The location, friendly staff throughout the hotel, clean, lovely pool area, breakfast was nice too.

Didn’t like dogs in the hotel, we had an altercation with a woman and her two dogs as we were walking along the corridor from our room, the dogs were barking and lurching towards us in a ferocious way. We complained to reception who said they would inform the manager about her.

Room was large , very clean and all the facilities we needed, Breakfast was great and location perfect.

Unfortunately the lift was no working during our stay and for a few days there was roadworks outside our room but overall we loved it.

O hotel é bem localizado, a estrutura é perfeita para se ter uma boa estadia com conforto e econômica, para quem tem planos de ir nos parques da Disney e principalmente Universal. Por ter cozinha, geladeira e uma copa é possível economizar em preparos de lanches, jantas rápidas e principalmente eles tem um Café da manhã justo para a rotina de parques!

Os corredores do hotel são longos e só um elevador estava funcionando.

Café da manhã excelente, com muitas opções saborosas todos os dias. Espaço do quarto ótimo, com limpeza impecável, diversas amenidades disponíveis, como café e chá, 24 horas.

O que poderia ter sido melhor seria: colchão com mais firmeza, pois os disponíveis são de densidade extremamente baixa, tornando desconfortável para a coluna.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Very close to Universal parks. Breakfast that gives you energy to start the day before arriving at the parks. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent.

Didn’t like that the elevator didn’t worked for half our stay Something the hotel should improve in the future but didn't change for us the overall experience.

Good breakfast, great location!, spacious rooms, clean-no bugs whatsoever, friendly staff, pool was chill, family oriented place. We will def be back. Great value for the price.

We couldn’t walk to universal from here because at night the walk way is pretty dark and a bit creepy. It’s like a 25 min walk. But it’s literally a 5 min drive. Our room was cleaned the first two days so nice but then the next 3 days no one came.

Convenient location to parks and dinning. Breakfast had variety. Pool and hot tub was functional. Amazed by the kitchen and the supplies provided for the kitchen. Room was cleaned everyday.

Our door had to be slammed to closed properly, I alerted staff and maintenance came right away and explained the door has an automatic shut once you let it close on its own however the door did not always close on its own we had to slam it.

Alles war super. Es war sauber, die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und der Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Der kostenlose Shuttle zu den Universal Studios hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Das Parken am Hotel ist kostenlos.

Der vorhandene Fön auf dem Zimmer hatte kaum Power.

The cleanliness won me over. Smells great inside. Very nice kitchen. Separate suite. Great breakfast and social night.

Only thing was the room wasn’t stocked with the correct #of towels for our family of 6. I stayed twice and requested they place 6 towels and they made to sure to have them the 2nd time I stayed.

Pool and location were great. Having a bedroom that had a door from a tv area was a great addition. Breakfast was great.

Apartamento muy espacioso y muy cómodo con cocina y nevera incluida para estar 4 personas.

Desayuno muy poco variado. Fruta escasa (solo plátanos) y con fajitas para desayunar 😬🤷‍♂️. Solo había tostadas, gofres y huevo revuelto. Mucho margen de mejora en el desayuno!!

Schone ruime kamers,.elke dag schoonmaak en opgemaakte bedden. Locatie tov Universal is top en de bussen heel prettig. Kitchenette is voorzien van alle gemak. Top verblijf gehad.

Lift kapot. Bus rijdt maar tot 9:20 waardoor je de eindshow niet kunt zien, dat vonden wij jammer. Ook sluiten de tijden van de bus niet lekker aan op de openingstijden van de parken, je bent of heel ruim voor opening of na opening in het park. Dit zou beter afgestemd mogen worden.

My family was outside for the shuttle time slot 2 minutes before, but the shuttle was already leaving the hotel and turning onto the street. Not sure what that was about. Also, it would be nice to have pancakes offered on more than one day because older kids rally around the waffle maker and since it takes forever it would be nice to have another option for the younger children.

Petit déjeuner horrible servi dans de la vaisselle jetable en plastique. Que de la nourriture grasse et industrielle. Climatisation des chambres tellement bruyante qu'on est obligé de l'éteindre pour pouvoir dormir.

Very clean

We stayed here because it was close to the venue of the dance competition. We loved our room and the property was clean. There was plenty of open ground to walk my service dog.

