Reviewed Jan 20, 2026部屋が広くてゆったりできた。今回はほぼ使用しなかったが、一人暮らしの用よりも大きい冷蔵庫や電子レンジもあって、毎日ペットボトル2本を補充して頂ける。ちょとした近い所へはカートで送ってもらえて、雨降りで本当に助かった。洗濯は1日5枚5日間無料はコインランドリーと合わせて使ってもお得。何より朝5時からの朝食付きで、内容も和洋中あって毎日少しずつ変わって全く飽きない。味もとても美味しい。朝5時オープンで早朝出かけていたので、大変良かった。フロントスタッフも対応は丁寧。
良くないわけではないが、バスタブにカーテンが無いので、溢れたお湯などは排水溝に流れていく用にはなってるが、水浸しになったら自分で拭くしか無いかな。シャワーブースもお湯が外に流れてびっくりした。

Reviewed Nov 5, 2024Reception is located on the main road, there are several buildings and we went to the wrong one. Room wasn't ready, so had a welcome drink while i waited. Reception staff are good, hotel guests are mainly Japanese, asian. Breakfast starts at 5, perfect if you have an early round of golf, and there was a good selection. The restaurant also serves food all day, and the menu looked good. Room was a surprise, it had a kitchen and a proper bath with a separate shower. Very nice and a comfortable bed. Small pool and small gym. Next door is a Robinson's mall and a street market, so there are plenty of restaurants.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2024このホテルはいくつかフロントがあるので、間違いやすい。前回と同じ様に予約したが、今回は別のフロントだと言われた(おそらく予約時の確認不足)。朝食が5:00から開始しているので、早朝出発に助かりました。部屋は新しいようで綺麗でした。禁煙室でもバルコニーでの喫煙が可なのが面白い設定。領収書を部屋に届けるとの事でしたが届かず。早朝チェックアウトで領収書を求めると、準備してなかったので慌てていましたが、きちんと対応してもらえました。

Reviewed Mar 21, 2024I recently experienced significant inconvenience during my stay due to issues with your room service ordering system. I placed an order using the QR code provided in my room, only to discover that the staff member who responded was completely unfamiliar with the menu items I had selected. Subsequently, a different staff member called for confirmation but also failed to understand my room order. Ultimately, I had to resort to ordering from a different restaurant via the Grab app. This incident suggests a lack of proper training for your staff, leading to a disappointing and inefficient use of my time.
