L’emplacement est top au centre de la ville. L’inconvénient peut être les places de parking qui sont peu nombreuses. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible.

Garachico is small but lovely. This hotel is literally at its center.

I liked every aspect. A shame that the restaurant isn’t open every night. But I understand why that is not their decision. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room off the ground floor. Old building, creaky floors. I’m not complaining, just giving a heads up.

Das Zimmer war schön, sauber jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Frühstück hat meiner Meinung nach keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Ich möchte besonders hervorheben dass uns das Hotel in einer schwierigen Zeit so beigestanden hat und uns mit Telefonaten und Kontakten sehr geholfen hat. Da ich im Krankenhaus war hat mein Mann nur mehr den Preis für ein Einzelzimmer bezahlt und ein Abschiedsgeschenk haben wir auch erhalten!!! Ich werde das nie in meinem Leben vergessen und sollte ich jemals wieder nach Teneriffa reisen, würde ich nur in diesem Hotel absteigen!!!

Beautiful, historic hotel in prime location. All very tastefully furnished with a gorgeous courtyard. Rooms are elegant and spacious with great en suite shower room. Food is excellent, had a wonderful supper in the restaurant and the breakfasts are perfect for me. Lots of choice, mostly cold but soooo good. Staff, without exception, are friendly and professional.

No on site parking, we parked close by in the street but it’s pot luck. However there is a large car park a few streets away. Also note the hotel is called La Quinta Roja not Hotel Livvi.

Le manque d’isolation phonique entre les chambres du Rez de chaussée ( nous étions à la 108) et la chambre de l’étage , ( il faudrait peut être demander aux clients de baisser le volume de la télévision à partir d une certaine heure)

We stayed 3 nights in this exquiste hotel that is within a historic building directly at the town square. Our room faced the street, where it was quiet at night in March. Unlike most hotels in the south, here we had two separate matresses and nice warm covers. The breakfast buffet (served from 7:30) offered a large, high-quality selection, and even varied from day to day. Massage is available at the hotel, which was a very relaxing experience. Free parking was available at the large parking lot 200 m away.

The boiled eggs at the breakfast were too hard.

Excellent location, lovely staff, beautiful courtyard, comfortable room and excellent breakfast. What more could you ask for.

Rundum super Wahl und ich kann es jedem Weiterempfehlen! Sehr schönes, authentisches Hotel mit tollen, sauberen Zimmern. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Excellent location, free parking in public car park close by. Relaxing atmosphere especially in the iner court yard. Helpful and attentive staff. Good choice and quality for breakfast. Restaurants nearby.

Shower leaking in the bathroom, we reported this, it attended to very quickly, it didn't solve the problem but improved it, bathroom would benefit from an update. Toiletries poor, only one dispenser for hair and body, small bar of soap. Blackout curtains would be a great improvement. Plastic type matress protectors made a noise and the sheets move.

This is a really lovely hotel. It’s a beautiful old building with lots of great design touches. Loads of character! It’s perfectly placed in the old town, very close to a huge free car park. The staff are delightful and the breakfast is an excellent cold buffet.

Les conseils de randonnée, la possibilité de prendre un verre dans le cours intérieur, le personnel du restaurant était super, l’emplacement du hôtel. Dommage que le temps ne permettait pas de baigner dans l’océan.

Car parking is a nightmare. The recommended car park was closed on 4 of the 5 days we stayed, because of rough seas that also caused the busy main road traffic to be directed through the centre of the town via the front of the hotel. All of this made access and departure very stressful and difficult. We parked 15 mins away.

Fijne sfeer, relaxed, prachtig authentiek gebouw, mooie ruime kamer, heerlijke grote bedden, zitjes op de binnenplaats in de zon, heerlijk ontbijt, uitstekend restaurant, vriendelijk personeel. En dat alles op een toplocatie in een mooi, rustig stadje met meerdere goede restaurants. Aanrader!

Hotel LIVVO La Quinta Roja is a beautifully renovated historic house located right in the heart of Garachico. The inner courtyard is absolutely lovely and a perfect place to sit and relax in a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were not only very friendly but also made me feel genuinely welcome. Not the typical polite but impersonal service you often experience in larger hotels, where you feel like just another guest. Here you can really sense that the team enjoys their work—at least that was my impression. Breakfast was also prepared and presented with great care. It was refreshing to see the difference compared to the standard “mass buffet” of big hotel chains, where there may be more choice, but everything often feels rushed and uninspired. I also appreciated the small, thoughtful gestures, such as receiving fresh mineral water every day—these little details really make a difference. The hotel’s own restaurant, Silogía, is excellent and should definitely not be missed. I would happily stay here again.

The room I had on the ground floor was quite dark, as it only had a tiny window, that was also partially covered. However, I was told that all rooms are very different, and that other rooms have larger windows and much more natural light. For a future stay, I would likely opt for a room category above the standard one, which would allow me to stay on the first floor and avoid any potential noise from upstairs.

El desayuno nos gusta mucho, bastantes opciones. Que haya zumo natural de naranja recién exprimido es de agradecer y el entorno para desayunar es idílico. Personal muy amable y el hotel tiene muchísimo encanto. Siempre repetimos.

Podría haber más variedad de quesos canarios y panes de mejor calidad en el desayuno. El tema del aparcamiento puede complicarse depende la época y la hora del día.

The staff were exceptional.They conversed with us with ease. The ambience of the hotel was amazing. We enjoyed our meal in the restaurant. We always had wanted to visit this hotel but this is the only time we have been successful.