Some of the staff made me uncomfortable about eating breakfast with my service dog. My SD is trained to stay under the table, lay quietly, and not move. A staff member complained about us so badly, that my daughter and grandson would go down to fix a plate for me and I ate breakfast in the room until the day we checked out. I'm a disabled Vietnam Era veteran, with a spinal injury also with PTSD-TBI. After that I stopped feeling safe.

The location was great and the breakfast was good. Rooms were large and comfortable.

Los apartamentos están muy cuidados y bien aislados del ruido. Tienen todos los utensilios necesarios en la cocina, inclusive trapo, papel de cocina, cuchillo que corte en condiciones… en ese sentido cuidan los detalles. Diariamente cambiaban las toallas de ducha aún sin dejarla en el suelo para que la cambiasen. La cama muy cómoda y en general todo muy limpio. Los traslados a los parques de Universal muy cómodo y cuenta con varios horarios tanto de salida como recogida, están muy cerca del hotel igualmente. Allí mismo en el hotel puedes comprar incluso entradas a los parques si quisieras. Tienes algunos supermercados para comprar a 10-15min andando. El personal muy amable y atento, y en su mayoría hablaban español.

El desayuno incluido es siempre lo mismo y, al menos para los españoles que estamos acostumbrados a desayunar tostadas, al segundo día de huevos revueltos ya estás cansado. Limitado en fruta y no ponen nada de embutido. Estuvimos 11 días y la limpieza del suelo del apartamento era los últimos días era mejorable. Además, creemos que no nos cambiaron las sábanas en el tiempo que estuvimos, que al menos cada x tiempo si debería hacerse. Por otro lado, el cobro del alojamiento lo hacen de una forma muy extraña (cobran una parte, después cobran de más, luego devuelven…) que no nos explicaron cuando llegamos y aún no han terminado de resolvernos. Únicamente por añadir un par de detalles de la cocina: estaría bien tener un escurridor y una cubitera para hacer hielo.

A fantastic location within walking distance of Universal studios (if you so choose although there is a free shuttle). Lovely pool area, spacious , cleans bedrooms, friendly staff and the most amazing breakfast!!

Nous avons aimé : la taille du logement, le petit déjeuner inclus, l'amplitude d'ouverture de la piscine, l'apéritif du mercredi soir, les serviettes fournies à la piscine, la localisation proche des commerces et parcs, le personnel très gentil.

The breakfast hours were convenient, the rooms and bathrooms were clean and well kept, the staff were amazing. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Location is great.

The elevator was slow and there was only one.

Situation géographique: proche des parcs et des outlets. Environnement calme ( surtout si la chambre donne sur le parking et pas sur la piscine). Navette gratuite pour les parcs ( Universal / island of adventure / epic universe ) Petit déjeuner américain très bien. Chambre très bien équipée / ustensiles suffisants dans la kitchenette ; grand réfrigérateur et congélateur.

Petit bémol sur les coussins qui sont trop mous. Et une nuit nous avons entendu des clients utiliser les barbecues près de la piscine jusqu’à plus de minuit.

De kamers waren erg ruim. De locatie ten opzichte van universal en international drive was super. De shuttle naar universal of terug was heel fijn. Het ontbijt was goed!

De bedden waren wat aan de harde kant. De stand van de douchekop was lastig te verstellen als je wat kleiner bent. Wel een prima douche met een goede waterdruk.

Great location really friendly staff throughout, hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable with a great little kitchen area, breakfast really good choice of food and beverage,free car parking is excellent and one of the reasons we chose this location

Air-conditioning unit quite noisy woke me up a couple of times through the night. Found it really strange that a hotel with 200+ rooms can only have one working elevator for 5 floors, this was used by housekeeping also, making it equally difficult to a maneuver between floors,I did feel sorry for the staff continually having to wait for lifts. When we arrived we tried to get from the 1st floor to the 5th the lift stopped mid floor, we rang the alarm after 5 mins the lift set off, I have a hurt foot had to use stairs yo get to our 5th floor room as the lift wasn't working really need to look at this!

The staff was great everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was always served with a smile. The Wednesday social was also really fun.

