wir hatten eine Junior Suite für zwei Nächte reserviert und am Tag der Anreise telefonisch avisiert und mitgeteilt, dass wir die erste Nacht nicht rechtzeitig anreisen würden, das Zimmer normal zahlen aber erst für die zweit Nacht beziehen würden. Am darauf folgenden Tag war das Zimmer nicht mehr verfügbar mit Aussage, das Hotel hätte das Zimmer in der Zwischenzeit weiter vermietet. Ich gehe davon aus, dass wenn ein Zimmer bezahlt ist, das Zimmer entsprechend auch verfügbar ist und bin sehr verärgert.

Een mooi en sfeervol hotel op een rustige locatie. Het ligt niet heel dichtbij het centrum van Milaan, maar als je met de auto reist is de locatie juist erg praktisch. Het gratis parkeren is daarbij een groot pluspunt. Wat mij vooral opviel was het personeel: iedereen was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Echt een compliment waard! Helaas werkte de airconditioning in mijn kamer niet goed, wat tijdens de warme dagen wel jammer was. Ook waren sommige dingen in de kamer wat verouderd en hier en daar aan vervanging toe. De antieke meubels bedoel ik daar absoluut niet mee; die passen juist prachtig bij de sfeer en het karakter van het hotel. Al met al heb ik een prettig verblijf gehad, vooral dankzij de mooie sfeer, de rustige ligging en het ontzettend vriendelijke personeel.

Shower grouting was terrible which made the bathroom look a bit tired. This seems to be a bit of a theme in our Italian hotel experiences. Piano needs tuning. (I know ! .........now I am being fussy!)

Az építmény vintage hangulata, legfőképpen az étkezőé. A reggeli is ízletes és változatos volt és az ágy a szobában nagyon kényelmes. Kellemesen éreztük magunkat és tökélete helyen volt, mert a szomszédba mentünk egy koncertra, így kényelmesen csak át kellett sétálnunk az eseményre alig pár percre. A kinti hatalmas pihenő tér/ belső udvar, kényelmes kerti bútorokkal is nagyon hangulatos élményt nyújtott.

A szobában érkezéskor emésztőszag áradt a fürdőszobából, ez sajnos kellemetlen meglepetés volt első benyomásnak. Gondolkoztunk is, hogy szólunk, de nem sok időnk volt a koncert kezdetéig, így hagytuk, mert egyébként a szoba kellemes benyomást keltett. Mire pedig visszaértünk a buliról az éjszaka, szerencsére a szag is enyhült, de lehet érdemes lenne erre figyelne a jövőben, nem-e gond van e téren a hotelban. Előfordul az ilyen. Ettől függetlenül jót aludtunk és a másnapi reggeli és az étkező hangulata is kárpótolt a kezdeti kisebb kellemetlenségért.

Beautiful. Staff was awesome. They allowed us to rent their hotel van and driver for a day to run up to winery at Lake Como.

Hot water didn't work in shower upon check-in. A/C did not work for 2 days in my BIL room. They gave him a fan. Sensors on the window that automatically shuts off A/C when opened. Had to look that one up. Crappy view.

Schöner alter Palazzo im Norden von Milano gelegen. Weitläufige Anlage, in der Nähe ist ein grosser öffentlicher Park. Parkplätze mit Elektroladestationen.

Etwas Auffrischung wäre gut. Dusche in der Badewanne.

Awful, no aircon, no power, can’t turn the lights off. No electricity in some rooms. Dirty showers. Changed room 3 times, All our guest had to change room… and still same problems in other rooms. One of the worst hotel experiences i ever had. Everything is broken and nothing works. Avoid if you want aircon that works

There was nothing which was a problem

The hotel is interesting and the grounds lush. The hotel room was lovely with plush beds. It was very quiet with old world charm. If you were going to organize an event, a private wine tasting, or a wedding. this location would be beautiful. But unless you are there for an event they will not have any amenities for you. They did open for breakfast which was an added fee, it was nice, but if you wanted any of the better items, you had to pay on top of paying.

