Das personal War sehr zuvorkommen und freundlich? Sie haben mehr einen Rollstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt? Und meinem Zimmerwunsch sind Sie noch gekommen im obersten stock. Dann wollte ich noch ein schmaleres Kissen was ich sofort bekommen habe. Ich bedanke mich Noch mal Recht herzlich für den Super Service

Stayed there before excellent hotel

Only a small fault they ran out of my favourite drink at 2pm by the pool bar and wouldn’t have any until the next day,no mention of trying to get another bottle from somewhere just offered something else

Each staff I encountered was friendly and professional. Restaurants, massage, beach, and local bars were all within easy walking distance.

Happy hour at the bar on the fourth floor included 2-for-1 drinks. After ordering, the staff brought two drinks at the same time. So, if you are two people splitting these drinks then this is great. But for an individual, by the time you start the second drink, it is already watered down from the melted ice. It would be better for the bartender to mix the second drink only after the first is completed.

Reception staff needed a customer care course. Soundproof was zero.

I am surprised this hotel does not have a higher rating. I am staying in a sea view room. The room is excellent, very clean and modern. The hotel is very well run, the staff is extremely helpful. The price was excellent. The gym is large and well equipped The guests are largely Chinese families with children having lots of fun by the pool and a little noise but that is a mild inconvenience. .

The breakfast was very good and the location fabulous to the beach as well.

The bed mattresses difficult in sleeping, it was too hard

Brilliant hotel and newly renovated. Amazing staff, rooms, outstanding breakfast and clean modern facilities. Location could not be better. Will be returning.

החדרים מרווחים, חדישים ונקיים. התאורה בחדרים נהדרת. המיקום נוח וקרוב לחוף, למסעדות, למכוני עיסוי. הצוות חביב ואדיב. חדר כושר נחמד מאוד.

המקלחון בחדרים סגור רק בחלקו, כך שבאמצע המקלחת זורמים מים החוצה. אין מספיק מתלים למגבות. המגבות ישנות ושחוקות, כדאי להחליף/לרענן את מלאי מגבות הרחצה וגם את מגבות הבריכה. חדר האוכל בארוחת הבוקר מלוכלך. לא מנקים מספיק בזמן הארוחה. כלי האוכל גם ישנים ושחוקים, יש לרענן עם סטים חדשים. הספלים לקפה - רובם שבורים או סדוקים. איכות ארוחת הבוקר טעונה שיפור, אין בכלל גבינות. הנקניקיות והנקניקים לא איכותיים. צריך לתת דגש על אסתטיות ההגשה של האוכל במזנון. בצ'ק אין, מדגישים שיש קנסות על כל נזק בחדר, אפילו על כוס שבטעות יכולה ליפול ולהישבר, או אפילו על כרטיס הכניסה לחדר אם הלך לאיבוד. בחדר עצמו זה אפילו מודגש יותר, יש רשימה מפורטת של כל נזק אפשרי והסכום של הקנס. זה יוצר הרגשה לא נעימה וגורם ללחץ בזמן השהייה. דבר כזה גורם לי לא לרצות לחזור למלון ולא להמליץ עליו למשפחה/חברים. בנוסף, איזור הבריכה דורש שיפוץ.

Reception staff and bell service staff very unfriendly. Location great but very noisy from the bars going all night from below . Very kid friendly so not the best place to stay if you want quiet. There’s a list in room for the amount you have to pay if you break something, even a cup or glass . To scare to use anything !!

The noise from the pool early in the morning

Very clean and extremely nice staff. Breakfast is kept clean and stocked. I had left my do not disturb light on during the day whole and staff still left replacement supplies outside my door just in case. I've stayed here twice and it doesn't disappoint.

Professional, very friendly and helpful staff, particularly reception. Great location near the beach and restaurants etc in Jomtien. Spacious, well appointed clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet location.

Wir hatten ein großes tolles Eckzimmer im oberen Stockwerk mit Meer- und Stadtblick und 2 Balkonen. Die Zimmer sind von Grund auf renoviert und damit auf neuestem Stand. Klimaanlage top, Badezimmer geräumig. Bewachter Parkplatz. Schneller Check-in / Check out. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Gewöhnungsbedürftiger und nur kleiner Safe. Frühstücksbuffet ist noch ausbaufähig. Balkontüren schließen nicht zu 100%, somit hört man auch in den oberen Stockwerken noch den Straßenlärm. Deshalb kleiner Abzug.

Bra frukost, stort urval, rent och fräscht. Närhet till strand, restauranger etc. Inte mkt oväsen nattetid.

Sängen kunde varit mjukare. Ta inte rum utåt pool då barnfamiljer är ute redan 8 på morgonen.

Great location in the centre of Jomtien. Very clean & staff friendly & efficient

Only stayed for a few days, overall the hotel was fine. The bedroom clean and spacious and had a great view of the ocean. Had a nice corner balcony. The swimming pool area was very nice, not too busy and had a nice restaurant and bar with warm friendly staff. The only downside was breakfast. Very difficult to find a suitable table. English breakfast was non existent apart from a fried egg which you had to queue up for. All the other thai / chinese food options were cold !! Just two small coffee machines which constantly needed refilling. Enough complaining as the rest of the hotel was good.

Bodde här för fyra år sedan. Då var det i mycket dåligt skick. Nu har det blivit super fint.

