We stayed there like 3times and WiFi it’s still horrible. They did not make any effort to change that by years. Not enough chairs at the pool area. They trying use air freshener in the lobby but anyway stinks like sewer. Horrible gym.

We had a junior suite, it was perfect, lovely size with a large balcony with stunning views. Immaculately clean throughout. Staff are all amazing - and being able to borrow a parasol was a happy bonus for the beach.

Only snag was a random phone charge on our check-out bill, but the staff were great and sorted this very quickly.

The view, the housekeeping, the staff at the reception, everyone was very attentive and helpful.

Large rooms, nice size fridge for milk etc, huge comfortable beds, great view and location. Very good staff.

J’étais au premier étage, chambre vue sur mer. Les chambres sont loin d’être données et j’ai été dérangé par le bruit de la salle du petit déjeuner située juste en dessous de ma chambre. Impossible de me reposer correctement.

Location is fantastic

My one main criticism is for that level of hotel, having a kettle and instant coffee in the room is poor. Pod machines are so cheap now and should be in any decent hotel at minimal cost . Otherwise the hotel is lovely

De ligging is ideaal, de kamers zijn voldoende groot. Fijne parking met oplaad mogelijkheden voor de deur. Tegenover het hotel ligt leuk adres voor iets te eten en/of te drinken. Kortom prima plek.

Ontbijt is rumoerig en erg druk, de muziek in de ontbijtzaal is erg luid en niet aantrekkelijk, voor de rest geen opmerkingen. Met uitzondering van de stoelen die veel kabaal maken bij het verplaatsen.

staff was excellent. quick to do tasks, very helpful, and attentive. common areas were clean and well maintained. Rooms were comfortable and the AC worked well. We had a very comfortable stay! Location was also great - a little further away from the touristy side

there was some visible mold in the room bathroom (behind the soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower and behind the toilet). Not a lot but worth looking into.

The bar staff were personally very inattentive. They preferred chatting with each other to serving the guests. Constantly scratching one's backside in front of guests and then proceeding to prepare drinks is simply unacceptable. I am referring to the bar crew on duty from August 22 to August 23, 2026. The balcony tables in the room could have been cleaned better.

Le dije al personal de recepción dos o más veces que por favor hicieses la canna de matrimonio. Ella estaba con el móvil mientras yo hablaba y eso no me importa, pero mi habitación fue siempre dos camas aunque repetí varias veces lanpticion a la llegada y después .

Die Zimmerhandtücher hatten manchmal einen leichten Brandgeruch. Entweder lag es am Waschmittel oder zu heiß getrocknet oder die Handtücher waren schon zu alt. Der Pool ist schon sehr klein, war aber kein Problem weil das Meer über die Straße drüber wunderbar war.

La situation de l’établissement est très appréciable, tout comme la possibilité de réserver une place de parking, ce qui constitue un véritable avantage. À notre arrivée, nous avons également été très bien accueillis par le personnel de la réception.

Le personnel a ensuite été peu accueillant, la salle de bain peu nettoyée au cours du court séjour. De plus, pour la chambre de 3 adultes, il n’y avait pas de balcon et celle-ci donnait sur une cour intérieure, avec une vue particulièrement décevante. Une expérience qui ne correspond malheureusement pas au niveau de qualité attendu pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

La ubicación por supuesto. Las instalaciones pues se ve que esta muy cuidado. El personal. La comodidad de toallas, sillas y sombrillas para la playa.

Varias cosas probablemente ajenas al hotel pero quizá pudieran hacer algo. En la piscina (muy pequeña) ocupación de tumbonas de personas que luego se van a la cafetería. Si les molesta el ruido no vayan 23 y 24 de agosto ha sido una locura frente al hotel no lo entendemos (hasta las 6 de la mañana imposible conciliar el sueño). Ah y no me gustó que pidiera piso alto en una reserva realizada con meses y me dieran la primera planta (quiero pensar que es un despiste) pero esos detalles también hay que cuidarlos. Aún así le doy un 10

Ich kenne dieses Hotel schon seit vielen Jahren, und es wird immer besser. Ich habe es sehr bedauert, dass ich nicht länger in diesem Hotel und in diesem Ferienort bleiben konnte.

The A/C unit in the room was hard to operate and never did provide real cooling. It seemed to only run at a very low setting. We were never able to lower it to proved better cooling. So the room felt hot all the time.

Servicio de limpieza de habitaciones. El primer día nos dijeron que tenían muchas habitaciones que limpiar y a las 14 no habían hecho la habitación. Nos dijeron que el horario para hacerlas es hasta las 17. nadie nos había avisado que era hasta tan tarde.Ademas éramos tres personas y nos dejaban todos los días toallas para dos y teníamos que pedir una más todos los dias

Great location overlooking the beach/ocean. Short walk to the town attractions. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was extensive and plentiful. Towel service for beach visits plus you could borrow beach shelters, chairs etc.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our room had a beautiful view of the beach. The location is perfect, there is a lovely sandy beach directly across from the hotel, with clean and warm sea water. The bar deserves a special mention. The service was fantastic, and both the food and cocktails were excellent. The staff at the reception were very friendly, well-informed and quick to help with anything we needed. Our room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and bed linen provided regularly, which made our stay even more comfortable. We also received complimentary bottled water every day, which was a lovely extra touch. We really appreciated the hotel’s beach service as well. You can borrow beach towels and umbrellas, and get fresh ones every day, which is extremely convenient. A special thank you to the hotel for the lovely birthday surprise. We received a bottle of champagne for my birthday, and it was such a thoughtful and beautiful surprise. ❤️ Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay at Hotel Calipolis again. Highly recommended!

