Impiana Beachfront Resort Chaweng Noi, Koh Samui

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Das Hotel überzeugt mit schönen, großen Zimmern, die außerdem sehr sauber sind. Besonders toll fanden wir den Meerblick. Das Prrdonal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück~ Büffet hat uns begeistert für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei.

The Location is perfect. Beautiful beach area and not as crowded as other areas. The water is shallow and very clean and you can swim very far out there. The hotel is beautiful, set up nicely, rooms are large and comfy and modern. The breakfast is pretty good, they have everything you need to get your day started right. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Not too much that I didn't like. One thing is the bar area by the beach could slightly be updated and cleaned up for a better presentation. The pool table was a lil beat up and so was the dart board. The balls were mismatched and there was no 8 ball. But, we made it work after a few drinks. The sand around the sun loungers could be screeted/screened and cleaned up a bit. Seems like there is some inconsiderate patrons that leave their cig butts and trash behind.

La struttura dell'hotel/resort é molto bella. Zona molto tranquilla con spiaggia privata di gran livello. La colazione é ottima con diverse proposte. A 10 Min in auto dal centro di chaweng e 15 dall'aereoporto.

Non aver ricevuto informazioni in merito alla cauzione(vengono chiesti in cash 2000 bath a stanza) Poca disponibilità da parte dello staff in reception per dare informazioni.

Siamo stati a Impiana Resort a Giugno per un viaggio di famiglia e possiamo dire che è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile! Fin dal nostro arrivo ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati. Il resort è bellissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio e immerso in un’atmosfera rilassante e piacevole. Gli ambienti sono puliti, confortevoli e perfetti per trascorrere una vacanza in famiglia all’insegna del relax. Il ristorante del resort offre colazioni a buffet con ampia scelta di cibi, tutti molto buoni! Un elogio speciale va a tutto lo staff: sempre gentile, disponibile, sorridente e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. La loro attenzione e professionalità hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale con anche delle sorprese inaspettate… Consigliamo questo resort a occhi chiusi, soprattutto a chi cerca una struttura accogliente, curata e dove sentirsi davvero a casa. Un’esperienza fantastica che speriamo di poter rivivere presto! ❤️🇹🇭

La struttura si trova sulla spiaggia tra le più belle di Koh Samui forse la più bella. La zona è molto tranquilla ma con 10 minuti di auto si raggiungono sia Chaweng che Lamai. La colazione discreta anche se il punto forte è sul salato. Spiaggia privata con lettini con cambio giornaliero dei teli mare. Una menzione particolare va alle signore thai con i loro massaggi sulla spiaggia, bravissime nonche' di quella gentilezza tipica dei thailandesi.

Struttura datata che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione sia nelle camere che nella struttura generale. Noi avevamo un cottage vista mare, posizione ottima ma il mobilio della camera lasciava a desiderare nonché la dimensione piuttosto piccola. Il cambio degli asciugamani in camera saltuario. Il personale piuttosto scontroso.

La posizione della struttura sulla spiaggia é il punto di forza e vale il soggiorno, la spiaggia é stupenda e appena entri nel resort ti senti in vacanza. La colazione salata é buona. Cambio teli mare giornaliero incluso.

Ho prenotato una camera vista mare ma la vista reale era solo laterale. Le foto delle stanze su booking sono state scattate con il grandangolo, le stanze sono piccole ed il bagno minuscolo. Il primo giorno il bagno non é stato pulito ma dopo averlo fatto presente alla reception gli altri giorni tutto ok. La struttura in se é bella ma si vede che ha avuto il suo splendore qualche anno fa. Prezzi del bar/ristorante molto alti per essere in Asia. Il personale non capisce molto l’inglese. Una notte siamo stati svegliati da un ospite accompagnato dal receptionist che stava cercando un suo amico, non mi sembra accettabile che la reception non abbia controllato in che stanza fosse prima di andare a svegliare persone a caso alle 2 del mattino.

La principale qualité de cet établissement est sa réelle proximité avec la mer. En effet, la mer est vraiment derrière l'hôtel, cela était réellement pratique. D'ailleurs, le restaurant de l'hôtel a une vue directement sur la plage, c'est plutôt sympa. Quant à la piscine de l'hôtel, elle est nettoyée tous les jours, ce qui rend son utilisation véritablement agréable. Quant à la chambre, elle était relativement grande et fonctionnelle malgré qu'elle soit un peu vieille visuellement... Le petit déjeuner est correct, les choix sont divers et variés, il y a de quoi se régaler malgré tout.

