Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Great location near the subway, there is also few cafes nearby. The room was quite large with comfortable beds.
There are only two washing machines and two dryers in the laundry room, so I had to wait for a turn. There isn't really a gym—just two pieces of exercise equipment on the ground floor. Breakfast was acceptable, but the selection was limited.

Upon check-in, the carpet in the room was already wet; on the first day, there was no replacement room. On the second day, we were finally given a new room. Unfortunately, we had to explain the problem with the room several times to the various staff members in the lobby, since they had simply failed to address it.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Hotel agradável, com bom custo-benefício, quarto bom, com ótima vista e espaçoso. Funcionários solícitos e as máquinas de lavar e secar são bem úteis. O hotel fica a uns 800 metros da estação de trem mais próxima, mas a única coisa ruim é ter que atravessar a avenida para chegar aos estabelecimentos comerciais.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Las camas de las habitaciones son increíblemente cómodas. Después de todo el día dando vueltas por Shanghái, llegar a la habitación y tumbarse en esas camas con el aire acondicionado era todo un regalo.
El personal, aunque no tenia nada concreto que fuera deficiente sí que es cierto que no habla el inglés a un nivel muy allá, así que cuesta un poco comunicarse con ellos si no eres chino.

Pokój był raczej wątpliwej czystości, widac po wystroju i stanie pokojów i budynku, że hotel lata swietnosci ma juz dawno za sobą. Jeżeli pechowo trafi się na personel nie mówiacy po angielsku, po prostu ignorują klienta

Lo único bueno es la ubicación La estancia fue muy decepcionante. Lo más frustrante ocurrió nada más llegar. Habíamos contactado con el hotel en dos ocasiones antes de nuestra llegada para informarles de que llegaríamos durante la madrugada del día 28 y pedirles que tuvieran una habitación preparada. En ambas ocasiones nos confirmaron que no habría ningún problema. Sin embargo, al llegar de madrugada nos dijeron que no podían darnos una habitación. Nuestra estancia estaba pagada desde el día 28 hasta el 31 y, aun así, nos ofrecieron dos opciones: pagar una noche adicional para poder dormir en una habitación o incluso en una suite, o dejar las maletas y esperar en el hall hasta aproximadamente las nueve de la mañana a que alguien hiciera el check-out. Después de insistir y explicarles que el propio hotel nos había confirmado dos veces que tendríamos una habitación disponible, nos hicieron esperar bastante tiempo hasta que consiguieron hablar con un encargado. Finalmente nos dieron una habitación, pero estaba en muy malas condiciones: el hotel se veía muy viejo, la moqueta estaba sucia y la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Además, no había prácticamente ningún artículo básico de cortesía: ni cepillos ni pasta de dientes, ni peine, ni gorros de ducha, solo un jabón. El primer día tampoco nos limpiaron la habitación, a pesar de haber dejado el cartel indicando que queríamos que la limpiaran. El desayuno fue muy malo y totalmente decepcionante. Además, la actitud del personal durante toda la estancia fue bastante desagradable; en general, parecían malhumorados y con pocas ganas de atender a los huéspedes. Lo único positivo del hotel es la ubicación. Por lo demás, nuestra experiencia fue muy mala y creemos que hay opciones mucho mejores en Shanghái.

Obras alrededor, tiene 2 solares a los cuales daba nuestra habitacion por un lado y otro en obras, a las 6 de la mañana el ruido ya te despertaba, no es culpa de ellos pero podrían evitar dar ciertas habitaciones que están en esa dirección o proporcionar tapones para los oídos. Además son muy escuetos con los productos en la habitación, no pusieron ni jabón de manos y el primer día no teníamos papel higiénico, luego ya al menos este nos lo pusieron (posible olvido queremos creer).

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026L’unica nota positiva era che la xamera era spaziosa e la biancheria del letto e del bagno pulita. Anche se gli asciugamani erano della grandezza di quelli del viso che usiamo di norma in Italia.
Le parti comuni erano brutte fatiscenti , moquette macchiata ovunque , molto squallido e non rispondente alle foto pubblicate , il bagno con la vasca con la tenda. Tutto il mobilio brutto e molto rovinato. La colazione per noi europei difficile ma presente pane tostato e piccoli muffin. La sala sembrava quella di una mensa e il caffè era imbevibile, il te con le bustine lasciate in ammollo troppo nella brocca si sfaldavano e quindi ti versavi il te con le foglie.

