cups in the room had no handles on them. When you make a tea of coffee it's too hot to hold so you need a towel around it. Small room so if you have large suitcases you need to walk around like a crab and set up a traffic light system with your partner for who stops while the other moves etc. No gym or washing machine facilities that we could find.