Dans un premier temps, il faut prendre en compte la localisation de l'hôtel qui n'est pas du tout pratique. Un grand axe routier très fréquenté se trouve devant l'hôtel. Pour se rendre au 7 Eleven le plus proche (environ 700m), il faut vraiment faire attention car il faut marcher sur le bord de la route, où les voitures peuvent vous frôler, sachant qu'elles roulent à vive allure. De plus, l'établissement se trouve beaucoup trop loin des centres d'intérêts de Koh Samui... Il faut malheureusement faire appel à un taxi (ou Grab, équivalent de Uber) si vous souhaitez vous rendre dans le centre même, ce qui n'est pas très pratique pour dîner par exemple.. Dans un deuxième temps, nous avons eu une chambre orientée vers cette fameuse route. Pour l'isolation sonore, vous pouvez passer votre chemin, nous entendions absolument tout, comme si nous étions nous mêmes sur la route.. Très désagréable, notamment si vous avez le sommeil léger, sachant que le volume sonore baisse vers 2h du matin... Et troisième et dernier point, le prix des cocktails sont aberrants. Pour la faire court, ce sont les mêmes prix qu'en Europe..

La posizione vicina al centro ( 10 m con il taxi ) la spiaggia una delle piu' belle sulla costa, quindi questo valeva tutto il soggiorno. Colazione a buffet molto buona

I servizi inesistenti, chiedevi alla reception qualcosa non sapevano rispondere, abbiamo chiamato 3 giorni prima dicendo che avevamo un ritardo con i voli e che la prima notte pagata la perdevamo, abbiamo chiesto di recuperarla alla fine stando un giorno in piu' li, ci e' stato detto ok, invece poi alla fine abbiamo perso i soldi e siamo dovute andare da un' altra parte! Non hanno servizi per le navi al porto ne per escursioni! Quindi se queste cose non interessano ( Comunque puoi fare tutto fuori) il posto Comunque vale x il mare e struttura buona

La posizione sulla spiaggia bellissima, grande e tranquilla. Buona la colazione e terrazza sul mare. Struttura un po’ vecchia ma ben tenuta e pulita.

The bed was rock hard, terrible sleep throughout my stay. The property is run-down and dusty. Rude staff except the reception guy. This is 3-star property at best, definitely not 4-star for me.

Beautiful location on a quiet, sandy beach with clear, shallow water. Only 10 minutes in a taxi to Chaweng hub. Fantastic breakfast and helpful staff. Great little beach shack next door serving breakfast & lunch for around 120-150 bht.

I felt some parts of the hotel looked a bit neglected and they could have made the bar area much more appealing by having some nicer seating, cushions, table lights etc. It has such a beautiful view but no one was going there in the evening so there was no atmosphere. Good happy hour offers still didn't entice people there.

Ho apprezzato tantissimo la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff, sempre attento e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. La location e la struttura sono semplicemente impeccabili e la nostra stanza era davvero comodissima, curata e confortevole.

Purtroppo, l’unico aspetto negativo del soggiorno non dipende né dalla struttura né dallo staff, ma da alcuni ospiti presenti durante il nostro soggiorno. In diverse occasioni erano piuttosto rumorosi e urlavano per parlare tra loro, disturbando un po’ la tranquillità e il relax. È stato un peccato, soprattutto considerando quanto fosse piacevole e curata la struttura.

!!!! Fuyez !!!! J’ai réservé une chambre du 15/08/2026 jusqu’au 19/08/2026. J’ai dormis une seule nuit dans cette hôtel tellement qu’il est horrible. Comment vous décrire l’ambiance. Si vous aimez dormir à côté de l’autoroute, il sera parfait pour vous ! Chambre petite, lit totalement dur et inconfortable ! Il y’a bien une vue mer pour les chambres supérieures mais le bruits vous fera vite déchanter. Le personnel vous trouvent une solution pour changer de chambre une fois que vous êtes descendu de la chambre avec vos valises ! Assurez-vous d’avoir choisi la chambre la plus chère pour être tranquille.

Мне понравился сам пляж, море просто великолепное. Массаж прямо на пляже это интересный опыт ❤️. Кошечка Китти. Мы очень рано выезжали и нам дали завтрак с собой - боксы с выпечкой, фруктами, сок и йогурты.

- староватый номерной фонд - пляжные полотенца не всегда есть в наличии (нужно подойти попозже и они будут) - завтраки однотипные; за весь период не было манго - самого тайского фрукта, не было seafood - очень жесткий матрац и неудобные подушки - в номере водятся какие-то мошки - букашки - муравьи - неприятный запах канализации - пришли однажды с моря, а принять душ невозможно, так как у нас нет вообще никаких полотенец, мне пришлось мокрой идти на ресепшен и выяснять, в итоге их принесли только через 25-30 минут ! Расположение отеля очень неудобное, идти до магазинов 7/11 , кафе на резкий подъем и нет тротуара, небезопасно.

Для отеля: Проверьте раковины в душевых. Вода с них не уходила. Главный минус - расположение. За воротами - трасса. До кафе и 7/11 добирался через пляжную зону.

