Nothing at all

It was like close to home but you still felt like you were out of town. I loved every minute of it. It was so peaceful and quiet and people that worked there were fantastic. When we first got there to check-in the computers were down in the girl behind the desk was so patient in kind, and it didn't even matter that people were being ugly.She kept her cool.I have a lot of respect for that.And then she helped me in everything was just absolutely wonderful.Couldn't have asked for a better getaway

The staff was very friendly.

There were gnats in the bathtub and dead spider on bathroom floor.

Peaceful area. Close to restaurants and beaches.

The price and size was nice.

To offer mini golf and all of the mini golf holes were unplayable was extremely upsetting. The pool was pretty nice. The whole place needs landscaping immensely. The stream that runs through the property looks very unkempt. The yellow water was pretty off-putting as well.

Not wheelchair friendly.

Easy check in. Kirk’s of parking. Pool and jacuzzi are clean. Unit is clean.

The gym is lame. There is one pair of dumbbells. The bicycles are ancient. The soap & shampoo dispensers were empty.

Everything was great it's time for new furniture but all in all nice Everything you needed for cooking was there clean refrigerator it's a nice vibe,will stay again!

My bed OMG 😲 tore my back up hubby slept good but the bed wasn't working for me next time I'm getting me a topper to go on top of the mattress 🙃

Showers leak a lot of water, birds wake you up at 5 am so loud. Horrible WiFi and cellular service.

Ac wasn’t working the best in our unit, but they accommodated us by trying to fix it the best they could

Being close to Daytona Beach but not staying in Daytona Beach.

Ant's everywhere in our room sofa was peeling so bad we had to keep sweeping my family had a total of 5 villas and all was dated Hot water was basically Luke warm water

The room was beautiful, the grounds were pretty and we loved the pool.

The bed in the master suite was rock hard. Absolutely awful.

The place was clean and quiet

Couldn't use the grills because of the state they were in,also the hot tub was not working

We liked the location. The pool was very nice. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were big and easily accommodated our family.

The grounds could have been cleaner. The little stream running around the property was nasty. The mini golf needed repair . Much of the wood on bridges was rotted. Stone pavers on pathways and in recreation room were loose or broken.

THE BATHROOM AND THE KITCHEN.

It’s peaceful. Excellent area for drawing.

Too far from restaurants, Publix. This time I brought a cooler. It’s great there is a fridge and a coffee maker.

some things weren’t cleaned thoroughly ie- found a dirty knife, some spots on the floor, bottom part of the glass shower door. also no conditioner was is one of the bathrooms. also wish there was breakfast included

At the middle of the night there was loud noise in the house sounded like the roof top or something. Also it was very cold a couple of days bc the heater wasint working

TV didnt work for 2 days replaced with a much smaller one, dryer stopped working.

Once we got in the room it was clean & comfortable but the 1st room they gave us was run down with holes in the dining room drapes & the living room drapes were just shears that didn't even cover the sliding glass door completely. You could see right through. Unacceptable!

Stayed there the week before, the room was clean but the furniture was very rough to say the least but we decided to book an upgraded room for the following weekend with assurances that it was a much better room. Due to disabilities i required a ground floor room & made the arrangements with the desk clerk in person. Confirmed with her the ground floor premium room. When we arrived the the next weekend the desk clerk advised us they were not able to accommodate our request for a downstairs room & had put us in an upstairs instead. Informed her that was not acceptable. First she stated there were no ground floor rooms available which was strange due to the scarcity of cars in the parking lot, then when we were considering canceling she came up with a ground floor unit but had to downgrade us. We accepted the room but after viewing it it was totally unacceptable. Torn curtains & only shears in the living room that didn't cover the sliding back door. The security pins in the living room & bedroom sliding glass doors where not installed correctly & if you wiggled the door the pins would release leaving the room fully accessible. Whent back & ended up with the original upstairs room where the stairs where extremely uncomfortable & dangerous for me due to leg, back & hip injuries. Will never go back again. The desk clerk did make arrangements for a partial refund of our prepaid reservation but booking.com refused the refund & offered a small travel credit.

We have stayed here more than once and always enjoy the calm and quiet atmosphere. The location is very good, with the ocean not far away, and the apartments are spacious and comfortable. It is especially convenient that the apartment has all the necessary equipment and amenities for a longer stay. Overall, it is a relaxing and practical place to stay in Palm Coast.

