Die sauberen und gemütlichen Zimmer waren sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war immer sehr frisch und gut. Beim Frühstück hatte es fast an jedem Tag diese nette Dame namens Montse. Sie hat uns immer freundlich empfangen und ein bisschen mit uns geplaudert. Sie war fast ein bisschen wie eine Mutter. Ausserdem haben wir die nahe Lage am Zentrum sowie Strand sehr geschätzt, sodass wir zwischendurch immer wieder ins Hotel konnten, um beispielsweise Sachen zu deponieren.

Das einzige, was uns ein bisschen gestört hat, war, dass wir immer jemanden suchen mussten/auf jemanden warten mussten, der uns die Fernbedienung für die Sonnenstoren am Pool geben kann.

Most of the staff was incredibly helpful and professional. The location is amazing, right in front of the beach and less than 5 min. walking from the city center. Close to everything but far away from the noise at night. The small swimming pool in the rooftop is also a nice add-on to the hotel, you can see the city from there and enjoy a peaceful moment.

Breakfast ingredients were not as high quality as expected. Rooms on the inside lack of light, but that's the way the building is built.

One thing lacking is a bar or beverage service at the pool. Also one thing that would be nice is a drying rack for the balcony to dry swimsuits or towels.

The beachfront location is fantastic and the rooms feel recently refurbished. The shower was great. The staff were friendly and the pool area was very calm. Breakfast offerings were varied enough and good value for money.

Messaging from staff RE possibility of a late checkout was sometimes confusing. The QR code in our room told us different facts to what the staff told us. Mini bar was not restocked during our stay.

Fantastic location, and nice to have the pool upstairs. Although hallways etc a bit dated, rooms have been nicely renovated with lovely bathrooms.

Lift a bit faulty, smell of fish in reception. Need a few more sunbeds upstairs.

Im Erdgeschoss roch es merkwürdig. Die Pool Area könnte ein wenig aufgefrischt werden.

Lo que más nos gustó fue el recibimiento a la llegada, ya que llegamos pronto, nos guardaron el equipaje y pudimos acceder antes a la habitación de la hora de check-in. Además, también pudimos hacer uso de la piscina antes de acceder a la habitación.

La verdad que en general la experiencia ha sido muy buena. Quizás que el aire acondicionado hacía muchísimo ruido (también, es verdad, que no avisamos).

La atención desde el primer momento ha sido fantástica. Especialmente la persona que estaba durante el checkin y a Montse a la hora del desayuno. Un desayuno muy variado y abundante. El hotel tiene una ubicación excepcional. La zonq de la piscina es pequeña pero cumple su función perfectamente, situada en el ático del edificio. Sin duda para repetir.

Hay algún desperfecto por el día a día, pero nada que te impida disfrutar.

Un solo comentario para tratar de mejorar, mucho olor a pescado en el lobby que viene de un restaurante vecino.

Todo muy bien: ubicación,relación calidad- precio,servicios, limpieza y personal muy amable. Además nos dejamos un neceser en el baño , les llamamos y enseguida nos llegó un email para iniciar la devolución del mismo.

Al confort de la habitación, para mi, le faltó dos cosas: - tener un armario un poco más alto para poder colgar los vestidos - incluir en algún sitio unos cuantos cajones para guardar ciertas cosas.

Personnel agréable, très bel emplacement en face de la plage et proche du centre ville historique. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Chambre spacieuse avec terrasse.

De ligging is fantastisch, de weg over en je bent op het strand. Balkonnetje met uitzicht o de zee, super!

Er was niet echt dat niet beviel, maar het was stil. Het restaurant was wat ons betreft heel onregelmatig open. En opeens zat het (zondagmiddag) weer helemaal vol. Ontbijt was wel elke dag, hebben daar geen gebruik van gemaakt, maar zag er goed uit!

The location is perfect, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s a very nice place, and I really enjoyed my experience. The breakfast was pretty good also!

