J’ai beaucoup apprécié la propreté de l’hôtel et des chambres. Le personnel est très gentil, accueillant et disponible. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également très agréable. L’établissement est assez calme, ce qui est appréciable, et les chambres sont jolies et bien entretenues.

Le petit déjeuner est assez limité pour les goûts français. Un choix de viennoiseries aurait été apprécié.

Расположение отеля - до пляжа пешком 5 минут. До ночного рынка на Джомтьене - 12 минут. Рядом много кафе и магазинов, даже Макдональдс есть. Понравились 2 бассейна - теплый и холодный. Удобные кровати.

Хотелось бы более разнообразный завтрак. Карту от номера выдают только одну, вторую выдавать отказались. В номер есть кухня, но нет никаких кухонных принадлежностей (нож/сковорода/кастрюля и тд). Смысл кухни не особо понятен в таком кейсе.

La difficulté à réserver un lit pour bébé (à cause des informations contraditoires présentées sur le site qui indique que les enfants sont acceptés à partir de 4 ans alors qu'on a pu avoir un lit pour noté bébé de 18 mois). Le manque de variété des fruits de saison au petit déjeuner: on aurait aimé autre chose que des ananas et des pastèques. Le message générique de l'hôtel sur les avis Booking.

Sehr schönes, wohl frisch renoviertes Hotel. Mein Zimmer war gross, sauber und hatte alles was man braucht.

Das Personal wirkte unerfahren und unsicher, Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, sogar der Kaffee war ungeniessbar

Frokosten var overraskende bra. Beliggenheten til hotellet er perfekt: Det ligger like ved stranden, og i et bra område om kvelden med mange restauranter og barer.

Jeg hadde bestilt Jacuzzi Suite King i New Building, men boblebadet var ubrukelig under hele oppholdet. Det lot seg ikke tappe, og de klarte ikke å fikse det. Som løsning ble jeg tilbudt å flytte til den gamle bygningen med klart lavere standard, et tilbud jeg mener var uforskammet. Kompensasjonen for et ubrukelig hovedgode i suiten var ett glass juice. Rommet var også delt i to deler med aircondition kun i sovedelen. Delen med vask, dusj og badekar var ekstremt varm og brukte mange timer på å kjøle seg ned. De hadde endret policy til bare én nøkkel per gjest, så det var umulig å holde hele leiligheten avkjølt hele tiden. Dette var en svært stor ulempe. Jeg har vært gjest på hotellet i mange år, men da har jeg bodd i det gamle bygget. Der har jeg ikke opplevd tilsvarende problemer heldigvis.

Jeg bodde 14 dager i et Grand Deluxe Room Double i det gamle bygget, og det var meget bra. Det meste fungerte utmerket, og betjeningen som renholdt rommet var veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende. Jeg har vært gjest på hotellet i mange år og pleier ikke å spise frokost her, men denne gangen gjorde jeg det. Frokosten var overraskende bra, med et stort utvalg av mat og drikke. Anbefales.

Wifi fungerte ekstremt dårlig. Det er overbelastet de fleste tider på døgnet og i tillegg veldig vanskelig å koble seg til, så jeg måtte bruke mobilen i stedet. Er man avhengig av nett, kan man ikke belage seg på hotellets wifi. Min nyere Lenovo Snapdragon kunne heller ikke brukes: Jeg fikk beskjed om at den ikke var kompatibel med nettet deres.

Excellent Hotel

Very modern building. The pool was nice.

My stay was going fine for the first while, until Staff bugged my phone through the hotel WiFi . They kept locking the safe in my room on purpose, as I used the same pin every time. When I complained about my phone being bugged, they obviously pretended not to know anything about it. Although the room was modern, the bed was super uncomfortable. Such a nice room and they can’t get the bed right. It was meant to be a double but it was just two singles pushed together. When I was checking out to go to the airport, they rang me a taxi and said he was outside. When I went outside with all my bags he was not there. Then the taxi man rings me in broken English saying g he doesn’t know where I am. When he finally arrives he demands an extra 1000 baht and refuses to drive any further. Then I had to then organise another taxi myself. I 100% believe the hotel was messing with me because I’m a young white man.

Nothing. Hotel is upgrading rooms at moment but no real inconvenience. Slight noise during daytime. But i would still recommend this hotel.

Personnel très sympathique. Situation très centrale et à 100 m de la plage. Très bon petit déjeuner. Belle salle de sport. Belle piscine.