Tub and shower drain backed up while showering with gross brown looking water. Dirty linen in pull out sofa. Dirty towel.

Pool and the rooms (only after being upgraded due to issues with the first one we were assigned)

We had to throw out 5lbs of burger patties since they got contaminated by flecks of some material that melted from inside the grill. The front desk said they sent several emails to the Manager, but we have yet to hear back (checked out almost 2 weeks ago now). This is our 3rd year staying here, but after this last trip, we may be looking elsewhere for next spring.

The stay was beyond our expectations. We will definitely stay again in the future.

The room size and location was great. You could tell that this was probably a great facility at one time. Just through the gate to the St. Joes River Trail and across from European Village.

The Couch was terrible and the bed in the primary bedroom was uncomfortable and was elevated at the feet. The interior, although clean, felt very tired.

I love legacy. I have been coming here for years.

Facilities aren't as clean as they used to be. Beds were itchy this time. There is more trash in the ponds. We were missing a lamp. The fountain outside of my balcony was on the for first day. The second day it was left off. I will spend a little more for the premium suite next time. Still a good value, but it is slowly going downhill.

I arrived to this property after an eleven hour drive, eager to check in with my family. I was told at the front desk there was not a reservation made for me (even after showing the confirmation email and booking number). After about a 30 minute conversation with a security member, I was able to see the discrepancy on his paper, which was that he let another individual check in under my name by mistake. I proceeded to inform him that he probably did so because the last name was similar, and there should be an open room under that persons name. Not only did I have to find the problem myself, I also had to find the solution myself. After about an hour, I was finally issued a room key. I was also told I needed to return to that office first thing in morning so a day shift employee could switch the keys, otherwise I would be locked out the next day. Unfortunately, the room was extremely outdated and in poor conditions. It was very deceivingly advertised online, looking almost nothing like the online advertisement in person. There were several bugs including a large lizard on our personal belongings (including a baby bottle) in the kitchen area. We only spent around 7 hours at the property before addressing the issue with the front staff. When notifying the staff, they did not offer to switch the room. I decided to just check out at this time. The staff member at the desk informed me that because this stay was booked with Booking.com, I would have to contact them to initiate any refund. I asked if this would be a headache to do, and was told it would be simple. It took me an entire day (on vacation) to get someone on the phone and initiate the reimbursement, in which the property declined and I was issued a $15 give or take credit, which seemed like a smack in the face under the circumstances. Very disappointing and dissatisfied.

We've stayed here for 6 years and loved every one, expect this was a nightmare. and there won't be another unfortunately after this visit. It's sadly gone downhill. Huge tear in our screen when we arrived so maintenance was in and out of our room the first day after a long day of traveling we wanted to shower and settle in. No conditioner in the shower or it wouldn't come out. There are only about 8 pool chairs to lay out in. No pool towels in the rooms any more. You have to check them in and out from the front deck which is a nuisance. Pool isn't heated. Definitely not worth the $900 I paid.

Pool ist außergewöhnlich. Unit war sehr geräumig und sauber.

Good location for what we needed. The check-in office was very clean and the person behind the desk was very friendly.

The grounds were poorly maintained. The rooms needed updating. Doors were in need of paint, molding was in need of paint. The rooms had the look of the 70's - popcorn ceilings, shiny wall paint, low ceilings. No water pressure in the second bath room. Uncomfortable mattresses.

It's family friendly and a good location

Furniture was a bit worn and not so comfortable. But overall a good place to stay. It's good to have a kitchen and not need to eat somewhere else. We have referred our grandchildren to stay here and they loved it!

Wasn’t what i booked, there was blonde hair everywhere (not mines). Old bloody pillow cases! The bed was super hard and very uncomfortable. The shower/bath water I just don’t know what was up with that.

Particularly lined view from my room and sound of water from the fountains in the grounds which was very relaxing.

I checked in late and the person I spoke on the phone with to find out how I go about checking in was not very helpful. In saying that the day time reception staff were very friendly

The beds made a lot of noise when moving the mattress is not comfortable. In addition, the bedroom window does not have a curtain to prevent the entry of light