L’albergo si trova letteralmente sopra a un cantiere molto grande che provoca rumore dalle 5 del mattino fino alla sera. Camere poco insonorizzate.

Грязно, ковролин грязный, заезженный, весь в пятнах. Завтраки мало того, что не вкусные, так еще и не пополняются, практически все емкости пустые. Кофемашина не работает. В общем завтраки ужасные. Уборка проводится лишь бы как.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Отличный отель недалеко от метро. Понравилось всё, но есть незначительные нюансы: 1 - с трёх сторон от отеля находится стройка. На одной из них забивали сваи с самого утра и до вечера 😀 Стеклопакеты в отеле не супер современные, по этому всё происходящее было слышно. 2 - я хз, может это и наш косяк, но отель мы искали час, при том что он расположен в 7 минутах ходьбы от метро. По карте с букинга отображаются одни координаты, по поиску в Amap другие, по MapsMe третьи… Спросить у местных тоже не получилось - никто англ (и русского 😂) не знает. В итоге искали по фотографии 😂 Но в целом всё понравилось, всё было хорошо. Всем рекомендую! брали с завтраками, завтраки хорошие. Ещё раз точно бы вернулись в этот отель!

Il était annoncé qu'il y avait un bain à remous et il n'y était pas. Il y a des travaux en bas de l'immeuble qui commencent à 6h30 du matin. Une fenêtre avec vue sur les building est indiquée. c'est le cas mais elle n'est pas très propre il est impossible de l' ouvrir.

Es gab leider nicht so etwas wie einen Pool, draußen im Garten gab es keinerlei Möglichkeiten die Zigaretten in einen Aschenbecher weg zu schmeißen, entweder mussten sie auf dem Boden liegen bleiben oder in die Hand genommen werden. Die Möglichkeit sport zu machen war nun wirklich sehr gering und dann in der Lobby wo alle durch laufen/ einchecken oder oder ist nicht sehr angenehm.

El hotel está muy necesitado de reforma, todo está muy viejo, y dejado. La habitación llamada "de luxe" es todo menos luxe. El aire acondicionado hacia un ruido insoportable y no se podía graduar, solo apagar pero en Shanghai en agosto es inviable apagarlo. El baño tenía una bañera viejísima y una cortina vieja y sucia.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Pentru o noapte este o locație foarte ok. Este aproape de metrou și este și un magazin aproape deschis dupa miezul nopții. Restaurante în zonă cu mâncare bună. Recepția și personalul foarte respectuoși și prietenoși. Check in și check out fără probleme. Patul foarte confortabil! Baia destul de mică, dar foarte curată. Priveliștea către Shanghai Tower a fost impresionantă!👍 Cu siguranță o sa mai revin!
Nu mi-a plăcut că personalul de serviciu și menajerele utilizează același lift cu oaspeții hotelului și asta întârzie destul de mult așteptarea liftului. Nu este ok ca gunoiul/lenjeriile murdare sa fie transportate în același lift cu oaspeții. Nu mi-a placut faptul că in jurul hotelului erau 2 sau 3 lucrări de șantier, s a auzit gălăgie și pe parcursul nopții.. dar este de înțeles, că nu este vina hotelului.

Персонала на рецепцията е малко сърдит, телефонът на камериерката беше с толкова шумен звук, че всяка сутрин създаваше дискомфорт и ни притесняваше, защото винаги стоеше пред нашата врата. В банята не се проверяваха и оставяха тоалетни принадлежности, трябва да си поискаш .

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026das Hotel ist mitten in einer gigantischen Baustelle. Dort wird Tag und Nacht gebaut. Keiner vom Personal spricht englisch, obwohl es doch das "Internationale Hotel" ist.... Kein Wort und keine Geste der Freundlichkeit kommt den Mitarbeitenden über die Lippen, nicht mal ein Lächeln. Das ist beachtlich!

