Cet établissement est très bien situé dans le coeur historique, très proche du bord de mer. Ce sont deux maisons traditionnelles réunies et restaurées : originales, très cosy, sous de hauts plafonds de bois avec deux versions / vue sur mer et vue sur intérieur village. Laura la propriétaire est très accueillante.

Si vous prenez la suite deluxe, vous avez une vue imprenable sur la mer ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse privée. Les lits étaient très confortables et la chambre spacieuse.

En temps de grande chaleur, le manque de climatisation fait un peu défaut, mais il y a des ventilateurs qui aident à supporter

Un peu bruyant, du fait que l'hôtel se trouve en plein centre, et que nous avions les fenêtres grandes ouvertes....

Magnifique et accueillant! Chambre de charme en bois dans une authentique maison du XVIIe sicècle à 50 m des piscines naturelles de Garachico. L'hotel est située dans une rue pavée, avec de beaux commerces. La proprietaire est aux petiots soins, avec plein de suggestions de choses à faire et voir chaque jour. Garachico mérite son lable de "l'un des plus beaux villages d'Espagne"

La taille du logement et la possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres afin de faire un courant d'air. La gérante a très gentiment prêté son matelas de yoga durant tout le séjour. Une tourterelle vient régulièrement dans la cour intérieure où est servi le petit déjeuner. Ce fut un plaisir de la voir lors de nos petits déjeuners. Le logement est bien situé par rapport aux commerces locaux.

Booking ne permet pas de choisir correctement la chambre, c'est un point à améliorer. Je pensais réserver la magnifique chambre lumineuse avec de grandes fenêtres et une vue sur la mer que Booking affiche dans les premières photos en sélectionnant "suite avec vue sur mer". J'ai en réalité réservé la chambre sous les combles avec de petites fenêtres. C'est une chambre qui possède un charme très typique. Mais c'est un logement sombre disposant de peu de lampes. J'y ai ressenti un sentiment d'enfermement. Le petit-déjeuner était décrit comme "fabuleux". C'est un petit déjeuner industriel que je décrirais comme "bon", il fait le job. Le café est cependant délicieux. Je décris le rapport qualité/prix comme moyen car avant mon arrivée à Garachico j'ai logé à La Laguna Gran Hotel. Les prix sont comparables alors que la qualité est tout autre là-bas. J'ai pu constaté que Garachico était fort touristique et que les prix y étaient élevés par rapport à La Laguna pour une qualité moindre.

Petit déjeuner varié, servi dans un patio très agréable.

Su ubicación y la amplitud de la habitación. Fui en familia, con dos niños pequeños y disfrutamos mucho. Despertar cada mañana y abrir las ventanas frente al mar fue un privilegio.

Quizás el desayuno puede ser mejorable, pero en líneas generales quedamos muy contentos.

Ein sehr außergewöhnliches Appartement, sehr schön eingerichtet mit einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Das Frühstück war super.

Hotel en bord de mer, et au coeur du village. Magnifique , construit dans une ancienne demeure bourgeoise avec patio au centre .. Chambre très spacieuse avec lit à baldaquin. Très bien équipée, avec un canapé, et un fauteuil. Petit déjeune le matin très bon et copieux. Personnel très aimable

Quizás que al tener una cafetería en la parte baja de la casa, al que puede acceder cualquier persona en horario de 10 a 18 horas, puede resultar un poco molesto si quieres descansar en ese intervalo de tiempo.

Increíble encanto, propiedad histórica decorada con mucho gusto . Habitación muy amplia.

El personal es muy atento y amable. Laura incluso nos recomendó rutas para caminatas. La ubicación es estupenda y el edificio es una maravilla.

Wunderschönes sehr geräumiges Appartment mit kleiner Küche und einem bequemen großen Bett. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, super Lage in Garachico, direkt am Meer und gutes Frühstück. Auch das Personal ist sehr herzlich und serviceorientiert.

Die Straße vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster hat etwas gelärmt, aber die schweren Vorhänge haben gut isoliert.

We had the balcony suite which is very spacious and traditionally decorated. Really nice breakfast and very helpful staff.

This 18th century property has been sympathetically maintained and decorated to reflect that period. The location of the property in Garachico was central to lovely restaurants, breathtaking views and access to local public transport that enabled us to venture further afield and visit other towns and visitor attractions. Laura and her staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them to ensure that we enjoyed our stay.

Le lieu, la décoration étaient très beaux Beaucoup de charme pour cette maison ancienne - objets récupérés, chinés?

La vue sur mer (chambre 04) n'est pas excellente car cachée par des arbres + vue sur anciens docks rouillés En semaine la rue est très bruyante - mieux le samedi matin. La maison est ancienne donc mal isolée

Great location right near the centre. Lovely big space and bed, clean and modern bathroom. The host was also very nice and friendly. Good breakfast too

La struttura è quella tipica Canaria con un cortile interno dove si consuma la colazione. È un posto dove ti avrà di stare a casa, in una posizione magnifica difronte al mare.

