Das Zimmer hatte alles was man brauchte. Und die Lage war sehr toll.

Das Personal hat beim Frühstück immer viel zu früh die Teller weg genommen, fu konntest nicht dein Kaffe stehen lassen und dir noch einne Toast holen da war der Kaffe weg. Auch die innen Anlage war komplet bewachsen mit Pflanzen. Da hätte man besser einen Pool gestellt und Liegen platziert damit man im Preis inbegriffen LIegen an Strand gehabt hätte.

Eingangsbereich Top renoviert, Zimmer Katastrophe. Abholservice vom Flughafen hat gut funktioniert. Konferenz Raum am Meer war sehr gut.

Willst du Schwimmen im Meer kostet pro Person 20€ pro Tag. Frühstück sehr einfach. Kosten für solche Zimmer übertrieben.

The hotel has a very convenient location, close to the airport, with many restaurants, a shopping centre and a bus stop nearby. Nice is easy to reach by bus, and Monaco, Antibes and other beautiful places on the French Riviera are also easily accessible. This makes the hotel a good choice for those who want to explore the area rather than spend the whole holiday at the hotel. We also liked the good breakfast and the convenient free airport shuttle service.

The biggest disappointment was the beach directly in front of the hotel. The photos on Booking.com and the hotel’s website show beautiful, clear blue water, but in reality the water was brown and murky most of the time, apparently due to the nearby Var River. During our 5-night stay, there was only one day when the water was more or less blue. If you choose this hotel mainly for the sea, this is important to know. We eventually found a much cleaner beach, but it was a 20–25 minute walk away. The room was also disappointing. It looked much newer in the photos, but in reality it was quite old and needed renovation. There was dust, dirty curtains and net curtains, dirt on the pillows underneath the pillowcases, and mould in the bathroom. Although everything worked, including the air conditioning, the cleanliness and condition of the room did not match the price.

Ondanks dat de kamers gerenoveerd zijn zie je wel tekenen van veroudering aan o.a. de muren. Ook hing op onze kamer een stopcontact los. De kamer was wel netjes schoon.

Location, atmosphere, free shutle bus to the airport, sea and a small but nice promenade right next to the hotel! This was a perfect stay before flight and so, nicely finalizing a tour around the Cote d'Azure. Very good breakfast and indeed super that one may order differend omletes!

The proximity to amenities for onward travel.

I regret booking a shorty stay at this hotel, from 21-25 August, through booking.com. The hotel is rated at 4 stars. It looked great in pictures and a perfect location to explore Cote D'Azur. We arrived late evening on 21/8 and reception staff checked us in. Then the problems started. I had to leave a 400EURO deposit, this is. Or something I have ever been asked to do before at a hotel. Maybe 50-100Euro max. No help with our luggage, we made our way to our room on 4th floor with all our luggage squeezed into the lift. Arrived in our room and were immediately alarmed by the state of disrepair - stains all over the walls, cracked tiles in the bathroom, dirty carpets. As it was late, my thought was to get some rest and ask for a room change the next day. As we went to get into bed my daughter noticed stains all over the quilt. We are talking period stains in multiple places. So l called reception to ask for new sheets and bedding. I was informed it may not be possible as housekeeping was no longer available. That said, a new sheets and duvet arrived about 45minutes later. Again stained. Meanwhile, the musty smell of the room was starting to make my daughter and I feel rather uncomfortable. We tried turning up the air conditioning unit to see if it would blow it out. No chande. So we turned off the aircon and opened the window. By this time my daughter was beginning to wheeze. So l administered antihistamines with water but she remained uncomfortable, and a tightening in her throat. Meanwhile the noise of the road outside was loud. Fair to say we hardly slept and made the decision to leave the hotel the next day. I regret having paid upfront a non refundable fee for the stay. I had to accept losing the money, for our comfort and happiness on holiday. I would urge anyone travelling to this hotel to think twice until full renovations have been completed and housekeeping standards are improved.

L’emplacement était pratique, mais malheureusement, c’est l’un des seuls points positifs que nous retenons de notre séjour.

