The staff were friendly and the room was clean

I asked for extra towels ahead of time. And then still had to go to the front desk after wards to get them. The pillows were thin and need to be replaced. We used 5 and still had sore necks. And the bed was so uncomfortable I barely slept all night.

Nous avions une réservation pour 2 personnes avec 1 chien, malgré un hôtel qui accepte les animaux, on nous a refusé l’entrée à cause du chien. Nous avons essayé de discuter avec la personne à l’accueil pour lui expliquer mais il avait strictement rien à faire et ne voulait absolument faire aucun effort et nous a carrément proposé de laisser le chien dormir dans la voiture. Une honte !! Nous avons dû trouver un autre hôtel en urgence. Si vous avez un animal surtout ne venez pas, on ne va pas vous laisser rentrer.

Staff were very friendly, room was clean and comfortable. We travel with pets and that was not a problem at all. We were on the first floor with patio doors which was great for taking the dogs out.

The first room they gave me wasn’t even made up. Then when I got the new one they charged me 29$ more for it as I requested not to go back up stairs said could I stay on th first. She proceeded to say that this was a mistake as she didn’t mean to give me the wrong key. However first glance at my papers state that the room key she gave me corisponded with the keys she gave me

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and good enough to start the day. Hotel overall was clean.

First room was dated, bathroom sink had a big stain in it. Carpets were stained as well. When we complained about it, we moved to a renovated room right away which much bigger and very nice.

Our room in particular needs a little up keeping. Sink was damaged. Smelled like smoke. Bathroom door needs fresh coat of paint. Bathroom tiles loose. Shower nozzle was dripping.

The room size was big and the bathroom was decent.

For the price of the room it felt like it was put together using furniture from old hotels- all old and outdated. Very small lamps provide the lighting so it is dark. No thermostat in the room to shut off the loud AC. King sized bed with standard sized pillows. Drain flies. Lots of drain flies. No soundproofing- I am deafened and could hear the people around me, so I can only imagine how loud they actually were. Beetles. Not little carpet beetles, blister beetles on the lamps and bed.

We like the location, very clean, quiet place , breakfast was very good. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

When we arrived the TV in our room didn't work, so we were moved to another room. It was very nice, clean and comfortable. The hostess was great.

It was a little hard to find. The address was for the Comfort Inn, and to get to it was confusing.

The staff in the morning didn't seem like they wanted to be there. I get they are in the middle of renovations but my daughter was walking out of our room and got a screw in her sandal and thankfully her sandal was thick enough it barely pricked her foot. Also a bit pricey for what the location is.

They were not very concerned about leaving the outside door to the parking lot unlocked till we got there and that the fridge froze all of our food in the morning

The location is close to restaurants and shops, comfortable bed and clean.

Elevator is out of service during our stay but evening staff gracious enough to manually operate the elevator for our comfort.

there was a wide selection to choose from for breakfast. it was not difficult to find a table. the breakfast nook was clean and inviting.

The room was large with two separate sleeping areas, and a kitchen counter with a sink. Perfect for traveling with one adult child. As advertised, there was a continental breakfast, not a hot breakfast, but it included pancakes and hard boiled eggs, and the coffee was good.

The elevator was broken. Good thing we are fit. The pull out couch was a little tricky to set up.

Good location for me to visit my family. It was quiet even though it was close to the highway. Great coffee available all day. Better than Tim’s.

The furniture was not comfortable to sit on in the suite. The breakfast was adequate but the pancakes were awful!

Location. Close to dining and shopping. Just off the highway so easily accessible for a highway stop over.

We received a message that the elevator was not working. However when we got there and requested a main floor room we were told that there wasn’t a room available but if we wanted to upgrade the elevator we could have a room. Having just had knee surgery a main floor room was much preferred and we had to insist and discuss for a bit until the staff finally relinquished and gave us a room on the main floor at no extra charge. Thank you for that but it shouldn’t have to have been an event when it was your elevator that prompted the situation. The hot water did not last through one shower so second person had to wait for more hot water.

It was nice and close to the highway. Check in was easy and room was clean. The breakfast was nice and the coffee was great!

Nice place and very clean. Nice staff on check in/out. Tub didn’t drain and they are advised of such now. They have crews in there that make a serious mess from their work at the upgrader job. It saddens me they get the discount rates to stay there and the traveling guests that make no mess from work pay the big bucks to stay here. They made such a mess with dirty boots they staff had to replace the door matts on checkin lobby.

The hotel is getting old and some parts have an odour, but the room itself was ok, no odour in the room.

The staff were very accomodating and friendly. The suite was spacious and the hotel location was close to many stores and restaurants. It was family friendly.

Everything was great except housekeeping only cleaned our room once in the 10 days we were there. I wasnt clear on how the housekeeping worked. Maybe in the future, front desk can be more clear about how it works for extended stays.

The toilet kept running and wouldn't flush properly. The quests in the floor above us were so incredibly noisy and kept us awake half the night...that's not really a hotel issue but that made our stay kind of miserable.

The staff at this location were absolutely incredible!!! I had to change my booking and they promptly assisted me in doing this. Based on my experience as a customer with the staff, I will definitely return.

The coffee maker in my room did not work. I did go down to the main floor for coffee. Although this was inconvenient, I must say that the breakfast offering definitely made up for the small problem in my room with the coffee maker.

I really don't like not having carpet the laminate floor or vinyl plate floor or whatever it is makes it feel like it's a hospital and the sound transfer is terrible
