O quarto deixa muito a desejar correspondendo a quarto de hotel de 3 estrelas e não 4 - (não pelo tamanho do mesmo, mas pelo mobiliário e decoração) ... o quarto está claramente muito desatualizado. A limpeza também era tardia e pouco exigente.

Localização e dimensão do quarto

De manhã, dia 27 choveu. Os acessos cobertos à zona de refeições estão a necessitar de reparação, ou seja a cobertura existente deixa passar água.

El personal por lo general muy bien pero alguno que otro no gusto un pelo. Una de las chicas de la limpieza la pillemos una tarde en la habitación sin tener que estar alli encima no era su habitación asignada intento robarnos

Ubicacion en un sitio tranquilo, carritos que te llevan gratis por todo el resort, desayuno incluido y de buena calidad (salvo el cafe que es malisimo)

Muy muy mal el servicio de habitaciones, no reponen las cosas, las toallas estan rotas y desgastadas, hay cafetera en la habitacion pero es de pago, la iluminacion muy escasa, bombillas fundidas, la puerta del baño se atasca por dentro....

Situación al lado del puerto

Hotel que dice ser de 4 estrellas y no llega ni a 3. Muy sucio la zona de la piscina, mucha falta de mantenimiento en general por todo el hotel. Es una especie de urbanización, algunos apartamentos se ve que son propiedad privada pues tienen macetas, césped artificial, pérgolas … un sitio un poco raro, que mejor cuidado tendría mucho potencial. Las habitaciones las arreglan sobre las 16.00 de la tarde, éramos tres y nos daban toallas para dos …. La primera habitación tenía humedades y estaba hecha un cristo, nos pasaron a otra un poco mejor. El buffet de cena es escaso, muy escaso. Sin embargo, las comidas a la carta está mejor (2 o 3 platos a elegir de primero y segundo y postre). El césped de la piscina hecho polvo en muchas zonas. Muy caro para lo que ofrece!

el hotel esta bien, no es espectacular, es como un hotel tipo disney, un poco viejo ya, con grandes distancias para recorrer, para ir a desayunar o instalaciones, por lo menos en nuestro caso que fue una habitación de dos cuartos el tamaño del departamento muy bien, es un poco antiguo, y se nota en el baño por ejemplo, van muchas familias el desayuno espectacular, el restaurante caro a metros nomas del mejor beach club

When asking to extend my stay there was a lot of confusion. My room was available to extend until another member of staff came and rebooked the whole thing so I ended up having to check out and back in.

Good breakfast with plenty of choice. The location was good, very quiet.

We could hear an intermittent banging noise during the night which disturbed our sleep.

I was able to relax, walk to the beach and had all amenities close by. Continente is 5 mins away by car.

Cleaners don’t clean dust. This needs to be looked into and improved. They do their basic cleaning but no dust cleaning. Room was good but a little dusty. I saw birds stealing food during breakfast, this area is open and doors don’t lock, they can fly in and out as they please with no staff monitoring. This needs to be better monitored. I might stay somewhere else next time.

Das Frühstücksbüffet ist riesig, es werden sogar auf Bestellung Omelettes gemacht. Der Frühstücksraum ist direkt am Meer bzw. der Flussmündung, sehr schön. Das Büfett wird regelmäßig wieder aufgefüllt. Das Zimmer war recht groß mit einer Küchenzeile. Parkplatz kostenlos direkt davor. Zimmerservice ist ok.

Das Hotel ist in 2 Trakte beiderseits der Marina aufgeteilt. Unser Zimmer befand sich in dem Teil gegenüber des Hauptgebäudes, in dem sich auch der Frühstücksraum befindet. Fußweg geschätzt 500 Meter. Das empfanden wir als lästig. Es gibt zwar einen Shuttleservice, der aber nur sehr unzureichend funktioniert. Auf unsere Entlassung dazu empfahl uns die Dame an der Rezeption, im Hauptgebäude zu buchen, was natürlich mit höheren Kosten verbunden ist.

Nice location and great staff, friendly and helpful. Rooms had everything you would need. Parking was easy and available. Steak house was great and I enjoyed it very much.

I didn't like being so far from the pool in the building furthest from the lobby. I don't want to say anymore and this review system makes you complete sentances.

De accommodatie zo rond om de jachthavenis geweldig, en wanneer je het niet makkelijk kunt belopen is er een haal en brengservice met een golfkarretje. Uitgebreid ontbijt en alles vers. Fijne ruime kamer met zelf een keukentje.

Het doorzakkende matras waar je de binnenvering doorheen voelde dus wel slecht voor je rug. Restaurant was in verhouding met eetgelegenheden buiten het hotel goed maar vrij prijzig, we zijn dus vaak buiten de deur wezen eten wat er in grote getale is en beloopbaar.

Top locatie. Rustige omgeving vlak aan het water. Zalig ontbijt. Professioneel onthaal. Leuke studio. Wel beetje verouderde badkamer

Het was een heerlijk verblijf! Ik heb zeker genoten. Personeel staat altijd klaar voor vragen en helpt meer dan graag! Locatie is erg centraal zeker als je activiteiten boekt zoals dolfijnen spotten of een tour langs de grotten.