Expérience extrêmement décevante. Le service était médiocre et les informations données par le personnel étaient contradictoires et trompeuses. Une employée nous a explicitement indiqué que le petit-déjeuner était gratuit pour l’adulte accompagnateur. Nous l’avons donc pris uniquement sur la base de cette information. Au moment du départ, on nous annonce finalement qu’il était payant et l’hôtel refuse de nous restituer l’intégralité de notre caution en souhaitant déduire ces frais. Si nous avions été correctement informés dès le départ, nous n’aurions tout simplement pas pris le petit-déjeuner. Nous avons également eu de sérieux doutes concernant la propreté des lits. Nous avons ressenti des démangeaisons et un réel inconfort en dormant, ce qui nous a fait nous interroger sur l’hygiène de la literie. Nous ne pouvons pas affirmer quelle en était la cause exacte, mais cela a rendu nos nuits particulièrement désagréables. Globalement, le séjour ne vaut absolument pas le prix payé. La communication est mauvaise, les informations changent selon les membres du personnel et la manière dont la situation de la caution a été gérée à la fin du séjour est inacceptable. Nous sommes repartis avec le sentiment d’avoir été induits en erreur plutôt que correctement pris en charge en tant que clients.

hôtel à rafraîchir (façade, moquette, peintures, odeurs désagréables de canalisations dans les chambres) pas de bar ni restauration sur place pas de piscine parking un peu éloigné mais surtout : le coté rue/environnement : odeurs nauséabondes (liées aux travaux devant l’hôtel mais pas uniquement) nombreux rats y compris morts laissés sur le trottoir… inadmissible pour un hôtel 4 étoiles à ce prix ! et même si la mairie ne fait rien comme on nous l’a dit, la direction de l’hôtel devrait régler et prendre en charge ce souci d’hygiène inacceptable. Nous ne sommes pas touristes et ne venons pas dans cet hôtel pour les vacances mais quelle image pour les étrangers de passage !

The accomodation has so much to offer for location.

One of the reasons we stayed there was we wanted to sit around a pool and relax. The one which is advertised in the photos. Thus was very disappointing that it’s not in use.

La salle de bains très vieillissante n'est pas à la hauteur du reste de la chambre et de l'établissement. Le petit déjeuner au choix très limité.

Velmi pěkná recepce a lobby. Pokoj byl standardní, ale velkým plusem byl balkon s výhledem na moře, který jsme si opravdu užili. Poloha hotelu je také dobrá – po vyjití z hotelu jste prakticky hned u restaurací a na Francouzské riviéře. Balkon a výhled na moře hodnotím jako jednu z nejlepších částí pobytu.

Největším zklamáním pro nás bylo koupání. Přímo u hotelu ani v nejbližším okolí pro nás nebylo moře vhodné ke koupání, protože voda byla kvůli nedaleké řece velmi kalná a působila znečištěně. Hotel je celkově již poměrně zastaralý a bylo by potřeba modernizovat pokoje i vybavení. Během pobytu se nám například rozbila klika u dveří do koupelny. Zároveň nefungoval jeden ze dvou výtahů. Snídaně byla dostačující, ale spíše obyčejná a hlavně každý den prakticky úplně stejná. Při delším pobytu bych očekával větší výběr a obměnu nabídky.

Le petit dej est particulièrement trop cher et trop pauvre avec 20 € par personne. Mes enfants ont aimé le yaourt en pot en verre. Il a été supprimé cette année.

Bij het onthaal was het personeel zeer vriendelijk. De kamer zelf en de andere publieke accomodaties zijn net en werden enkele jaren geleden opgefrist. De ligging van het hotel, vlakbij strand, bars, restaurants en shopping centrum is uniek.