Utrolig fin beliggenhet, vi valgte standard rom med sjøutsikt. Vi spiste middag i restauranten, meget bra ! Ellers var maten veldig bra ved terrassen nede. Sandwich med laks på focaccia 👍😊 Store badehåndkle som vi brukte på stranden, fikk låne solstoler i resepsjon. Veldig hyggelig personale 👍😊

The beds were not good at all. They were light and cheap. They reminded me of the beds in an IKEA display. Very flimsy and not comfortable.

Calipolis is a beautiful hotel at the heart of Sitges promenade. The oceanside rooms have stunning views of the Midterranean, and floors 7 and up panorama will make you not want to leave your balcony- stunning! The staff was exceptionally cordial, friendly and helpful. We had the privilege of working with Anastasia at the Reception desk, who made our stay unforgettable. Thank you Anastasia! And thank you Calipolis for a great time!

The fridge in the room is old and doesn't work great. It has been the same type of fridge in all Barcelona and adjacent area hotels we stayed in. It has a lock on it and seems to be more of a cooler than a refrigerator. Get good small refrigerators into the rooms guys. Its basic and is expected.

Fantastic location. We had an end room which was slightly bigger than the others. Really clean, comfy and spacious. Staff were really friendly and always offered to help with bags, taxis etc. As a group of us stayed for a wedding we would often meet in the bar area for drinks or lunch - which were both really good. Right in Sitges centre and opposite the beach

Pool and pool area is pretty small so we couldn't all get beds, however the beach is just across the road as an alternative.

This was our 7th stay at this wonderful hotel and we never have had a bad experience. All the rooms have been excellent, spacious and clean... and the hotel is located near to everything we need to visit! The staff are always helpful and friendly and most of them speak English. We can highly recommend this hotel... and have already booked our place there for next year!

Our only very slight quibble, is the medium size of the pool area... although we do always manage to get a sun lounger!

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, in erster Reihe, in der Mitte der Promenade mit Blick auf das Meer. Das Personal ist wirklich bemüht und freundlich gewesen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, die Betten bequem und die Klimasteuerung effektiv. Die Aufteilung in eine Bar mit kleinem Angebot und ein einladendes , gehobenes Restaurant, ist gelungen.

Der Poolbereich für ein derartig großes Haus ist ein Witz. Natürlich braucht ein Haus , das direkt am Meer liegt nicht unbedingt einen Pool, aber dann bitte auch keine Werbung mit "Pool".

The underground car park, it’s not suitable for large vehicles as I scrape my car, this hotel was built in the 1970s so very old but refurbished to a really high standard however as I say the car park is very tight and winding so be beware do not bring a big car here

Dirty floor in the room, left over hair from other guests, someone else's hair on clean towels, no greeting by Staff members (no welcome, no good morning, no how is your stay, no will you be back or we would like you to come back etc...). No happy birthday wishes, no amenities on someone's special day. Small pool, not sufficient pool chairs - overall very disappointing choice for my little daughter and myself.

We had no balcony, the view was poor and the bathroom was smaller than our friends bathroom, which wouldn’t have mattered if we paid less but the room was expensive so we expected much more

Outside appearance looks nice, but don’t let the appearance of the building make up for their lack of hospitality. Evidently they need training in that department

Hospitality is horrible. We arrived a couple of hours early after flying 12 hours to get there. 2 friends were with us. They immediately checked in our friends AND upgraded their room, to the SAME type of room that we booked, and then told us our room isn’t available until 3pm. We also paid for 2 rooms, because of booking 2 rooms by mistake. They did not care at all. Acted like they could care less actually. They do not care if a customer returns again. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again, because of their lack of Hospitality.

The bar area smelt of drains so we went elsewhere. The room made our clothes damp and the windows on the 6th floor opened fully with no window locks and no rail above waist height; we felt this was alarming.

Our view from the room was not an ocean view but had a great view over the other side of the city. Location was excellent for beach access but was still quiet. Also great access to food, drink and walking.

Perfect location for Sitges

It is quite basic, not like a four star. Double bed is just two twin beds putting together. We also got charged 5 euro for asking ice bucket to take back to the room

Het zwembad is vrij klein. Een beetje te weinig ligplaatsen rond het zwembad, men zou zonneterras wat kunnen uitbreiden door het terras van de bar te verkleinen. Maar uiteraard tegenover het hotel ligt het strand

Perfect location, close to everything: first line from the beach, in the town, 10 mins from the train station. Helpful and professional staff at the reception. Clean rooms, comfy beds, enough space for the luggages and storage. Good breakfast with a great variety of choices. Possibility to get a sun umbrella for the beach.

The coffee for breakfast wasn't good quality as it was an automatic machine. The staff at the breakfast area was constantly marching around and rushing to take the plates from the table. I didn't need it but for those who care: the pool is really tiny and only 1.4 m deep.

Lovely hotel, all the staff are welcoming and friendly. It near the beach and the hotel offers beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow for the day. Our hotel room was cleaned daily and was a very good size. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We thought the restaurant in the evening opened a little too late for us to use (8pm), disappointing as we would have liked to try it.

Friday and Saturday night means nonstop party, the street and beachclub in front of the hotel are loud throughout the night. If you want to have the balcony open, it can be difficult to sleep.

The property is at an awesome location and rooms are clean.

We complained about next door smoking and it coming into our rooms through the ventilation systems. It was strong smell and it was consistent for several hours morning and night. The staff said they couldn’t do anything about it and couldn’t provide a different room for 6 days. Not staying there again!