El personal a penas hablaba inglés y era muy difícil comunicarse. Reservamos una habitación superior deluxe con vistas al mar eligiendo este resort para relajarnos. Las vistas bonitas, pero la puerta daba a la calle y día y noche se escuchaba muchísimo el ruido de la carretera. La cama durísima, nos pusieron un toper y no hizo nada. Al 2do día por la noche se abrió sola la puerta, al día siguiente no se abría la caja fuerte y el aire acondicionado mojó todo el suelo haciendo que me resbalara. Al bajar a reclamar todo esto, un compañero subió a abrir la caja y para nuestra sorpresa la puerta se volvió a abrir sola, sin nosotros dentro y todas nuestras cosas en la habitación. Menos mal nos cambiaron a otra habitación, en la primera planta que daba al jardín y playa y fue algo mejor, pero este hotel a mi parecer no es digno de 4 estrellas

Personnel tres bien, propre et bien situer, belle plage.

J'ai prit une chambre vue mer ils m'ont donner une chambre avec aucune vue mer. Le lit est tres dure. La viande au repas est a surveiller, ils m'ont servi une fois je precise une seul fois de la viande cuite recuite et rechaufer c'etait plus du poulet mais du chewing gum, il me l'ont changer quand je me suis plain. Sinon tout le reste etait tres bien.

Posizione comoda ma per spostarsi è necessario chiamare un taxi. Difficile e pericoloso camminare a bordo strada. Buono il buffet della colazione: molta scelta! La spiaggia è molto bella e pulita, l'hotel offre anche degli asciugamani da utilizzare sulle sdraio.

Il ristorante potrebbe essere migliore. Peccato perché ha tutti gli elementi per migliorarsi: ha una vista stupenda sul mare, il personale presente è numeroso e la scelta del menù è moltissima. L'aria condizionata in camera non ha un sistema di regolazione con telecomando (o almeno, non in tutte le camere); molto vecchia e rumorosa.

High tier hotel complex with high quality. The beach is just 15m walk away in the perfectly maintained park, or take the nice clean infinity pool. Everything is together for a good time. Most of the colleagues are nice and helpful.

Some small issue is that half of our stay was stressed with ongoing construction/maintenance in the garden. We wanted to hear the sea waves crashing and birds singing, but we had to live with metal cutting, sanding machine noises for hours almost every day. Even on sunday.

We loved this hotel staff fabulous, rooms a bit dated but cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding, beach was clean and plenty of sun beds, brekki was plentiful, bars and restraunts close by

Exceptional stay! The true heart of this resort is the staff. Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel is located right on a stunning beachfront with crystal-clear turquoise water. The grounds are beautifully green and peaceful, offering a calm escape away from the busy city center. The real highlight, however, is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, supportive, and always smiling, especially the chef at the restaurant and the lovely lady VIVE at reception. They truly made our stay special. Highly recommended!

Posizione del resort non comoda per il centro. Anche se si trova vicino la strada che c’è è senza marciapiede ed è molto stretta. Ci potrebbe essere più attenzione per quanto riguarda il servizio. Lettini sul mare con materassino spesso sporchi o bagnati dal giorno prima.

The beach connection to the hotel is the ONLY plus point.

The staff shortage. Chk in took 20 mins. Lots of stairs to reach the room. We stayed for 3 night and had 2 rooms. So 1 night one room ac stopped working we had to change in middle of night. And 3rd day 2nd room. All as are outdated need replacement. Bedsheets were old. Bed made a lot of noise even if the slightest movement. Regret booking for 3 nights. Or else i wud have changed immediately. Seems management is least botther with the hotel. It has no lift. Anywhere.

Самый большой плюс отеля-это отличный песчаный пляж.Если отойти в сторону метров 100-200 можно исцарапать все ноги в море о камни.На пляже почти всегда свободные лежаки.Есть душ.Массаж пляжный.При отеле есть ресторан-на завтраках я,ел тайскую еду и фрукты-мне очень нравилось.В ресторане можно есть по меню с 11-00 -тоже нормально и по ценам и по качеству,но порции маловаты на мой взгляд.Мы были на арендованной машине-локация нас устраивала. Цена.В целом жить можно-но нет желания возвращаться в номер вечером.

Очень плохой кондиционер.Очень шумный и чтобы включить или выключить-надо встать и подойти к выключателю на стене.Из-за этого я,не высыпался все дни отпуска-было то холоднл,то жарко-т.к.было не настроить что-то среднее...Ещё и жесткая кровать с неудобной подушкой тоже не располагала к комфорту.Я ждал когда закончится пытка ночьб и наконец наступит утро,чтобы отоспаться на пляже или массаже).Нет лифтов.Персонал озабоченный-улыбается редко-по большим праздникам))).Здороваться тоже не любит.