There’s very little space to sunbathe around the pool, but I don’t think it’s really necessary

De dag en nacht dat we geen water hadden en ook niet naar toilet konden ivm jaarlijkse zuivering van waterleiding. Voor mij wel een probleem ivm chemo behandeling. Dit soort dingen kan je beter niet in hoogseizoen doen.

A localização é excelente. O quarto é grande e com uma vista inesquecível. A recepcionista é super atenciosa e profissional sobretudo a que nos atendeu no final da estadia.

O colchão é duro e as almofadas não são confortáveis. O pequeno almoço é também fraquinho

Like bed every single thing about this hotel! Right across from the beach in such a nice location the hotel has a nice contemporary cosy feel about it and the staff were absolutely lovely

The only thing I would say would be the breakfast hot plate does not keep the food heated so my husband had cold sausages and scrambled eggs ! Also the do not have. Lot of veggie options on the hot plate

Location is excellent. Rooftop pool is nice with a great view. Room was very good. Staff were great and very helpful.

Twin beds pushed together to make a queen made it uncomfortable for sleeping amd awkward because the beds kept separating and moving apart. There is no bar at the hotel so no way to just grab a drink and bring it to the pool.

Good central location and modern. Rooms were comfortable, freshly decorated and kept clean.

Breakfast was ok however food was not replenished adequately. Good quality when available but the warm food was always cold. More sunbeds required around the pool area.

We stayed for three nights in June, and all I can say is wow! This hotel is absolutely perfect. It's right on the beach, yet incredibly peaceful and quiet, even though it's in the heart of Sitges. The rooms are spotlessly clean and offer the most beautiful views. The rooftop pool is amazing and was one of the highlights of our stay. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I can't wait to return!

Seaview twin room with balcony for 4 nights. Clean, recently renovated hotel located on the seafront and within easy walking distance of everywhere. Well appointed room with a sea view. Comfortable bed and great shower, and the breakfast, which was included, was the best I had in my two weeks in Spain. Staff all welcoming and super friendly.

Rooms aren’t soundproofed. I could hear the nextdoor TV like it was in my room. But that wouldn’t have been an issue if my neighbors didn’t spend entire time in their room watching TV!

La atención del personal excelente! Todo muy limpio, agradable, acogedor, en todos lados olía bien, muy tranquilo, el desayuno muy bueno de calidad, reponían enseguida.

Our first-floor room was spacious with a lovely balcony and sea view. Montse brought sunshine to breakfast every morning, a real gem of a host. The front desk staff were equally warm, always greeting us with a smile on arrival and departure. A truly relaxing 4-day stay all around.

The balcony was quite narrow, and the bathroom door opened inward, which made the space feel a bit tight to move around in.

The breakfast is remarkably good, very healthy and hearty! The location is unbeatable, you can't go wrong on that. The rooms are recently renovated, they're very spacious and comfortable. Despite being across the beach, it is very quiet at night and you are not bothered by any sort of noise whatsoever. This was my second stay here, and I will definitely stay a third time!

I wish the rooms had smart TVs and streaming services. The pool is tiny you can't swim in there but it is definitely refreshing during a hot summer day. Despite that I would not change my mind about staying here again.

Rates seem to have dropped a lot ($100) per night compared to when I booked it months ahead. Also, there’s a small rooftop area where guests leave their towels for hours to reserve a spot instead of letting others just use it. Hotel probably should put a sign that says if you do not return to your spot in an hour, the lounge chair will be considered free.

Location was A1 - super convenient. Great to have a pool - but really missing a pool bar. Rooms were lovely, but balcony small and very overlooked by houses directly across a small alleyway.

Could have done with instructions for the air conditioning. It was very cold and we couldn’t figure how to reduce it.

Location is great its right on the sea front and is close by to restaurants and bars. Breakfast was great there was enough options to change what you had everyday All staff that we met were lovely and very polite. Lovely rooftop with pool just what you need when it was hot.

Its a shame there is no restaurant and bar that is open in the evening The view if not a seafront is not special so you couldn't sit out and enjoy but there is an option to book sea front so I would say book a sea view. Some of the sunbeds were not available as people left towels on them even though they were nto there for hours which wasn't fair.
