Our room was very warm, and hadn’t realised when booking that there isn’t any air conditioning in the rooms. Window only opened 3 inches so made it uncomfortable

Location. Staff in breakfast room and bar were lovely.

Booking process and communication prior to stay was atrocious.....which was why we ended up using Booking.com No Netflix access in our room, which my daughter needs and was why we chose the hotel. We had this access on previous visits.

Booked as reasonably close to ferry terminal. Food in the restaurant was good but bar staff forgot to pass on our request for coffees to the barista.

Room was very warm and I would expect air conditioning for the nightly room rate. Parking was at extra charge (all our other hotels in Ireland included free parking).

Staff v pleasant, accomodating and helpful. Restaurant & Cafe provided good drinks and food. Well positioned with not too far a walk to river, EPIC AND Lansdowne Rd field.

Didn't seem to have air con? It was warm at night and difficult to sleep

It was quiet, a lovely room with all that we needed, a comfortable bed and friendly staff. The staff at the breakfast service were very efficient and glad to help with any problems. We dined every night in the hotel as the food was delicious, service good and the restaurant and bar was a pleasant place to sit. A bit noisy at times but bars often are. A lovely walk along the canal nearby.

We knew that it wasn’t in the centre of the city but the 20 to 25 minute walk into town could be too much for some. There were always taxis outside the hotel

As seems often with hotels the blanket is sooo hot. Removing the duvet from the sheet envelope leaves me a bit cool so I'm left uncomfortable.

Very convenient parking.

We ordered room service twice and the food was hot, delicious, and pretty quick arrival time. The room was comfortable, with all the right amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It seemed like the mattresses were new but they were using old mattress covers that didn't fit. It kept popping off the mattress in the middle of the night. Our room overlooked an alley where at least one bar backed up to - several times we were woken by staff dumping bins full of glass bottles into a rubbish bin or dumpster (it was quite loud!).

What a hidden gem this was for me. I didn't know about this hotel previously. It came up in a search, I was looking for somewhere to stay following a concert. Very pleasantly surprised. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so we decided to have something to eat while we waited. The food was delicious and we were given a free drinks voucher for inconvenience. Breakfast buffet had everything you could dream off. The inexpensive onsite parking was a major bonus for me compared to other hotels I've stayed in Dublin where parking, even with the hotel discount is extortionate. I will absolutely return to this hotel.

A lovely, cosy hotel; everything is very clean and new. 10 out of 10 for the room facilities. A perfect tea and biscuit tray. The staff are very friendly and immediately offered to store our suitcases for us, as we were still too early to check in. The restaurant served delicious food and had plenty of seating. Great location with shops nearby, not too far from the sea (about a 20-minute walk), and the town centre was also easily accessible for us. Great view from the room. The breakfast was great. Also many gluten free options available. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, also air conditioning working. There was no noise from streets, very quiet. Because I had to leave very early in the morning it was nice to get breakfast bag to go.

This hotel is located a few kilometres from city centre so it takes some time to walk there.

Location location! The rooms are clean and comfortable.

We got lucky and snatched the last parking place. If we hadn't life would have been difficult as it was later in Cork.

Liked the staff, all lovely. Breakfast very good and hot. Hotel very clean and food was good even in coffee area.

I thought it was quite expensive for a family room of one adult and 2 teens. Would have liked more fresh fruit choice in the morning.

We stayed only for one night, but enjoyed the hotel very much. The service, friendliness of all staff and the quality of food was outstanding.

La colazione è favolosa e lo staff gentilissimo. C'è un piccolo bar all'interno, il cui servizio è aperto fino a tardi, comodo se non si fa in tempo a cenare fuori. Tutto confortevole.

La camera era un po' calda e tenendo la finestra aperta si sentiva il rumore della strada.

Despite its location the interior is very clean and comfortable. The corridors are dated but when you enter the rooms they are exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Rooms don’t have AC so a fridge would have been good to keep water cool. It’s more than a short walk to the city centre.

The breakfast was exceptional. I had to buy new running shoes and Radina gave us directions to the location to purchase them. Very helpful.

Stayed for 1 night while watching bon jovi, staff so friendly, food was beautiful and the room was gorgeous, the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen, beds very comfy and the breakfast was gorgeous

Trevligt och rymligt rum. Mycket bekväma sängar. Vällagad frukost med bra utbud och trevlig personal! Parkering i direkt anslutning till hotellet för 10 euro.

Ingen AC, blev väldigt kvavt om kvällarna och för aktiv gata för att ha öppet fönster. Boendet ligger inte mitt i centrum, cirka 25 min gång till stadskärnan - okej för oss som gärna promenerar. Kostar 50 euro extra för att checka in tidigt. Personalen i receptionen kunde varit lite mer service minded och hälsat när man kom in i entrén.

Need more receptionists. Please ye are letting yere selves down on that. Everything else is great but very poor service from lack of receptionists. But they are all so nice you just need more! The guy called Junior could not have been nicer and was under so much pressure as he was by himself. But did so good. A really nice guy.

Az átlagosnál nagyobb, jól felszerelt volt a szoba. Hosszú panorámás erkély tartozott hozzá. Kiváló volt a reggeli. Viszonylag közel volt a látnivalók egy részéhez gyalog is.

Eredetileg 16 órától lehet elfoglalni a szállást. Jeleztük előre, hogy, a légitársaság korábbra rakta az indulást. Délelőtt érkeztünk. Csak 15 óra után kaptuk meg a szobát, csak a csomagokat tudtuk berakni addig megőrzésre.

The Hotel is Spotless, very chilled atmosphere with very helpful staff. Food Beautiful & our room very comfortable with a great shower. Ice dispenser & vending machine down the hall very handy. Taxis right outside hotel on a regular basis. I will definitely be back to stay.

There was nothing I didnt like. Could not fault the hotel & staff.
