Great location on the beachfront. Rooms with own pools were great.

Decor a little dated but nothing major.

The hotel and room were beautiful. The pool is amazing the beach is amazing and the room was big and nice and clean. We asked for a room as near by the beach as possible but got the one the furthest away even though the resort was half empty. But everything else was perfect. Breakfast was also very good.

Hotel stupendo, la.stanza immensa e il bagno piu bello e funzionale che abbia mai visto, con tanto di corridoio con pavimento sospeso, doccia interna, esterna,vasca e doccino, e acqua che scendeva forte, nella stanza tantissimi punti luce terrazzo gigante, la zona piu bella di tutta la spiaggia e ottimo cibo.. colazione perfetta ,funzionale rapida e ottima.. molti sali e scendi per andare dalla stanza ae varie parti del villaggio.. super consigliato.. nota importante ogni giorno riempono la.stanza di bottiglie d acqua gratis.. MOLTO IMPORTANTE.

Tutto perfetto

Direttamente sulla spiaggia molto comoda con tutti i servizi necessari per il relax. Ottima colazione, camere ampie e confortevoli. Fuori dalla struttura presenti negozi, per spostarsi in sicurezza consiglio l’utilizzo di un taxi in quanto direttamente su una strada abbastanza trafficata.

Clean and very well kept- both accommodation and grounds. Indoor/outdoor shower was lovely. Fabulous pool and private beach. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Good choice of bars ,eateries, massage parlours, etc close to the resort but far enough out of Chaweng to be much quieter and more sedate. 15-20 minute taxi ride into Chaweng.

Spiaggia praticamente solo per il resort, mare bello, lettini disponibili, colazione top anche ristorante e bar buoni. Complesso ben tenuto ma alcuni punti non benissimo

La luce che entra dalle finestre, in alcune non c’è possibilità di tenda oscurante

THE RESORT IS AMAZING The location is perfect,quiet and away from chaos. We had 2 cottages in the nature,with amazing view. The beach and the sea are fantastic..Staff very friendly and food and service very gpod. We will be back 100%

Petit déjeuner buffet, du choix mais peu qualitatif. Très belles chambres bien équipées, superbes salles de bain. Superbe piscine, grande, ombre et soleil, on trouve facilement des transats.

L’hôtel s’étend à l’arrière de la plage, notre chambre était de fait loin de la plage, sans vue. Personnel peu accueillant vs ce que nous avons expérimenté ailleurs en Thaïlande. Peu d’ambiance, assez froid.

Perfect beach . Cristal water. Away from all the hustle and bustle. You have good Italian restaurants on road close to hotel . 7/11 across the street. We stayed at villa . Was very nice.

Все было супер. Очень внимательный и вежливый персонал. Водитель который нас отвозил в аэропорт и в торговый центр был максимально внимательный и отзывчивый. Администраторы профессионалы своего дело достойно делают работу и относятся к гостям как требует хороший сервис

Не хватило ложки для обуви. Необходим шкафчик для вещей в номер. Минус номера в том, что когда уходишь забираешь ключ на котором восит магнитная карточка и холодильник перестает работать. Мы не знали об этом и наши фрукты без охлаждения стали невкусные когда мы были весь день на экскурсии.

Wooow this is the dreamiest place i‘ve ever been to. I loved my room, bathroom was very unique & with an outdoor shower. The balcony view was 10/10, Beach side also just Like in movies. The personal were very kind, lovely & polite! I‘d visit 100% again.

Large room and very comfortable beds. Quiet aircon. Very good buffet breakfast. Nice pool which is open late. Friendly and helpful reception and hotel staff. Good restaurants and two 7/11s locally.

Quite a low key resort which suited us well. Would really have liked milk or creamer in the room for coffee.

L’hôtel est très bien placé avec une superbe piscine et une superbe plage. Il faut cependant une voiture ou un scooter pour profiter des alentours et de Samui. L’environnement de l’hôtel est magnifique grâce à ses jardins tropicaux. Vrai dépaysement et c’est un vrai plaisir de séjourner dans ce resort. Les cottages sont convenables, ce n’est pas le grand luxe mais tout le nécessaire et le confort sont présent. Nous étions dans 2 cottages et si vous recherchez le cadre d’une île thaï, vous ne le regrettez pas. Nous recommandons vivement ce resort.

Le petit déjeuner peut être amélioré et il y a beaucoup de moustiques mais avec un aussi bel environnement extérieur c’est normal.

