Персонал очень приветливый, доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь. Всё необходимое находится рядом, поэтому отдых получился максимально удобным. Я чувствовала себя здесь комфортно и с удовольствием остановилась бы снова. Спасибо за прекрасное гостеприимство!

It really needs a refurb. The shower room floor gets soaked due to the bad design. The beds aren’t very comfy. The carpets are dirty and everything is very tired.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Lo staff era gentile, la struttura non è male ed è collocata in un punto strategico per visitare le varie tappe della costa azzurra. Zona tranquilla, con mc donald vicino e centro commerciale.
Un po vecchiotta la stanza , la stazione dei treni è abbastanza vicina ma per arrivarci bisogna fare un tratto in salita e sotto al sole non è il massimo. Il bagno a volte puzzava ma ho letto che è un problema generale di fogne francesi

Poor condition. Room extremely hot and AC not working right. Door to balcony would not lock. Called front desk. Attendant came up and said that was no issue, despite balcony being accessible from outside. Beds were uncomfortable. Place was marginal in general.

The property was run down, the staff were rude, the room was poorly facilitated, it was grubby, the balcony doors were broken, which having a 6 year with us was a massive worry not to mention a health and safety issue.

At the same place you can find the shopping mall. Parking is free and easier due to outer location, but can be challenging over the weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Deposit for minibar was charged upfront. There was renovation in bathroom, but not in toilette. No real separation between balconies, it can be annoying the hear the neighbors spending time outside.

Camera ampia con letto comodo e con balcone vivibile, dotata di cassaforte e frigobar. Buona la colazione. Posteggio privato dietro l'albergo. Personale alla reception su 24h.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Personel przemiły i sympatyczny. Lokalizacja idealna ponieważ było blisko do morza i przystanku autobusowego. Bezpieczna okolica (szczególnie kiedy wraca się autobusem). W pokoju nie działał Netflix, ale poza tym wszystko było świetne. Wspaniały pobyt, który jeszcze powtórzymy.

The biggest issue was cleanliness. There was a noticeable musty smell, visible mould in some areas, and the overall level of cleanliness was below expectations. These are issues that should be addressed as a matter of urgency, as they significantly affect guests’ comfort and the overall impression of the hotel. With better housekeeping and some basic renovation, this property could offer a much better experience.

Nothing: just know your taxi or Uber from airport will be 20-40$ for a 1.5 mile trip.

Le petit-déjeuner : très pauvre. Il n’y avait même pas deux œufs brouillés. À 8h20, pendant le petit-déjeuner, les employés étaient déjà en train de nettoyer avec l’aspirateur. Ils faisaient du bruit et créaient un sentiment de gêne, comme pour dire : « Dépêchez-vous de prendre votre petit-déjeuner, nous devons nettoyer. » Le jeune homme est même venu me demander si je voulais d’autres croissants parce qu’il devait débarrasser et ranger les affaires; Pourtant, le service du petit-déjeuner était prévu jusqu’à 10h00. Le deuxième jour, c’était exactement le même scénario. Je n’ai même pas pris le petit-déjeuner !!!

Manque d'un geste commercial, réservation réglée la veille sur Booking et non remboursable par le site. Au moins le petit déjeuner aurait pu être offert, d'autant plus qu'il m'a été facturé 12€ alors que sur les brochures il y a 2 formules, une a 7€ et une à 9€. Aucune à 12€... L'accueil à la française par excellence.. on ne m'a même pas demandé quelle formule je voulais... Hop une formule qui n'apparaît nul part...... Pas commercial du tout.

Unfortunately, this time I found one of the male staff very offhand and surly to the point of being rude, evn though I speak decent French! His attitude at breakfast was to act like we were a nuisance and we were only having coffee and croissant.