There were almost NO amenities. The restaurant wasn't open for us the first day, even though we were told by the desk that the restaurant opened at 12:30 when we checked in at 11:30 - when we went there they said no they weren't open. There was no where to even buy chips or a snack in the entire 4 star hotel. We along with many other people returned late rushing to catch the last train in to San Sesto. After arriving, it is a bit of a hike, along a dark, busy road with overgrown patches from the subway and no where along the route to eat, and again in the hotel nothing, no bar, no anything. Plenty of space for such items, but they just chose in May, with an almost full hotel, not to staff anything, even though they chose to take our money. Really even in the most simple 2 star Hilton's I have seen a little commissaries with basic snacks that could be purchased at the front desk. Penny wise - pound foolish. The area of San Sesto is very desolate and this is not a full service Hilton. For the price, I expected more.

Struttura storica del 1600. Sale comuni bellissime. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Stanze molto vecchie, nei pavimenti dei corridoi avvallamenti e scricchiolii,la chiave elettronica della stanza non funzionava, colazione di basso livello, è nella catena Hilton non puoi trovare una colazione cosi scarna e commerciale. Dopodiche a causa di un convegno tutto il personale è sparito per dedicarsi all accoglienza. Ripeto, è un hotel catena Hilton, certe cose non possono succedere.

resto trop cher et consommation forcée (impossible d'avoir un dessert si on ne prend qu'un seul plat !) impossible de partager le prix du repas sur 2 chambres. cet hotel est trop loin de milan (40 minutes de taxi depuis milan centrale) ventilation trés bruyante

The staff were really helpful.

When we went there, there was a policy in place to shut off the AC so the room was too warm for me. The staff did help in bringing fan to my room but it was still too warm. The location, I just realized, was far from Milan’s city centre as well - that one is on me, should’ve done better research.

La struttura in sé molto grande, bella, d’altri tempi ma ovviamente la posizione non era il massimo. A 10 minuti dalla metro, poche attrazioni intorno ma ovviamente capisco che sesto non sia Milano centro. Avevo un congresso in struttura stesso quindi ho preferito alloggiare direttamente lì. Il prezzo è caro. La camera era spaziosa, forse un po datata.

Prezzo molto molto caro, colazione carissima e povera rispetto a quello che mi aspettavo. Inoltre l’acqua dalla doccia usciva a stento. I bagnoschiuma non erano all’altezza di un Hilton. Le prese sembravano cadere a pezzi. L’acqua in bottiglia da 250 ml in dotazione era poca… e comprare delle bottiglie d’acqua era come pagare un rene. Lo staff d’altro canto molto puntuale e accogliente.

Struttura tenuta benissimo con camere molto grandi e pulite. La zona colazione è davvero elegante e la qualità del cibo davvero ottima.

Da migliorare la doccia in camera che è del tipo con vasca. Ristorante troppo piccolo per cui non ho trovato posto per cenare

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Restaurant on the property was very good (a bit on the pricey side but not too bad). Rooms are well appointed and have great character (and very good size for Europe). Staff was very helpful. If you're visiting Milan, it's on the edge of the city --- there is not much around there but it's only a short walk to the metro.

We have asked about booking a taxi to the airport. We had a 6 am flight so they offered their own car service which was very reasonably priced so we accepted the offer. However, the driver never showed up the next morning and we had to scramble for a taxi (fortunately, the staff was helpful in this regard).

Nice to be in a hotel again. Clean and upscale. The pillows were the best I’ve had on this trip. Loved having robe and slippers.

Farther from metro than I had considered, DID NOT have laundry facilities like it says on booking. Laundry services are only on weekdays (I went on a weekend- stupid me). Had to go to a laundry mat.

Isabel è fantastica, mi hanno portato le ciotole per il gatto e sono stati (quasi) tutti disponibili.

