Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good facilities

Everything was great

Ideally located only a short walk to Dublin city centre. Check in was speedy.

Duvets are very warm and had a room without air conditioning so sleep was disturbed. Also a constant drip from behind the bathroom mirror was annoying.

The hotel is overpriced likely due to its location. It needs some maintenance- the tap was broken, shower is stained, mould on the bathroom ceiling, toilet button is so stiff it was very hard to flush

The room was great! And great location to the 3 arena! Was perfect for what we needed! And the room was great and comfortable! Staff were lovely and attentive!

Posizione comoda per il centro congressi e a circa 40 minuti a piedi dalle maggiori attrazioni della città. Camera ben arredata, pulizia precisa e regolare. personale cordiale. Colazione buona.

The room was a lot bigger than I was expecting. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy. Room was warm and cozy. Very close to everything. Price was quite good for where we were.

Fresh modern look and good location if you are looking for something Docklands area for 3 Arena events and a reasonable walk to the city centre

The receptionist on check in didn’t create a great first impression as she didn’t seem interested and wasn’t particularly helpful. We paid for a Superior room and the room we got I do not think matched the description. We raised this at reception and were told this was a superior. We had only an internal window so no daylight and room showed when booking all had a desk and either 2 beds or a larger double. We had no desk and what I would consider to be a standard bed. Our friends that also booked a Superior had these and were on a 3rd floor with a view. We were ground floor. I don’t consider this to be good value for the room we expected and when we raised our concerns there was no offer for us to move rooms even though we clearly weren’t happy.

O chuveiro estava respingando por cima do box, molhando todo o banheiro. Foi solicitada manutenção mas não executada.

Me faire réveillé à 7 heures du matin par le personnel de ménage avec leur chariot et les portes qui claque toute les cinq minutes.J ai essayé de faire la sieste de 9h à 10h impossible le personnel de ménage qui parle à haute voix comme sur la place du marché vraiment pénible il me semble qu un hôtel est un lieu de repos …

It is very near Bord Gais theatre.

Getting to the car park seems a bit of a faff andis time consuming (particularly if you're in a hurry) You have to pay first and then bring the car all around and to the underground carpark. But it is fine once you've there.

Zimmer ist komfortabel, man hat alles was man braucht. Betten sind sehr bequem.

Für diesen Preis dürfte das Frühstücksbufet etwas besser bestückt sein. Es wäre schön, wenn der Kaffee nicht aus dem Automat käme. Es ist sehr laut auf dieser Seite. Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster ist nicht möglich.

Hôtel moderne comme tous les hôtels de cette chaîne, sans caractère mais chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. L'hôtel se situe à l'écart (en 20 mn on est au centre ville à pied)

Notre chambre était située en rez-de-chaussée coté cour qui donnait sur une résidence avec deux accès de chaque côté et malheureusement les portes font beaucoup de bruit avec le passage des résidents toute la nuit je n'ai pratiquement pas dormi de la nuit à cause de ça ! Dur dur quand il a fallu se lever à 4 h du matin pour prendre l'avion

Das Hotel verfügt über große Zimmer. Die Innenstadt ist schnell erreichbar.

Es war schon eher älter, gab keine Klobürste im Zimmer. Es haben auf der Straße vor dem Hotel Jugendliche mit Böllern geschmissen in der Nach, was extrem laut war. Personal war mittelmäßig freundlich.

The restaurant for evening meal was an awful experience. I was served raw chicken. It was very distressing because I didn’t notice until I had some bites eaten, it was a battered chicken fillet burger. Staff were apologetic but insisted we pay for one of the meals. When I raised the threat of salmonella the restaurant manager told me it wouldn’t be possible because the chicken had been stored in the fridge. Anyone working in the food industry should have the training to know that salmonella is resistant to fridge temperatures and the dangers of not cooking chicken through. I was very disappointed. The rest of the meal was bad, not dangerous just sub par. It was also hugely expensive for the quality even if none of it had been raw

Great location, only a 20min walk from the 3arena. Bedroom was a decent size and very clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

- Not good value for money. I booked an upgraded room and it was not worth the money. A sparse room with a well worn bed on wheels on a hard floor. - Very cold around the hotel. - Many of the hot items for breakfast were cold.

Posizione strategica, vicino a stazione DART, a 10 minuti dal centro e vicino ai nuovi quartieri di Dublino.

Pulizia camera non sufficente, presenza di ragnatele per tutto il soggiorno. Regolare cambio delle lenzuola e asciugamani. Letto non matrimoniale ma alla francese, piccolo e con materasso troppo soffice.

Nichts, für 4 Sterne war es eher schlecht

Wir waren 5 Tage im Hotel, davon gab es an 2 Tagen keinen Roomservice, die hatten augenscheinlich das Zimmer vergessen. Das ist um so entäuschender als das wir in erwartung guter Leistung am ersten Tag das Trinkgeld schon gleich in vorausgezahlt haben als vertrauensvorschuss und dann wird man vergessen, aus meiner Sicht unverschämt. Des weitere wirkt das Gebäude in keinem besondtsguten Erhaltungszustand. Von den Fenstrn blättert die Farbe ab, die Fensterbeschläge klemmen. Die Türanstriche sind beschädigt bzw. Unsauber nachgearbeitet.

The room was a little stuffy and humid because the windows were relatively small but the curtains are dark and thick so you can sleep in total darkness.

Huone oli siisti ja sängyt hyvät. Hotellin puolesta kaikki sujui mutkattomasti. Alue oli vähän sivummassa mutta hyvin kävelymatkan päästä keskustasta. Ruokapaikkoja löytyi läheltä hyvin.

Majoitus oli kallis. Tyynyvaihtoehtoja olisi voinut olla enemmän. Aamiaisella henkilökunta oli niin aktiivista, että rauhassa syömiseen keskittyminen oli vaikeaa.

Everything was simply perfect, but one thing.... The mattress is very very soft, so unfortunately I wasn't able to sleep after a long day
