Lucky was the most sympathetic bar lady on earth. She made our stay very special. Best and Arm were also great. Overall best business stay in the last few years.

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast had a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. The facilities were excellent, clean, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The property itself was good.

Staff and kitchen were so slow and always got orders mixed up. The house keeping did such a poor job cleaning the room. They would just make up the bed but never cleant the floors.

温泉がトイレの奥にあり、トイレの臭いが気になりました。 宿泊した部屋のクローゼットのドアが壊れていたのか、完全に開ききらなかったため、ドライヤーを取り出すのが大変でした。

Nice Holiday Inn for a business visit to Eastern Seaboard. The hotel is in good condition and has comfortable beds for a good night sleep. Good size rooms, quiet air conditioning. Service is stellar.

Stayed in the One Bedroom Suite and really liked it. The room is well-designed with a separate bedroom and living area. Bathroom is spacious with a bathtub. The room is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, and a small kitchen. Bed is soft and comfy, and the big window gives a nice view. Facilities are also great — onsen, pool, gym, and restaurant. Overall, very comfortable stay. Would definitely come back.

Great location in the sriracha & laemchabang area. Suite Connecting Room is very accommodating and comfortable. Our family can enjoy sharing space such living room and kitchen together. Swimming pool is nice and locate on the same floor with an onsen and kids club. Breakfast is large and variety, must try Kai Kra Ta. Overall was a pleasant stay and will definitely comeback.

Die Lage neben einem stark frequentierten Container Umschlagplatz ist nicht idyllisch. Aber dank guter Schallisolierung hört man innen nichts

The reception and restaurant staff were lovely

Whoever replies on their Booking chat is incompetent. I requested an invoice and they told me to ask the booking platform (in broken English). Once I told them that Booking specifically says they do not release invoices but the hotel does, they just AI-ed their message in better English saying exactly the same thing. They didn't reply when I asked who I was speaking to. Needless to say, there was absolutely no issue when I asked for the invoice at the desk.

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé pour un déplacement professionnel en relation avec le port de Laem Chabang mais peu d'activités à faire à proximité immédiate. très propre, très confortable. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Le personnel de l'hôtel a été très agréable tout au long du séjour mais je n'ai pas apprécié l'incapacité à faire preuve de discernement lors de mon arrivée. Par erreur, deux chambres ont été réservées pour ma participation et l'hôtel a eu du mal à prendre en compte la situation et faire un geste commercial.

Vaaralliset hissit! Sulkeutuvat liian nopeasti ja voimakkaasti. Jäin kerran ovien väliin ja käsivarret ovat vieläkin kipeät. Jos valitset tämän hotellin, niin olethsn varovainen. Tasokkaassa uudehkossa hotellissa ei saisi olla tällaista vaaran paikkaa! Hotellin lähellä ei ole ruokapaikkoja, mutta 7/11 on vieressä. Parkkipaikkoja on liian vähän.

Great Front Office Team, accurate and to the point. Rooms were comfortable and complete, even if the plan was for a longer stay.

Continuous mobile phone use of FB staff during breakfast service. Takes away the attention for the guests and spoiles the experience.

The hotel was very clean. During my stay, there happened to be an agricultural fair nearby, and just across the overpass there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room was also very well soundproofed, which made my stay even more relaxing. Special thanks to Khun Pop and Khun Poh for handling my check-in so smoothly and professionally.

When we checked out, we had already requested that the invoice include our company name and Tax ID, but in the end we still received only a regular invoice, which means we cannot use it for reimbursement at our company.
