Good location, just a few minutes walk from the beach. 20-25min walk to Cascais. Decent breakfast & bar. Rooms were comfortable though a little basic.

Overall very pleased with our stay. Balconies are quite small. There was an unpleasant smell in the area, but I don’t think it originated from the hotel.

Hotellets läge är perfekt, du går ned till tågstationen och restauranger i närheten på några minuter. Hotellets pool var trevlig och bra priser på snacks, dryck och små rätter. Under vår vistelse hade baren också Happy Hour. Frukost buffen hade det mesta man önskar i frukost väg. Rummet kändes modernt och trivsamt.

Nice hotel, good room with balcony, nice size bathroom. Pool was lovely and very comfy sunbeds around it. Breakfast was good and coffee was nice!

About a 5 min walk to coast. Not many restaurants around.

We came for a short five-day holiday, two adults and a child. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The room setup worked very well for us, the rooms were clean and cleaned daily, and there was enough wardrobe space for our things. We could also make coffee and tea in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked the food. There was a good selection at breakfast, and dinner also had a good variety of dishes. It was very convenient that we could just come for dinner and pay on the spot without booking in advance. This worked really well for a holiday, when evening plans can be flexible.

I can’t say there was anything that bothered us during our stay. Perhaps room service would have been useful on some occasions.

Nigdy nie piszę negatywnych opinii, ale to miejsce naprawdę zapracowało na ten wpis. Chcieliśmy wyskoczyć na kilka dni w okolice Cascais i świadomie wybraliśmy tańszy hotel. Nie oczekiwaliśmy luksusów i byliśmy przygotowani na zwyczajny, starszy standard. Bywaliśmy już w hotelach ze starszym wyposażeniem i absolutnie nie jest to dla nas problem. Problemem jest natomiast brud — a tutaj było go naprawdę sporo. Pokój był brudny i nie chodzi o niedokładne sprzątanie po poprzednich gościach, tylko o brud wyglądający na długotrwały: poplamione zasłony, zakurzone i zniszczone meble, brudne ściany. Na szafce nocnej zastaliśmy jakąś zaschniętą substancję, co było po prostu obrzydliwe. Na korytarzu przez praktycznie całą dobę potrafiły stać wózki ekipy sprzątającej wraz z brudami, mopami itd. Nie było to miłe zaskoczenie, ale stwierdziliśmy, że nie będziemy sobie tym psuć pobytu. Niestety później było tylko gorzej. Śniadania bardzo przeciętne, mały wybór i produkty niskiej jakości. Wi-Fi w pokoju działało bardzo słabo. Najbardziej absurdalna była jednak sytuacja z żelazkiem. Chcieliśmy wyprasować białą koszulkę i okazało się, że żelazko znajduje się w pomieszczeniu, w którym przechowywane są również bagaże gości przed zameldowaniem. Czyli osoby korzystające z żelazka mają jednocześnie dostęp do pozostawionych tam walizek innych osób. Dla mnie jest to co najmniej dziwne rozwiązanie pod względem bezpieczeństwa. Po uruchomieniu pary z żelazka wydostała się brudna, prawdopodobnie zardzewiała woda, która poplamiła białą koszulkę. Natychmiast zgłosiliśmy sytuację w recepcji. I tutaj zaczyna się najlepsza część. Nie usłyszeliśmy nawet zwykłego „przepraszamy”. Zamiast tego pracownik recepcji usilnie próbował nam wmówić, że z żelazkiem wszystko jest w porządku i że jest czyste. Odnieśliśmy wręcz wrażenie, jakbyśmy próbowali wymusić na hotelu darmowe pranie koszulki, a cała sytuacja była z naszej winy.

Очень отзывчивый персонал на рецепшн, особенно молодой человек, оказавший помощь в получении срочной записи в клинику! Что касается номера - просторный, удобный номер. Немного устаревший интерьер, но все функционировало и мы всем довольны!

My stay was great – it was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The breakfast (and the breakfast staff) were easily the best part. I also like the lounge area on the ground floor. It's really cozy!

I liked the layout with the rooms overlooking the swimming pool. The abundance of flowers by the pool was very attractive. The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool.

I wouldn’t have liked a room downstairs with no view.

Belle piscine, ambiance sereine, familiale et détendue. Bar ouvert à tout heure pour commander nourriture et boissons. Bien placé : à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage Tamaris et la gare d'Estoril, et à 20-25 minutes à pieds de Cascais par la balade le long de la mer. Chambre spacieuse et confortable.