We had an exceptional stay at this four-star hotel. The pool area was absolutely lovely, with direct beach access that made it easy to enjoy both the pool and the sea. There were plenty of sunbeds available, so it was always easy to find a comfortable spot to relax. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, making each morning enjoyable. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

One thing to keep in mind is that this hotel is surrounded by lush tropical jungle. That means you'll naturally see mosquitoes, geckos, birds, etc and bats, especially in the evenings. For us, this was all part of the authentic tropical experience, but if you're not comfortable with nature and local wildlife, this may not be the right place for you. We loved it.

Für mich war Alles perfekt. Das Bett im Cottage und die Wege und Treppen innerhalb der Anlage könnten für ältere Menschen ein Problem sein.

The staff were wonderful. And the room was very nice. The breakfast and food options at the beach was very good. The beach and facilities were beautiful. Unfortunately the spa was closed.

La struttura è davvero bellissima, accogliente, le stanze sono spaziosissime e fatte davvero bene. Accogliente perché rispetta la natura selvaggia dell’isola e rimane un resort di lusso ma immerso nella natura

Incredible beach, the best we could find in Samui. Snorking area 5 minutes away to the left. And the hotel is right on the beach. Perfect breakfast Very green area. Good pool right at the beach Was nice catching little crabs on the beach in the evening

We had an incredible stay at New Star Beach Resort, I highly recommend! The staff were incredible, the beach spot was amazing with a bar to service it, and the room itself was so comfy and relaxing. There were also incredible, authentic Thai restaurants in walking distance, along with a 7 eleven. You really can’t get better value.

Only watch is that the beach bar is quite expensive relatively speaking, but that’s to be expected. They do great deals though, so go for those instead.

Fantastic experience and service throughout. We absolutely loved our experience at New Star and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ko Samui. The staff and food are great as is the beach front and pool area. 10/10 thank you again for a pleasant stay and best wishes from the UK

The cottage is not cleaning. We are a lort of spiders on the bed and on the table. The spiders Bite. At the check out the receptionist charged me 200 bat for a laudry bag and told me i stole it. In the Room there is not the laudry bag. Sge offended me and said that italian steal. The is not room servire after 10 pm and the restaurant in the resort is not good.

Très bel hôtel avec un accès sur une superbe plage. La végétation est luxuriante et reposante. Proche de Chaweng ce qui en fait un très bel emplacement. Nous recommandons !

Insgesamt kommt die Anlage in die Jahre und ehemalige Besonderheiten wurden zurück gefahren: Papiertaschentücher statt der ehemals farbigen Handtücher, keine Blumen mehr im Bad, kein warmes Handtuch mehr zum Willkommen-Trunk.

Das Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können.

Det ligger bra. Vacker trädgård. Stor pool. Trevlig personal på frukosten och poolrestaurangen.

Det kunde vart jättebra. Men väldigt eftersatt. Det känns gammalt och slitet. Komplexet behöver fräschas upp. Bungalown var väldigt dåligt städad. Ingrodd smutsig damm . Massa myror. Jag fick skaka ur sängkläderna på kvällen . Vi var noga med att inte ha något ätbart framme, trots det myror.Städerskan envisades med att låta lampor va tända när hon var klar och låta badrumsdörren stå öppen så det kom in massa mygg därifrån, varje dag. Hon damma inte på hela veckan. Dynorna i solbäddarna var riktigt sunkiga och slitna. Trädgården full av gamla löv och blommor. De skyller på att det blåser. Vi har bott på många hotell med trädgård, där det inte sett ut såhär. Vi sade till om att de får sopa vår långa trappa upp till bungalown, de blev inte särskilt glada, fast jag sade det med respekt. Så jag orkarde inte ta fighten om städningen och myrorna. Tyvärr hade några av personalen i receptionen rätt tråkig attityd. Vi reser runt en längre tid så vi har bott på ett antal hotell under denna resa redan. Tyvärr det sämsta. Men som sagt personalen i restaurangerna var trevliga. Samt chaufförerna. Men fanns en tryckt och trött stämning över hotellet. Vi valde att åka och bada på andra ställen.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit extrem freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Der Strand ist noch schöner und grösser, als er auf den Bildern aussieht. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es zudem gute Restaurants, Massagestudios und Autovermietung. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

L'emplacement est exceptionnel. La plage devant l'hôtel est superbe. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Les chambres sont spacieuses et offrent une bonne intimité.

