The breakfast protein was some kind of ground beef...no bacon or sausage.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to unwind after a full day at the weekend hockey tournament. There were many other hockey families at the hotel, and the kids were very respectful, settling down at a reasonable time each evening. We also really appreciated having access to an early breakfast we could take back to our room while watching the Men’s Olympic Hockey. The hotel’s location was convenient as well, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025Great hotel. Nice size rooms. The little coffee bar area in the room was perfect. Fridge and microwave in the room was nice. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Eggs, really good sausages, toast. I wasn’t expecting a warm breakfast. Oh, and waffles! Plus, they had outlets for the vehicles. It came in handy as the night time temperature dipped to -35.

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025Location was great, across parking lot from stores, Boston Pizza, 2 gas stations. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold items. Room and common areas were very clean.
Found the pillows too high. With 4 pillows per bed, maybe there could be two that size and 2 smaller ones for variety.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025The hotel and staff were great. Access to the hotel was easier than in past years due to construction in the area. There were additional accommodations made for those entered in the weekend Ironhorse Ultra Race. The only suggestion I have is starting the breakfast hours moved up an hour earlier so that the Solo and Leg 1 Team runners have time for breakfast before leaving. The staff was very friendly and hospitality was superb! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025We stayed here when we came to St Paul for the Iron Horse Ultra. The location couldn't be more perfect. They keep the pool open 24 hours for the event and the breakfast opened early for us. The breakfast was amazing. 24 hour tea and coffee available too. I would stay here again and again. What a wonderful hotel to be so accomodating to it's guest.
