Shower pressure was very low, had to run around in the shower to get wet. Bed was alittle punched out, not the comfiest sleep I ever had for sure. PARKING WAS A NIGHTMARE!!! not nearly enough parking. Had to do the death march to get to the doors from where we had to park.

The pool is under maintenance during our stay there. We went to Regina and choose this hotel because my daughter wants to celebrate it for a quick staycation and enjoy the pool. Unfortunately she wasn't able to access the pool during our stay.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026It was a great stop after a long drive along the highway. Staff was friendly and polite. The room was comfortable and had all the basics. Overall, it has all the necessities for a quick stop on the road. Great food options.
The swimming pool area could be a little bit more updated and cleaned/supervised better. But it was great to have it included in the price!

the air conditioner in room was extremely loud and there were no toiletries eg lotion. when i raised this at reception , they said it was under the sink. i had looked there. We went to regina for the football game. there is no shuttle or workable public transit from this location

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026So, the bed was comfortable, the room was functional enough, at least we had enough coffee after going to front desk twice for it.
The room was really quite cramped. While I appreciated having the desk, lounger, and the two beds, there was no room to walk between anything. Like one ft between the bed and the wall. The room was stocked for only 2 people and 1 night rather than 3 people for 3 nights. I had to go get washcloths and coffee because they just didn't have enough there. The bathroom vanity fell down, that wasn't cool. The shelf in the closet is missing bolts. Room by Ikea, basically. And the pool was surprisingly small and the hot tub wasn't working right. Basically just a bath. The room served the purpose but I've stayed at much better places at similar rates.

Air conditioner was flashing red light indicating a dirty filter, which I was able to rinse in shower (very dirty). Shower door seal on bottom leaks and so water pools on floor outside shower. Bathroom fan on same switch as bathroom light, and it is very loud … so getting up in night can result in waking other room members.

Very noisy, rooms not sound prooofed - could hear people above the room and in the hallways, air conditioning was loud, no freezer section in the refrigerator, no sponge to wash dishes, no hooks in the bathroom area, UPC plug by the bed was not working, no floor mirror on the wall and no complimentary breakfast

Maintenance had left two ozone generators in the room by mistake when we checked in; one in the bathroom and one near the beds. Room smelled a bit musty. Front desk said it was a mistake, those should not have been in the room. We could not move to another room since they were fully booked, and they could not provide any compensation to address the reduced quality of stay, as we booked through Booking.com. They gave a voucher for Denny’s instead.

No breakfast. They could at least include a coupon for Denny’s or something. Also parking is an issue if you get there later in the evening there are no spots left. I saw quite a few vehicles had to park in the street, which made it very difficult to leave the parking lot as view of any incoming vehicles was blocked.

the room was good with couch and side table, only thing that the drawer in the bathroom where the sink is located it is broken, the towel was place there and when I reach the bath towel it almost hit my feet. The entire drawer was not attached at all. I need to come all the time with kids while they’re gonna brush the teeth to secure them not to get an accident on that drawer. They should fix it before another guest check in , room 209.

Blower for heat ran every 15 min all night. Tried to turn it to low but didn’t work, loud, noisy and hot all night. Bathroom had a moldy smell. Sink in bathroom had a plugged drain, took forever to drain and horrible mold smell. Sink by coffeemaker ran at a literal dribble, no pressure. Shower tap was confusing and didn’t work properly. When trying to turn shower on very little control of temperature and if rotated too far shower turned off. Shower head looked as if it was not properly installed, pretty close to wall and no way to adjust. Very little soundproofing, could hear hallway traffic perfectly, every footstep above us audible, noise from parking lot and Victoria avenue very audible.