L'hôtel a l'air assez vieux et certains équipements ne sont pas réparés. Dommage

Die Anlage hat Charme und einen schönen Strand mit vielen Palmen. Ein großer Pool ist nutzbar, das Essen ist lecker und hervorzuheben ist das immer sehr freundliche Personal. Man fühlt sich einfach willkommen. Danke dafür!

Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hier und da sind Dinge kaputt, die überholt werden könnten. Schade fanden wir, dass auf der großen Terrasse nur zwei Stühle und ein Tisch standen. KEINE Polster für die Stühle (in allen Suiten so wie es aussah). Platz wäre auch für zwei Liegen gewesen. Die vorhandenen Becken um die Häuser waren meist leer... hätte mit Pflanzen oder Wasser besser ausgesehen.

if you want peace and rest just in the beach,this place is perfect for it! they have wonderful people working in the hotel,thank you all for such a hospitality! definitely worth to book place including breakfast,it was one of the best breakfast in all island so far. hotel located in peaceful area,far away from crowds,not so much things to do around,but 7/11 and pharmacy is just across the street.In general this hotel is for couples and families,no party vibe,so just take your book and enjoy your holiday! looking forward to come back !p.s. i stayed in ocean view villa,highly recommended!

Casa de banho perigosa, muito longe do centro e da animação.

Tolle Lage, am Hang an Strand. Alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr nettes Personal, immer freundlich, immer hilfsbereit.

Zimmer sehr gross und gepflegt, sauber. Strand schön und ruhig, sauber, nicht voll, leider 5 Tage rote Fahne an denen man nicht schwimmen konnte [dafür kann das hotel nichts]. Genügend Liegen am Meer und am Pool. Frühstück gut. Kostenloses Wasser im Zimmer. Personal freundlich.

Harte Betten. Mitten Im Bad deutliche Vertiefung (Graben), Gefahr nachts im Dunkeln zu fallen. Anlage etwas verwinkelt, Wege nicht gut beschildert,am Anfang schwierig den richtigen Weg zu finden. Wege nicht ganz eben. Abnutzungspuren im Zimmer/Wände,Anstrich nötig. Balkon wirkte nicht gut gepflegt,viele holzmöbel u Laub. Beim Essen noch Luft nach oben für ein 4sterne hotel.

המלון נמצא 15 דקות מהצוואנג מחוץ למלון אין ממש מה לעשות או לטייל צריך לקחת מונית בכל יציאה מהמלון. היינו בחדר קוטג׳ 601 חדר גדול ונעים ומרפסת עם נוף ארוחת בוקר נחמדה, האוכל במסעדה על החוף מעולה היינו 4 לילות, המלון שקט ואין הרבה ישראלים מקלחת עם מים חמים ושירותים נורמלים החוף ים מהמם ושקט ללא ספורט ימי ועומס של אנשים אנחנו מאוד אהבנו את המלון הזה לקחנו שתי חדרי קוטג׳ אחד מהם להורים המבוגרים שלי והם ממש נהנו למרות שיש הרבה מדרגות לרדת לחוף או לצאת מהמלון. מי שמחפש חופשה שקטה ונעימה זה המקום להיות בו. ממליצה מאוד.

Die Cottages sind so wundervoll, im Thail-Stil und schön groß. Das Bett und die Kissen super bequem. Der Pool ist schön groß und das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer an einer wunderschönen Bucht ohne laute Beach-Bars. Das Personal ist super aufmerksam.

Wenn man beim Frühstück draußen sitzen möchte, wird es manchmal eng bzw. Sitzen da zuviele Raucher.

Odeur d’humidité très forte dans la chambre, saleté partout partout, des cheveux et taches dans les lits, des insectes morts parterre, etc… j’ai quitté les lieux.

Csodálatos környezet, szoba felszereltsége első osztályú. Rendkívül bőséges reggeli kínálat, csodálatos személyzet.

Прекрасный отель. Мы вернулись в него через 15 лет с нашего пребывания в нем. Ничего не изменилось. Уютно, хороший пляж.

Beautiful setting, lovely comfy beds and huge bath. The rooms were very spacious and the beach was stunning. The staff were very attentive and helpful when we needed to hire a car. Personally I adored sitting on the terrace listening to the birds in the morning enjoying my morning coffee. So relaxing!

The only slight negative was that we had a 16 month old with us so getting around the resort was tricky with a pram due to their being lots of steps but that was purely down to our circumstances. We ended up carrying our daughter most of the time so got used to it :-)