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026L'emplacement, proche du bund et Nanjing road , se fait en 20 minutes à pied. Les chambres sont propres. Des machines à laver sont disponibles. La réception est à l'écoute , même si il ne parlent pas anglais , j'ai pu récupérer mes colis et laisser mes bagages.
Le petit déjeuner non compris est à 50yuan , je trouve ça un peu cher si on ne souhaite qu'une café et un gâteau. Une machine à café est à disposition à la réception mais des dosettes café dans les chambres aurait été plus appréciables. Il y avait des travaux pendant tous le séjour, donc réveil vers 06 chaque matin par le bruit...

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Very hospitable and kind staff, attentive and informative. My room was cleaned every day and stocked up on water and towels. Cleaner was very kind and offered more water which was great considering it was quite hot in summer. It was very easy to check in and out, the location was also great, accessible to bikes, metro and cars.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Great hotel!! I don't understand why so many people complain considering the price. The location is excellent! The beds are incredibly comfortable and very large!! The room was cleaned every day, and we got fresh towels daily as well. There is a family mart, macdonalds and gym next door.
The carpet was a little dirty and the WIFI didn’t work, but if that's the worst thing... ;)

The hotel was surrounded by a construction site. So so so noisy. I'm exhausted after staying there for 2 nights. I have attached a photo, but I also took a video recording. I asked the staff for a partial refund, and I think I deserve one, but the staff laughed at me when I raised my issue. So disappointing.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026订房时写明到店付款，入住日期前一天凌晨收到来自booking.com邮件: "交易被拒。请查看您的信用卡信息，或使用其它卡片。" 打了酒店电话，说我提供的银行卡是失效卡，需重新提供其他銀行卡，否则预订会取消。这样我又提供了其他银行卡，酒店还是说银行卡都是失效卡。隔天查了银行账户，一张银行卡被扣了钱又马上返还到该帐户。另一张银行卡同样扣了钱至今未返还。

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Location was great. Breakfast was nice. Reasonable choice. Beds were comfortable. Room had mini fridge. Staff were pleasant. In walking distance to several places - Yu Garden 20 min, Bund 25 min, French concession 25 min. Near to Laoximen metro station(5 min walk). Mini mart close by. Lots of restaurants opposite hotel.
It was a bit old and tired and I didn’t like the shower over bath. But for the price it met our needs.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026La Struttura e’ molto vecchia stanze veramente fatiscenti anni 80 vasca ingiallita , lavandino incollato col colla evidente , la puzza di moquette da non poter stare in stanza infatti spruzzavamo profumo … Wi-Fi al non funzionante in nessuna camera … ma la cosa peggiore e’ che avevamo una camera ad angolo al 12 piano che si affacciava su un cantiere che lavoravano in continuazione così io e’ mio marito dopo la prima notte senza aver dormito avevamo chiesto di farci cambiare stanza metterci dall’altro lato dove non stava il cantiere ci e’ stato rifiutato dicendoci di no , mio marito gli ha anche detto ci rilascerò una recensione negativa ha risposto “ chi se ne frega”insomma , non abbiamo dormito per 4 notti … credo che dovete imparare un po ad ascoltare ed aiutare il cliente per qualche problema che ha nel vostro hotel , tra l’altro abbiamo pagato anche parecchio … non ve lo consiglio trovate altro … il peggiore del mio viaggio in Cina dopo 6 alberghi in 25 giorni

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Очень нравится расположение этого отеля и отзывчивость персонала ( принять посылки , пополнить алипей или вызвать такси- ни в чем не отказывали ). Отличные завтраки .Останавливаемся в нем не в первый раз и всегда все хорошо !
Единственное , что не понятно - ковролин в пятнах … сейчас все прекрасно чистится , но ковролин и в коридорах и номерах грязный . Хотя постельное белье и полотенца - идеально чистые и белоснежные !