Gostamos do atendimento, os trabalhadores eram super simpáticos e atenciosos. Gostamos do ambiente, a limpeza também estava muito bem.

Não apreciei ouvir barulhos dos outros hóspedes às 8h da manhã . O estacionamento é complicado arranjar. Podia ter mais escolha no pequeno almoço.

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas compris dans le prix de la nuit, ce qui est bien dommage puisque ça m’a demandé un supplément que je n’avais pas prévu, nous avons eu des soucis de air conditionné qui dysfonctionne et que la est deux portes de balcon qui était cassé à notre arrivée qui a été réparé par la suite, ce qui est bien. Dommage.

Le sourire du personnel était appréciable et la captivité de l’accueil était présente cependant le jeu le trouve un peu cher par rapport aux prestations La plage était à 400 m. Cependant la montée était plutôt conséquente, ce qui est un peu contraignant

O vidro do quarto estava bastante rachado. Já estava identificado, mas não nos foi informado. O lixo não tinha sido retirado do caixote do lixo. O duche não tinha gel de duche/shampoo. Só tinha no lavatório.

La piscine agréable. Le personnel du restaurant et du petit déjeuner d'une gentillesse extrême et sans égal. Vraiment parfaits.

Bien que d'un prix très abordable, les plats du retaurant manquaient parfois de finesse et de variété. Les cris stridents, répétitifs et les pleurs constants des enfants étaient souvent très très pénibles !!!

The staff at Hotel Londres were amazing! I arrived early and got a massage (which I had booked) and that was AWESOME! The room was comfortable and clean, nice large bathroom and plenty of storage for everything. The pool was spectacular, and I loved the vintage photos throughout, showing the hotel in its 1960's glory. Breakfast buffet was delicious and highly recommended. I took a Bolt there, and took the train back home to Lisbon. If you have a suitcase, getting up to the hotel might be challenging as it's up a farily steep hill, but going down/leaving with a small rolling luggage was fairly easy, and quick walk to the train station. I also used a few of the local buses during my stay, there are convenient stops very close to the hotel.

Rummen behöver uppdateras och göras lite mer välkomnande/mysigare i inredningen. Kändes stela och kala. Filtarna och kuddarna på rummen kändes inte fräscha.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, und das Personal sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine große Auswahl während des Frühstücks, und das Buffet wird immer zeitnah aufgefüllt. Wir kommen gerne seit Jahren hierhin, und die Betten sind bequemer als zuvor.

Der Preis ist um einiges angestiegen, wahrscheinlich wegen der nicht-genügenden Hotelinfrastruktur des Ortes.

Lo esperaba más nuevo, la habitación era bastante antigua y menos mal que pedimos balcón porque vimos habitaciones en la planta baja, no fue lo que esperaba

Habitaciones antiguas, se notaban q estaban reformadas, pero estaban regular. La comida del restaurante no nos gustó, de hecho estaba vacío. El buffet del desayuno si estaba bien.

Das Hotel ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, welches durch seine Individualität, den schönen Pool- und Barbereich und vor allem dem sehr freundlichen Personal überzeugt. Ein Ort zum Ankommen und Wohlfühlen. Auch das Frühstück ist richtig klasse, mit vielen typischen portugiesischen Speisen. Man kann direkt vor der Unterkunft parken.

Hotel Londres is the perfect place to stay in Estoril. We felt welcomed and included from the moment we arrived. The laid back atmosphere with relaxing music and beautiful pool area made our stay memorable. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, with hot and cold selections, coffee, tea, juice and sparkling wine. Some nights there was music playing in the lounge. Rooms are comfortable and large, with all the amenities you’ll need. Walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes. Same for the train station,

Perfect location to stay at. Neat and clean. Value for money. My favourite place to stay whenever I visit Portugal.

Le personnel a notre arrivée n'a pas été super accueillant. Certaines personnes à l'accueil ne sont vraiment pas aimables. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres, une avait un balcon face à la piscine : c'était parfait Cependant la seconde était en sous sol avec des fenêtres hautes et sans balcon, elle était située à côté du local des femmes de ménages donc c'était un peu bruyant. Un conseil, bien prendre une chambre avec un balcon...

El hotel está a 5 minutos andando de la playa. Tiene una piscina pequeña pero muy acogedora. El personal fue super amable en todo momento. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Muy bien relación calidad precio.

Por ponerle una peña, el desayuno a última hora estaba demasiado lleno. La disposición de la comida no lo hacía transitable, teniendo que esperar a pasar. Pero el desayuno era muy bueno y el personal muy amable.

