Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The hotel is perfectly located for the Metro station with a direct line into the city centre. The room was clean and well maintained and the staff were all very welcoming. The availabilty of free coffee in the morning is a bonus.
€25.00 for breakfast is too expensive. It's probably aimed at business clients who claim expenses.

La douche est un petit peu vieillissante et le sol de la chambre est pas mal abîmé.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026A wonderful clean, pleasant hotel with great facilities, underground parking and amazing staff that made us feel welcome and comfortable. We came as a large family and enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is minutes away from the metro, so in 20 minutes metro ride you are in the center of the city. I would like to praise all of the staff especially the front office manager Laura who did her best to provide us everything we needed for a pleasant visit.

Personal amable pero incompetente. Tanto al teléfono como presencialmente cometían errores y se justificaban continuamente. Desayuno limitado y hasta te cobran si pides algo diferente. No tiene servicios para turistas, es un hotel para ejecutivos.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026This hotel is definitely worth considering for a visit! The service is so professional it felt like a 5 star hotel from highest ranking brands of Marriott! The hotel was chosen for a special occasion and due by my surprise the staff came with initiative to do even more than was asked. The special thanks and recognition goes to Ms.Angelica Korzun, who organised everything until the smallest detail. While we were picking up the luggages, the staff was so nice and attentive - asked if we need some water or coffee to go (this has never happened to me in any other hotel and I’ve been to many!). This hotel has been a very pleasant surprise thus I sincerely recommend!

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025The room was big, nice and tidy. We had 2 separate beds, very comfy. A lot of hygiene amenities, hair dryer, towels, complimentary drinks. Breakfast costs 20€ but it’s all inclusive buffet. Big variety of nice fresh food. And it’s easy to have breakfast in hotel than to spend time try to find some place in this district. I don’t think it would be cheaper. Staff were friendly. I was late for 3 hours to check in. So I come after midnight but it wasn’t a problem.
1) It would be better to add some slippers. At least disposable ones. I forgot to take mine, so I was little bit disappointed that you don’t offer. 2) There is no heating battery in the room. So if you need to wash some stuff or something leaked and you need to dry some cloth it would be hard for you. And heated towel rail in bathroom didn’t work, so our towels were drying on the chair. 3) THE MOST DISAPPOINTED THING is that I still wait my money back. Because 2 days before I checked in, the charged me for 105€ to guarantee my booking. When I arrive at hotel I paid full price for 2 nights and receptionist said I will have my 105€ back maximum in 3 days. Today is already 9 of December. Nothing…. Where is my money???

Considerata la dimensione della stanza (molto ampia!) avrei impostato il termostato con un paio di gradi in più.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025Hôtel exceptionnel, élégant et très récent, offrant de nombreux équipements : on y trouve vraiment tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour un séjour confortable. Le point fort reste sans hésitation la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, qui nous a permis de faire le check-in trois heures plus tôt que prévu et nous a donné de précieux conseils avec beaucoup de bienveillance. L’emplacement est également idéal, à deux minutes du métro et des bus, et à seulement 15–20 minutes en transport de la gare Milano Centrale, du Duomo et du centre-ville. Le lit est extrêmement confortable, la chambre très propre, bien équipée avec un grand écran, et la salle de bain est moderne et impeccable. Une excellente expérience que je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un agréable séjour à Milan.