Reviewed May 29, 2026A decent hotel with nice, clean, and very spacious rooms, although the renovation feels a little tired. The breakfasts are good, with both traditional Chinese and European food available. The room has European-style power sockets, and if you stay on a higher floor, you get a good view of the city. The staff are polite and speak English.
Despite the advertised high-speed internet, the connection is terrible, and in the evening it is almost impossible to connect at all. The windows face directly onto a construction site, which starts operating at around 5–6 a.m., so if you are not staying on one of the top floors, you will hear construction noise.

Personeel was ontzettend onvriendelijk, weigerde in alle talen om te helpen bij welke vraag dan ook. Of ik even het telefoonnummer kon gebruiken van het hotel voor een app. "No we cannot." (Terwijl dat nergens anders een probleem was). Receptionist kapt me gewoon midden in mijn zin af, probeert onze paspoorten van ons te onthouden bij het inchecken omdat ze de naam op de reservering niet goed hadden gelezen. Schoonmaakster jaagt me met een handgebaar weg terwijl ik ergens zat. Voelde me net een hond. Geen hulp om bagage buiten te zetten bij vertrek. Portier is er vaker niet dan wel. Personeel spreekt geen Engels. Personeel duwt zich gewoon de lift in terwijl je probeert uit te stappen. Hygiëne was nonexistent. Vloeren waren ontzettend smerig, er werd amper of zelfs niet schoongemaakt, er zat haar van anderen op de handdoeken. Achter de gootsteen was ontzettend vuil. Bedden werden niet verschoond, enkel opgemaakt. Vuilnisbakken werden soms niet eens leeggegooid. Haar van anderen in de gootsteen toen we eerst aankwamen. Ramen waren ontzettend smerig EN ENKEL GLAS! Airco kon ook niet hoger of lager, enkel harder of zachter. Je mag maar 15 minuten warm water gebruiken voordat ze het 30 minuten afsluiten. WiFi deed het totaal niet. Zaten naast een bouwput waarvan wij niet zijn geïnformeerd - enkel glas dus dat was dolle pret. Van 5 uur tot 23 uur. Elke dag. Receptionist zei dat hij het zou doorgeven, maar zo te zien zijn ze daar al minstens 2 maanden bezig. "Ik laat de eigenaar het weten" leek eerder code voor "hou alsjeblieft je mond." Moest ook gewoon (flink) betaald worden om je kleren te wassen en strijken. Elders was dat gratis. En dat nog bij een relatief duur hotel. Enige andere was nog dat het redelijk lang lopen was om van de andere kant van de straat over te steken naar het hotel. Moesten helemaal om. Daar kan het hotel natuurlijk niks aan doen.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Buena ubicación, pude ir caminando a Yu Garden, y en taxi está cercano a otras atracciones turísticas. También se puede ir caminando a tomar un café o minimarket. El personal pese a la barrera de idioma con traductor se da el tiempo de responder con amabilidad. La habitación es grande y cuenta con lo necesario para hacer cómoda la estadía.
Mi habitación tenía vista a una obra en construcción, y el trabajo partía temprano en la mañana. El ruido se sentía en la habitación, para mí no fue mayor inconveniente ya que salía temprano pero para el que quiera dormir hasta más tarde puede ser molesto.

Reviewed May 25, 2026老西門駅1番出口(徒歩5分ほど)と大世界駅(徒歩10分ほど)の間にあります。 豫園まで15分ほど歩いて行けました。 スタッフについてあまりよく書かれていなかったので不安でしたが普通に親切です。 リンス、歯ブラシは置いていませんでした。 道路挟んで前に商業施設があり地下2階にCHAGEEがありました。 老西門駅1番出口にはマクドナルドがありました。 コスパで考えるなら文句なし、日本のビジネスホテルと同じ感じ。
ご飯屋さんがちょっと少ない(現地の人が食べるようなお店はたくさんある) もしまた上海旅行するならもうちょっと観光客で栄えるお店が多い場所を選ぶ

Old building, not modern and run down. Poor internet. The room was too hot. The average temperature on the central cooling system was set at an average of 22 degrees. Our room heated up above 25 degrees. Nothing was done when we complained several times. No car park space. Very noisy outside because of the construction and being on a main road.
