It was fine just for one night. Anything longer would have been a no. Beds were comfortable.

We were tired from a long drive and decided to stay here as it was a decent price and we just needed somewhere to rest our heads before heading back home. The receptionist didn’t seem like he cared to help much and had stains all over his shirt. Then the room we got had a very nasty toilet, and we had to ask someone to clean it. It was night and there was no staff to do so and so the receptionist switched our room and gave us the option between two. Now that there’s a problem, he’s nicer and offering to help if we need anything. Both toilets weren’t very clean, but the room with the cleanish toilet had a musty smell and I had to take my inhaler to sleep. The sink was also stained and there were no complimentary toiletries other than soap to wash hands. I asked for a couple toothbrushes which he provided after saying he wasn’t sure they had any.

Value, Price was Ok for what to expect.

99% of employees, specially management were unprofessional, unresspecful even rude. After two flashes the water stop raining in the bathroom. The shower was so small it gave claustrophobia and I notice mold around it.

The front desk staff were great! Katherine and William handled my late night check in perfectly. The room was as described. Would recommend!

Got a gift bag. Very comfortable and affordable. Kind and courteous staff.

I have stayed a few times. It’s good to see that they have improved the maintenance since my last stay a few months ago. It was quickly going downhill then. Congratulations, KEEP IT UP!

The room was clean and the beds were comfy. I loved the goodie bag.

The TV was messing up, the microwave burn every bag of popcorn i made, and honestly the front desk didnt have scissors. Like simple little things that people traveling might need. I was kinda upset because I paid $250 for 2 nights and had to watch TV on my laptop which had to be plugged in from across the room as there was one plug behind the night stand and phone chargers were in it. Also the whole floor smelled like weed which I get its legal to smoke but being that I work in the recovery field its embarrassing that it was strong enough to get on my clothes and my boss questioned my sobriety over it.

The beds and pillows. Also the lack of front desk staff. We waited 30 mins to check in because there were 5 people trying to check in with the only person working the desk. In the middle of check in there were numerous other guest trying to ask questions about there room. She did the best but was definitely overwhelmed.

The location was perfect, right next to the freeway and in an exceptionally nice area. Everything about the hotel was immaculate. The receptionist was new, but she took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and that our room was in good condition before giving us our keys.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Huone oli siisti ja viihtyisä, hintatasonsa mukainen. Sijainti on hyvä I-95 moottoritielle pääsya ajatellen, liikenteen ääntä voi kuulua huoneeseen hiukan mutta ei häiritsevästi. Pysäköintialue hyvä. Hinta-laatu suhde kohdillaan (value for money).

The Pros - Great location. Cracker Barrel is 50 steps away. (Ask for Dawnett, she was excellent!) The beds were comfortable. Rooms got super cold! The pool and hot tub were open and working. It is a smoke free property. The price was fair. No bugs

The Cons - The woman at the desk when we checked in was not very friendly at all but everyone is entitled to a bad day. They DO NOT offer breakfast even though it is advertised. On fact, they don't offer good or fresh coffee or tea. There are coffee containers but it is awful. Microwave in lobby is absolutely disgusting and needs to be cleaned. The elevator is worrisome. Don't ever hit the rear door button on accident, absolutely terrifying TBH, especially when you aren't expecting it. Elevator is very dim. Upon leaving to check out going from the 3rd floor to the 1st, the elevator sounded like the cable was going to snap. The man I was riding down with even said he's lost trust in the hotel. This brings me to the next part, you CANNOT hear the fire alarm in the showers. Why would I know this? At 7 am the fire alarm went off while I was in the shower. If it wasn't for my teenager who was in a room a few doors down, I wouldn't have even know since the sound does not travel. I can't say I would ever be back or use this brand of hotel again. It is extremely concerning that fire alarms couldn't be heard while showering. Due to the false advertisement about the hotel including breakfast I also feel that I was slighted as that was one of the deciding factors of choosing this hotel

it was a decent place to go if it is a quick stay! this is the reason for my answers! got there super tired late night after driving 6 hrs got there into our room it was really noisy you can here everything in hallway because we had almost or a 1/2 open whole in the door frame outside our room witch is not normal literally right side of the door was hinge side had gap you can see in and out we put a towel blanket by the door frame we can hear everything outside made it super unpleasant to sleep or feel comfortable were so tired we just feel asleep check out early morning went to another hotel alot the rooms as we were walking check out some were the same gaps but our room was BIG GAP FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.... I HAVE VEDIO AND PICTURES!!!!!

The room smelled musty when we entered. We put up the air conditioner and that solved the problem after a few hours. It needed a humidifier.

All of the staff were very helpful and responsive to questions and concerns! The hotel and the room was clean. It was a good place to stay - location was good to visit family in Palm Coast.

I am very sensitive to scents, perrfumes and chemicals. Something in the facilty bothered me. It may have been the cleaning supplies. This probably would not bother most people.

Absolutely Ridiculous!! Stayed in several hotels over the years this is the loudest by far, it was like having a disco club in pool area for hours at night!! Cleanliness was good and that as far as I would go also location. You would think management would handle the situation as I watched families shaking there heads wondering how i could get out of this without losing money, unfortunately you can’t!! Oh and nothing better than sheriff’s in the parking lot looking for someone or something several times!! Lol

El trato del encargado de la recepción. Me engaño diciendo que una cama extra era gratuita y que necesitaba una garantia de 15 dolares en efectivo. Al salir me dijo que fue cobrada la cama adicional y que tomo el dinero y no me lo devolvio. Es un ladron.

Horrible service. I drove 5 hours, when I arrived to the Hotel there wasn’t any rooms available and I drove with a 8 month baby. Than they kicked us on Saturday morning, when my other family room was reserved till Sunday. The worst hotel I have ever reserved in my life

One of the worst hotel. The room 207 smell bad and have pets hair in every towell that should be clean. The smell was so bad that we can't be their for a minute. We went down to the front desk and cancel the reservation.