De badkamer (kamer 222) was vrij verouderd en de betegeling was mat en vies. Alsof er een bijtend product van de muur was gedropen. Na1 keer douchen stond de ganse badkamer onder water wegens een verstopping. Toen we dat gingen melden, stond een ander koppel voor ons met dezelfde klacht. Bij het ontbijt werkt er een zeer onvriendelijk personeelslid (dame met vlecht en bril). Ook de poetsdame op de kamer(Afrikaanse afkomst) was nors en bruut. Ikzelf heb een appartement rechtover het hotel. Al jaren,telkens wanneer ik bezoek heb uit Belgie, laat ik mijn familie bij jullie verblijven. Je verwacht dat je als klant van het hotel toch gratis kan gaan zonnen op de strandbar van het hotel , maar dit kost 20 € per persoon per dag. Als IHG member was ik, zoals altijd, op voorhand ter plaatse in het hotel langs gegaan om de reservatie te maken. Tot mijn verbazing was die rate 300 € hoger dan bij Booking.com, waar ik dan uiteindelijk geboekt heb. Wat ook een afknapper is, zijn de ratten die voor het hotel op de straat met massa's verschijnen. Ik weet dat dat een probleem is van de gemeente en de locatie van de afvalcontainers maar mijn kleinzoon van 4 jaar was super bang om buiten te gaan.

Der Beachclub gegenüber dem Hotel ist eine Abzocke. Am Nachmittag unserer Anreise sind wir leider darauf hineingefallen. Die Dame hat für zwei Stunden 20 Euro pro Liege verlangt (dabei benötigten wir nicht einmal ein Handtuch). "Eintritt" ins Meer über eine gefährliche Treppe. Im Meer nur Steine. Der kostenlose Strand daneben ist um Welten besser.

Pokój duży, czysty z osobną toaletą. Codziennie sprzątany. Bardzo miła pani w recepcji Carla. Mają swój prywatny podziemny parking, nie trzeba zostawiać samochodu na publicznym parkingu pod hotelem.

Meble trochę jakby stare, Wokół hotelu biegają szczury i w cale się nie boją.

This hotel is way over priced. Our Room was dusty, dirty and had an insect in it. The bath tub was dirty when we arrived. Carpet was NOT very clean. Had hair on the bed sheets upon arrival.

Nice hotel close to both the airport and the beach, with restaurants nearby. The family room was very comfortable, with two double beds. The free airport transfer was a great advantage. Perfect for a one-night stay.

The transfer service was fully booked, which meant we had to select another departure slot. As a result, we missed breakfast since it was not available until 6:30.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage direkt an einer lebhaften Promenade und die tolle Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer fanden wir wunderbar. (...hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick). Ja, die Einrichtung des Hotels ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber uns hat es trotzdem gefallen. Das Personal war hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und immer sehr nett. Der kostenlose Flughafen-Shuttle war ebenfalls klasse.

Schöne große geräumige Zimmer mit einem tollen Blick auf Garten und Meer. Die Lage vom Hotel war sehr gut. Direkt am Meer. Jedoch ist der Ort selber nicht so groß und daher auch nicht besonders interessant. Das Meer war zudem sehr dreckig an dem Strand. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider muss man für den privaten Strand des Hotels 20,00€ pro Person am Tag bezahlen. Das steht leider auch nicht in deren Beschreibung steht. Evtl. Wäre ein Hotel eigener Pool auch eine initiative.

Nothing. Room stank of sewerage. The trainee downgraded us into a cheaper room and said there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to the manager - the trainee said there was no manager there. Totally unwilling to deal with the issue.

Good location, airport pickup

The hotel itself is quite old. Ground floor is renovated but our room was equipped with old furniture. In my view too expensive for what was offered

Hotelul detine doar conditii de dormit. Este un tip de hotel in care poti dormi doar o noapre , nu e potrivit pentru vacanta. Am fost nevoiti sa mergem pa alte plaje!

Plaja nu apartine hotelului. De 2 ori am mers si nu aveau locuri. Mai mult decat atat, cand e cat de cat respirabil afara se inchide programul la ora 18. Astfel chiar daca esti cazat la hotel nu te poti bucura de plaja. Sezlolgurile, prosoapele sunt cu plata suplimentara si nu e facilitatea hotelului. Curtea generoasa, cu locuri neingrijite , spatii care sunt deplorabile si parasite. Piscina din curte nefunctionabila in luna iunie perioada 26- 29 iunie. Locul e total mediocru.