Check--in sırasında daha önce hiç bahsedilmeyen bir depozito ücreti çıktı. Çıkışta aldık ama yine de hiç hoş olmuyor. Wi-fi birçok zaman kopuyor. Verimli çalışmıyor.

Die Lage des Hotels ist relativ ruhig. Es verfügt über zwei Pools mit ausreichend Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen. Bis zum Strand sind es nur wenige hundert Meter. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Staff were lovely. Food was great. Breakfast was extensive. Good location. Nice breeze. Room was spacious and secure. Hotel was clean. Pool was lovely. Plenty of loungers. Excellent restaurant. Fabulous. Relatively cheap direct transport to the airport.

We couldn’t hook up our Firestick to the TV and it wasn’t screen mirrored enabled but to be fair we were mostly out and about.

Завтраки вкусные, разнообразные, есть тайская кухня и европейская, смена блюд каждый день)) Удобные кровати с мягкими матрасами и подушками)) Чисто (хотя к уборке и есть вопросы, но, в целом, не критично). В душе отличный напор, в санузлах чисто. Персонал милейший, клиентоориентированность на уровне))

Впечатления от отеля прекрасные!!! Настолько, что продлили свое и так немалое пребывание в нем, а уезжать аж не хотелось)) Понравилось все!

Staff were very helpful. Secured parking. Nice pool area, with large pools. The AC in the room was very good. Hot water and water pressure was good. The room was very clean.

Gute Lage, etwas weg von der Beach Road aber man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Frühstück war gut aber nicht hervorragend. Sehr freundliches Personal. Große saubere Zimmer mit bequemen Betten.

Die Eckzimmer zur Straße können morgens wenn der Verkehr beginnt laut sein. Die Liegen am Pool sind unbequem und hart, trotz Auflage. Wenig Schatten trotz Sonnenschirme.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr kräftig.

Es könnte die Sauberkeit im Zimmer verbessert werden. Bettwäsche war fleckig und im ganzen Zimmer lagen schwarze Haare (mein Mann und ich haben keine schwarzen Haare).

Breakfast one of the best I've had in 20 places I've stayed in Pattaya.

Did not like the two single beds pushed together, uncomfortable line in middle of bed!!!!!with only single sheets and covers on. At least have double cover and double topper.

נחמדים כולם ללא יוצא מן הכלל בכל מקום . הקבלה המנקות בחדר אוכל העובדים למיניהם… כולם כולם כולם כיף איתם . כל הזמן עושים שתהיה מרוצה אדיבים , סבלנות לשמוע אותך תמיד מחייכים אין מילים רעות . הכל פיקס .

שחדר הכושר יהיה פתוח מהבוקר עד סוף היום…אולי 20:00 ולא כמו עכשיו רק בשעות מסוימות, זה היה ממש לא נוח… כלמור ללא הפסקה באמצע היום סגור לא היה נוח , אמרתי להם…לזה הם לא הקשיבו , חבל .

Quiet property and calm area. Nice pools that get sunlight early morning into late afternoon. Breakfast buffet is good but nothing to write home about.

General cleanliness of everything was mediocre. Beds and bathrooms clean but overall property was messy or neglected. Pool furniture is very uncomfortable and old, a lot of umbrellas broken. Most staff pleasant and friendly however not exceptional, one instance of a spilled drink by the pool made it seem like we asked for diamonds instead of a replacement drink.

A beautifully renovated hotel with a lovely atmosphere. The three swimming pools each with a different water temperature. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist.

Although the hotel was newly renovated, the rooms already had some noticeable stains

I liked everything during my stay

Spacious room. Well located property to shops, restaurants, beach and everything else Jomtien has to offer. Good breakfast and nice pool area although black-tiled pools are not always attractive. Staff are great too.

The property has two towers. We were put in the older of the two which needs an upgrade. Cupboards etc. are looking a bit tired. Air-conditioning unit is inadequate for the size of the room. Wi-Fi is poor. Outside noise at night from motorbikes and nearby bars was not conducive to a good night’s sleep.

Large room, clean and good air conditioning. Pool area restful. Prices at the bar/restaurant were very fair.

My 6th floor room was at the end of the building facing onto the road. Very loud, live music from nearby bar running to gone beyond 1am made it impossible to sleep. Try to book rooms away from the road and you should be fine.