The elevator that was working was very sketchy one was down the whole week we were there. Housekeeping was a hit or miss. We had two rooms one got really great cleaning the other one didn't get clean towels had to call for toilet paper and refills on toiletries.

Die Suite war geräumig, sauber und schön renoviert. Küchenzeile samt Spülmaschine sehr praktisch. Bequemes Bett. Frühstück sehr gut, mit viel Auswahl (auch wenn das viele Einweggeschirr für uns Europäer immer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist). Kostenloser Parkplatz. Schöner Pool und Bereich zum draußen sitzen. Der kostenlose Shuttlebus zum Universal Citywalk war perfekt. Man konnte sich morgens für eine bestimmte Uhrzeit anmelden und durfte dann abends wieder mit zurück fahren.

Wir hatten das erste Zimmer nach dem Aufzug, der auch abends relativ lang und häufig genutzt wurde. Das war leider ziemlich laut, wenn man schlafen wollte. Die Schlafcouch war laut Kindern nicht so bequem.

El staff junto con las instalaciones fantástico, desde la señora que limpiaba el lobby todas las mañanas con una gran sonrisa y saludándonos con mucha felicidad, como la chica de la tarde de recepción de rulos, como los auditores nos han hecho sentir genial. Lamento no recordar sus nombres, pero sin duda si decidiéramos volver a hospedarnos, sería por como nos hicieron sentir. Trabajo en hoteleria hace 19 años y es un placer ver tan buen profesionalismo del personal como el cuidado de las instalaciones.

No hay cámaras que apunten al parking, reporte un golpe que tuve en la puerta trasera de mi auto, pero no había forma de ver quién fue. Una pena, siendo un hotel tan preparado.

Loved the room it was a great size for our family of 4. And the breakfast was amazing! Great selections. I loved the bus feature to Universal that was a time saver!

The older gentleman working in the travel section could have been more informative and helpful

The room was perfect for our larger family of 5. All the beds were comfy and our oldest daughter said the pullout bed was the most comfy she's ever slept on. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was always fresh and the lounge area very nice.

The elevator kept breaking and once we were stuck in it for a few minutes. Apparently this is an ongoing issue with this hotel. We mostly didnt mind using the stairs except after a long day at the park or when leaving with our luggage.

El wifi gratuito que ofrecen casi que no anda y se cae a cada rato. El desayuno en mi opinion tiene poca variedad y no era del todo rico exceptuando los waffles.

Estaba todo ordenado, limpio, correctamente diagramado. La habitación que nos tocó era un sueño! Muy cerca de todo, Universal, principales atracciones de Orlando, downtown. Con auto, te movías como pez en el agua y con bus también.

No me gustó que al hacer el housekeeping, no dejaran shampoo y crema de enjuague. En si, lo que dejaban era un tubo lleno de material que simulaba ser esas cosas pero en nuestros cabellos hizo bastante daño. Deberían mejorar esas cosas porque no son detalles menores. También me hubiera gustado que el desayuno no fuese tan picante todo el tiempo. Excepto el último día, el 16 de mayo. Ese día no estuvo picante y estaba delicioso.

Die Sauberkeit und ie die Größe der Zimmer war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse super umfangreich, mit Mickey Maus Waffen. Es gab einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice zu den Universal Studios, ansonsten musste man nur ca. 30 min laufen.

Die Lautstärke der Klimaanlage. Aber das war bis jetzt in jedem Hotel so. Es klingt immer , als würde direkt neben einem ein Jet starten.

Nous avons passées un bon séjour en revanche il y a quelques améliorations a faire notamment l' entretien de la piscine (dommage que la piscine ne soit pas non fumeur) et il faudrait rajouter des fruits au petit déjeuner. Sinon l'emplacement était parfait pour les parcs Universal.

Propreté de la piscine et jacuzzi à revoir et plus de fruits au petit déjeuner.

This was the second year in a row we stayed at the property, and it did not disappoint. The Breakfast was good with enough options to choose from. The room was a great size and had enough space to feel comfortable in! The location is close to the parks and at the top of International Drive, to travel to anywhere you need to get to

I loved that the room was highly clean and spacious, the breakfast was incredible, and the location was perfect and close to the parks and a lot of restaurants.

The only negative thing I could find was that we never found the bathroom exhaust fan.