We stayed here for one night before heading to Nice airport. This was very convenient as the airport is only a few minutes drive away. I would consider this hotel to be functional - it has all the basics you would need without any small touches of luxury, perks etc. The breakfast however was excellent - hot and cold foods, gluten free - and restaurants just a minute or two walking distance.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bot eine große Auswahl. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, und insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Schade fanden wir, dass das Hotel seinen Gästen keine kostenlosen Sonnenschirme und Liegen am Strand zur Verfügung stellt. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich zwar ein Beach Club, dort kostet jedoch ein Sonnenschirm mit zwei Liegen 20 € und die Anzahl der verfügbaren Plätze ist begrenzt. Gerade bei einem Hotel in dieser Lage hätten wir uns hier ein besseres Angebot für Hotelgäste gewünscht.

Hotel reception is lovely together with the breakfast lounge and beach area. The hotel fails badly with the bedrooms. The rooms and very old and dated. The carpet is old and dirty and the sinks and shower and constantly breaking down with mold in the shower. The hotel needs a complete update on the upper floors.

De ligging, de restaurants eromheen, de garage.

De badkamer, dwz er is geen aparte douche, maar de handdouche is in het bad. De badrand is veel te hoog, in- en uitstappen was een probleem en is dat zeker voor oudere mensen. Voor mij niet erg, maar voor gezinnen vast wel een punt van overweging: er is niets te beleven, voor het strand moet extra betaald worden. Het is dus eigenlijk een adults only hotel, zonder extra buiten-faciliteiten.

Best place to enjoy sunshine and beautiful beaches!!! Also the breakfast is delicious. I would definitely come again

Otelin lokasyonu iyiydi, önündeki sahil yolu gece hareketli oluyor ve yeme içme ihtiyaçlarını karşılayabiliyorsunuz. Odalar yeterli seviyede büyüktü. Kahvaltısı güzel sayılır, kahvaltıdan personel ilgili.

Odaların içi ve mobilyalar çok eski, tuvalet banyodan ayrı bir kapalı odada ve lavabo da bulunmuyor. Minibar boş tutuluyor ve buna rağmen gecelik 50€ depozito talep ediliyor. Temizlik konusunda da derinlemesine bir temizlik yapılmıyor ama ana hatlarıyla temiz denebilir. Odalarda kahve makinesi yok.

La décoration intérieure était très jolie puisque remise à jour Navette gratuite depuis l'aéroport. Belle plage artificielle de sable privée, associée au restaurant extérieur de l'hôtel, de l'autre côté de la promenade. Petit déjeuner ok mais un peu réduit pour un 4 étoiles.

Bien que le réceptionniste que j'ai eu était très bien, une autre dame vue ce jour (30 mai) en après midi était un peu sèche et semblait détachée de ce qui lui était demandé, à mon avis avec un couple anglophone. L'extérieur de l'hôtel est vieillot et tranche avec l'intérieur. Les boutiques dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel étaient toutes fermées.

Petit déjeuner très bien. Varié, mais un peu cher à mon avis. Hôtel très bien placé en bord de mer, avec une promenade avec de nombreux restaurants et une belle plage de sable. À proximité d'un immense centre commercial.

J'avais pris une chambre vue ville. J'ai eu une très grande chambre, mais au 1er étage, , Il y a des travaux, la vue est médiocre, J'ai été réveillée à 23h par la récolte des poubelles quasiment sous mes fenêtres. et le lendemain à 6h pour les rentrer malgré une belle insonorisation.

La chambre donnant directement sur les travaux !!!! J'ai été réveillée à 7 h du matin alors que j'étais là pour me reposer. On ne m'a pas demandé comment s'était passé mon séjour sinon je l'aurais dit ! Le personnel du petit déjeuner très agréable et le chauffeur de la navette également.