I wish our room had been bigger. There was only 1 usable socket. The hairdryer in the bathroom was awkward to use. No parking facilities.

Das Hotel liegt in Bestlage am Hauptplatz und verfügt über einen wunderbaren begrünten Innenhof mit Brunnen und Palmen. Der Innenhof war aufgrund des Festes, das während der ganzen Woche unseres Aufenthalts im Gange war, sehr schön, bunt und geschmackvoll geschmückt. Das Personal ohne Ausnahme ganz besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der kleine Art-Shop im Hotel bietet eine sehr schöne Auswahl an lokal gefertigten Produkten. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war sehr gut und schön. Abendessen im Hotel-Restaurant war ebenfalls gut und vergnüglich. Wir hatten Glück: aufgrund der Fiesta durften wir täglich abends auf dem Platz direkt vor dem Hotel kostenlos die Freiluftkonzerte, Tanz etc. genießen. Lärmbelästigung in der Nacht entstand dadurch nicht, da die Musik etwa um 23.30 endete.

Das Bett könnte noch bequemer sein. Unsere beiden Zimmer Richtung Straße waren etwas hellhörig. Wenn man mit Auto anreist und Tagesausflüge macht, ist die tägliche abendliche Parkplatzsuche ein Thema.

A thumping fitness class above our room was distracting, but this was sorted out

Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Frukosten var bra. Saknade stekt ägg/scrambled ägg. Plus för färskpressad apelsin. Myckett god middag. Sköna sängar. Annorlunda inredda rum. Innergården helt fantastiskt vacker. Läget var perfekt på torget och havet 1 minut bort.

Everything was perfect: hotel, restaurant, room, service, location in the heart of the city, wider environment with beautiful landscapes. Tip: order a massage, it is absolutely beneficial for body and mind.

We loved everything about La Quinta Roja! The Hotel is unique and special and the courtyard in particular is a tranquil haven to unwind and relax during the day or the evening. The staff are a fantastic team and everyone was helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely with comfortable big beds and an excellent shower in the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay in Garachico itself as the town is a wonderful location for a week's holiday, but it was La Quinta Roja that made our stay so special. The Manager was so lovely and shared the history of the building with us which we found so interesting. She has also clearly worked so hard to make the hotel the amazing place it is by her attention to detail. On arriving late in the evening the lovely receptionist could not have been more friendly, welcoming or helpful - she even provided us with a kettle and cups for our room so I could make myself cups of tea as I don't drink coffee. The waiting staff were also very attentive but not intrusive, just very genuine and friendly. We would also like to mention the cheerful lovely cleaning ladies who did an excellent job of freshening our room every day. Last but not least we would like to say that the food was so good that we chose to eat in the Hotel restaurant 'Silogia' every night that it was open. Delicious !

We honestly can't think of anything!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We found this hotel by pure chance, as our airbnb fell through in the middle of the night. This hotel was the only reception center to pick up our calls and was quick to help us. They not only let us stay at the restaurant and terrace while we waited for our room, but the staff was also the most welcoming, friendly, kind people. We would like to specifically shout out the receptionist, Alessandra, as she was the most helpful and reassuring person after our long travel day. Thank you for everything!!

Beautiful location, pleasant atmosphere and very helpful people. Beautiful old city palace (around 1500), thoroughly renovated and equipped with all comforts. Everything taken care of down to the last detail, without losing the spontaneity. Excellent breakfast.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. From the amenities to the service, everything was top-notch. We were so impressed with our stay that we decided to stay an extra night and would highly recommend the place. The food was also excellent, and we especially enjoyed the variety at the breakfast buffet. There were so many options to choose from, something for everyone. The meals throughout the day were also very good. Overall, we were very pleased with the food.

This is an amazing hotel - the old and the new is very skillfully combined. It's very stylish and inviting. The room was very comfortable, breakfast amazing and the staff wonderful. Sadly, on both days we stayed (Monday and Tuesday), their restaurant is closed. We would have loved to have dinner their as it's best in town. I recommend this hotel for stay in the charming town of Garachico.

Fantastic location, amazing restaurant, outstanding staff.

The breakfast was very good could be eaten indoors or on the patio. The hotel was in a beautiful square and not far to walk to the sea front. Restaurant was marvellous. Staff friendly and courteous.

Coffee was provided in our room, but no tea and no milk.

We loved this hotel. The courtyard is beautiful and we sat in there occasionally for a drink or to read. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Our room overlooked a side street and was quiet at night. The food in the restaurant was excellent (good choices for vegetarians) and breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is fantastic - right in the market square - and it was easy to walk everywhere in town and handy for a pit stop after a swim at the beach. One of the best things about the hotel was the staff. They were really nice, very helpful and always lovely. Thank you to all.

We loved this hotel! It’s in the city centre and still has the feel of a small boutique hotel with very friendly staff. The room was great, as was the breakfast service. We were spoiled by having our room made up everyday. The restaurant that goes with the hotel serves excellent food!

Our room - 107 - was very small and very dark. A tiny window onto the street. The price did not reflect the poor room. Such a disappointment - it was to be the highlight of our holiday. Breakfast fine but no cooked hot options, and slim pickings if late. One cake provided and not replaced.

Location was in the centre of town with plenty of free parking overnight in nearby car park.

Our room was a bit too dark to spend daytime in, however the courtyard and roof space were lovely areas. There was street noise during the day until late evening, mainly people eating and drinking as vehicular access is restricted.