Petit déjeuner au top. Personnel très à l'écoute et serviable. Belle piscine, sauna et salle de sport. Prestations haut de gamme. Bien placé entre un night market à un bout de la rue et la plage très proche à l'autre bout de la rue. Un 2ème night market plus grand, mais un peu plus éloigné.

Le soir, un peu bruyant avec la musique des bars à côté, mais ça reste très supportable.

When we got the room, there were opened bottles of drinks from the previous occupant in the fridge. We reported this to the bell boy when he came to open the safe which of course should have been ready to use. The cleaner came to take away the drinks from the previous occupant. On the first and a few other mornings there was a very nervous male employee at breakfast who shouted into the walkie-talkie and publicly criticized the kitchen employee in front of the guests. Really inappropriate! Other employees are better.

Good quality, tasty breakfast, sauna is amazing, location is nice, a lot of good restaurants near, shops, massages. 3 min to the beach

Sauna and pool till 9 pm, it could be nice if it is prolonged it till 10-11 pm to enjoy evening spa

De prijs van de kamer is erg hoog per dag! Het is een tophotel zeker sinds de renovatie maar prijzig ik heb nu een condohotelkamer voor 4 weken heel veel luxe minder maar veel goedkoper dan daar!

Trevlig personal, pool med gym, välstädat, bra frukost, bra priser i poolrestaurangen. Läget till stranden och restauranger!

Просторный светлый номер, отличные разнообразные завтраки, бассейн с детской зоной и в нем нет много народа. Вкусная кухня у бассейна, отличная сауна. Номера чистенькие. Было очень комфортно, рядом магазины, кафе, пляж в трех минутах ходьбы

Super lækker hotel til pengene, dejlige værelser, morgenmad, poolområde samt faciliteter. Personalet er meget venlige og hjælper gerne med udfordringer. Vi kunne ikke komme hjem grundet konflikt I Mellemøsten. De havde fuld booket men vi fik lov til at blive enda i samme værelse. Super service

No, aamiainen näyttää runsaalta, mutta kyllähän se länsimaiseen tyyliin on aika vaatimaton. Tarkoittaa sitä, että leikkeleitä on niukasti. Kananmunaa saa munakkaana, paistettuna ja keitettynä. Leivät ovat pelkkää valkoista mössöä. Murotarjonta on myöskin vaatimatonta. Henkilökunta aamiaisella on todella ystävällistä ja käytetyt lautaset ja kupit lähtevät pöydästä alta aikayksikön, kun henkilökunta on valmiina kuin partiopojat konsanaan. Hotellihan sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla. Lavataksilla pääsee kätevästi liikkeelle. Kauppoja on joka puolella. Kaikki tilat ovat todella siistit, koska hotelli on vastikään uusittu. Sauna on hyvä ja iso - saa kunnon löylyt. Suihkuhuoneet ovat siistit. Niissä on lukolliset kaapit ja avaimen saa baaritiskiltä. Kuntosalissa on muutama pyörä, stepperi ja juoksumatto ja käsipainoja, mutta vain yksi muu laite. Kaikki yleiset tilat ovat siistit, siistijät kulkevat moppien kanssa. Hissejä on monta eikä tarvitse jonottaa. Uima-allas on iso, muuta siihen alueelle paistaa aurinko vasta iltapäivällä, ja jos sattuu tuulemaan, siinä on aika vilpoisaa.

Hotelli on täynnä venäläisiä. Huoneissa on laput, että jos pyyhkeet ovat rekissä, niitä ei vaihdeta, mutta vaikka näin oli, niin kuitenkin vaihdettiin joka päivä. Miksi? Se on aivan turhaa, koska altaalla on kuitenkin omat pyyhkeet. Vaikka periaatteessa kaikki oli hyvin, odotettiin kiihkeästi pois pääsyä. Ja syy löytyy ekalta riviltä.

Need a more varied pool menu

Beautiful like new hotel, located 5 minutes walk from Jomtien beach, 900 meters to night market and within 15 minutes by car to many attractions, so hotel is definitely a good place to stay and staff is very friendly and would do anything for you to make you feel comfortable at your stay. No noise from traffic ore music at night. Breakfast, no complaints, many things to choose between and have both Western and Asian. Definitely a hotel my family and I would recommend and would use again when we travel to Jomtien👍🏻

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to return items we had left behind in the room after check out. I particularly liked that the pool was in the shade for much of the morning and there seemed to be plenty of sun beds available. Breakfast was very good.

Everything we have visited here for a few years now and it gets better and better.Hotel has been fully refurbished to a very high standard.The staff are wonderful great swimming pools especially for children.

Random check in but so lucky to have 3 nights there a totally refurbished from top to bottom appears like a brand new hotel, the room was large lounge and massive bedroom with super kings size bed and beautiful set of bunk beds, lovely view to the beach (8 min walk ) shower room equally massive with large double door shower vanity also a very large bath plus toilet double door entrance , very spacious balcony super stay, kids club kids amenity pool no child would get bored a second pool for older kids and the main pool full on the edge with loungers loverly bar area fantastic staff and menu ( why 4 not 5 ?) pool should have been bigger to take a full house nothing more) highly recommend family's or couples close walk restaurants bars and beach ,you will enjoy Thani I promise you

Beautiful pool and area and a exercise room. Great for kids. Clean, spacious, hotel and UNBELIEVABLE breakfast included. Located off main road but 1 or 2 minute walk to beach and just about anything else. Staff was wonderful, elevators were fast, and just a great place for the money.

Bed was a little hard for my wife.
