定員さんが丁寧に接客してくれます。私の場合荷物が多くて困っていたところ、荷物を預けてもらいまたヘアが開き次第荷物を入れてくれるサービスまでしてくれてとても感謝してます。

特にはないですね接客、部屋共に完璧です。 ただもう少しゴミ箱がおおきければと思いました

I’ve been at this hotel many times in the last 30 years, as my company has HQs in this town. The hotel is always the best in town, convenient and with all the required services. Breakfast is offered in Japanese style and continental style, and this helps a lot for guests like me who look for European style morning food. The rooms tend to be quite small as everywhere in Japan, so a suggestion is not to book the most basic rate, and look for a larger room. Services and personnel are very good, and WiFi works quite well. It is very convenient as it is at walking distance from the station, and close to many restaurants and shops, including Starbucks in case you are looking for a good enough espresso.

Only drawbacks are the very small rooms with quite limited space for clothes in the hangers. It is okay for a 2-3 days stay.

スタッフの方も丁寧な対応で、部屋も広く良かったです。

空気清浄機の加湿機能を使おうとタンクに水を入れようとしたのですが、黒カビだらけで断念しました。 濡れタオルを干して加湿しました。 2日目の掃除の後、サニタリー用の袋の設置がなく、その点は残念でした。

お風呂場の換気のせいなのか カビが所々目に入る 良くないのではないけど パジャマは上下タイプが良かったなぁと感じました。持参しました。

駐車場がチェックイン時間に満杯。事前予約出来ない。早い者順と言われたが、どこにもそんな案内なし。近くの提携駐車場の案内を間違ってされて、狭い路地に迷いこまされた

3人での利用で、予約時は、シングルベッド2つとソファベッド1つの記載だったが、行ってみるとシングルベッド2つと折りたたみの簡易ベッド1つで、ちゃんとベッドが3つ用意されていて良かった。

朝食が豊富で良かった。 部屋が広くロケーションが良かった。

禁煙が空きがなく喫煙室を予約しましたが、エレベータ降りてすぐに廊下からタバコの匂いがきつくむせるほどでした。部屋もタバコ臭くのどが痛くなるほどでしたので、せめて換気がしたく窓を開けてほしいとお願いしましたが断られ消臭剤で対応するよう言われました。消臭剤レベルでなく壁や絨毯などに染み付いた匂いが酷すぎでした。薬局で強力な消臭剤を購入部屋全体にまき対応しましたが、宿泊客が時間をかけてこのような対応をするのはどうでしょう?浴室も匂いが酷くタオルにまで染み込んでいました。他のホテルで喫煙室には泊まったことありますが、こんなにひどいのは初めてです。その他、換気の音もうるさく気になり熟睡はできませんでした。老朽化が至る所で目立ちましたが広く朝食もいいので、なんとか改善してほしいです。

駅から近い

値段の割に施設が古い。2人で泊まったが、鍵を1つしか手渡されなかった。

立地条件が良かった。 買い物や食事に便利でした。

夜のフロントの男の人が愛想があまりなかったです。

3人で同室だった

浴室のタイルにカビがあり残念でした

喫煙のお部屋を選んだつもりはなかったのですが、お部屋もエレベーター降りた廊下もタバコ臭かったです。 またお部屋の加湿器がほこりなどで汚くて使用出来ませんでした。 最後にフロントの方が精算後「精算は以上です。」とだけ言って、ありがとうのひと言もなかったのが残念です。

落ち着いた雰囲気で快適に過ごせました。

El personal y la habitación no olía a humo

Es un hotel de 2 o 3 estrellas y 4, el onsen estaba a 5 calles horrible, el parking 🅿️ te cobran aparte por día y Las fotos de la habitación no corresponden a la realidad, el microondas estaba en el sótano y solo uno! La habitación estaba muy descuidada paredes sucias y rotas y la los muebles viejos la nevera funcionaba pero la pobre está para ser reemplazada.

I always stay at UH FLAT Signature whenever I’m in Daegu, and there’s a reason for that. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable – it’s one of the few places where you immediately feel relaxed after arriving. What really makes the experience special, though, is the staff. Everyone is very kind and professional, but I would especially like to thank Ms. Jayeong Heo. She is always incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Her warm personality and genuine hospitality make every stay feel personal and memorable. It’s rare to find service that is both so professional and so friendly at the same time. Because of that, UH FLAT Signature has become my go-to place whenever I’m in the Daegu area. Highly recommended!

喫煙Roomが使えたこと

サウナとか施設の利用が気が付かなかった事 勿体ないことをしたです‼️

部屋とトイレお風呂がほぼフラット（段差ゼロ） この作り方は『ホテル　オオクラ』を連想させる。

朝食時の給仕の担当者が少なく、ご飯の補充など遅かったこと。

The location is great, close to many restaurants and Hon-Atsugi station. Room is decent in size, there is even a small wardrobe there, which is good. There’s no iron, but I kindly asked for it at the reception and they gave it to me. Room was cleaned every day (trash bins were emptied, bed was arranged, sink in the bathroom was cleaned). They would even turn on the humidity-regulation device, so I would have a nice air when I arrive, which is really kind. Staff was kind in general. Despite some minor flaws, I would still recommend staying in this hotel.

It would be nicer if the staff knew english a bit better. Also, I could feed some kind of smell in the room…I would say like someone at certain point smoked cigarettes in there (if it was a smoking room at one point, in the past), and now even if the room is a non-smoking one, you can still feel the smell from before.

夜遅いチェツクインになるため電話連絡した際、気を付けて来られてくださいとの心配りの言葉をいただいて、遅くなることの不安な気持ちを和らげることが出来ました。

宿泊初日夜遅くに到着しましたけど、フロントの女性がお疲れだったのか表情が固かったのが気になったことと、駐車料金が高いなと感じました。

ベットのところにコンセントとLAN差込口があるとよかった