The breakfast was epic beautiful. One of the best I've ever eaten. The staff was also as great as the food. It was a picture perfect layout as I was usually the first to eat. Such a great variety for different guests.

L'entrée accueillante . La luminosité traversante de l'établissement , l'architecture agréable (années 50-60). Le mobilier et la décoration. Le petit-déjeuner varié, de qualité et à volonté. La piscine agréable, la petite glace servie vers 16h. Le personnel discret, efficace, à l'écoute. Dans la chambre : le frigo, la cafetière , le petit balcon, la climatisation. Ménage au quotidien. Emplacement de l'hôtel très pratique pour accéder à l'océan (proximité).

Porte fenêtre qui était difficile à ouvrir . La salle de bain un peu vieillissante. Rue passante et un peu bruyante ! compliqué à gérer ....

Nice hotel, well located in Estoril, near the train station, beach, and restaurants. Nice clean hotel and pool. Staff were a mix of helpful and unhelpful - we asked a few times about local information and they were disappointingly poor on this level. Breakfast was very good with a big range of items. They kept running out of items but did restock these, but it generally seemed a bit chaotic! I think it was good value for money but I am not sure if I would stay there again as the overall 'customer experience' was not as positive as I'd have liked. Some staff were very polite and friendly, but that was not the overall experience.

I had a very positive experience staying at the hotel and can definitely recommend it for female solo travellers. And while generally there were no issues, I would like to point a few things that I noticed and consider important for someone staying longer than a few days. 1. Cooler water station with both hot and cold filtered water. Sometimes you just want to make some tea or have a cold drink. 2. Breakfast was identical every day of my stay (only fruit selection slightly changed),which is not something you’re looking forward to. 3. I’d really appreciate a box of tissues in a bathroom.

Very welcoming and room ready earlier than check in time. Room was clean and of a nice size. Super swimming pool, kept clean and did not get too busy. Breakfast had a great assortment with everything looking fresh and also impressed that there was no unnecessary packaging. Would stay again for sure!

Le personnel très aimable. L'hôtel et la piscine très propre, .lhappy hour sympa. Le petit déjeuner très bon et varié. Le dîner buffet moyen en comparaison au petit déjeuner. Les chambres agréables, assez spacieuses. Proximité à pied de la plage et petits commerces.

Le lit 3 eme personne qui en définitive est adéquat pour un enfant mais pas pour un troisième adule. Nous l’avons signalé et le personnel a fait le nécessaire. Donc problème résolu.

Nous avons aimé la localisation, le petit bon à l’arrivée pour prendre un verre est très agréable et personnel souriant

Ons zoontje Jack had met zijn voetje onder de liftdeur gezeten bij aankomst. In mijn paniek konden de werknemers van het hotel doordacht, behulpzaam en daadwerkelijk aan de slag met dit voorval. Ze belden het hospitaal, een taxi, vroegen of ik hulp op afstand nodig had via WhatsApp en toen we terug aankwamen in het hotel waren ze erg erkentelijk. Jack, Chiel en ikzelf hadden een fijn gevoel, ook al was het spijtig van het voorval.

Hotel Londres is a wonderfully located premises a few minutes walk from the beach and local train station, which can take you to Cascais a bustling harbour town with golden beaches, shops, bars and restaurants, located a couple of miles away, or in the opposite direction to the capital of Portugal, Lisbon, within 45 minutes. The hotel staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming and always happy to go the extra mile. Local restaurants are all within walking distance of the hotel with their vibrant atmosphere and good food and drink. The freshly prepared American style buffet breakfast is delicious. From pancakes to scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, toast and various preserves to bacon and beans. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are tidy with air-conditioning and blackout curtains, most with a balcony overlooking the pool area. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. This hotel is a gem of the area.

Paguei por um quarto que me não foi disponibilizado. Após reclamação, forneceram-me outro mais condizente - depois de um longo tempo de espera. Não gostei.

Liked the fact there was a pool - never used it due to the kids & noise. Liked the proximity to the beach - area around was in repair & construction - two cranes working right outside our balcony.

Poor room location, no beach view, no pool or garden view - we got construction noise & view. Front desk staff were not friendly. The one girl was on the phone - did not even make eye contact or acknowledge our presence for far too long. When the second one finally arrived she was stern, no smile, no welcome - very dissatisfied with that reception. When requested a pool or garden view was given a negative response, not accommodating or even friendly. If I hadn’t already pre- paid - I would have found an alternative location.