L'unico handicap è la strada se si viene da sud, ma se si vuole proseguire per il nordo va Puerto della Cruz la strada è ottima

Beautiful traditional village house with a covered internal courtyard and lots of attractive period features. Room sizes extremely generous and our room had a narrow gallery style balcony and lovely sea views. Bed was very comfy. The suite was more like an apartment with a small kitchen, which we found very useful. Host Laura was very friendly and helpful. Property is also in the heart of the village walking distance from all shops and restaurants

More comfortable furniture. Sofa was very narrow and the two occasional chairs looked nice but were not really for sitting on. Cleaning and servicing of the room was adequate but not great. Eg coffee and teabags not replaced and towels left unfolded in bathroom.

Beautiful old townhouse that has been in the family of the owners for more than 200 years, great location in town, super nice owner and staff, and very large rooms with lots of atmosphere and the little kitchenette makes it also a nice place to just be. Also nice breakfast!

There was a bit of a bad smell in the bathroom, but i guess that’s expected of such an historic building.

Our room(1) was Huge. It was decorated in the time period that the house was built, not “modernized” but had all the comforts you need for a comfortable stay. Even though it faced the street it was very quiet at night. Our host Laura provided good recommendations for sight seeing and of course eating.

There was no parking available at the hotel but there was a huge public lot about a 5 minute walk away. You can drop off luggage at the hotel and park afterwards. This was not a problem as the parking lot always had spaces available.

Our stay at Isla Baja Suites in Garachico in November 2025 was everything we hoped for—and more. Garachico is an absolutely gorgeous town, rich in history and charm, and the hotel’s location next to the natural volcanic pools makes it truly special. There’s a sense of calm and authenticity here that’s increasingly rare. The suites are elegant, spacious, and thoughtfully curated—comfortable without feeling overdone. Breakfast was fresh, light, and beautifully prepared, setting the tone for slow, relaxed mornings. What made the experience truly memorable was Laura Bier, the host. She is warm, attentive, and deeply human—our conversations with her were heartfelt and meaningful, making us feel less like guests and more like returning friends. We stayed for three nights, and it felt like a genuine reset from London life. Isla Baja Suites is not just a place to stay—it’s a place to breathe. We already look forward to coming back.

Bellissimo tutto e molto curato, silenzioso e personale gentilissimo

This must be one of the best accommodations anywhere. Should you spend a few days in Garachico, rush to book one of the spacious apartments here. The whole place is very tastefully furnished and it is definitely a big plus to have a separate bedroom (with a very comfy bed). There is also a basic kitchen. Breakfast in the atrium was of excellent quality (tortilla!). For epiphany, even a delicious Roscón de Reyes was provided. Very friendly and efficient owner and staff. We felt right at home.

Una bellissima e grande camera con il letto a baldacchino ed un magnifico soffitto in legno. Anche la colazione è ottima e lo staff è molto gentile ed accogliente. La struttura e in un’ottima posizione.

La struttura è meravigliosa. Un’atmosfera magica, d’altri tempi. Nella suite in cui abbiamo soggiornato, curata in ogni dettaglio, respiri la storia del luogo, e godi di una vista spettacolare, l’oceano. Da Laura ti addormenti cullata dalle onde dell’oceano , e ti risvegli in un ambiente così accogliente che ti sembra casa. La colazione viene servita nel bellissimo cortile interno della struttura, mentre Laura, la host, ogni mattina dà il buongiorno a tutti i clienti, dedicando a tutti del tempo per consentirci di programmare al meglio la propria giornata. Noi abbiamo chiesto se poteva indicarci una piantagione di banane da poter visitare per fare felici le bimbe, e Laura ci ha accompagnati di persona, raccontandoci la storia della piantagione e facendoci conoscere il proprietario , altra persona davvero squisita . Penso che siano proprio la cura e l’amore che Laura mette nel suo lavoro a rendere il soggiorno in questa struttura un’esperienza che resta nel cuore. Da ripetere. Grazie Laura .

Nos encantó todo, un lugar perfecto decorado con buen gusto y limpio.

Die Lage konnte besser nicht sein. Viele sehr gute Restaurants, Bus, Taxistand, Meeresschwimmbecken, alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Unsere Suite hatte einen langen schmalen Balkon mit direktem Blick auf die Felsen und die Brandung. Balkontür auf - und einfach genießen. Für mich als Hobbymalerin ein Eldorado von Malmotiven direkt vor der Nase. Die Gestaltung der Räume mit vielen alten Möbeln erweckte den Eindruck, in einer früheren Zeit angekommen zu sein. Bad und Küche waren modern ausgestattet. Der kunstvoll gestaltete, überdachte Innenhof des Gebäudes im Kolonialstil diente nicht nur als Frühstücksraum, sondern an manchen Tagen auch als Café/Patisserie, was die Atmosphäre irgendwie noch verstärkte. Das Frühstück mit Obst direkt von der Plantage und vielen kleinen Leckereien war von der Qualität her mit Abstand besser, als was man in großen Hotels der gleichen Preisklasse angeboten bekommt. Vor allem ganz ohne Plastikverpackung! Laura, die Chefin, hatte für alle Gäste freundliche Worte und half, wo sie nur konnte. Wir fühlten uns hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Voor ons de tweede keer dat we in Isla Baja Suites verbleven, de eerste keer waren we al super enthousiast en nu wederom. De prachtige grote suite met fantastische inrichting, een feestje om te verblijven. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en ruim voldoende keuze en ook om dit op de gezellige binnenplaats te gebruiken, geweldig ! Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fantastisch om hier te mogen verblijven en mochten we weer in de buurt komen dan zullen we hier zeker weer terugkomen !