Ontbijt was prima maar we zaten aan de andere zijde van de jachthaven in een wat vreemd gelegen deel van NH hotel. Waren er jaren geleden eerder geweest maar zeker in het voorjaar was het nu een trieste en lege bedoeling. Geef klanten dan gewoon een kamer aan de prettigere zijde van het water bij de ontbijtzaal. Geeft een sfeervollere indruk. Badkamer was prima, bedden goed, ontbijt ook niet op aan te merken.

Saai, leeg, rommelig, onderhoud nodig aan buitenzijde. Bar boven de eetzaal..........even een blik erop geworpen en toen snel door naar het centrum van Portimao. Wat een aanfluiting maar kan ook met de periode van het jaar te maken hebben.

We were so happy to be given a room in the Marina Deck on the bottom floor and right opposite the swimming pool. Such a great location! We could sit on our patio area and then relax by the pool! Perfect! Our room was big and had everything we needed. The shower was amazing. One of the best showers we’ve had whilst being away. Everything was very clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the food. Breakfast was a special highlight. We went halfboard and enjoyed tasty evening meals. The quality and presentation of the food was excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. The views were breath-taking and everything was but a short walk away, including the beach. Our weather in early April was mixed but we did enjoy 4 hot and sunny days over the week. To get around we used Uber - very reasonable for exploring the local area. We loved the hotel. And we loved Portugal.

I’d like to first of all begin to start off by saying that the views were amazing. The lobby smelled amazing staff communication was amazing. I didn’t have to worry about language barriers. I couldn’t get enough of the sweets at the reception desk they were amazing some of them had to come with me on the last day of course. On my way to the room, I couldn’t get enough of the view of the poolside also part of the marina view. When I did get to my room, I walked in. It was very spacious. There was a lot of room. The kitchen area was cute. The window view was amazing because cause i got a nice view of the poolside. The only downside of the room was just the fact that the lighting wasn’t that good. If I wanted to get ready in the main room, I did have to use my ring light if I was doing my make up during the evening. As for the bathroom the lighting it was okay but once again for clear views I had to use my ring light. Air conditioner was amazing. I loved turning up the temperature. Buffet was class the dining area view was gorgeous.

Fabulous steak—perfectly cooked with that delicious BBQ flavour. The sides were just as tasty and really complemented the meal. Service was excellent too, friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

Era muito bonito, o quarto enorme e muito confortável. Tivemos pequeno almoço e jantar, ambos com comida óptima. Espaço da piscina muito bem cuidado. Boa localização.

Tivemos um contratempo em que o check in era às 15h que já acho relativamente tarde, e só nos entregaram o quarto disponível às 18h. Acho uma situação má, visto que para o check out é às 12h e se não se cumprir paga se multa não é. E para “compensar” apenas uma bebida grátis no bar dentro das poucas opções que dão. Ok que pudemos usufruir da piscina, mas se paguei deveria estar tudo providenciado. Talvez necessário mais staff da limpeza

I have stayed in this Hotel several times. its in a great location and the service is very good, but I have to say that the bathroom was looking very tiered this time.

Beautiful restaurant amazing food the quality and service was incredible. Humberto’s serve was so personal he remembered our kids names and used them to address them whilst eating. The views are great of the marina too!

Some people are thiefs their.. Money taken from my wallet. Didn't file a complaint, Because how can you prove it?? Don't want to give energy to people who have bad intentions. Some af the staff are kind. Maybe it's just one or two rotten apples... But if you book, be careful!

Nice room facilities and a good range of breakfast options. Staff were friendly and Uber travel was cheap to get around the local area.

Remarquable.

We stayed for a month and the best part were the people of the hotel. When we had problems they were quick and gracious to fix them for us. The hotel is showing its age and we needed nonslip added to the bathtub type shower. There are no grab rails but the towel bar helped for getting in and out of the tub. Not great for anyone with any mobility problems. There is an extra charge if you request a handicap room. There is a kitchen with a netspresso coffee machine but at a cost of 5 euros per capsule. Bring your own or go to the Spar which is quite a walk. There is also a kettle and microwave. Only one of the three can be plugged in at a time. There are no pots and pans for cooking and the bowls are about one and a half centimetres deep so they hold barely enough for cereal. The lighting in the kitchen and everywhere else is marginal with poorly designed fixtures and tiny bulbs. And no USB charge points and few electrical outlets in every room to plug adapters into. Avoid going to the hotel breakfast as you can walk across the street to small restaurant beside the surf school and get a great breakfast for less than half what by wants. And go back there for happy hour.Or walk down the boardwalk to find lots of other spots for meals. To finish on a more positive note, the bed in the unit we had was comfortable and the bathroom had lots of hot water. And a boat trip down the coast is so worth it.

The staff were particularly lovely. The hotel’s green policy was evident, and their scheme for swapping a room clean for drinks vouchers was inspiring.
