The pictures on the booking site(looks very nice) doesn’t at all match how the rooms actually look or how small they are. Windows facing dirty backyard. Both hotel and rooms are quite worn (not reflected in pictures on web/booking site). Hardly any greeting from staff.

Our room was very dark, musty and small. The small window looked out to a dirty and dark light well. The photos on the listing were very generous to what the rooms looked like. The room was quite reasonably priced, but it like for each room category, seemed some rooms were much better than others.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025Bed was comfortable and clean, both bedroom and bathroom were spacious. I requested and got a ground floor room as I didn't wish to navigate stairs. Check in was quick if a little brusque (I was the only one checking in at the time). I was offered and took the opportunity to book breakfast. It was handy to the railway station and the tourist office where most tours leave from as well as restaurants. Breakast was fairly basic and handy to have on site.
The front entrance was a little dirty and untidy and it felt like an unsafe area to be in. My room, 100B, backed onto an alley and was located near a door that opened onto the alley. I was woken at about 4am by loud shouting from a group of people who were just the other side of the wall. It was not only loud but sounded like it could get violent at any time. I got up and went looking for the night manager, who ended up going out to ask them to be quiet. It did quiet down but it took some time for me to go back to sleep.

Good thing i don't need a hair dryer. To reach it and to plug it in would have required a basketball player. As it was, the soap dispensers were a stretch. I am not the only short person that will ever stay there.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025The location was great, staff were helpful, but the rooms were dirty and in desperate need of a renovation. The showers leaked everywhere and totally soaked the bedroom carpet. There appeared to be mold on the walls in the bathroom and the bathroom floors tiles in the corners of the bathroom were dirty. The beds were very worn. The AC was broken and the hair drier couldn’t last more than 30 seconds before it cut out. Other than a convenient location, I would not recommend this hotel.

Accommodation was basic but enough for a one to two night stay if you're not expecting much. We were find with no elevator, but if you have any difficulties might be a downside since there has been quite a few steps and narrow halls to bring the suitcases back.
Furniture is a bit worn out, wouldn't mind a bit of new paint. Bathroom basic but good. Small rooms, so barely any room for 2 suitcases but we managed for a short stay.

pour un trois étoiles, j'ai trouvé la chambre très petite pour 2 personnes, tout à fait quelconque, sans aucun effort de décoration. Petit déjeuner tout juste passable pour le prix. Quand on arrive à la réception de l'hôtel, les chaises de la salle à manger sont posées sur les tables, pas top comme accueil et assez moche... Vue sur le congélateur et bruit de vaisselle en prenant son petit déjeuner, pas très agréable

Une chambre pour 4 (ns sommes 2) vue sur un toit , fenêtre quand on l ouvre n a pas du etre nettoyée depuis longtemps, une sd eau minuscule avec WC ce qui pour 4 est absolument pas admissible Du linge de toilette éliminé, un menage plus qu approximatif , moquette cache misère et cache poussière... petit déjeunertype buffet rattrape l impression mitigée mais reste néanmoins pas exceptionnel pour 12 € Bref un hôtel décevant
Le menage plus-qu approximatif ds la salle de douche Les rebords de fenêtre et bac a fleur sans fleur , l accès a l hôtel commun avec une auberge de jeunesse, mal éntretenue pas balayée.

It would be nice if it had a lift... but carrying suitcases up stairs is a travellers form of going to the gym.

Pas super accueillant quand le matin tu ouvres ton rideau pour avoir une douce lumière... Là c'est le choc, je dois l'avouer. Et un manque de pression criant dans la douche et au lavabo...

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025Hotel simpático e aconchegante, no centro da cidade, muito próximo de restaurantes e bares. Atendimento ok, café da manhã modesto mas delicioso. Os quartos são bons e com ar condicionado o que é muito bem vindo no verão. O banheiro é muito bom.
Não possui estacionamento mas isto está bem claro na descrição da propriedade, portanto, não foi surpresa.. O quarto poderia ter uma mini geladeira ou frigobar.

Had to be careful where you stepped. Overall the room was decent and the price was a little high but also fair with the space you had and amenities (fridge, a/c), bed was comfy and clean along with the bathrooms.

Cet hôtel restait l'un des moins chers dans le centre, à deux as du Palais, avec une bonne clim, pas trop de bruit, un lit confortable, une moquette certes in peu râpée, mais un petit déjeuner très convenable et copieux (genre Ibis) Les proprios devraient renoncer à ce nom de Danieli, car l'établissement, malgré ses réelles qualités, souffre tout de même de la comparaison avec son.homonyme vénitien (dont le prix, il est vrai, n'est pas le même)...

Nous avons eu un problème avec notre chambre. En effet, nous avons trouvé des bêtes sur notre lit. Nous avons alerté la réception, qui nous a changé de chambres. Idem dans la seconde chambre. La troisième le lit était ok mais un canapé taché et une salle de bain qui nécessiterait un nettoyage plus méticuleux (crasse sur le distributeur de gel douche, porte savon cassé, moustique pleins de sang écrasés au plafond et cheveux sur le carrelage)