Buonasera, Vi scrivo in merito al mio soggiorno presso la vostra struttura avvenuto dal 10 al 12 ottobre. Desidero portare alla vostra attenzione alcune problematiche relative al servizio offerto dal receptionist di turno nelle mattine dell'11 e del 12 ottobre, e alla successiva gestione del conto. Problematiche relative al servizio (Mattina dell'11 ottobre): La mattina dell'11 ottobre la truccatrice che avevo ingaggiato per il matrimonio e che era attesa in hotel alle ore 7:15 è arrivata con circa 30 minuti di ritardo. Il receptionist le ha erroneamente comunicato che non vi era alcuna sposa registrata e che l'indirizzo era sbagliato, causando un notevole disagio e ritardo nella preparazione. Problematiche relative al check-out e alla fatturazione (Mattina del 12 ottobre): mi Al momento del check-out, ho riscontrato diverse anomalie nella presentazione del conto: 1. Tariffa Soggiorno: Mi è stata inizialmente addebitata la tariffa per due notti per due persone. Avevo invece comunicato in fase di check-in la necessità di usufruire della camera doppia a uso singolo per la prima notte (10 ottobre), avendo dormito da sola. Non è stato applicato alcun adeguamento o storno per la prima notte. 2. Colazione: La colazione non era inclusa nella prenotazione Booking. Ho richiesto di includerla solo per la seconda notte (12 ottobre). Mi sono stati addebitati due servizi colazione completi (per entrambe le notti). 3. Servizi Extra: Ho ordinato due cappuccini in camera la mattina dell'11 ottobre, per i quali è stato applicato il costo del servizio in camera. A questi si aggiungevano: • Un addebito fisso di 25 euro per la presenza del gatto. • Una spesa non identificata di circa 15 euro che il receptionist non è stato in grado di giustificare e la colazione dell’11 ottobre, nonostante avessi chiesto di non inserirla.

Leider bei abreisen in der Früh war schon warmes Wasser abgestellt. Muss ich noch diskutieren warum uns wieso. Geht gar nicht.

Très belles chambres confortables. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et le repas du soir aussi. Le repas du soir était compris dans le prix et nous avons vraiment bien apprécié le fait que l'eau et 1 verre de vin par personne soit inclus.

C'était notre deuxième visite, cela nous a paru un peu "bizarre" que nous prenions notre repas dans le hall de l'hôtel plutôt que dans la salle de restaurant mais le personnel était très avenant et tout s'est donc bien passé

Everything was perfect to my two nights stay.

Il personale che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo e quello che ci ha servito la cena. Peccato che non ci sia nessuno per l’assistenza bagagli.

LA POCA TRASPARENZA!!! Al nostro arrivo il pernottamento era già stato pagato tramite Booking, ci hanno chiesto giustamente una Carta di Credito a garanzia, dalla quale hanno effettuato prenotazione di € 50 , dicendomi che al momento del check out si sarebbe fatta il rimborso o il pagamento della differenza. Peccato che durante la notte, precisamente alle 00:56 hanno effettuato un pagamento di € 110,00 non autorizzato, pari all’importo della cena. Fatto presente la cosa alla mattina al Sig. Alessandro e manifestato il mio disappunto per il comportamento tenuto, lui in maniera molto distaccata e con atteggiamento menefreghista, mi liquida dicendomi che è la loro procedura del loro sistema, prelevano in automatico quello che viene speso in hotel per gli extra, senza considerare la caparra già riservata a inizio soggiorno. PERTANTO ATTENZIONE, perché una volta finito il soggiorno dovrete attendere 5-10-15 giorni per riavere i vostri soldi fermati sulla carta a garanzia, in questo caso specifico € 50. Inoltre mancavano accessori in bagno, proprio i più basici, cuffia per i capelli, set cottonfioc, Lima e dischetti di cotone, mancavano gli accessori per pulire e lucidare le calzature.