Das Frühstück war ausgewogen, vielfältig und lecker. Zimmer Ausblick war 1A mit Bienchen, direkt aufs Meer und über die gepflegte Anlage. Es gab ein Fitnesstudio und ausreichend Strandliegen und die Strandnähe ist unschlagbar. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

-Klimaanlage nur auf volle Pulle und kein Sleepmodus möglich -Fitnesstudio sehr rustikal aber Training möglich -Straßenzugang direkt in der Kurve schwer einsehbar, Sattelfest beim Rollerfahren dann alles easy... -Zimmerdeposit nötig (100€)

Immer noch ein wunderschön gelegenes Hotel. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, der Strand sauber und wunderschön zum Baden! Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Man ist schnell in Chaweng und ebenso in Lamai. Ein 7/11 ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist überwiegend freundlich. Bei der Buchung unbedingt darauf achten, das ihr die Zimmer zur Meerseite auswählt, sonst wird es aufgrund der Straße laut.

Les chambres sont confortables. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bon et varié. La plage est belle et profonde. Le resort est magnifique et calme.

L’emplacement nécessite de prendre un taxi pour se déplacer. Impensable de marcher le long de la route très fréquentée. Nos draps étaient déchirés ainsi que le rideau en voilage. Hormis le petit déjeuner nous avons trouvé l’ambiance austère. Le restaurant est vide tous les jours.7

Too many steps. No lift Needed taxi to go anywhere as the road was not really safe as no pavement. Shower fittings need replacing. Also the spa glass need a window cleaner.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.Man darf sich nicht auf die Fotos im Internet verlassen.Einrichtung ziemlich alt und dreckig.Keine Empfehlung Zimmer in den 400 Bereich zu nehmen.Die Zimmertür geht zur Straße raus.Abends ist es dort wie auf einer Rennstrecke und man denkt, die Straße verläuft durch das Zimmer.Wir konnten zum Glück das Zimmer wechseln. Kein Aufzug...Viele Stufen zu laufen.Die Auflagen der Liegen, haben auch schon bessere Jahre gesehen.Frühstück o.k.Die Betten waren so hart,als ob man auf einer Holzpritsche gelegen hätte.

There wasn’t correct information is said online there was a free shuttle bus to the town but you had to pay 100baht per person eachway.

The resort itself is a beautiful property and location is good, right at the beach and close to all amenities.

Cleanliness I can give 2/10 the most. Bathroom malfunctions, leaking pipes, staff seemed unbothered, food facilities could be cleaner.

They never came… Few lights in room didn’t work Beach chairs were extremely uncomfortable and needed renewing Got harassed by a man (other hotel guest) in the lobby at 2am and the receptionist was just laughing….

The hotel is situated in a quiet zone of the island

My room was with sea view but in the rear there was the main road, which is very noisy. I asked to change room and they give me a more quiet one.

Die direkte Strandlage war sehr toll. Das Zimmermädchen war eine löbliche Ausnahme bezüglich des Personals. Viel gutes kann man über diese Hotel leider nicht berichten - es gehört zumindest in dieser Kategorie aus den Verkehr gezogen! Frühstück ist ok wenn auch sicherlich nicht herausragend.

Beim Bezug des Zimmers war der Ventilator defekt. Nach Zimmerwechsel war das Waschbecken nicht funktionsfähig - Ablauf konnte nicht frei geschaltet werden. Der Strand war voller Plastikteile - wahrscheinlich nie gesäubert. Badetücher mit riesigen Löcher versehen. Liegestuhlmatten stinken erbärmlich - wahrscheinlich noch nie erneuert. Warmwasser war Glückssache da die Badeinfrastruktur uralt ist. Vieles in schlechten Zustand - sehr schlechte Wartung! Musste mit Reception um 5oo Bath Taxigeld streiten weil sie mir nicht geglaubt haben, dass ich das Geld dem Fahrer gegeben hatte - meiner Aufforderung meine Partnerin (Zeugin) anzurufen wurde nicht nachgekommen. Obiekt z prywatną plaża. Obfite oraz smaczne śniadania

Codziennie została nam dokładana za mała ilość ręczników. Zamiast poświęcać swój czas na plażowanie musiałyśmy kilkukrotnie chodzić na recepcję i dopraszać się o ręczniki pod prysznic. Hotel tłumaczył się problemami z pralnią. Uważam, że jeśli były problemy z pralnią, można było wymieniać ręczniki co kilka dni a nie co dobę.

Die laute Straße direkt hinter dem Gebäude. Dass die Sonnenschirme und die liegen von anderen Hotel Gästen morgens schon besetzt worden mit einem Handtuch. Der nicht vor Service bei Strand liegen oder am Pool für Getränke oder Ähnliches.
